that bucky is a giver. he is always the one to show affection, admiration and caring towards buck, who simply has no clue that he worths that much in bucky's heart.

he always sees buck as somewhere, something he could hold onto, to return to and to care about. it is almost like his instincts to ask people if buck is doing alright whenever they are not together, and his whole mood later will depends on the answer he gets.

then when he thought he lost buck, they were brought together again. he was just genuinely glad, and there wasn't any other thing that mattered more than buck being alive and reunited with him.

well, the thing is, buck also loves bucky, but not the same way that bucky loves him, and he loves marge more.

journalling is honestly the best thing that i have ever done for my mental health, the ROI that i get from it is actually incredible so i highly highly recommend it. if ur someone who doesn't rly like to write a lot, use ur notes app or whatever just get the thoughts out of ur mind and onto a piece of paper/notes. i understand that sometimes when ur mental health isn't doing too well and u dont feel motivated rly to do anything (like u feel lethargic and stuff) forcing urself to do things ISNT always the answer. i rly recommend having alternate routines cuz we ask a lot from ourselves sometimes so some days, ask a little less.

give urself the break that u deserve. when u feel like crying, CRY. even if its for no reason, the body holds onto pent up emotions so when u cry u gotta CRY. with time you'll find the things that help u feel better. for everyone its different. for me, when my mental health is in a slump what helps me is : 1. doing one thing differently (i'll go for a walk maybe) 2. get ready (take a quick shower, or if i dont even have the motivation to do that i'll do a sink shower) 3. drink a cold cup of water and make myself a meal. dont ever have zero days. always give at least 1% or do at least one thing.

hygiene is so instrumental in mental health cuz like i've said before looking good -> feeling good. i make sure to get ready everyday even if im going nowhere. just bcuz the process of getting ready gives me so much momentum. smelling good gives me so much confidence bcuz im the type of person thats rly rly scared of smelling bad. im a hygiene JUNKY so im always buying soaps and fragrances. when u make self care a daily thing it'll feel so natural. dont neglect ur oral health, invest in quality products that are suited for your needs. be meticulous when it comes to ur hygiene cuz a solid routine is lowkey comforting. i rly recommend korean skincare, indian haircare, african body care, and arabic perfumes and fragrances. some of my favorite hygiene based youtube channels are : SARA BEQELE and anna renns world

TAKE. SCHOOL. SERIOUSLY. the feeling that u get when u get a good score on an assignment or test is unmatched. at the end of the day ur responsible for ur education. it's not hot to be a loser. if ur someone who struggles to stay on top of assignments, write down the assignment as soon as its assigned and at the next possible chance do it. as soon as u get home from school. reward urself for good grades and for ur accomplishments cuz ur AMAZING. study effectively instead of excessively.

pursue excellence always. find ways to motivate urself throughout the school day (for me, i always try and incorporate girliness into school cuz that motivates me) all my pens and pencils and folders are pink and i get myself ready everyday before school. cuz when i FEEL good -> i perform well. if u ever dont wanna study remind urself that studying>failing. advocate for urself, dont be afraid to ask questions cuz ur responsible for ur grade if u need accommodations or longer time to take a test (even if u dont) always set urself up to have the most time possible and the most resources. the resources that u have USE THEM. the goal of studying isn't to "mostly" know the material its to know for SURE. when u can explain something thoroughly, thats when you can know if you've studied enough.

of course for the new year and for life in general, organization is rly helpful. manage urself mindfully and intentionally. even if ur a messy person, organizing isn't difficult if u do it in a way thats right for you. for me, notion - is literally the best organizational tool. i have an agenda, calendars, school pages, and so much more.

with notion i rly organized my life on a whole other level. aside from notion, the notes app on ur phone is rly useful, when it comes to organizing ur day to day life, i think its important bcuz it helps u to maximize ur time. for planning out ur year, if u find it difficult to stay "on task" or achieve the goals that u set for urself, try this : dont see the year as 365 days, instead separate the year into 4 quarters (90 days each) and in each of those quarters choose one aspect to focus on and pour into. make sure to log and track ur progress on those goals. the idea to this is breaking things down. break down big goals -> to more digestible goals so that then its more believable for u. remember, your limitless.

if ur someone who has bad nutrition, or unhealthy eating habits in general and u wanna change that my biggest advice would be to NOT BE EXTREME. bcuz i feel like if u go fully extreme so quickly then the change isn't sustainable. take it slow. start off by introducing a fruit into breakfast and having a vegetable at dinner, then eating fruit with ur breakfast and having fruit as a snack, and eating veggies with lunch and dinner. ik it sounds repetitive and overdone but u need to be consuming ur fruits and veggies. if ur not eating it with ur meals then maybe have it in a smoothie if that works for u. take supplements for things that u dont rly incorporate into ur diet, and the key to a good diet is BALANCE. dont deny urself food that u love. life is WAY to short to be scared to eat the burger that u so desperately want. its okay to eat what ppl might consider "junk food" but everything in BALANCE and moderation. keep the 80/20 principal in ur mind. 80% of what u eat should be good for u and 20% of what u eat should be whatever u crave. DRINK WATER, dont go on extreme diets if ur not an adult and haven't consulted a doctor it does u more harm than good.

learn every single day. even if ur not in school anymore. a way to help learn and sharpen ur mind every single day is picking up a hobby that can help u do so. for me, the hobby i have is reading, reading keeps my brain sharp, it keeps me entertained, and when i read nonfiction it keeps me informed. so the hobby of reading has a high ROI. whenever u get an idea of any sort, ACT on it. u dont have to wait a billion years before acting on an idea. when u get ideas, its for a reason, ur mind is brilliant and imagine how many ideas that u wasted. thats why i recommend having a creative outlet of some sort. for me, my creative outlet is my blog where i can come and talk with you guys 🫶🏽 but ur creative outlet can be ur notes app or ur journal or ur sketchbook. just a way to get the ideas in ur brain -> onto paper.

