a lot of us strive to be that health & wellness icon, but unfortunately we might stumble upon the struggle of trying to figure out where to start. we come across so many health & wellness accounts, creators, videos, books, etc. that might quickly become overwhelming and we just end up lost on where to begin. so let this little guide on the basics be your starting position!
let’s begin …
୨ৎ — physical basics
a lot of the time when we think of “health and wellness”, we think about our physical body. we look for workout routines, we might subscribe to a gym membership, we might try and follow workout youtube videos— but, we always somehow end up losing track of keeping up with that kind of physical activity, especially when we jump right into it.
start small! when i say we’re going to talk about the basics, i mean the very bare minimum basics.
make sure you’re getting enough sleep!
that 7-8 hours of sleep is absolutely vital for your physical health. i made this guide on how to get better sleep that i recommend for those who might struggle with getting a good amount of rest at night!
your body needs to rest and recharge. it needs to go into that sleep mode so that the next day you feel energized!
getting a good amount of sleep each night is an overall basic health and wellness tip! sleep doesn’t have just physical benefits, but it also benefits your mental and emotional well-being too!
drink water daily!
2-3 liters is that sweet spot for water intake, so let that be a daily goal for yourself! even if it’s one glass of water every morning, make sure you’re staying hydrated.
what helped me increase my water intake was by getting myself a super cute water bottle! i have this pastel colored owala water bottle and i’m absolutely obsessed with it and since i love it so much i’ve just been more inclined to drink more water!
stay away from the late night snacks!
i’ve been making it a goal for myself to not eat after, at the latest, 7:30pm. with that, i also try to refrain from getting myself a late night snack.
your stomach needs time to digest all the food you’ve eaten at dinner, and doctors/nutritionists always say not to eat 2-3 hours before going to sleep! going to bed with a full stomach can cause digestive problems, and we’re trying to promote health and wellness for ourselves! not make it worse for us!
get your body moving!
even if it’s going for a short walk or getting up from the couch to stretch or dancing around in your room, you need to start moving your body! get it used to physical activity before you start trying workout routines or going to the gym or following a youtube workout video.
if you’re already a little experienced with physical activity, keep your workout routines simple and short! find beginner level youtube workout videos! again, start small. don’t try to force yourself by diving in head first into something intense!
୨ৎ — mental/emotional basics
health and wellness also means making sure your mental and emotional health & well-being are in check. you can’t do physical activities if your mind isn’t in the right place!
journal, journal, journal!
i talk about journaling A LOT, and i’m going to keep reiterating it over and over again because it works! writing down your thoughts/feelings, brain dumping, creating gratitude lists, writing down daily affirmations; it all truly helps to get yourself into a better headspace!
digital detox
sometimes, it really is that damn phone! social media can be so toxic and draining, so spend some time away from it! i’m going to hold your hand when i say this: doomscrolling on tiktok or instagram reels isn’t going to make you feel better. log out and go do something else!
read a book, journal (told you i’d bring it up again), go for a walk, chat/hangout with a friend/loved one, clean your room, take an everything shower, dance around in your room; just do something that doesn’t involve your phone!
if you want to be on your phone, maybe create a vision board on pinterest or go into your notes app and journal that way! you can also go on youtube and watch inspirational videos/podcasts or any content creators that motivate you or make you feel good.
୨ৎ — spiritual basics
this may or may not apply to you, and if it doesn’t you can go ahead and skip this part! but if it does apply to you, then stay tuned!
your spirituality can be compromised when your health and wellness needs aren’t being met. if you’re a believer in God or you believe in another higher being or the universe, try to get yourself reconnected with your spirituality!
write down prayers/affirmations/manifestations
here i am with the journaling bit again, but seriously, write it down! get into the habit of writing these things down for yourself. you can start your day with writing this stuff down or you can end your day doing so!
consume media that inspires you
youtube videos, podcasts, books, articles, essays, whatever it is just find something that you feel helps you connect with your spiritual side and immerse yourself in it!
it could be content about manifesting, content about God, content about tarot cards/readings; anything that brings you closer with your spirituality.
୨ৎ — final notes
i want to give you guys a little bit of an assignment: write and reflect on your current health and wellness. what are some aspects of it that are going really well? what are some things that still need some work? how are you going to implement healthier habits into your routine?
living healthier and promoting your personal wellness for yourself doesn’t have to be complicated. it’s okay to start off with smaller goals! the health and wellness content creators you see have all started off with the basics and the basics have helped them grow! just because it’s a small act or a tiny change, it doesn’t mean you aren’t going to see big improvements!

Personal health hacks that have completely changed my life in the last 9 months.
Absolute number one is removing carbs from my diet. I had THE WORST crashes and lethargy every single day after my morning oat meal, after my carb heavy lunch, and carb heavy dinner. Despite being vegan my body lacked nutrients and calories from under-eating being plant-based and carb-overloading.
Introducing grass-fed meat and high quality eggs into my diet. Red meat gets such bad press in the media, but personally it has given me energy, strength and I feel much better eating this in moderation.
Little exercise each day. Not killing myself with a hardcore workout and then not being able to move for rest of the week (which I was doing previously). I now do a little each day. 1.5 - 2mile run most days, and daily stretches and weights at home. Nothing crazy, but a little goes a long way and I find it much easier to be consistent doing smaller bouts on my own schedule daily.
Hormone health, ensuring I am keeping my hormones balanced. I make watermelon juice daily with 1.5 heaped tablespoons of flaxseed. Alongside that. I take omega 3, DIM, Selenium, Iodine, Vitamin D +K2, Evening primrose oil for womens health. I eat foods that support healthy hormones, broccoli, carrots, sunflower seeds and removed the foods that cause imbalances (carbs, sugars).
Removing all stress from my life. Including moving overseas, deleting social media and keeping my circle small but wholesome.
Quit drinking alcohol. Initially I thought I would have the occasional drink but I truly have no desire anymore. My life is significantly better for not drinking. My body never responded well to booze.
Sleeping properly for 7-9 hrs per night. Meditating for 1 hour before bed usually puts me in a completely zen mode for relaxation. That means my phone is switched off, I use a lavender pillow spray and light candles to set the mood for a goodnight sleep.
Zeolite detox for heavy metals (currently in the process). I have Zeolith Med powder each day with water to flush out any toxins.
Learning about gut microbiome, and probiotics..in the process of obtaining kefir grains to make my own batch. Making sauerkraut on weekends and introducing a wider variety of foods into my diet.
These are completely personal and I can honestly say I feel better than ever. I wish I had done the above years ago, especially the carbs! I got a continuous glucose monitor of Amazon to see how my body was responding to carbs before I completely cut them off and I recommend doing this if you want to know more about how your body is reacting to glucose.
*this all took time and effort, but once I removed the distractions, the meaningless socialising, the boozing, the scrolling I’ve had time to invest in myself + my health

