Firstly I want to say l've been putting this off for weeks because it's the literal last thing I ever wanted to do (begging/asking for help isn't my strong suit).
There's so much shit going on in the world that deserve support way more than me, including a whole damn genocide, and I have nothing to offer to put myself above anyone else, but I'm struggling immensely and l'm running out of options 😭
I'm a couple thousand in debt (my credit card was 100% on food), have no more balance on my cards and starting to get in arrears with payments now. I'm on disability benefits but £299/month barely covers half my costs.
Screenshot of my PayPal below, my bank account is just as bad >.>

Please please only donate if you're able to, put yourself & more in need first ♡
(I only have P@yP@l unfortunately, most of the popular money sending apps aren't available in England).

Thank you 😭❤️

JULY 11
I have been crowdfunding for two full months now, and have managed to raise $4100 total! That is absolutely amazing, and never could have happened without the support of everyone on Tumblr. Thank you so much to everyone continuing to share my post, and an especially big thank you to those who donated. I have just under $3,000 in direct debt currently, and I have until December 1 to find a new place to live, regardless of if I have been placed by BC Housing into housing whose rent is geared to my disability income. Vancouver rents are about $2,000/month for 1 bedroom, I don't have a prayer of keeping a roof over my head without donations.
So that's where I am now, to be clear, the money not spent directly on debt was spent on food, monthly bills, and transit. Even so, I ended up needing to take out payday loans to get through this month, and am out of funds for now.
I have more appointments and transit costs than ever right now, and with time running out to clear my debts before I'm on my own I'm really feeling the strain. There is much more information on the gofundme page, I also, of course, have my original post, which I am retiring because it seems to have lost traction now.
I'd appreciate anything anyone has to offer, from $1-$5 on paypal, to $5+ on gofundme, literally ANYTHING helps. I feel abandoned and alone and I don't know what to do other than beg the public for help. Please.

URGENT!
Hello! My name is Danny, and I desperately need your help.
Recently, my disabled little sister has begun clinging to a certain plush of mine. Specifically, my childhood stuffed rabbit. At the age of 7 years old, this plush has been her only excuse to walk, stand, etc. While we cannot trace the reason behind that, we CAN go ahead and purchase the original plush.
Due to its sentimental value, we have all decided that she can’t take mine. BUT! We have been desperately scouring the internet for any traces of this stuffed rabbit. This is where you come in; Any condition, any price, and version, baby! We will take ANYTHING we can get!
Just DM me, post your listing on Ebay, and we’ll scoop it up IMMEDIATELY! Hell, I’ll even try and write/draw some fanfic/fanart for you if you’d like if you do end up finding a version!
Below are some pictures of the rabbit, along with a reciting of the tag of one of the alternates below that. Again, any price, any condition, any version. We would really be eternally grateful if you have ANY!

Psst! I also collect these bunnies, so if you have any past the first that you’d like to get off your hands. You can still DM me! :3

hey guys
my sister is really struggling to make ends meet lately. she just moved out of our abusive nazi dad's place in oklahoma and is doing much better mentally now that she's living with friends.
however, the move has taken a financial toll on her as she is disabled and unable to work most jobs. she is an amazing dog trainer and has been training service dogs for years. she got into this through her own struggles with chronic illness and her passion for dogs.
she is such an inspiring person and is doing her best to bring her business out to florida, but is having a difficult time getting started in the meantime.
i've helped her as much as i can financially, and am reaching out to you guys to help her be able to buy food and pay her bills on time.
we grew up very poor and are still struggling with daily life in poverty. she deserves amazing things and to not feel bad for these things out of her control.
if you can - please help her out!

I haven't personally tried these socks, but for anyone with wide calves, wide feet, or disabilities that make putting on socks difficult, this may be a helpful option! If you have sensory issues that make tags uncomfortable, I'm assuming the tag is possible to cut off.

‼️‼️PLEASE READ AND SPREAD, EXTREMELY TIME SENSITIVE AND URGENT‼️‼️‼️‼️
Very unfortunately my wheelchair is on its last leg and can no longer be used outside of the house. As a full time wheelchair user this has taken away from the little comfort ajd autonomy I've had. This wheelchair was also a very cheap manual wheelchair not meant for constant use and has done irreparable damage to my spine, legs, feet, and knees which is why I'm trying to buy a used collapsible electric wheelchair so I have more comfort, longevity, freedom, etc with this one
Below is a link to my gfm and my cashapp. My PayPal is also [email protected]

So my new wheelchair doesn't come with headlights because where I live the NHS doesn't fund them, which is a problem given that the chat is also black so I'm basically invisible in the dark.
But I've just got myself this really cool light/USB port which plugs into the charging bit in my wheelchair joystick because it's a really handy piece of kit

ID two photos showing a small black device. The first photo shows the front with a torch, button to turn on the torch and a usb port. The second photo shows the back which has a three pinned plug which fits a wheelchair /end ID

Something I want everyone to know is: if it helps you, then use it.
"I dont want to take recourses away from full-time AAC/wheelchair/cane/other disability aid users!!" You arent. You arent! These aids exist to help those people, yeah, but they exist to help you, too.
If it helps you get through the day, why shouldn't you use it?
There isnt a list of requirements of who should use these aids. There is only one box, does it help you? Yes? Then use it!!!!!

seeing people i haven’t talked to since i started using a cane is so hard, especially in public.
be they a regular at my store, or an acquaintance, it’s always “WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU” “WHAT DID YOU DO” “ARE YOU OKAY?”
and i don’t know how they expect me to- in public, usually while im working- explain every symptom that led to my need for a cane. if you must ask, ask quietly in private. but it’s genuinely none of your business why someone may use a mobility aid! just treat us as you would normally if it weren’t there!

Could anyone possibly send me some money to get my Mom and I some food?
My sister that were staying with took her kids to her boyfriend's hotel room for the weekend and left us with no food in the house.
I literally begged my other sister to send me money or doordash something to us herself and she gave me the "oh I'll bring you food when I come to town" line and I dont know when That will even be and we're already dangerously malnourished.

if you have restless legs or p.o.t.s or both  and feel like your legs are constantly inneed of stretching or moving or theyre in pain but you’re so so tired and you’ve already tried exercise daily but it doesnt help please please please invest in copper infused compression socks i just put them on and i feel like i can finally lay down without sticking my legs in the air to increase circulation. they’re like 19$ and i can already tell my free time is going to be a lot less painful.

accessibility aid suggestions?
Hey is there an accessibility aid you wish existed? Something that you struggle with that could be made easier with an analogue or digital device? Want to let some engineering students take a crack at making it?
I’m a first year engineering student taking a projects class and my team has been tasked with making ~something~ and I thought this was a good opportunity to ask folks if there was anything that needed to be made! We’ll be designing, prototyping, and creating the device this summer and we have access to a bunch of really cool tools and technology to do it.
Some things this class has made in the past include: glasses for the visually impaired that would detect things like tree branches in front of you, a robotic arm that could be attached to a wheelchair to swing a baseball bat, a stim desk for autistic students and more! There’s no guarantee that what we make will actually work or be usable but if we do pull it off I’d be happy to try and get it to whoever suggested it!
This is the kind of thing I want to do professionally someday so even if your suggestion doesn’t get made I’ll keep it in mind for the future!
