In the aftermath of the fight with Hugo Strange, Dick tries to get Bruce to remember being Batman. In doing so, he recites the oath to Bruce and accidentally triggers the release of Bruce’s self inflicted hypnosis. When dick asks if the files on him were real or a part of the ploy to convince strange that Bruce isn’t Batman, Bruce admits that they are real and that just as dick has almost no relationship with just Bruce Wayne, neither does Bruce himself.