The Mistakes That Have Been Made
Part two :)
Warnings!: Angst, angst, and more angst. Reader will be MAD sad for most of this. Poorly-practiced, unhealthy polyamory. Reader will experience a LOT of gender and body dysphoria over the course of this (though I will do my best to keep it gender-neutral throughout, bear with me), but there WILL be comfort over that.
You spent most of the night following the surgery in a light doze, after a certain man named Gary walks you to your room, only slightly entertaining your efforts to walk upright on your own two legs.
Of course, he can't stay, he's got things to do, and he's not your fucking nurse, but he still makes you unlock your phone and watches you set the timer so you take your antibiotics first thing in the morning.
He still leaves to fill up his own water bottle, and sets it by your tiny, shitty nightstand, and he still brings the thing to your lips to make you take a couple sips, even as you try not to drift off right then and there.
When you look up with tired eyes, he offers a small, sympathetic smile, and leans down to gently bump your forehead with his own.
It's... an oddly endearing gesture, considering that's a grown-ass man, but your delirious smile seems to inspire more of that gentle treatment, because when his hands are free again, he's finger-spelling to you once more.
I googled some stuff for the recovery. Should I send you the links to the articles?
You melt, just a little bit, but nod, tiredly resting your heavy head on the pillow beneath it, just really soaking in not feeling like you're dying. Feels great, you've gotta say.
"Yeah. That'd be real sweet of you, luvie. Thanks for all the help."
He beams at you. You hate to admit it, but you smile, too.

The day after is slow for you. Seeing as you're one organ down, it feels perfectly fit to work quietly in your own small office space, finding more information for prospective ops down the line.
It's comfortably-paced, much unlike how you'd been before your mistake. Back then, you were frantic, under a deadline you knew wasn't realistic trying to find documents that didn't ever exist.
Your job feels so much better without Price and the team on your ass. They never understand how discovery works, they think it just happens in a way that's frankly, stupid.
And, you're no liar, you'll say that getting periodic texts from your new friend really does brighten your mood.
Roach was a riot. And you forgot how it felt to be with that energy, the spark of new meat that you had felt yourself losing in the team.
He's a good lad, might have to get him a dinner, as-
Your train of thought is (rudely) interrupted by your door opening, without a knock or anything, and an irritated Johnny standing behind it.
"Mind tellin' me why ye werenae runnin' feckin' drills today? Ye said ye'd fuckin' spot me."
You're not surprised that his voice is supremely annoying to you right now. Normally, that Scottish slang is a comforting noise, a reminder of the company you hold, and how they've always had your back.
This time, you kind of want to knock him in the jaw for it.
This anger, it will pass.
Maybe.
"If you've got an issue, go to Price. It's not my job to fill you in on every little detail of my life, and I have a job other than training that I need to be up-to-date with."
The metal of Gary's water bottle makes a quiet noise on the textured plastic of your desk as you raise it to take another sip, effectively silencing Johnny for just a second as you hear him sputter to himself.
"Th' fuck are you- you're not drinking coffee."
Of course that's the thing he notices. He can't notice when you're on death's door begging for help, but he knows how you take a morning beverage.
You really wanna punch him now.
"Detox."
You answer is terse, not quite like you, and he furrows his brows.
"Ye're hidin' somethin', ain't ye? S' it 'cause of the mission? 'Cause that was a stupid call, an' you can't fix stupid."
What a way to make amends, Soap, show up at my door and insult me after a brief interrogation. Charming.
"My god, would it kill you to shut your mouth just once? Is that too big an ask, now?"
Harsh. That was harsh. You know it was, and that it was a mistake, but when you open your mouth to apologize, Johnny beats you to it.
"Fuck you."
The slam of the door makes you cringe, and look back down to your documents, the little notes you've drawn in the margins and the highlighter that's smudged the pen just a little bit.
Before you dwell too long, there's a quiet ping.
A small, stupid looping video pops up when you open the offending chat.
It's a poorly-rendered cockroach, spinning is stupidly whimsical circles and turning colors as a song you don't care to name plays in the background. The text under it is what makes you soften.

His spelling is amateurish at best.
You're really fucking screwed, with that one, and you know it, but still, you set the phone down, and open a new tab.

How to become that girl in 2025
happy new year! to kick off 2025, i want to share some ways that y'all can permanently glow up and become the best version of yourself!
health & fitness:
- find a workout that you actually enjoy and stick to it! it doesn't have to be an hour, but at least 10 minutes is good to start with!
- if you need help or inspiration for workouts, i personally love content from the learmann twins, taliyah joelle, savannah pesante, gisselle giron, taylor groulx, luisa giulietta, and monet zamora
- on that note, have a good stretching routine for before and after your exercises to stay flexible and to keep your muscles healthy and to help prevent injuries
- get enough sleep at night! it may seem like something that you hear all of the time, but getting enough sleep really sets the tone for your day. try to get between 6-8 hours at night, and if you have trouble with this, having a set bedtime and a good wind down routine may help!
- walk for at least an hour a day, especially if you have a remote job or attend school online! put on a good playlist or podcast
- eat a healthy, balanced diet that keeps you fueled and energized including fruits, vegetables, fiber, protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats
- drink 2l of water daily. you can also drink green tea, kombucha, or any other beverages that support skin/gut/heart health
- get sunlight or fresh air every day
- take your vitamins and supplements daily
mental wellness:
- do grounding exercises and journaling! doing these twice a day, in the morning and at night, can give you a great start and end to your day by reflecting on things going on in your life, your goals, highs and lows, or anything that's in your mind!
- listen to self help podcasts and read books about mental health and wellness to learn more about how to love yourself, set boundaries, and be your best self
- go to therapy if you need to! sometimes, there are things that we can't deal with on our own and it can help to talk to a professional who can guide you and give you the tools you need to face any problems in your life
- take time to take care of yourself and do things you enjoy, like reading, drinking tea, taking naps, or talking to friends
- if you're religious, having a healthy prayer life, going to worship services regularly, and being around people of the same faith as you can greatly help your mental and spiritual health
- listen to positive affirmations
- designate one day a week for a social media detox
self care:
- find a good skincare routine and do it in the morning and at night! if you aren't sure what products to buy or what your skin type is, you can go to your local dermatologist or esthetician. another alternative is looking at health and md websites to find your skin type and research good and effective skincare brands! no matter what your routine is, though, don't forget to use spf!
- have a good body care routine, as well, including a good body wash, exfoliator, lotion/butter, and body oil
- have a good haircare routine, consistent wash days, and try nourishing treatments like hair masks, hair oiling, and scalp massaging/steaming
- take good care of your teeth with brush, flossing, mouthwash, and whitening strips. you can also invest in a tongue scraper for extra fresh breath
- keep your nails and toes either painted/manicured or clean (depending on your preference)
organization:
- keep a google calendar with all important dates and assignments/projects
- have a daily to-do list of everything you need to do every day
- use notion to create a cute daily planner
- budget and track your spending for the week/month
- write down your goals for the week/month/year
- have weekly resets to rejuvenate yourself and your space and clear your mind

