Sorry that yesterday I managed multiple replies and today my brain was like “um, no more than one.” I work a VERY physical job that requires me to be in dangerous settings (not an over exaggeration or lie - my current project requires qualifications to work it as you can die… and a person has died doing this exact project. The other things I do someone fell last week doing and ended up with a literal hole in their leg bleeding all over the place soooo) and as there’s no temp regulation and a lot is outdoors I had to walk in a literal thunder/lightning/torrential downpour today (for over a mile) and then once that stopped I had to work in high humidity and heat all day on a ship with no fan, no air flow, no AC and this is normal. Fourth day in a row I’ve come home fully sweated through all layers of clothing. So I think it fried all the energy and brainpower I had. (Yesterday I did a massive number of loads of laundry. Today? One load. That’s all I could manage.) I didn’t even have energy to watch a show I’ve watched a zillion times.
I know I’m the worst ever. Literally. I am trying. I have my son (as always) over the weekend which means writing is impossible while I have him. (He’s actually ADHD and requires my full attention at all times) PLUS F1 this weekend sooo trying to watch that while playing with my son. ANYWAY, hopefully I can write maybe?
God I’m so sorry I’m literal shit. If you have it in you to continue to have patience with me. Uh yeah… I’m… as I’ve said a billion times… I’m trying.

here's a little break down into breaking this down into manageable pieces that won't overwhelm your precious mind:

the law of assumption states that whatever you assume to be true is true. it's called the law of assumption because it's a natural law. just like the law of gravity, the law of assumption is always working. law of assumption or manifestation is instant because you can form an assumption in an instant. what is an assumption?

the oxford dictionary definition of assumption is a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof. synonyms include expectation, thought, or conclusion. 
so the law of assumption is simple. you get what you assume to be true. it’s always working and reflecting your assumptions back to you. your assumptions create your reality, your reality mirrors your assumptions. therefore to experience a change in your reality you must first assume something different. 
for example if you're looking in the mirror and you wanna see a smile in the mirror, you must first smile so that the mirror will reflect you smiling. the assumption always comes first. affirmations are thoughts. affirming/thinking = the same thing. if you have hot and cold thoughts then you’re going to experience a hot and cold reality, so to manifest what you want you must affirm and not contradict yourself. contradicting yourself can look like ; 
affirming and then looking for it (this is dumb because your reality is looking towards you so it can reflect what YOU want)
so in short all you have to do to apply the law of assumption is tell yourself you have what you want, think as if it’s already true. understand that this works because whatever you tell yourself is true without contradiction MUST be true. anything else is so irrelevant.

⟢ Heyy angels!! today, I’m gonna share my top secret formula on how to start attaining what I like to call main character energy. This will be a long post sharing all my secrets on how I’m working to become THAT GIRL. ���
˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ WHAT IS MAIN CHARACTER ENERGY? 🕯️ ⊹₊⟡⋆
• main character energy is basically walking into a room with all eyes on you, full of confidence, joy, and hypnotic magnetism.
• if you want to start feeling like that girl, first you have to realize that you already ARE. YOU are the main character of your life. YOU are the star.
• it’s extremely important not to flip flop with this mindset, or it literally won’t work. in order to persist in this idea I really reccommend manifesting it and listening to SUBS that help affirm that “main character” identity you’re going for. my fav sub I use to manifest a sweet, magnetic, and feminine energy . .
the sweetest girl they know works so welll ���
˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ SETTING THE STAGE 🎀 ⊹₊⟡*
• main character energy is a FEELING. In order for you to harness that powerful energy, you have to set the stage in your life
•what do I mean? Removing bad influences from your life. How do you expect to be an admirable and magnetic person if you’re surrounded by terrible people?
• anyone who is vibrating on a very low level threatens your ability to elevate your own self. you are who you surround yourself with so choose your friends wisely.
• you should also actively try to curate your social media feed and social space with things that are positive and helpful. social media has a HUGE impact on us and it should be used for our improvement, not to bring us down.
another way I love to do this is MUSIC! you can create an uplifting and confidence boosting playlist full of songs you like.
for example I really like songs like perfect night by le sserafim (kinda controversial ngl…) my world, lucky girl syndrome by illit, a lot of ari grande songs too. ♡ also girlblogging duh and looking at other girlblogs.

˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ STOP TAKING SHIT 🩰 ⊹₊⟡
• Stop TAKING SHIT from others. You are a walking goddess capable of doing amazing things, who is actively trying to better themselves. Who are you to take someone else’s crap?
• Walk with purpose and confidence, show people that you are secure in yourself. BUT when people are disrespectful to you. DO NOT LET IT SLIDE. That sets a terrible precedent for how others can treat you.
• You CAN Respond in a mature and calm way. But sometimes ignoring it and simply not letting it affect you can work too. Acknowledge what was said, take a deep breath and move forward. Let it go and don’t let anyone else’s comments hinder your journey. You are the one in control.
ways I calmly respond to people trying to check me:
• friend gossiping about me? bye!
• someone’s whispering under their breath about me? block out their voice and instead think about how perfect and beautiful I am.
• someone spreading rumors about me? Correct them to people who may bring them up around me, but be okay with that being misunderstood as long as it isn’t something genuinely harmful that requires adult intervention
• literally anyone has anything to say about me? distance myself from them. they aren’t worth my time, presence nor my precious energy. make that known.

• put you first ALWAYS. you are the main character in this life, not everyone and everything is worth your attention! never feel obligated to go above and beyond for someone who doesn’t deserve it.
• self care should be a huge priority in your life, because the most important relationship you will ever have with someone in your life is with YOURSELF. it will dictate everyone according to your mindset, the way you view yourself, and the WORLD.
ways I started putting me first:
• dropping the people pleaser thing: practicing saying “no” or “I don’t want to” or “I didn’t like that” in the mirror, then trying my best to apply that in everday life
• stopped answering random unplanned calls from people when I knew I was busy and texting them when I could talk
• stopped agreeing to every hangout as well
• I stayed kind, but I stopped letting people treat me like a doormat.
• letting go when people were displeased with something I said or did.
⟢ that’s basically some of the three main points I had in this post, didn’t wanna make it tooo long. I hope something in here helped someone today and as always stay cute dolls. my inbox is always open for cuties who wanna ttm ♡

obviously, one of the most self explanatory points, water! dehydration = dry lips and nobody wants that. ♡
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ 2. exfoliation
scrub ur lips with a clean ,, SOFT toothbrush in the mornings (as it can cause damage to the skin!), use a lip exfoliator, whatever you like !! there are lots of ways you can actually make a lip exfoliator at home. one of the most popular methods:
♡ mix a tsp of honey with 2 tsp of sugar
♡ massage and leave for 10 mins or so
♡ remove !!
have not tried this personally but from what i've found, this or a solely sugar based exfoliant helps the most 💖 or alternative you can simply buy one. but whatever works for you ♡
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ 3. lip balms and ingredients
using lip balm in ur skincare is really helpful for just keeping them hydrated. some ingredients that also help w nourishment and moisturising:
♡ argan oil
♡ shea butter
♡ cocoa butter
♡ coconut oil
+ vaseline overnight also helps w this ♡
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ 4. biting ur lips
please try and avoid biting your lips or the inside of your mouth! i used to do this a lot when i got anxious or nervous and it damages them and is just not good for you
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ 5. gloss, oil, stick, repeat!
lip plumper, lip gloss, lip oil, lip stick, whatever you like! mouth without lip gloss is like a cupcake without frosting ♡

i have such mixed feelings about the idea of “moving in privacy”. i think there are seasons for it (certainly your late 20s/saturn return you will probably desire retreat for a while, or any time you feel uncertain). at the same time, moving in public with a thoughtful personal brand can be an incredible, powerful, and easy way to bring connection and opportunities to you. sometimes i think all this “disappear and move in privacy” talk is just a symptom of poor boundaries and rebranding the fear of being vulnerable… but if you can figure out boundaries and overcome the fear of actually being recognised for your gifts and strengths, well, the world is literally your oyster.
