Upside: Chapters go up more quickly and I still draw illustrations for more important scenes.

Downside: Less illustrations and thus less visibility/chance of attracting new readers

Sketches instead: middle ground option, may still take a while to make depending on what else I'm working on/health issues

Welp somehow despite continued high frequency tinnitus manifesting as a chorus of crickets with tiny dental drills in my left ear for three days now coupled with extreme pressure in both of them that made it hard to stay sitting up all day, I STILL managed to finish the outline of a multi-chapter story I wanna write with my toon dinguses.

My body may crumble to dust but the power of Needing to Write About The Characters is immense and terrifying.

i do unironically think the best artists of our generation are posting to get 20 notes and 3 reblogs btw. that fanfic with like 45 kudos is some of the best stuff ever written. those OCs you carry around have some of the richest backstories and worldbuilding someone has ever seen. please do not think that reaching only a few people when you post means your art isn't worth celebrating.

unfortunately I will probs have to find a safer volume to brain amv at, rip ;w;

it sucks because I have two different headphones (over-the-head and earbuds) and the volume is pretty different for both of them. The bass is uncomfortably loud on the earbuds so I don't use them very much, but the over-the-head ones are way quieter and idk what level on the volume bar I can safely get to?? 50% is way louder on the earbuds than they are on the other, so it's like... idk if it's safer to turn it up a lil higher for the cans or if I should be turning it down a little lower for the earbuds.

I also have no way to measure decibels so I kinda just have to go off vibes I guess? I don't have an iphone so there's no built in volume decibel cap i can set. In fact, my phone has NO volume cap settings so I just have to resist the urge to turn it up.

either way this sucks, I no longer feel immersed... bleh.