Once when the two of you are on mission. In a slimy dive bar in some redacted location. You've been following your mark all day and ended up here. He's slinging back cheap shots of an off brand liquor as you and Red watch from the roof of the place.

He's been followed all day and hasn't made you once, which is a good thing. Or a bad thing. So you and Red decide to switch it up. There was no need to drag it out any longer. You could confront him and get the info you needed.

That was the plan.

Until the two of you were about to corner your mark. You were waiting on the street and Red was on the other side of it. It was going well until all of a sudden he met up with a familiar face. Falcone. Red pulled off his side of the street quickly and met up with you.

He doesn't say much. He doesn't say anything at all as he takes your arm and drags you around the wall of a store. You have half the mind to question him but you don't. Until he starts taking off the bottom part of his mask.

You try to stop him, but he crowds into your space. He whispers a very clear apology for being too close to you. And then he explains that him being here, would be a dead give away to Falcone. He might blow up whatever plans he has.

Both of you can hear them walking your way. And the only thing you can think of is apologizing to Red before fitting his fcae right into your neck. In the darkness of the night no one can really see his helmet. Or both of your suits.

They walk by without any second thought to the two of you. And you wait about five seconds before telling Red he was okay to pick his head up from your neck.

The drive to he motel was awkward to say the least.

The second time is when you're in the middle of changing in said motel. It's the last night of the mission. You're just about ready to go home to your comfortable bed and front door that has more than one lock.

Red is in a room on this floor. But the two of you haven't run into each other outside of your masks. It's weird. Like weird as in, it probably should have happened by now, but it hasn't. You think to yourself maybe the universe isn't ready to answer that question yet.

With a towel wrapped around your body you're about to start changing into your sleep wear when you hear something odd. A pop coming from outside. Then another one.

You grab your firearm and go over to the door. You look through the peep hole and see nothing. But you know you heard something. So you open the door , just to peek your head out. And at the right time too.

All of a sudden you see a tall man, white streak of hair, coming your way. He's wearing sweatpants and a black muscle tee. Once he makes eye contact with you, he starts running your way. You don't have time to close the door before he's standing in your face begging you to kiss him.

He's out a breath, and he's practically begging at this point. You're not about to kiss a random man. But when you hear the following footsteps you know he is in danger.

So you agree. And this guy apologizes to you in advance as he leans you against your door and cradles the back of your head with his hand. You almost sort of melt into the kiss. Just for a second. only for a second actually.

Because you realize, the way this man just apologized for what he was about to do, is the same way Red apologized to you the other night. And your brain feels like it's on fire because you realize this isn't some random man. This is Red.

This is Red and you know what he looks like. And he definitely knows it you because your'e the same person he saved in the alleyway in Gotham. Coincidences like that don't happen. Especially when you kind of hinted at it with the first word you said to him as a civilian.

They didn't always, and the fact that Steve paired you up with Wanda was making it all the better. Your goal, get to the lower levels where the servers are located to retrieve the data needed. Wandas goal, get you there safely. You were an asset to the team for sure, with your smarts and spy skills, but sometimes the occasion called for a little magical touch. You couldn't have been more grateful this was an occasion.

The two of you were currently waiting on one of the upper levels of the building, waiting on Steve or Natashas signal to continue down.

You glimpse at Wanda again as she leans against the wall across from you. Her red locks flow past her shoulders, red suit hugging her curves as she twists a ring on her finger.

"I'm glad Steve paired us up, by the way," you say quietly with a smile on your face. Wanda doesn't miss the glint in your eye as she looks up to meet your gaze.

"Ready?" Wanda asks, her fingers twitching as she forms red orbs of energy in her hands. You nod, pulling out your pistol in one hand and a small knife in the other.

Wanda sends a blast through the doors, opening them up and revealing a group of the enemies that had, in fact, been waiting. She's quick to send another few blasts, scattering them about the large room as the two of you begin to fight.

"Babysitter..." You mumble to yourself, shaking your head as you take down an agent. You look over at Wanda to see she's taken out half the group. Okay, so maybe it wasn't bad she was here. You, not so easily, fight with another and lose your pistol in the process. But as you land another punch, he falls to the ground.

"See that?" You breathe out as you look to Wanda, who gracefully fought the last three at the same time. "I can take care of myself!" You say with a huff and lean down to grab the fallen gun.

As you do, you feel yourself being grabbed from behind. An excruciatingly sharp pain resonates from the side of your abdomen and you let out a, "Fuck!" When the agent removes the blade they stuck in you. You raise your hand across your body, pointing the gun behind you.

The bullet only grazes them, and they run through the set of double doors as soon as Wanda turned her head in your direction.

"Oh my god, are you okay?" She asks with worried eyes. A shaky hand rests on your face as she watches blood spill through your shirt. Your hand covers the gash to apply pressure, a wince leaving your lips.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I've been stabbed before," you say with a casual tone, trying to act as if the wound throbbing with pain wasn't enough to take you to your knees.

Wandas eyes burn red, an anger behind her eyes you had never seen before.

"I'm going to fucking kill them," she spits out, malice behind her words. Before she can walk away your hand reaches out to grab her wrist, stopping her.

"Wanda... don't leave me," you say softly, your touch and now gentle tone enough to calm her down only a little. She takes a deep breath, her hands still shaking with anger, but nods.

"Alright, alright, come here," she sighs softly and kisses your cheek before letting you lean on her for support as you make your way down. "We'll get you out of here and then I'm going to fucking kill them."

You chuckle a little at her reaction, face heating again just like earlier. You could see it written on her face, the way her jaw was tensed and the fire burning behind her eyes, that she wasn't lying.

"Did you see those guys I took out?" You ask, trying to lighten her mood. Wanda can't help but smile at you, both of you knowing she had fully taken on the group of them.

"They looked pretty rough, detka.. not sure why Steve and Nat thought you needed help," She says knowingly.

