i finally admitted to my best friend that the two people who ruined my life are probably the reason why i have a dissociative disorder and even though i can't hear my alters anymore i think they'd be proud. i think they'd be proud of me, maybe for the first time ever, because i finally realized. i finally see it for what it all is. two of my closest friends in high school assaulted me and ruined my fucking life but i made it out and i never have to see them again. they can't hurt me anymore. they took everything from me but i never have to see them again. and i'm more free than they ever will be.