One week and four days.
That’s how long it’s been since Bradley seen you.
There’s been a buzz under his skin ever since, like he’s in a constant state of brain fog. He gets up in the mornings, takes a cold shower and thinks of reaching out, but he never does and neither do you.
He tells himself this is for the better, one time didn’t too much damage, Hangman never found out, he was in the clear.
But…
Bradley stalks your social media pages, his search history is full of your name followed by magazine names and name brands that are associated with your face. He seriously contemplates going to an Urgent Care, believing you might have drugged him. Anyone mentions your name and he lets out a shaky breath. He can’t even look Hangman in the eye.
And just when he thinks he’s officially detoxed, you show up at the Hard Deck.
He’s only half a beer down, but the second you rush through the front doors, he’s chugging it down and going to order another.
Hair wavy from the curlers they were in earlier, your relaxed outfit doesn’t match your crazed mood.
With a huff, you come to join the aviators.
“I am so sorry I’m late.” You immediately apologize as you greet everyone. Turning to your brother, he watches in amusement as you explain yourself.
“The shoot ran way later than expected, hair and makeup was a disaster, half the team bailed, the set manager was freaking out, I’m pretty sure I got a sunburn. As soon as they got the final shots, some of the girls wanted to get a bite to eat, that turned into a few glasses of champagne. Now, I’m here. Hi.” You rush with your words, though they end when Jake hugs you.
“Poor little model girl.” He fakes a pout.
From the bar, Bradley procrastinates on taking his beer and going back to the group that has their attention on you. His foot taps on the floor as he finds the courage, soon he takes a breath and just pushes himself forward.
Immediately, your eyes find him.
It’s like the ache you’ve had ever since you left his arms is gone.
The entirety of moments following are all just glances shared back and forth. The warm bar scene really isn’t doing you any favors, neither is it for him. You clip your hair up, your shirt slides off your shoulder as you lean over the pool table, winning a bet you made with Coyote.
A few more drinks come and go, music is flowing, you’re swaying next to the jukebox and Bradley is at war with his mind and heart.
At some point, Phoenix slides her way beside him, watching him stare off in your direction as you fight with Jake over which song to play next.
“That’s a poison you don’t want to pick, Bradshaw.” She says, making him snap his eyes away.
He shakes his head, trying to deny anything but Nat looks up at him with a pointed face.
“Here’s a tip, if you don’t want Hangman to find out you want his little sister, don’t eye fuck her.” She says, patting his chest.
Bradley sighs. “Don’t say anything about this.”
“What? I’m not gonna get you killed.” She laughs, not helping his guilty mind any.
As you sift past bodies, making your way to the secluded bathroom in the back of the bar, his eyes are tracking your every step. And as his mind is screaming at him to just forget about you, he trails after you.
The stall clanks as you come out to wash your hands, then you lean against the sink and sigh.
It feels like you’re on fire and he hasn’t even touched you. You could feel those brown eyes on you, it was suffocating. He looked too good, his voice was so smooth and he didn’t even speak to you.
He hasn’t called in a week and four days.
You remind yourself of that fact and try to get your head straight.
Drying your hands, you decide you’ll tell everyone goodbye and be on your way. It was getting late anyway, you could go back to your house, take a shower, get in bed and watch some tv. That was safe, you’d be able to control yourself.
Head on straight now, you open the bathroom door and immediately forget the entire safe plan you just made.
Bradley stands there, looking at you with round brown eyes, lips parted slightly. “Hi.” He greets, not knowing there’s a fire lit in your stomach.
“Hi.” You smile.
So much for a conversation, the two of you just stand with a heated silence before you have the urge to speak.
“H-How are you? How have you been?”
He wants to laugh at your effort to remain normal.
“Me? I’ve been acting a fool since you left.” He says in utter transparency, making your brows furrow slightly.
“Makes me wish you would’ve called and told me.” You state with an awkward laugh, tucking your hair behind your ear.
Bradley looks half confused and half surprised.
“I didn’t call because I wasn’t sure if you wanted me to or not…you never called either, so…” He looks away almost bashfully, but he tries to mask his look with one of manly stoicism.
Now you really are taken back. Slightly shaking your head, a dry chuckle leaves your lips.
“Bradley…you never gave me your number. I was waiting for you to call.” You say, making him snap his head back to you.
He’s an idiot.
Of course he is.
“I’m…damn it, I’m sorry sweetheart.” He laughs at himself and scratches the back of his neck. “God, I’m an idiot.”
“No you aren’t.” You say, stepping closer.
“This entire time I could’ve been talking to you- even though it’s still not the best idea-”
You reach out, hand on his jaw as you lean up to kiss him. He immediately silences, pressing his lips back to yours, softly savoring you.
After a moment, with his hands on your waist, you pull back. Hand slipping up to his hair, you don’t miss the way his eyes flutter shut for a moment.
“I’ve thought about you every day, since.” You whisper, watching his eyes pull back open, a shade darker.
“I’m going to get myself in trouble.” He says, fingers flexing before gripping your hips a little tighter.
“You’re already this far in, what’s the harm in more?” You question.
He internally groans. Because what was the harm in more? He wanted it so badly, all he can hope for is to see you every day until you leave. He’ll take you out, all of his free time could be given to you.
All he had to do is follow your lead.
“We could go back to my place.” You offer quietly, smiling as he kisses you once more.
“Meet me outside by my car.” He says with a sly grin.
And that’s what you do. Going back to the group, you say goodnight to everyone, telling your brother that you’re getting a ride home and you’ll see him for lunch tomorrow.
Then you calmly step out into the night air and lean against the Bronco.
After five minutes, Bradley is coming to find you.
You bite your lower lip, containing your giddy laugh as he helps you into the passenger seat.
Hand on your thigh, you direct him to the seaside rental. It’s almost like you’re in a cloud of deja vu, the way the two of you fall into the house, tangled together, all hot and feverish. It’s the same way you two were before.
He blindly shuts the door behind him before turning and pushing you up against the wall. His mouth on your neck has you breathing hard, has your hands pushing his shirt up.
“Bedroom.” You pant. “Bedroom is down the hall.”
Immediately he pulls you from the wall, heated hands lifting you from the ground. Your legs wrap around his waist, he supports you by both hands gripping your ass.
“Fuck, I’ve been thinking about this everyday.” You admit, arms around his neck, tongue in his mouth.
Bradley groans. “You can’t say things like that, baby.”
His pleading tone shoots arousal through you.
“Why not?” You ask dumbly, getting backed through the bedroom door. “Not sure you can handle the truth?”
Clothes get scattered onto the ground, your urgent in your actions, yanking his belt open and unzipping his jeans. He unhooks your bra in one fluid motion and tosses it behind him, laying you flat on your back, against the bed. He trails that skilled tongue of his over your sensitive breasts. He places open mouthed kisses down your chest and over your stomach.
“I don’t think I can leave you again after this.” He claims as he yanks your underwear down.
“Then don’t.” You say, meeting his eyes as he comes back up to you.
He leans down and kisses you slowly, a different change of pace. You moan into his mouth as his fingers run between your thighs, finding how wet you are.
“You have to mean that.” He whispers in a rough tone.
“I do.” You gasp as he sinks two fingers into you slowly. Your hand grips the back of his head. “I mean it, Bradley.”
His erection twitches in his boxers.
He can’t help the marks he sucks into your collar bones, he thinks he might just lose it when you kiss him with an urgent need, biting his bottom lip.
“Don’t make me wait.” You say. “I want to feel you inside me, please.”
The realization hits him.
“I don’t have a condom.” He says.
“I’m on birth control.” You breathe, hands already trying to tug his boxers down.
The idea of being inside of you. Raw. It has him pulling his drenched fingers from you and sucking them clean. He lets you tug the fabric down, lets you run your palm over him a few times before he practically shoves you back, needing to feel the way you’ll wrap warmly around him.
He brushes your hair out of your face, cradles your jaw as he slowly pushes into you.
You groan breathlessly, head digging into the pillow as he stretches you perfectly.
“Fuck.” He curses under his breath. “You feel so fucking good.”
A moan tumbles from your lips as he hits an enticing spot inside of you. His hand runs down your thigh and grabs the back of your knee, kissing you as he hooks that leg around his waist, giving him more room to slowly thrust against you.
You let out a giggle, utterly relieved at the pleasure of him dragging back and forth against your walls.
“You’re so addicting.” He admits, pulling out of you almost completely before sinking back in.
The sound of your wetness grows as he speeds up, it has you gripping onto his wide shoulders.
“That’s it.” You praise. “Like that.”
He grows a drunk smirk. “Yeah? You like it like this? You love how I hit it so deep and good?”
“Yes- ah, Bradley.” You gasp as he makes his thrusts more pointed.
“Good. I love it when you take it so good, fuck, you’re such a good girl.”
Your lips tremble at the praise, eyes falling shut as you pant. His lips to the skin of your neck, the bristle of his mustache makes you shiver. He moans against you at the way you maintain a grip around him.
“Bradley.” You whine, begging him to push harder.
He does, of course he does, he’ll do anything if you keep calling his name like that. Your free hand grips the sheets while the other is in his hair or trailing your nails across his back. His movement jolts you, shakes you closer to the headboard and you couldn’t be more thrilled.
“There you go, baby.” He coos, thumb trailing over your parted lips. “You want it like this, huh?” He asks as he spreads you wider, giving him the space he needs to fuck into your tight cunt.
“Mhm. Fuck, you’re so deep.”
You keep saying those dirty words and all he wants to do is pound into you until your screaming. It’s one tweak he makes, one adjustment of his hips, your hips, that has you gasping out. He knows he’s hitting the right spot when your nails dig into his shoulder.
“Bradley- please- feels so good like this.” You cry out, muscles tightening as your orgasm starts to build.
“Shit, you’re gonna make me come.” He breathes, finding your open mouth.
Your pants are heavy, your voice hoarse as you whimper his name over and over, it makes his head swim and his dick twitch inside of you.