When she did return, it was with crimson splattered across the front of her suit and a smile on her face. You didn't say a word, only giving her a kiss and letting her wrap her arms around you.

it was your second anniversary, and you had a whole day planned for the two of you. sunghoon had cleared his day just to spend it with you, which means a lot due to his hectic schedule as an idol. he had come home later than usual and is currently curled up in your arms with his face hidden in your neck. as much as you loved to stay like this forever, you wanted to prepare breakfast and the flowers you had bought yesterday for him. you quickly lifted his arms and replaced it with your pillow to not wake him up. he stirred a bit but went back to sleep momentarily. you made your way to the kitchen and started to cook breakfast for the both of you, and after a few minutes, you had finished the meal. it's now your time to wake him up as you carry the tray towards your shared bedroom. you gently woke him up, and he started to slowly open his eyes. his eyes were met with yours, and you kissed his lips while he was waking up. the kiss had definitely woken him up, and he quickly stood up. "can you give me a warning next time? i cant have a heart attack at 7 in the morning," he said, to which you replied, "love, we have been dating for years now. you shouldn't be surprised with my kisses," while placing the tray in front of him. "oh, what's this? you didn't have to do this for me," he said while staring at the food in front of him. "you deserve it, baby, and here are flowers for you," as you gave him a bouquet of yellow daisies, which caught him off guard. "darling, what did i do in my past life to deserve you?" he said as he pulled you for an embrace and said, "happy 2nd anniversary, my love." he said after placing a kiss in your forehead.

Hugging Dethklok Hcs

depending on how im feeling after posting this i think i might make a second part including side characters (likely the second post will contain charles abigail and knubbler !! and maybe even some smaller characters that i feel deserve more love) anyways uhuhuh first official MTL post except it.. actually isnt, ive written for knubbler and the dethklok minute host before so yeah very nervous about this since im still trying to find my footing in how i wanna write the characters, so heads up that this might be VERY OOC and what better prompt to do than do one of my "i dont know what to write" ones written with reader as their partner vague mentions of like. sexual stuff but nothing explicit, i still wish to keep this blog as sfw as possible, really just implications of it than anything also some characters had bonus hcs of cuddling so uhuhuh

NATHAN:

built like a mattress, though that can mean anything since not all mattresses are made the same... hmm.. have you ever hugged/cuddled one of those tiny headed kingdom plushies? very firm but not comfortable, i think thats what nathan feels like, but perhaps just a smidge softer. but how would nathan feel? i mean hes very protective of you, and being able to hold you gives him a moment to keep you close. not very affectionate otherwise, but this is nice. definitely the type to do hugs from behind, especially if theres someone trying to flirt with you

PICKLES:

short so theres a good chance youre around his height if not taller and he may or may not feel things about that (both negative and positive but lets save that for another post as i fully intend on keeping this sfw), i always thought pickles of being physically affectionate so him having a hand on you is a common occurrence. probably takes the opportunity to whisper something in your ear, usually something dirty or something incoherent with him being drunk or otherwise under the influence. oh yeah i can easily see him being the type to swing his limbs over his partner while he sleeps and trapping them there

SKWISGAAR:

maybe im cooking something doodoo, but i feel like skwisgaar may or may not struggle with non-sexual stuff, like being purely romantic and innocent with no intent to get your pants off is foreign to him. i whole heartedly believe the reason hes so sexual is due to being in dethklok and being huge, but also because of his mother constantly bringing new people home. so in the beginning he might actually be tense in giving you affection, definitely going to need to take some time. very cold, skinny people tend to be colder ive noticed so totally you shouldnt take this as an excuse to hold him closer (winks)... i DO think he would also have a hand on you a lot of the time like pickles, whether or not those hands have other motives is up in the air

MURDERFACE:

make him take a shower first/j

okay jokes aside, this man is so starved for attention and affection, but he would never ever EVER say it. you guys could be 100% fully alone in bum fuck no where and he still wouldnt say it. but its definitely there in his actions and body language. i think hes warm, and his skin is a little... i mean he canonically has dry skin with eczema, and while i dont have eczema i know what having that dry scaly skin feels like... perhaps we could tie in some self care with the reader helping murderface take better care of himself? i mean it would be one hell of a fight to get him to try but i think its do-able.. tight hugger, kind of lets his arms linger before sliding them down when you eventually pull away. wish i had more but i think murderface is the type to deny affection whilst also deeply craving it

TOKI:

probably the easiest to hug in terms of getting him to accept it, actually i think he might be the most likely to initiate one alongside pickles. very warm, though he sometimes hugs you a little too tight and might even tug you back in if you try to pull away before hes ready. full body cuddles into you when you guys sleep/nap together, arms and legs keep you in place so... good luck trying to slip away before he wakes up. i like to think he fiddles with your hair, too, though im unsure if that fits with his character... i think that, despite still having a love for all things brutal he still likes these smaller moments of just. affection. very clingy and possessive though so keep that in mind, i think he would hold you and physically try to pull you away if someone tries to flirt with you; a lot less subtle than when nathan does it

Is skk abusive? Other than the name calling and banter that I just don't take seriously, I've seen people say that Dazai is abusive since he planned for Chuuya to be tortured in stormbringer and didn't help because it would be boring, despite having the ability to do so. There's also the whole manipulating the sheep thing.

I've also seen people say that Chuuya is abusive because of how violent he is, how he punched Dazai to wake him up in Dead Apple and called him inhuman(? Ngl, I don't remember that part) and because Chuuya shot him more times than necessary in Meursault.

Personally, I struggle to see them as abusive r toxic, if only because of how much they trust and understand each other, and how they rile each other up for fun without letting it actually impact their relationship, but I may just be biased? What do you think?

Ok im just gonna say - dont take this post ad some 100% real wisdom or anything. It's just my personal opinion and it's definitely biased as well because of how much these two mean to me but yeah

I wouldn't call them abusive in relationship terms because all that banter and most of their fights are just, as u said it, unserious.

They're both fucked up a bit tho, so yeah there's definitely some toxic behaviours anyway.

