Do you ever just get that urge to run around barefoot - maybe on all fours - and splash in water and climb and just. Idk. Sob.

My Gorion's ward Ludwig from the hit game Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition
I haven't finished the first two games but I like to imagine that Jaheira dragged him into the party in bg3 act 3 because it's funny.

Idk who needs to hear this but if you struggle with tampons, try the smallest size available to you and don't use the applicator to insert it. Just push that thing out of the applicator and insert it manually. Maybe it'll still kinda suck and tampons just aren't for you, but personally it makes a world of a difference for me and I can actually comfortably wear tampons which is a game changer since I have heaaaaavy periods. I just always found the applicator fiddly and eventually bought a brand without one (Ob but I don't think it's a widespread brand) and it changed everything. If I'm in a pinch, I just grab whatever brand and push it out of the applicator.
Yeah touching yourself can be a bit icky, but you're about to wash your hands anyways. You know your body better than a piece of plastic does, do what's comfortable for you.

Mmmm, wanting to get back into DW but...
...not sure I can reconcile with everything I don’t like about Mo.ff.at’s writing to make watching Thirteen and Fourteen enjoyable. I know it’s a bit silly, but I really, reeeeally hated a lot of the stuff done with Eleven, and didn’t care much for what little I saw of Twelve, and I refuse to acknowledge the 50th’s existence (which nearly killed my love for DW if I’m honest, and is the sole reason I can now be disappointed by other entertainment and go meh, whatever, because nothing tops the horrible way the 50th made me feel)... b u t, the Thirteenth Doctor has always looked like she’d be the Doctor to me, just going by gifsets I’ve seen of her. Jodie looks like she really gets the character, she looks like she might have the right tone and energy. She looks like the Doctors I love, y’know?
Anyway, I’ve always been curious about her, and with David, Catherine, and Bernard returning (if briefly) to the series, I really would like to watch DW again. Especially since RTD is at the helm and, while not perfect, I trust him with these characters a lot more than I do most anyone else, if only because he wrote my first Doctor and made me fall in love with the series.
Is it worth it though? Will Thirteen disappoint me? Would I need to push through the last of Eleven’s run and finish Twelve’s?
I really want to avoid any kind of writing that feels too much like Moffat’s. I know that’s a bit silly, but when I tell you he killed the series for me, and the 50th has left such a bad taste in my mouth after almost 10 years... it really has. And while I can’t be crushed by any other series because of that, I think... I could actually be still crushed by DW. Maybe not with the same ache, but I don’t want to risk putting myself off DW more than I already have lmao