Your body goes rigid, your grip on him tightens as he fucks you through the orgasm. You’re coming with a shaky moan, your eyes blown completely wide as the feeling takes ahold of you.
“There it is, that’s it.” Bradley praises. “I’m so close, I’m going to come.” He curses, your name coming from him like a prayer.
His rhythm falters as he pushes deep inside of you one last time and he finishes, body going numb.
“Oh fuck, oh fuck yes.” He praises, watching how your body shakes under him.
He grips your thighs as he sits back, watching with amazement as he finally pulls out and sees the mess the two of you made together. It’s a sight that’s going to be on his mind forever.
It’s in that moment of bliss, when you’re entering earth’s atmosphere again, that a pleased smile sits on your sleepy lips. Bradley lays beside you, an arm over his eyes as he takes deep breaths.
“Hey…” He blindly reaches for you when you don’t speak or move. “You still with me?”
You try to move some part of your body but it all feels too heavy at the moment.
“Mhmm.” Is all you groan, eyes casted on the ceiling as your vision becomes clear again. Your mind is completely drunk and woozy, the only thing you can do is put your hand over his that rests on your thigh.
This feeling is intoxicating beyond a lustful level, that’s something you know for sure.

The windows are open to let the night breeze in, and the sound of the ocean is calming as you pull your messy hair up into an odd shaped bun. Both of you half dressed, Bradley groans as he pushes his face into the pillow. You let your eyes trace over the shape of his back muscles as they contort, then you lean forward, running your hands over his bare skin. As you lean to press your lips to his shoulder blades, he turns his head to the side to show his goofy smile.
“You staying the night?” You ask, voice low as you kiss his skin.
“I was planning on it, unless you’re gonna kick me out.” He mumbles.
You lean towards his face. “I think I’ll keep you around for now.” You tease.
Bradley chuckles, then shifts onto his side, his strong arms dragging you against him. Those sleepy brown eyes of his look into yours, all warm and meaningful and it doesn’t scare you.
“What are you doing Sunday?” He asks in an intimate tone since you’re just inches away.
You hum. “Not sure…but I could probably fit you into my schedule.”
He rolls his eyes, moving to bury his face in your neck. As he kisses your delicate skin, he mumbles his words.
“I was thinking I’d like to take you out on a date, but if Gucci calls and needs your pretty face, I understand.”
You laugh, pulling him back in fear he’ll suffocate against you. “I’d love a proper date.”
Now he gives you an all out grin and nods. “Okay, that sounds good.”
Pressing your lips to his, the two of you nestle together in your bedroom kingdom, wrapped in the covers and each other’s scent. You fall soundly asleep first, laid on his chest, and Bradley looks down at you and screws his eyes shut.
He was so screwed. So unbelievably screwed.
This was something that wasn’t his, and now he is set to make it his.
Even if it just might kill him.

