I’M NOT EATING ANYTHING TILL SUNDAY!!! Hopefully I will lose those 15 lbs!!!
I have this swim banquet thing on Sunday, and I just fell SSOOO fat right now(KINDA TMI BUT IM ON MY FIRST DAY OF MY PERIOD SO, I LOOK SOOO BLOATED AND THICK) I also really need to lose the weight because two of my old friends, who were not gonna lie super fake, are gonna be their and their both SOOO SKINKY, especially the faker one.
will update everyday, hopefully around 8 or 9 pm (if I don’t update I prob got my phone taken away or sum) Also might post mini updates throughout the day.
-PS I’m using a really good appetite suppressant and diet pills every 12 hours or whenever I really want to binge
MY RULES:
MOST IMPORTANT: will burn 2000-2500 cals a day (depending on the day) (ULTIMATE BURN Goal 3000)
Will walk @ least 10k steps a day (goal 15k)
I will only eat around half a small plate of food at fam dinner (“ONLY IF” my parents get sus!!!) the not so opt, opt one
Every day u do the like (not so opt, opt thing) u have to walk an extra 1 k steps for every 100 cals u had (can be the next day)
Every day and a half I will have either: a smoothie, fruit, or a protein shake (for health reasons) (try not to have a whole serving size) the not opt one
Drink 64 oz a day, at least (goal 128-96 oz)
Take 15-30 min +, hot shower every day (goal burn 200 cals)
Weigh myself every morning/ afternoon and every evening (if possible)
Exercise at least 3 days a week (can be light) (goal every day)
IF BURN GOAL FOR THE DAY IS NOT MET OR I BING: do 5-10 km bike ride and 30-45 min cold bath/45 min to 1 hour hot shower (to burn the extra cals) (can be the day after)
IF I GET 15 OF MY DAILY GOALS (there are 5 a day) AND AM AT MY UGW (115 lbs) BY THE DAY OF THE BANQUET…. I DONT HAVE TO COUNT CALS/RESTRICT THERE!!! (But still don’t overeat)

Starting: 7/18/23 at like 3:30 am
ending: 7/23/23 at like 5 pm
CH: 5’4 1/2 feet
HW: 160lbs
SW: 129.6 lbs
CW: 127.8 lbs
LW: 118.7 lbs
GWday1: 125 lbs
GWday2: 122 lbs
GWday3: 1119 lbs
GWday4: 117 lbs
UGW: 115 lbs
HIGHEST ACCEPTABLE WEIGHT BY END DAY: 120 lbs
IDK IF I CAN DO IT THATS LIKE 10 pounds in 5 days 😬 I think I can do at least 118 tho
SUBTRACT 1.5 lbs (for every 24oz u had in the last 30-45 min… 30 if uv peed) FOR UR WATER WEIGHT!!!

this is for everyone who has been mindlessly bingeeating for so long. Like, I literally used to eat nothing all day, have a diet coke and think oh my god I am a fat pig and now I scoff down way too many carbs, make some new diet and pretend like I havent been acting like an actual obese dog for the last year. Like wtf? Anyway, I need to stop being lazy, so I am gonna start posting more on here I guess to force myself into behaving.
Its never the plan thats the problem so I hate that saying 'only a fool does the same thing and expects different results.' If for once I wasnt lazy, acted patient and didn't stuff my gob everytime I felt sad or fucked up, I would be there by now. You would be therr by now. But clearly you don't want this bad enough, why not give up instead of ruining the lives of every around you by becoming or remaining their "depresed friend."