Dazai manipulating Chuuya to join the sheep always made me real sad, but if you think about it more - Dazai knew The Sheep aren't any better for Chuuya. Plus if not like this, Mori would get Chuuya to join PM anyway in one way or another, since it was a plan from the beginning.

Dazai planned the whole 'helping Verlaine' thing to buy time so the PM forces could get ready to protect Mori and Chuuya later. That's mafia they're in - lives are not equal. Also Dazai wouldn't put Chuuya in danger he knew the other wouldn't be able to deal with. Either way, his whole yapping about wanting to see Chuuya being tortured is yet again that stupidly weird banter of theirs. After all, he's trying to find him and literally stop him from doing something he would regret. (Sab is trying to make some points but that still doesn't make whatever Dazai did something good. Just sayin. I just don't feel it's a black or white situation.)

I said it some time ago but lord, Chuuya is not abusive. Look, he knows when it's alright to fight Dazai and when he should stop himself not to hurt him. Even if they fight, he never does it seriously. Basement scene? He could've very well just punched Dazai without warning there. But instead he literally invited him to fight - and Dazai very much agreed to that sht with a smile on his lips. They're just very much not okay in the head on both sides. Later when Chuuya actually got angry, he himself threw his knife to the ground, which only shows he doesn't really have any intent of hurting Dazai seriously (In the manga. In the anime they changed it for whatever reason and he did strike him with the knife. But anime skk is just. Anime skk.).

That Dead Apple argument is so funny bc??? Chuuya was literally UNDER CORRUPTION AT THE TIME??? Corruption literally makes him lose control. He could kill a person with one touch. Instead??? Corruption Chuuya in dead apple somehow managed to hold himself back just enough not to actually hurt Dazai. Also, Dazai f knew he's gonna punch him anyway. I mean, bro kinda deserved it atp tbh /j

Cant really tell much about the shooting thing in Meursault - i stil have no f idea if these were even real, considering the fact Dazai is moving normally and there's no wounds/holes/blood visible on him or his clothes. These were probably just a play like the whole headshot thing?? (Tho dazai's scream and expression after that arm shot say otherwise),, really don't know, call it a better impression on Fyodor or Chuuya actually paying Dazai back for the other times

Ok so ,looks at all that sht i just wrote and tried to still excuse it somehow, I wouldn't call them abusive anyway just bc I've seen actual abusive relationships in real life and that's just uhh different in a way i cant really put my finger on,, there's some toxicity simply from the fact they're emotionally constipated and won't talk things thru like they should but,,, welp. Tbh i see most of their usual fighting as something unserious that both of em r okay with. Usually when they actually get into an argument about something it's because one actually got hurt by the other's words (for example that scene with Chuuya punching Dazai after he made jokes about Colonel's death). And they apologize without really apologizing, too (Dazai going to find Shibusawa and trying to take revenge on Colonel's death and later Chuuya going to rescue Dazai and saying to 'wait for him').

Unpopular opinion but i honestly feel that in the future they could very well form a normal, healthy relationship. They just really need to talk. Bickering and calling each other names for fun isn't imo really a form of abuse, when both sides know it's not meaning to hurt the other fr (if it was, then me and most of my friends would be fr abusing each other unfortunately) (and I don't feel abused even if we call each other names and say we hate each other, while watching cat reels together at the same time) (consider this some sibling-like stuff)

If nothing of whatever i just said makes sense, don't eat me please, it's just really hard for me to explain what i really think without being able to just talk for 5h straight while considering every ppint of view

monday

“beep beep beep” the sound of y/n’s alarm blares through her room. she groggily gets up shutting it off from her phone, before looking at the percentage. she softly curses at herself for forgetting to attach her phone onto a charger last night before passing out. the night before, y/n was up trying to get the facials, the movements and the attitude down from the black swan. as she starts to stress realizing that her testing is coming up to audition for her part again. she gets off her bed, making her way towards her bathroom to freshen up for the day. she looks in the mirror going through the list of what to do for her day in her head. “class, dance rehearsal, dance practice,” she keeps repeating to herself feeling like she’s forgetting something. “class, dance rehearsal, dance practice, class, dance rehearsal, dance practice,” “is it a video she has to do with toge?” no. a test for school?. no. math. wait studying.” her eyes lit up. she goes around looking for her phone before reading back the messages her and megumi shared. “shit shit” she whispers to herself. she runs out to look for her friends forgetting to tell them she has company over later to see that they’re all gone. she rolls her eyes before continuing to get ready, praying they’ll understand her later when they show up to a boy in their home. y/n finishes up before packing for the day, to leave the house, heading to the rest of her classes.

the clock ticks “3:58” until the professor dismisses class, letting the students out two minutes early. y/n races towards the door to walk to the familiar studio she’s been spending most of her time in. y/n walks in, changing and doing her usual routine. she passes through the first original dance class easily as that class was basic rehearsals for those who gained a normal spot in the routine of swan lake. the class passes by until it’s time for her usual private with miss trin. y/n exits her original danceroom entering into the room she’s been practicing in for the pass week. she stretches making sure to hit every spot to ensure her to have a safe practice, until miss trins voice booms in. “WELCOME TO CLASS Y/NNNNN, TWO MORE DAYS UNTIL YOU PROVE YOURSELF ONCE AGAIN.” y/n rolls her eyes playfully as she responds “meaning i finally can learn the actual black swan dance?” miss trin nods at her question as y/n jumps up in joy. miss trin laughs at the girls sudden burst of energy before shushing the girl down. “ok, okay. but first i have to tell you, y/n i know you know the dance” the teacher pauses glaring at the ballerina carefully. “but this dance is hard, exhausting and difficult if you’re putting the right pieces together” y/n nods waiting for her teacher to continue. “i know you’ve seen it all about this performance on the internet, but i’ll have to let you know these dancers spent years perfecting this piece while you have two days, don’t disappoint because your dance teacher will take this away from you if she sees once mistake.” y/n gulps then nods her head slowly before getting up. “well let’s get to it, i only have two days” the girl then says. miss trin laughs before saying “alright but remember i better see face before i take this role from you personally!”

