I reblogged this a while ago but I'm coming back to it because I looked at it again and realised it's a great example of something the Yakuza/LAD games do really well - character-specific fighting styles.

Even just with these four it's super obvious that they've all trained differently according to their preferences and natural ability, as well as having different levels of practice:

Saejima, probably the most obvious, pushes his size advantage to his limits. He's taller than you, broader than you, and can pack on more muscle in a day than some people do in a year. So he can very easily pick up the smaller grunts and throw them around to create space and deal a lot of damage at once. To put him in RPG terms, he's a tank or a barbarian; very high damage output and defense ability at the cost of less speed, agility, and "magic" (what in LAD terms would be elemental attacks like those used a lot by Nanba or Tomizawa.)

Kiryu, while not as tanky as Saejima, is still a reasonably heavy hitter - he's the paladin, the warrior archetype, and while he has more physical weakness than Taiga (not really helped by his advanced illness at this point) he makes up for it by being somewhat faster and having use of more "special attacks." He's the most versatile of the lot with his multiple fighting styles, and picks up the spots the others miss.

Daigo is the youngest of the four, but he's still got a lot of experience under his belt, and I would say he fits something like the monk/fighter mold; he's reasonably quick, but still relies more on direct physical attacks than some of the more magic-user types I mentioned before. While his style is probably the most similar to Kiryu's, he can leverage more of his speed and agility to get the upper hand, though he can't tank as many hits to balance it out.

Majima, of course, may be the oldest one here and the least built in terms of muscle (even if he's still no slouch at age 60) - but with his skills planted firmly in what would be the rogue/assassin quarter, he more than makes up for it with by far the most speed and stealth stats of the group. With his fighting style optimised for blade work, his movements have a very clear goal: dart in, do damage, dart out, rinse repeat. (He's also probably the most magic-inclined of the four; see his electrically-powered Poundmates summon and his... canonical???... shadow-clone-jutsu thing.)

Even if you took all the detail out of the scene and only had silhouettes to work with, you'd probably recognise each of them by their fighting styles, and that makes for an incredibly cool detail in a game series where people have a tendency to tell a story with their fists.