2024 Prep + Plan ✨
when going into the new year, there are so many different feelings about this time. Whether you've had one of the best years of your life, or whether you're still in your cocoon phase of becoming a butterfly. This reset routine will set you up for the year you deserve, you're allowed to feel however you need to feel about the upcoming new year but for me, this year screams hope, creativity and becoming the best possible version of me.
Deep clean your space both physical + mental - Change + create a rotation for bedsheets + towels. - Clean floor + surfaces in your room / apartment. - Journal: Reflect on what went well and what you accomplished, things to do, events, goals, ideas. - Spend the weekend before Monday 1st to get the last of the errands done for the year. - Clean out your closet Hygiene reset - Create the simplest skincare that works for you - for me all my skin really needs is a good cleanser and an even better moisturiser - Eyebrows - either get them done or do them yourself - Nails - either get them done or do them yourself - i have some perfect clean girl nail aesthetics - Hair - I love oiling + putting a hair mask every sunday that i can - Wash makeup brushes - i am a victim of procrastination + i cannot remember the last time i washed my brushes - HAVE AN EVERYTHING SHOWER - they're healing. Relax + Renew - Spend the 1st of Jan without your phone as much as possible - be reasonable x - go out n spend a significant time outside. - Digital Detox - reorganise phone, apps, camera roll, set screen limits + alarms to keep you on track. - Spend time outside journalling / reading - Do whatever makes you relaxed + happy x Set intentions for the new month - Pick 3-5 small goals for the month of January - Decide on the habits required to achieve a solid schedule in the daily habits, either into your morning or night routine - Anticipate anything that might make the habit difficult to achieve and come up with a plan to combat that - e.g. if your goal is to drink more water, then anticipate that you will need to bring your bottle everywhere. - Download / Make a habit tracker to track progress on new habits throughout the month. - Set a reward for yourself after the month - you deserve it - Schedule some events to look forward to

So far, I've managed to do a lot and I'm so proud of myself. If you did some of them too, I'm really proud of you <3. It's difficult but we did it!
Here's what I managed to accomplish:
⭐Got my sleep schedule right: I FINALLY am sleeping 7-8 hours a night and it's so much better because I wake up at 5:30 am every morning and I'm more alert these days.
⭐Working out: Started going to the gym 5 days a week. I'm also looking into some hip-hop classes in the evenings.
⭐Water: I've tried drinking more water, and it's certainly working. I'm not perfect, but we're getting there!
⭐Digital detoxing: I did it. I successfully deleted social media and I'm so freaking proud of myself. It's 100% not easy and while I do get the occasional bursts of jealousy and FOMO, I'm getting better <3
⭐Creative work: I've started to learn how to crochet, and I'm planning on starting knitting soon. I also want to begin making my own jewellery (possibly try my hand at making clothes as well)
⭐Portfolio: I've begun work on my portfolio and I'm really excited with all the ideas I'm getting.
⭐Clean room: My room is so much cleaner now that I'm tidying up on a regular basis.
⭐Friendships: Currently in a really great place with two separate friend groups who value me, and I'm really grateful to past me for cutting out people I thought were my "friends".
Of course, I'm not perfect, I will be struggling with some things. I did particularly have problems with some of these:
💛My to-do list: More often than not, my to-do list lies incomplete because I just don't want to do it lol. Discipline is key, and I'm working on it.
💛Food: I've had to go out so much, and I've been consuming less-than-ideal healthy food. It's been difficult because I'm out so many hours due to classes that I literally need to buy those sugary protein bars to eat. 10 hours a day of nonstop commuting, sitting for 2-hour classes is no joke. We've also had a ton of birthdays and outings so I'm trying not to give into temptation and buy a bag of chips on a whim.
💛Self-care: I was so busy, I burned out, oof. I overworked myself to the point of a mental breakdown, and I'm still so busy, I'm finding it difficult to set aside time to even do my Everything Shower. I'm going to try and cut my day into manageable chunks so I can decompress.
Learning myself over the last few months has been interesting, to say the least. Paying attention to your mind and body's cues allows you to be more aware of what you're doing and WHY. Here's your sign to start implementing habits you've been sleeping on.

I have to be honest and say that I personally very dislike the way Nora handles addiction in her books just because, to me, it always just feels a little too flimsy and not researched at all.
The most difficult part of being an addict isn't simply being able to go through the detox process, that's hard in itself of course and can be very painful and mentally straining, but the hardest part of being an addict is that you'll always be an addict. Being clean doesn't mean that you are not an addict anymore.
Aaron is an addict, one that got clean very recently at that, and yet they bring him to bars, the make him drink alchol, they make him thake cracker dust. Not only is Aaron not clean and sober but he's also in an extremely tempting environment that would make it so easy for him to start using other drugs again.
To me, it just looks like it was written by someone that has no idea of what being an addict is, of how much being an addict takes from you, how much being an addict is who you are. You could be 50 with 3 children and a wife, 35 years clean with a perfect job and still you might one morning wake up and run a to an NA or AA meeting because the sink broke, your child wouldn't stop crying and your wife is upset with you and you need to take a hit or your veins will explode. And yet Aaron, olny sober for around 3 years, gets drunk and even gets high every weekend. That's a sure recipe for relapse.
I know everyone deals with their sobriety differently, I know there are people, for example, who are California sober (no alcohol, no drugs, yes marijuan or some other drugs). We could debate about our thoughts on the topic if you see it differently but to me it seems like being californiana sober is just a first step towards the right direction, it's a way to reduce the dangers and the most prominent side effect of being an addict without actually having to abstain from drugs. We all take different paths in a life, there is not just one way to do something and everyone must do what it's right for them and what works for them, so if cali sober works for u that'sgreat. But being californiano sober (which is not even what Aaron is doing cause he does consume alchol very regularly) could easly lead him to becoming an alcoholic or make him addicted to craker dust because when you substitute one substantial for another is very very easy to just get addicted to the new one.
Again, I know everyone deals with sobriety differently, but I just feel like Aaron sobriety is just very badly handled and most importantly not very well thought out, probably because he's just a side character so maybe there wasn't really much thought put into it.

Not Just A Girl - Chapter 4 // Jason Sudeikis x Reader
Summary: You're a new up and coming actress. At your first awards show, you run into your celebrity crush, Jason Sudeikis. Trying to navigate the bond you form with him while both juggling your respective careers proves to be quite the task with some unexpected twists along the way.