megumi pov 3rd person

it’s 5pm, and megumi is setting up for a video. he won’t have to leave for y/n’s until 7:00 and yuji has been on him for not posting, loosing content for his viewers. megumi sighs before testing the camera, mic and finally sitting down putting on his headphones and starting the video. “hey guys” he mumbles. his fans suddenly joining in as the comments go crazy. “i think it’s self explanatory what im doing today. playing ANOTHER game” he says. megumi then looks at the comments to see his views spiking, getting a bit nervous because he’s never really had such a viewing like this before. megumi plays through the game the time rushing from 5:00pm-6:20pm. megumi looks at the time before looking at the camera. “well uh i think it’s almost time to get off, but like usual i can answer a few questions.” he scans through the chat before seeing questions that catch his dark eyes. “do you nobara and yuji live together?… unfortunately”. “when’s the next stream with everyone, uh sorry ill have to ask yuji he usually plans that” megumi continues to scan through the questions until one about his fond friend comes up, “are you and y/n a thing, please just make out already” he reads eyes closing in disbelief at the last statement. “we’re just close friends” the comments start to shoot up at the response. “close friends so you’re finally admitting that she’s a friend?- well i’ve gotten to know her and i enjoy her company so yeah a friend.” he responds. the views start to rocket off after these interactions and megumi starts to get annoyed sharing particles of his private life. he glances more about these comments until one ticks him off. “y/n is always late and tbh not educated of anything, why her” megumis face turns into disgust before quickly defending y/n “y/n is not always late and even if she is it’s none of your concern. i would also like to let you know that she’s a very smart girl and excels in every subject” his fans began to roar in shock before typing the one word. “protective” “protective?” megumi repeats. “whatever, call it what you want” he scoffs before telling the chat to move onto a different topic from y/n. he glares at the time realizing he has to get off to meet this friend he was just taking about. he then wishes his fans farewell before heading off the live before trying to clean up to head to y/n’s place.

3rd person pov

y/n walks into place heading off to her dorm, her feet in shambles after the practice she just got down with. “she wasn’t lying about it being hard” she thinks to herself making sure her steps are calm and soft after the fast and demanding practice she just had. she walks into the housing and pushes up to the elevator too lazy to take the stairs up. the elevator dings as she gracefully walks in. she pushes the button and lets her head fall down. even though it was just monday she feels the stress of the world already falling on her shoulders. she turns her head from the left falling to her right shoulder before looking up and exiting the elevator walking to her dorm door. she opens her bag taking out her keys before hearing a “boom” followed by the laughter of toges voice. she quickly opens the door to see toge and maki with the special guest in the middle megumi, who’s sitting on their couch. y/n looks at the time a little embarrassed from being late, to watch the torture megumi has probably been through with the twisted friends she has. “Y/NNNN heyyy!!” toge yells, maki rolls her eyes crossing her arms over herself. “didn’t care to share you had someone coming over huh?” maki glares at y/n. y/n slowly walks in before looking straight and megumi, she gives an apologetic smile before walking up to him grabbing his arm, pulling him up and towards her room. “well! that was fun! hope you guys enjoyed your time but we have to study!” she says her voice pitch getting higher. y/n then gets into her room leading megumi in, suddenly letting go of his arm and shutting the door, she looks up out of breath “sorry..” she says. megumi looks at the girl and examines her before saying “forgot about studying?” he says. y/n looks at him before going to her desk, “no look, i have my math stuff out!” she broadcasts. megumi rolls his eyes playfully before taking his bag to set up to. y/n shifts over to her bed letting megumi claim her desk. she looks over before saying “sorry if my friends were weird” megumi looks over to the girl before saying “no, it’s fine mine are worst.” y/n laughs “guess that’s why our friends get along so well” megumi lets a small chuckle fall out before leading the conversation into studying. the two begin to study until y/n starts to daze off like the last time they’ve met. megumi shoots a glare and her before closing his book and sighing. his sigh catches y/n’s attention before she sits up straight, “sorry, continue” “no its fine” “it’s fine?” the girl questions. “but aren’t you here to study?” megumi grows quiet at the words the girl just said. he thinks to himself for a moment before getting stopped in tracks. yeah he was here to study and bring an educational tactic to the girl, but in all honesty- he enjoyed y/ns company. he enjoyed having someone who got him right away and wasn’t pushy like everyone. he enjoyed having peace and a friend who was growing onto him faster than he wanted. the boy finally looks up trying to answer before y/n beats him to it? “what or do you just like hanging around me?” megumi is caught off guard by her words, did she see right through him? he looks up in shocked before y/n burst out in laughter. “megumi you should see the look on your face right now!” she gets off her bed before stretching her head, “whatever i think you’re pretty cool too i guess” megumis face quickly turns into a scowl before getting up and gently hitting her with his notebook, “you didn’t even let me answer” he replies. “but you’re okay i guess.” y/n rolls her eyes before lightly shoving him. y/n then looks at the time trying to test her luck, “uh so i know im bored, do you want to watch a movie or something..” she says the last words becoming quiet.” megumi tries to read the girl and looking at the time, it’s definitely late- but the way he can understand how shy she got after asking that- he couldn’t resist. “sure.” y/ns head shoots up before running over to the living room, she sets up the couch before yelling at megumi to get in. they both make it on the couch before, megumi intrudes the scene.

