Breakfast:
1. Overnight oats with almond milk, chia seeds, sliced banana, and a drizzle of honey.
2. Whole grain cereal with skim milk, topped with mixed berries and a sprinkle of flaxseeds.
3. Veggie omelette made with bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, served with whole grain toast.
4. Smoothie bowl with blended spinach, frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, and a handful of granola.
Mid-Morning Snack:
1. Sliced cucumber and cherry tomatoes with hummus.
2. Rice cakes with avocado mash and a sprinkle of black pepper.
3. Cottage cheese with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Ok so normally I eat a whole pint of whatever ice cream I get.
I love halotop more, but I love artic zero's calories count better.
1/2 halo top choc brownie, 1/2 artic zero salted caramel. Topped by skinny syrup Double fudge ... which was at Walmart. If only Walmart would sell my real skinny syrups.
So... halotop 180, artic zero, 53.
Same volume but shaved a couple calories. About 120 saved? Not perfect but I will take it.
Everything has been going so slow and my healthy ice creams are really not available much anymore. I am trying to talk myself into getting a ninja creami so I can make my own.
The drawback is I live in a hoarder house and I don't know where I would put it.

Everything has gotten real slow which means despite the exercise I must be eating at maintenance.
Oh bother.

* good morning all ^_^ 106.6 today.. i know its just water weight, but im still feeling a bit discouraged. gonna stay strong though, goal today is 1050 !!

* all i wanted with the rest of my calories was a yogurt bowl . i even stayed up late waiting for my parents to go to bed so i could make it . only to find that MY FREAKING YOGURT HAS GONE BAD !! im so upset! i ended up flipping out and having turkey and cottage cheese . for "protein" or whatever. as if i give a shit . and it was gross. 0 stars !!!
* going to bed ... maybe ill watch a movie or something :/ ive never been more disappointed in my ENTIRE LIFE !!!
