According to Kayaalp-Aktan, Nurbanu may have also supervised the construction of her immediate family’s complexes: Murad’s in Manisa and Ismihan’s in Istanbul.

the way i picture it going, both dior and nimloth could have made it out alive during the feanorians' ambush if they'd prioritized themselves. both of them are prodigiously talented and among doriath's best fighters, and they probably could have cut their way out if they'd really tried and played their cards right. but both of them choose to eschew every opportunity they have to escape; instead they run deeper and deeper in, issuing orders and rallying soldiers and all in all getting as many people as they can to safety. they don't leave, even when they could, even when their friends and family and subjects urge them to come too. both of them stay behind until the end, and both of them are among the last of the iathrim to fall during the second kinslaying. of course both of them also leave heaps of feanorian bodies in their wake