“what are watching..?” megumi hesitates before y/n jumps up, “10 things i hate about you”. “a romcom?” “yeah duh- what you don’t like them?” y/n replies dramatically. megumi looks at the girl mouth slightly apart, “i just didn’t take you for that type” y/n scrunches her eyebrows trying to defend herself before the movie starts, she then shushes the black haired boy and they settle in, watching the movie play. an hour and 37 minutes go by before the movie ends and y/n looks at megumi. “how’d you like it??” she asks excitedly, megumi looks down at the girl before criticizing the movie. “i mean it was okay but-.” “but?? don’t hate on what you can’t have megumi” y/n snaps back. megumi then proceeds to get up before saying “thank you for showing me something i can’t have, but i do have to go back to my dorm” he teases. y/n rolls her eyes “of course!! let me walk you out i guess” the two walk towards her dorm waving bye to each other before y/n yells “YOU DONT HAVE TO ASK TO STUDY TO HANG OUT WERE FRIENDS SOO” megumi looks back before putting his hand up to shows he understands, he slowly walks back to his dorm, red and a little shy after that, but this time with a small smile forming.

y/n locks the door before walking towards the kitchen to find herself meeting with maki. maki sits there with a judgmental glare leaning against the fridge. “you know it’s getting harder to defend you everyday right? y/n looks over to maki confused, “what- defend me from who?” maki walks over before putting a hand to her hair, “cmon y/n you and megumi, do you think toge just shuts the fuck up when he has a new ship to sail? or..” y/n then gets up to leave “maki, seriously we’re just friends” maki then stands before responding, “you show all your friends 10 things i hate about you?” y/n stands there silent before leaving, “whatever floats your boat maki! i’m going to practice!” maki laughs before yelling to her “why because you know megumi will be there to see you” y/n enters her room, not without flipping off her friend, that’s leaving laughing at her actions.

broke my promise to myself and actually watched the jey/gunther match and let me tell you... whoever booked that finish wanted jey to look like an idiot. mega rant under the cut which you should honestly read im not your mama but you should read it

he splashes gunther after getting dominated for 80% of the match and an (honestly underwhelming) spear and we're meant to believe the +2yr champion who's beaten virtually everyone on the roster (including drew who recently beat jey TWICE) was about to be defeated right there?......okay............ but it gets worse

when the referee (for no real good reason) stops the count at 2 after jimmy rings the bell, jey "forgets" about gunther and turns his back to him, allowing gunther to get back up almost IMMEDIATELY (remember we were meant to think he was about to be beaten 5 seconds earlier) yet jey quickly superkicks him BUT THEN decides to dive at jimmy on the outside instead of going directly for another splash (girl help) so ofc when he does go for the splash, gunther gets the knees up, and to add a cherry on top of this shit sunday, pins jey right there after performing no extra offense - doesn't even roll him up, jey just lies there flat on his back and gets pinned (while michael cole screams "GUNTHER ROLLS UP JEY USO" to make me even more mad, apparently, as zero actual rolling takes place in the ring - just a leg hook & weight on the shoulders combo... and not a particularly vicious one either) I just ??????

and of-fucking-course as the TV feed gets cut, cue cody and punk who come out all smiles ready to do the usual fanservice routine for the live crowd and suddenly jey is mostly done selling what just happened and is smiling along with whatever you wanna call it - sending the crowd home happy?? since when did that become mandatory for broadcast shows??? why can't emotionally devastating moments count just as much when it comes to delivering a satisfying ending to the live crowd??? are you telling me they couldnt have had jey walk to the back WHILE SELLING the heartbreak/frustration of what happened and THEN send cody out to do the fanservice thing??? fuck maintaining suspension of disbelief I guess - you can't even argue that "it's fine it was just a treat for the live crowd" because WWE has posted the footage everywhere and promoted it heavily.

imagine if after the camera stopped rolling at last year's rumble, sami had got up, undone kevin's handcuffs and they both hugged and cut a cheerful promo at the crowd - everyone would've blasted wwe for undermining the impact of that finish and not letting the moment breathe.

here's another, even more similar example - remember what happened after summerslam when jimmy attacked jey? he sold the devastation of the moment all the way until he exited the arena, so why is this any different? because it's "just" TV and not a PPV? nah, i'll tell you why: because wwe does not give a shit about this current version of jey's character - he's there to spew the same catchphrase 100x an hour (because it sells merch and pops the crowd let's be honest), display a grand total of two personality traits, and rub his popularity off onto the people wwe actually consider stars

for comparison - you cannot tell me that if it was cody in this position (just lost an important match thanks to the most important person in his life + got attacked by them on top of it) wwe wouldn't have had him look devastated or cut an emotional, tearful promo that would've then been posted and promoted everywhere

S3 EP8 (For The World Is Hollow And I Have Touched The Sky) welp that’s the longest title in tos and this is a long post because I was not normal about this episode

Let’s get it started:

- Immediate red alert with Spock in charge

- You think they ever held hands?

- What’s got Chapel so upset? She’s most likely right about whatever it is

- The way he kind of yells and then lowers his voice and just says, “Please, Christine. I promise I’ll give the captain a full report.” He’s not actually mad at her and he knows she’s just looking out for him but he’s scared

- Bones can’t say that he’s the one who’s dying. He can’t admit it out loud. He says that the cmo has it (not even gonna try and spell the diseases name)

- “Without me, Jim? You’d never find your way back.” My heart- oh my heart. He doesn’t want to be cut away from the crew, let alone Jim and Spock.

- Spock is standing in the transporter room like, ‘What is going on?’

- This asteroid looks like the planet where Tasha dies to the goop in TNG

- I was looking at McCoy about to beat someone up and then it was violently revealed to be a stunt double… obviously

- McCoy was fairing pretty well in that fight until he looked at that lady

- Kirk not only fighting to get to an injured McCoy but begging (he’s using his words cause he cares about him sooo much)

- Kirk’s going to cry. That long look from McCoy looks like he’s going to cry. He’s going to cry. I’m going to cry.

- After the breakup :( Kirk is in silent hurt and Spock is pouting (he’s gonna listen to Logical by Olivia Rodrigo after this)

- WOW. McCoy wasn’t sure if they’d actually leave him. I think, if I may speculate, that McCoy was expecting rejection (as a doctor, crew member, friend even) because of his illness. Then Natira wants him, and as she states, she’ll have him for however long she can. Now, McCoy thinking that he’ll inevitably get pushed aside by the people he’s closest to is testing them. It’s a win- win situation for him, right? Either Spock and Kirk force him to go back with them, proving they won’t leave him, or he stays with Natira for the rest of his days. Ideal situation… but I don’t think he actually thought they’d leave him.

