Black gloved hand slammed against another destroyed machine that was meant to sap the necter from Captain America. It should have work, they spent months on it but it was totaled by him and his team.

Even worse, as he eluded arrest or even execution, he saw those imperfect blues divert to the gunmetal armor.

How it burned him up inside.

"ROGERS!"

The red skull slammed his fist into the console leaving a dent as he snarled at the failed machine. Flinging it away.

Brock stared as his boss began his 20th rant on captain America. He fought the guy himself, he was spry and devastating if he got a hit on you. Or if he had done anything that can make grown ass men rant. Complain. Wax... poetics...

Wait?

Brock tuned in on this part of the long winded rant and revenge scheme. "Your blood, your essence, your being is mine."

Seesh. Brock stopped with half way raised hand before lowering it, "boss... funny question," runlow felt the icy chill eyes lock on him. The stress and anger pushing the blood vessels to erupt, "are you in love with captain america?"

There was a pause, unwavering eyes, no emotion but red skull hands clasped behind his back. Eyes locking back on rogers, his boss sighed out, "no."

The room drowned in the aura of longing. One that rumlow can't deal with it. He let outbhe was going to get the men back on training and scientist on the next plan. All he can see is his boss stare at the monitor of rogers eating ice cream. He was holding a black male hand.

The sound of gloves clenching, Brock ducked out. He was going to leave his boss... to whatever this... is.

Also increasingly aware that a LOT of people "manage" getting through the 40+ hour work week by sleeping less than is healthy and relying on stimulants like coffee and energy drinks to keep them going.

For people who are unwilling or unable to do this...work really does just dominate your life. Like we really should not have to rely on unhealthy practices just to have a social life or keep on top of housework or whatever.

I know I post about this a lot but I'm so TIRED all the time and it's just so depressing that this is how we're expected to spend the one life we have.

I like to think that Vulcans who come to understand that Humans just can’t try to process emotions the same way as them, it’s just healthiest to let it out in harmless ways, decide that venting and stuff should be taken just as seriously as Vulcan’s meditation time, and will encourage the Humans around them to complain about what’s upsetting them

People who are used to aloof Vulcans who avoid Humans at all cost running into one comforting a Human

I find it really wonderful and comforting that Mob Psycho 100 is so inherently optimistic, even though its main message, “you are not special” sounds so mean at face-value. Being special means that something matters more than something else of the same category. Being special at baking? Great! Being special at math? Super! Being special at bodybuilding? Neat! Having so many people have such unique special abilities is what makes the world work. But having a special ability doesn’t mean that someone who doesn't match your special ability matters less than you. You can't be special for simply existing, because that would mean someone else isn't. You aren't special because you inherently matter.

since Eng is getting 7.5 soon(?), I felt motivated to go back to my Meleanor rig and make her a couple of lesson animations! ...except for alchemy, because the cauldron bubbles proved too hard to photoshop around, whoops.