Once again you wake up entirely too early of your own accord. To work out some of your nervous energy you wander down to the weight room to move for a bit. Your realize once you've made it down there that you've left your phone in your room but you don't need your phone for the a half hour, right? That's the new thing these days, Isn't it? Technology detox? Sure, why not give it go.
Your callback isn't scheduled until 10:00 which gives you plenty of time to obsess over every little detail you can imagine into being before having to slip into the persona of Mia and hopefully finally get conformation regarding the part.
Comfortably tired from your workout, you head to the elevator to go back up to your room and happen to spot your new friend - the security guard from last night - leaving as he gets off his shift. He looks even younger outside of his uniform. Quite the shift, you marvel, for someone so young - but then you often held off jobs while you were working in theater, just son you could afford the rent.
You give him a friendly wave which he returns with an exhausted by happy smile. On the elevator, you remind yourself to relay your promise to Jason when you call him later in the day. You've decided on calling him around lunchtime so as to hopefully not interrupt his day. He made you promise that you would call after your callback, but he never specified when.
A glance at your phone tells you that 30 minutes with it, while freeing, is actually quite impractical. You've not got numerous messages to shift through.
Knock them dead, Honey.
From your mother.
The award looks great. Go get us another to match!
From your Father, with an attached photo of him, making a goofy face next to your award in a newly built cabinet.
Todd had sent a series of messages - first regarding the fan mail that he wanted to pass on to you at your earliest convenience, a.k.a. come clear some of this clutter from my workplace - followed by directions to the building where you needed to go today, a brief pep talk... remember your training, so on, so forth - and then an oddly phrased text requesting that you call him after lunch because by that time he thought he would know something you would like to hear.
You had sent him the list of places that you had been interested in renting while you stayed in town, perhaps he would have news regarding that? You can't live in the hotel forever, despite how tempting it would be to do so.
Will also opted for a series of texts:
If they don't choose you for Mia, they're mad. - x
Followed by:
Can't wait to see you and discuss your new boyfriend.
Then another one:
Jo said the pair of you went house hunting without me. You owe me drinks!
You try to remember where he is and what he could be doing at the moment, judging if you can call and chat. Is he doing interviews? Maybe a photo shoot?
The next text doesn't help clear up where he could be.
The makeup trailer seems empty without you. When will we be able to coerce someone into making All Your Monsters 2?
You save the texts from Jason for last.
Good Morning, Darling. Don't forget your promise to call.
You can't help but grin. "Or what?" You think to yourself.
Before protesting again, my phone is on silent and I'll be checking my messages at every available moment until I hear from you.
You shake your head and laugh, imaging Jason sneaking glances at his phone every time the director calls cut. Though it makes you smile you'd feel incredibly guilty if you got him into trouble on set.
Also, we had food provided during our breaks from a wonderful little breakfast spot downtown. I'd love the chance to take you.
This makes you blush. Breakfast with Jason. Breakfast following...
Before your mind can stray too far down that distracting line of thought another text arrives from Todd:
Did you get the directions I sent?
Really, he worries far too much about your sense of direction.
Yes, I'll let you know when I get there.
You pack up a few things into a satchel in the hopes that you can window shop at some point during the day. To pass the time and distract yourself from the butterflies in your stomach you use your phone to scroll through the media links that Todd has sent you. There are so many articles speculating on your connection with Jason - curiosity makes you scan through the titles.
The new woman in Jason's life, Battle of the Co-stars over before it began? Goldstein out on day one as Sudeikis cuddles up with new woman.
After reading through a few of the articles you get distracted by the copious photos linked to the sites: publicity photos of each of you at the awards show with candid shots from the night sprinkled in, more from the after party, walking along the street, even a few from your date the previous night. Scrolling through the pictures you are reminded of the long days during filming All Your Monsters when you would pas the time by searching our various funny pictures and sending them to Will. You spent an entire week sending him the same photo of a squirrel with his cheeks overstuffed - it had driven him crazy.
Rather than sit around in your hotel you decide to go ahead over to the location for your callback and maybe find a quiet spot to sit and center yourself before having to disappear into the character of Mia.
You arrive far earlier than just a few minutes, which all works out according to plan -- finding a place to sit and collect yourself proves a bit challenging. As far as options go, sitting in the lobby isn't much help because of all the foot traffic... there is a row of chairs near the door that you were directed to go to, but that puts you in the awkward position of having to see who walking of the room just before you have to go in. Everything has been kept incredibly quiet regarding the project.
You can hear voices coming from within the room through the door, which was left slightly ajar. You know better than to try to knock on the door to announce your arrival, for all you know they could still be with the previous pairing and interrupting that would be awkward beyond even your standards. You realize the voices have grown a bit more insistent and you can actually make out the words of the person who is currently speaking and it is n=certainly not dialogue from the pages you've been given.
"I just don't see the wisdom in it..."
Part of the response is lower than you can make out... "-thought we had agreed it would be best for production."
"Well things changed, maybe we don't want that anymore."
"Do we scrap all the other choices we've made so far then too?" Someone was very unhappy about something regarding this James & Mia movie. "You said - you said that casting unknowns was the most beneficial!"
Oh - your stomach flips. Oh, you really shouldn't be listening to this, any of this. You should get up and walk back out to the lobby and wait there until it is closer to your appointment time. What if they open the door to find you sitting here? You want to flee but now that your ears have picked up on the conversation your body seems to refuse to let you escape.
"Look - you can be on board with this or not but that doesn't change the fact that we are going to be telling all of them today and.."
The irate voice was even louder, loud enough to make you wince and unglue from your position. "You still want us to see all of them? You don't consider that - I don't know - a waste of everyone's time? Now that you've unilaterally made the biggest decision we..."
You don't stay to hear the rest of the tirade. You're already walking down the hall as quietly as you can. You don't pause in the lobby but burst out the door onto the sidewalk, the sun shining ahead help as you as your best to take steady breaths.
Pull it together. Breathe in, out.
In. Out.
Ok. So they're going a different way, at least they're going to tell you rather than leave you waiting for a phone call.
Breathe in. Out.
Why wait around to hear they don't want you? You're feeling petulant but quickly find a reply to the question: you never know what other projects these individuals might have lined up that they might recommend for you.
Everything is an opportunity.
You've been turned down for parts you've gotten attached to before. You close your eyes and concentrate on breathing until the urge to dry heave subsides. Opening your eyes, you sigh up at the building. There's one voice you want to hear before you go back inside to face their decision..
Your finger are still slightly shaking as you dial Jason's number. It goes to voicemail, thankfully he did as he said he would and turned his phone to silent.
"Hey-" You scowl when you hear your voice waver and force a smile, trying to change the pitch of your voice. "So, I'm currently standing outside enjoying the beautiful sunshine and thinking of you. Havn;t gone in yet but I overheard something I probably shouldn't have... and well, I think they're going with someone else. Whoever it is, I'm sure it'll do the project wonders. I just... well,,,"
You look down at your watch. "Damn." It took you longer to gather yourself than you thought. You've got to run back inside or you'll be late. To top it off, you notice that in your frazzled state to check your watch, your thumb ended the call. You heave a sigh before turning the phone ring tone down and stuffing it into your bag.
Back in the building you walk with as much confidence as you can muster back towards the proper room. The door is open now, the silence reminding you of the quiet just before all hell breaks loose.
Ok. you are going to go in there and wow them, even if they've already made up their minds. You'll explain everything to Jason later - hopefully over many drinks.