- I like how McCoy is still in his starfleet uniform… no I do not, let him change clothes

- “An urgent call from dr. McCoy, sir.” This is like after a break up texting, ‘you up?’

- That was a fast divorce. This is the second time that they’ve helped each other divorce someone.

It sucks when I have seen more than once “oh I love the O5” or “I drew the O5!” AND HANK ISN’T THERE OR ITS JUST HIS HAND OR SOMETHING THAT ALLUDED TO HIM.

Literally I have SEEN someone say “oh the O5 have such a great sibling dynamic.” And they give examples for everyone EXCEPT HANK.

I get it. I’m an artist and drawing 5 people in a picture is hard. It is. But like…drawing even three people together is hard hell sometimes even two when the idea isn’t cooperating. But don’t say you did something for the O5 WHEN ITS NOT ALL 5 OF THEM.

Okay, so, I feel this so intensely, because it is absolutely a trend that I've seen in the X-Men fandom, over and over and over again, and the sheer lack of trying to hide it just - galls me.

Like, with that headcanon post, it's not even that they don't think about Hank. Guess what? I don't care if people don't think about Hank. I think they're missing out, sure, but so what? Everyone in a fandom thinks everyone else is missing out on something, because everyone has a favourite that they like in a different way to everyone else.

It's the fact that they want to look like they're including him, and yet they can't be bothered to spending three seconds just - thinking, about something, even if it doesn't pass muster!

Like, 90% of these headcanon posts are completely garbage if you know these characters, they're mass produced fandom slop designed to slot these characters into pre-existing archetypes for better mass consumption, but you can really tell who they at least tried to cram into one of those archetypes? Hank, though? Ehhhhhhhhh.

But I have a special bone to pick here, that is intensely related to this point, and I'm gonna share it with you.

Let me introduce you to the O5xmen sub-Reddit.

I got invited to this place . . . oh, I don't know, probably about a month or two ago? I took a quick look around. It's fine. It's niche, but whatever, I run a Beast RP blog, who am I to judge for niche?

And then I noticed it, as I looked back through their history - which didn't take long, it's not been around for very long.

This was the second post in their sub-Reddit.

I will give you a hint, and tell you that no-one said Hank.

So, uhh. Hank and Peter actually have the closest relationship of any of these people. They've worked together multiple times. Hank has come through in a pinch for Peter a ton of times.

It's almost like Hank is one of the most well connected X-Men characters because he's spent time on other teams, fostered other relationships and friendships, and broadened his horizons, and that has a tangible impact on things.

But whatever. They'd be 'science bros.' A nebulous fandom term for 'these two characters are nerdy and I don't want to spend any time examining that, so let's just sweep that under the rug!'

OP, you can just say you don't give a fuck about Hank, it's incredibly clear that no-one on this sub-Reddit does.

I just gave you four. Think harder.

And it's just that, ad nauseam.

Like, guys. Just admit you don't give a fuck! Stop pretending! Stop acting! 90% of people on Reddit read these threads on the toilet or during their commute, the 10% that actually does more than upvote or downvote are the real devotees of whatever the sub-Reddit in question is - and that 10% also cannot pretend to care!

And it's like . . . the natural retort is, okay, well, if it bugs you so much, why don't you do something about it?

The answer being that I do? That's what this blog is about? That's what my Reddit account is about, even? Look at my post history.

I am the number one Beast discourse generator on Reddit. Because there isn't a number two. I can only be active on so many sub-Reddits. Eventually, I get tired of having to be Hank's champion everywhere because people refuse to pick up a fucking book and read it properly - and, to go back to that O5Xmen sub-Reddit?

Why would I join it? It's full of people whose only conception of Hank is as a war criminal, or as 'the other one.' I can only fight so many uphill battles because people are bone-headed idiots. I refuse to be that one Beast guy you invite into your O5 discussion so I can elevate conversations about your fave while you in turn look at Beast and then swipe left. That isn't my cross to bear.

That's one of those things I like about Tumblr. I get to curate my friend circle a lot more aggressively, and I can just shut out anyone I don't want to interact with. The people I follow and am followed by here, the people I talk with on Discord, they're the people I know I can trust because I know that they're genuine. That's you guys. That's all of you. If you're reading this, that's you. You can read this because I can trust you and I know you're here out of a genuine interest.

But these other people? Pffft. Just say you don't like Hank and move on. Don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining - and for the love of god, have some fucking fandom etiquette, and don't post in Hank's tag for the express purpose of saying he sucks, because that just makes you look like a fucking cretin.

i’m actually working on re-designing her older fits, i’ll reblog with 🎉

This ended up being so much longer than I thought it would be, and I got a little at topic at times.

I talk about her relationship with other demons, but also her relationship with the brothers given she’s a demon (specifically the reveal that she’s a demon) and also briefly her relationship with Angels. Its all going to be below the cut because *good god* I could yap and I did yap, I hope you’re ready for that

I high-key forgot how much i disclosed in my OG post so bear with me.

Jaiden was a demon, something happened down the line in the 70s that didn’t align with the other demon. What did she do? i don’t know yet. She was tortured again in hell until that got boring- bcs she’s a demon she’s not as fun as humans, she can take a lot more. So they wiped her mind, nerfed her demon abilities, and sent her back up to play some Cat and Mouse. While she’s running she meets Bobby and she gets adopted 🎉🎉

Bobby and the brothers know she’s a demon, Bobby knew since day 1 and The brother find out through Gordon in Season 3 episode 7

Demons can see that she’s a demon, but she can’t see other demons- a part of the Cat and Mouse chase.

MEG is mostly a non-problem because Jaiden isn’t in season 1- she’s introduced in season 2. I know she shows up possessing Sam but because having Meg drop hints that Jaiden’s a demon doesn’t get resolved until season 3, I just imagine she doesn’t. I do this because if this was a real part of the show, it would be a loose end, so i choose to have it introduced in season 3 where it’s resolved.

RUBY is a bigger problem. She definitely dropped hints that Jaiden was a demon but never said it straight up. Before i rewatched season 3 I was bouncing around a few ideas of how it’s revealed to the Winchesters she’s a demon, one of those ideas is that Ruby revealed it. It would play out like Ruby and Dean are arguing about why Dean doesn’t trust her blah blah blah, and she’d say something like “You’re working with a demon like her, what makes me any different” while gesturing towards Jaiden, and then her and the brothers look at each other like 👁️👁️ “what does she mean by that?”

ultimately I thought it fit better it flowed better when I changed it to Gordon revealing it when he’s trying to kill Sam in the warehouse at the end of Fresh Blood, Afterwards I imagine the Winchesters are pretty apprehensive, borderline betrayed and pissed, at Jaiden, but she’s cooperative with answering their questions. They say get in the Devils Trap, she says “okay”.

Throughout season 3 they’re still side-eyeing her a bit, but she bought them Christmas presents and has never acted as a double agent (because Demons hate her just as much as she hates them.) so by Season 4 it’s just another thing they live with, she’s still their sister at the end of it.

Pre-exposure I want there to be little non-verbal hints that she’s a demon that happens strictly in the background. (Because if she were a real part of the show I think it would be cool to have those gif clip collections of it in a post like ‘Jaiden Demon Hints’) It would be things like her avoiding Devils Traps or carefully walking around her. She’s never the one throwing the Holy Water because it’s too risky and she might also get hit.

Post-exposure there are always little side jabs at her demon-ness from other Demon and Angels. Angels see her as a lowly rotten stain on the planet, demons think of her as a filthy reject.

She also can’t sense Angels like she can’t see Demons. However, I do have a fun little vision for season 4 when Cas first gets introduced that, even though she doesn’t know what he is, she’s terrified to her core, like in a primal way, because angels are like her natural predator. Any demon still left in her wants to run. After she gets more used to angels being around her that feeling fades.

CROWLEY and their relationship is a bit messy (partly because i don’t remember much past season 6), it’s dependent on the season and where he finds himself aligned with the Winchesters. In the seasons he working with the Winchester, they’re mostly cool with each other. In the seasons he’s working against them, she hates the bastard. I know in season 5 she’s inclined to like him a bit more because he gave Bobby his legs back, but that immediately changes in season 6 when he refuses to refund Bobby’s soul, twists Cas against them, and uses her and the Winchesters to do his dirty work

MEG in the later seasons also finds herself opposing the Winchesters, but if I remember correctly, season 6 on she’s actually pretty chill. Jaidens a little jealous that Cas got to have a little make-out session with Meg in season 6 because Jaiden is a bisexual mess, and in season 7/8? (whenever Cas is in the mental hospital dealing with Satan in his head) Jaiden will call up Meg and check in on Cas and have some small talk.

She misses Meg and Crowley after they’re gone, a lot because they died to her and the Winchesters can live.

Honestly, lately I like Reverse 1999 story better then HSR. I still like HSR, but I'm so tired of the sus characters turning up to be misunderstood. The previous quest (that I watch playtrough, since I don't have time to play), is kind of mid to me. Yet, with Reverse 1999 I felt like I was riding on the wild roller coaster.

Not only that but Reverse 1999 characters designs are way more creative, and doesn't feel copy and paste. And unlike *cough* Genshin *cough* Bluepoch does respects characters culture by giving them the skin colour that represents their nationality.

Of course this my personal opinion. Which storytelling do you prefer?

Okay so, I can't choose between Reverse 1999 and Honkai Star Rail, I love both way too much and I feel like both does go in diferent ways

I think that one of the biggest diferences between the storytelling is that hoyoverse in general is incredibly good at creating interesting and captivating stories but doesn't really have idea of how to tell them, wich lead then to sin of pretentious and profound while in Reverse 1999 takes time to tell you the story, it introduces you and immerses you in its world in a pretty natural way and treats you like Vertin herself, letting you know the important things as the story goes on (with some exceptions just to make the suspense grow)

I feel like the story of r1999 is much more mature and goes for a more solid rute, like it really focus on the world and conflicts have created and everything goes around that same conflict, one way or another (you can even see it in the chapter of Vertin's past, everything has to be with the storm! Even the debate about Vertin's actions is indirectly related to the storm), except for the stories of the events, those stories can be quite slow at times since but still always has something to contribute to the lore

Also, one of the biggest diferences that i personally see is that Bluepoch thinks a lot on the player and tries to make the experience as enjoyable as posible while Hoyoverse things more on money rather than the player

I absolutely love HSR story, I played the penacony story as it was being released and I was on the edge to know what was going to happen but I do admit that the whole story was a "I do can tell you the details, but I dont want 😼", there was so much interesting characters that were just a waste, it feels like everything it's halfway through because they tries to be misterious and the conclusion is quite rushed and somewhat poorly done, but aside from that the rest of the story is pretty decent

Also, one of the biggest diferences is the text, I think HSR doesn't have an awful amount of text as Genshin but still there are things that just they are left over at times. I think Reverse 1999 gives npc a better treatment than HSR and specially Genshin, in r1999 the npcs mainly purpose is to naturaly tell you about the place you are, to teach you in what context you are and let you get inmerse in the story and makes it pretty well! It feels quite natural and it doesn't become tiring with an awful amount of inecesary text (like in Genshin), besides the story doesn't treat you like an idiot and explain something over and over again

Also, the desings I also things are incredibly creative but r1999 has the advantage of being of diferent historical periods and the same story tells you that arcanist aren't always human so that open a good oportunity to get creative! Still, I think Bluepoch is incredibly creative

Im not going to talk about Genshin natlan characters, I still think that Genshin developers worry more about money than the player so if making white characters is what make then win more good for them I guess 🤷🏻

While HSR characters are an interesting case, they either come up with incredibly interesting and unique desing or go back to the woman with the outfit with the chinese like base desing