Upon entering the room you are warmly greeted by the casting director, a man who reminds you of your theater teacher from college. He introduces you in turn to the individuals sitting alongside him - almost in order of the chain of command, working from himself all the way up to the man you recognize moments before the casting director says his name - the director of the project. After introductions you drop your bag to the floor beside the chair they've set out in front of them. Was your phone buzzing? It was hard to place to source of the sound over the shifting of all the people in front of you and the added movement of the script and other odd things in you bag. You didn't really need to bring the script with you, but you would thought you have a moment to go over your notes to yourself... of course, that was before you eavesdropped on the conversation that was taking up your brain space. You start to lean over to adjust the way your bag is sitting and maybe pull the pages out but you stop your actions when the casting director addresses you:
"Well, before we get started, Welcome back! You were absolutely lovely in your audition and I wanted you to know that. We loved the interpretation of Mia that you brought to the table."
Were absolutely lovely. Loved. Past tense. As in we don't love your interpretation anymore because someone did something better, but thanks for playing anyway. You keep your breathing calm and level by dropping yourself out of the moment as much as you can.
"We think we've found--" he glances askance before correcting his words. "We have cast our James and are hoping that we might have the right fit for you playing against him."
That - was not what you were expecting him to say. You blink to let the words sink in for a moment before smiling. "I- thank you! I'd love to give it a go."
"Excellent" He beams down the line at the other members of the team, most of whom are smiling - but you notice the production manager, (or were they introduced as the production coordinator?) doesn't seem to be very interested in the conversation. "We're actually going to have to wait a few minutes for his arrival so let's just run through a few lines and then we'll see where we're at." You nod before squaring yourself in your chair and letting your careful construct of Mia take control.
Half an hour later you're up and pacing, you've just finished a particularly tense bit of dialogue with all.. but again, just the one... seeming to enjoy themselves as they are again liking what you are showing them. You've amended small bits of your reactions as a result of your discussions with Jason regarding certain moments. Thankfully a break is called so you can scoop up one of the bottles of water they've kindly provided. You chose not to reseat yourself right away. The energy you've called upon for the scene making you a bit restless now that you don't have a way to expel it. Pacing doesn't seem to be doing to the trick so you let the character of Mia slip back into the corner where you've nestled her away in your mind.
With a glance down at the far end of the table, the casting director then checks his watch, "We;ll just call down to the lobby and see if he's made it yet... we did agree to the 10:30 - 10:45 time frame."
While he makes his phone call, you perch on the edge of your chair to scoop up the script from your bag and flip through the pages to review some of your notes. Remember how tenuous the relationship is by this time. Or Would she allow James to see how horribly he's injured her here or would she strive for impassiveness? In searching our a particular phrase you wanted to highlight you notice writing on pages you don't remember commenting on. A closer look brings you a smile. Jason has written you notes as to his feelings on the scenes. Most seeming to be in agreement with your assessment. Bless him. Your trace your fingertip over is handwriting, figuring he had written it while waiting for you to finish getting ready for your night out.
"Oh - excellent! And you already sent him up? Good!" The casting director clasps his hands together with such explosive force it jolts you out of your thoughts. "Alright, we are delighted to tell you that -"
Well. That makes twice is less than an hour that you've been surprised ( and then delighted) by the turn of events - Brett nods his acknowledgement to you.
You realize the casting director is still talking, "...And Brett's schedule being as busy as it is we weren't sure if we would be able to land him for the role, but by the time we get production underway things shouldn't be problematic. We'll try to get through this quickly..."
Your casting director is talking more to the people alongside him than you right now but you still nod in reply. You take note of the expression of those in charge - the director looks particularly pleased with himself, but again the production manager/coordinator - really, you were going to have to clarify that eventually - doesn't appear all that interested in the events unfolding. Actually, as you analyze her expression, you realize that is she seemed merely disinterested in you before, she seems to be seething now that Brett Is in the room. Wow, not doing a very good job of hiding her opinions at the moment... Obviously, it was her protestations that you overheard earlier.
Brett has finished shaking hands with those in charge and scoops you now into a gentle hug. "Surprise..." He murmurs into your ear just before releasing you.
How long had Brett been interested in the role? You think back through the odd few texts the pair of you have exchanged since meeting the night of the award show and you realize that you never mentioned this particular project while talking with him. Apparently, this is just one of those wild coincidences.
How long will your luck hold our concerning your career? You are reminded of your audition for All Your Monsters when you walked into the room and saw Will Poulter sitting there waiting for you. How did you overcome your nerves then? Right, push your own feelings aside and concentrate on the the character... Your drop the script back into the chair and take a quick sip of water while listening as the casting director gives brief directions as to what he'd like to see from the pair of you.
By 11:00 all involved seem to be on the same page regarding the casting of Brett as James and you in the role of Mia - even, to your pleasure, the production manager. You don't envy them the task of seeing the remaining people today... that exchange must be a tough one. Brett nods great fully when they acknowledge that he need to get back to filming for the current project he's working on. He waits for you to grab your bag and walks with you back towards the outside world.
"I'd be happy to drop you somewhere on my way back to the studio."
You shake your head while thanking him. "That's ok. I think I need to walk around a bit." You feel your phone vibrating into your side through the fabric of your bag. " Ah - and I have a few phone calls to make. Long story..."
The pair of your pause in the lobby to say goodbye. Brett gives your arm a brief squeeze. "Which there will be plenty of time to hear now that we're working together. I'll see you again soon."
In the hour that you've been in the callback your phone has gone nuts. You send off a quick text to Todd letting him know of the developments, omitting your little panic attack before the audition though he's surely likely to hear about it somehow. There are both texts and voicemails from Jason You read through the messages first:
Your message cut off, is everything ok?"
Everything is now.
The next:
Todd said he wasn't even aware you'd gotten there. You did go in didn't you?
Oh Damn, you forgot to tell Todd you had arrived since you were so distracted. Well, he knows now.
Forget whatever you heard. You show them how passionate you are about this character and they will have no choice but to be swayed.
Oh God, you've apparently really distracted him from his work.
Darling, answer your phone. Please. You're killing me here. Smoke Signal, carrier pigeon. I'll take anything to know you're okay.
You stop scrolling through the messages. You imagine his voicemails will be more of the same. You quickly dial his number and to your surprise, he answers on the first ring. Before he can say a word you rush out as much information as you can.
"Jason, I'm fine. Everything is fine. I did go - I'm so sorry to have worried you. I got the part, Jason!" You can hear him breathe out in reaction to your news. "I can't believe you called Todd, I'm in trouble aren't I?"
This results in a chuckle. "No you're not in trouble though I wouldn't mind putting eyes on you right now, just for good measure."
You close your eyes to fight back the emotions rising to surface. You want nothing more than to be standing with him having this conversation in person. "Hmm I probably owe everyone on your set apology cakes or something for how much I seem to have stressed you out." Another laugh comes over the line. How you love making him do that. "I very much doubt they would just let me waltz in there with a plate of cookies though... Who all did you call anyway?"
Jason considers for a moment and you can hear him being summonsed in the background which is apparently ignoring because they repeat themselves louder. He responds to them with a bit of hesitation. "Yeah, I'm on my way!"
"Jason, I know this is going to be a long day for you but... could you -" You plan on asking him to call you or at least express your desire to see him.
"Yes."
You laugh. "You don't even know what I'm going to say."
"Doesn't matter. Yes. You had me at could you."
You try to think of something outrageous to demand of him surely because he agreed but you settle for the delight you feel knowing that you'll be able to wrap your arms around him in a matter of hours. "Okay, then." You can hear him being called more insistently and smile. "I'm really going to have to send over dozens of apology baskets. I'll call Todd to get right on that. You said tentatively you thought you'd be done by 8 tonight, right?" Jason confirms the timeframe and you add, "Ok - I'll be there when you're done. Call me if that changes. Now go before they irrevocably hate me for taking you away from work."
You take a taxi over to Todd's office after calling to both apologize for any undue stress - ok, all the undue stress. - and the request that he send over a massive basket of delicious treats to the studio where Jason is working. He laughs, "You want the note to say what?"
"Trust me, it is justified. Please Todd?" You note the taxi driver is doing his best not to laugh.

This is a guide on daily routines inspired by Choi Yena! These routines are ideal to do in a lazy day when your motivation and energy are both low, but you still want to get some things done!

Yena starts her days checking her phone, it's important to not do it immediately after waking up, take some time to remember your dreams or drink water until you're fully awake. Checking social media in the morning can change your mood drastically, so always make sure to detox your socials! Unfollow or block people you don't want on your feed + follow inspiring accounts.
Next step is to get ourselves our favorite sugary drink, although it's not healthy to have this amount of sugar every day, giving ourselves a treat, specially when we are feeling off can't be harmful! (just remember to drink water the rest of the day (;° ロ°)!)
Now it's time to play video games! Choose one that gets you out of bed like just dance or some kind of VR game, if you don't feel like moving because you're sick or have period cramps, you can play a phone game like kartrider rush+.
After having fun, it's time to make chores (っ- ‸ - ς) Yena doesn't really like to do them, she even tricks her older brother Sungmin to do them for her! But still, she ends up doing them anyway ૮ ◞ ﻌ ◟ ა some chores you can do is making your bed, clean your room, organize laundry and do the dishes or anything that makes your room clean and functional for the rest of the day.
Time for breakfast! Yena's favorite is inspired by the movie "howl's moving castle", basically it's eggs, bacon, toast and cheese with a cup of tea, if this doesn't seem like your type of breakfast, you can try another recipe based on movies or shows or just one that you've been wanting to try for some time now!
Finally, it's time to get ready! Do your skincare, brush your hair into a comfy hairstyle and only wear comfy clothes. You decide if you want to wear makeup today or not, but if you do, try some new styles or colors to refresh your style, you can even try Yena's makeup looks!

When we're feeling tired, the last thing we want to do is to study, but sometimes we don't have other option. If you have no other option than study today, you can do a little revision of the content, organize and delay some tasks to do any other day and do some simple things like easy homework, you can listen to your favorite songs to boost your mood!
After this short study session, you can "reward" yourself and watch some kpop content (Yena is a huge kpop fan!) like variety shows your favs appear in, MV's or live presentations.

Yena is actually not good at doing heavy workouts, usually she does short routines with Sungmin! So what are we're going to do is a do a 5 min workout for our target area (arms, abs, legs, etc.) or a low impact full body workout!
If you actually feel a little more energetic now, you can do a kpop random dance, these are so fun to play especially if you're a multistan! Or you can try and learn some new choreographies from scratch too.

A relaxing bath is always a good idea on a lazy day! First, set the mood with some relaxing music and your favorite scent, then wash your body using a sweet-scented body wash and then use a scrub to soften your skin, for extra soft skin, use a light body lotion after. Only use dry shampoo today, you’re probably too tired to wash and dry it today ʚ(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )ɞ
After refreshing it's a perfect time to take a break from your phone and do some journaling, search for prompts on Pinterest to see why you were feeling down or lazy today and search for a solution, if you're feeling creative, take some stickers, memo pads and cute pens to start scrapbooking! Listen to some music if you find it too boring.

Before going to sleep, watch an episode from a kdrama, cartoons or anime! Some recommendations from Yena are saiki k and chainsaw man

I really wanted to do this guide cuz yena is my fav soloist, her style is so cute and i don't see much content about her often + I'm really into routines and self care, but they always require to do so much stuff everyday and i can't help but feel tired after doing them, but then i feel guilty if i don't do them, so i wanted to make a toned down version so I can recharge energy while being productive :3

We already know they get all wibbly wobbly on ginger, but we do see the Tenth Doctor (supposedly) get drunk in the episode "Girl in the Fireplace". Considering he "sobered up" rather quickly, do Gallifryans control how quickly their body processes alcohol?

🚀Fast Metabolism, But…
A Gallifreyan's liver is like a high-performance engine when it comes to metabolising alcohol. They can process spirits faster than you can say 'Raxacoricofallapatorius', meaning they can usually avoid the clumsy antics and morning-after regrets that accompany human drinking sessions. But, just like any engine, push it too hard for too long, and it's going to start sputtering.
🧠Nervous System Override
Imagine you're at an intergalactic rave, your bloodstream swimming with the finest spirits from across the galaxy. As a Gallifreyan, you can instruct your nervous system to initiate a biochemical cleanup on aisle 'you'. With just a thought, you can command your liver to shift gears, accelerating the breakdown of acetaldehyde into harmless substances that your body can easily flush away. This is like having a highly efficient, internal cleanup crew on standby.
⚠️When the System Fails…
But even Time Lords have their limits. Picture this: the party's been great, and you've drunk enough to fill your TARDIS swimming pool. Now, your body's internal command centre, usually so adept at managing your physiological state, is, well, utterly sloshed.
Your attempts to signal a detox might get lost in the ether, like a distress call floating aimlessly in the void. Your once-infallible nervous system fails to muster the coherence needed to initiate the cleanup crew. The hangover that follows is a testament to the fact that, despite their near-omnipotent command over time and space, Gallifreyans are not immune to the universal law of cause and effect.
🫚The Gingerol Conundrum
Then there's gingerol, the bane of any Gallifreyan's night out. The gingerol makes every sip of alcohol hit like a meteor, and there's absolutely no chance of that cleanup crew being sober enough to help.
🏫 So...
While a Gallifreyan might join in on the human ritual of clinking glasses and downing shots, they have an alien ace up their sleeve to avoid the aftereffects. Just keep that metabolism in check and move the ginger beer away unless the Gallifreyan wants to really make an idiot of themselves and pay for it in the morning.
