“I have trouble rolling my "r's" in High Valyrian. But that turned out interesting since Aemond doesn't flower up this beautiful language. He uses the language more lethally. The Council meeting is very much a public shaming, but switching to High Valyrian allows Aegon to save face, since only the two brothers understand it. It allows Aegon to recover.”
EWAN MITCHELL — about speaking high valyrian in episode four.

I wasn't expecting the third woman to be appointed as U.S. attorney general to be "Evil" Barbie
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Why do so many Republican women in power choose to wear excessive makeup and/or bleach their hair blonde?
Is it that they fear they won't be heard by Republican men unless they also provide sufficient eye candy?
Regardless, it is irksome to me that the third woman to become the U.S. attorney general seems to not only be a Barbie, but to also be an "Evil" Barbie.
It is the "Evil" part that is most troubling, given that Bondi appears to be fully engaged in "weaponizing" the DOJ against Trump's "enemies"--including Trump's "enemies" within the DOJ.
WASHINGTON – The Justice Department has fired all of Jan. 6 special counsel Jack Smith’s staff and is working to “root out” anyone at the department and FBI who it believes doesn’t like President Donald Trump, Attorney General Pam Bondi has confirmed.... in a Monday night [March 3, 2025] interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity. [...] "Everything is on the table, Sean,” Bondi told Hannity. “We're going to look at everything."  [...] “Well, first and foremost, we got rid of the Jack Smith team. Gone. Those people are gone,” Bondi said. “We're still trying to find … a lot of people in the FBI and also in the Department of Justice who despise Donald Trump, despise us, don't want to be there.” “You have to do the right thing and right now we're going to root them out,” Bondi said. [...] “We're starting at every level of the Justice Department, Sean, and getting rid of the worst of the worst. But there are a lot more people that shouldn't be there.” [...] “I know it's very early in your tenure. Are you at all shocked at how things were running before you got there?” Hannity asked Bondi. “Shocked. Yeah,” Bondi replied. “Kash and I, Patel, talk about this all the time. You know, we knew it was bad. We never knew how bad, and especially on the criminal side and on the people who were in” DOJ’s National Security Division, which focuses, in part, on foreign threats to the U.S. posed by Russia and other hostile nations. “Will we look into what they did?” Hannity asked Bondi. “Everything is being looked into,” Bondi said. “It sounds like a massive list,” Hannity replied. “It doesn't sound like you're going to be sleeping a lot in the next four years.” “None of us will,” Bondi replied. “But it's worth it. It's worth it to fight for the American people and to keep America safe.” [color emphasis added]
Bondi is a high powered attorney, so we know she isn't stupid. Therefore, it seems inexcusable that she is blatantly lying to the American people on national TV by calling DOJ employees "the worst of the worst" simply because they were doing their jobs investigating Trump's obvious crimes/ corruption. Bondi's claim that she is conducting this inquisition for the "American people"--rather than to implement Trump's plans for revenge or to purge government of anyone who won't go along with Trump's corrupt and often illegal orders, suggests that she is incredibly corrupt.
Given all of the above, "Evil" Barbie seems to be a fitting moniker for Bondi.

(Please amplify Hamza as much as you can.)
Hamza Howidy in USA Today
Tumblr media
Not only were the protests ignored by "allies" in the West, but so were the lives of the protesters and all they represent.  Hamas wasted no time in going after the leaders of the protests, threatening, torturing and even killing them. The family of Oday Nasser Al Rabay, 22, says the protester was tortured to death by Hamas simply for demanding a free Gaza ‒ free from Hamas and free from war.
Where was the outrage from the "pro-Palestine movement" activists? Where were the protests in Western capitals for Oday? Nowhere. Because he did not fit into their ideological framework because his killing was not useful and too inconvenient to their narrative. Meanwhile, when a protester with a distinctly different profile - Mahmoud Khalil, a former Columbia University graduate student - finds himself detained in the United States, the pro-Palestinian activists who claim to advocate for the oppressed wasted no time in flooding Western streets with protests calling for his release. His arrest became an emblem of resistance, sparking global campaigns to bring him home.
But what about the young Palestinian from Gaza who, without the protection of international institutions, was tortured to death for his dissent? Oday was left to rot in obscurity, his brutal murder by Hamas nothing more than an inconvenient fact for the same movement that fervently defended Mahmoud.
This stark contrast is not only a failure of solidarity ‒ it's also an indictment of the hollow, opportunistic nature of the so-called pro-Palestine movement. Mahmoud, a student in the West, was elevated to the status of martyr. Oday, a young man from Gaza, was left to die at the hands of the very regime that Western allies refuse to confront. The hypocrisy is staggering.

My name is Austin. My family is homeless and has been since 2-2-22. My disabled, bed bound, immunocompromised father who is on oxygen 24/7, mom with a very painful disabled leg, cute as can be dog, wonderful and beautiful cat, and myself are in urgent need of support to keep us off the streets and in a motel room. We were evicted from our home after the passing of my aunt. She had a reverse mortgage and the bank took possession. We've been busting our butts to find a place ever since, with no luck finding housing whatsoever. Our daily motel fees eat up all of the money we manage to raise or save up, but crowded shelters are simply not an option because of my dad’s medical conditions. Catching COVID in a congregate shelter with his weak lungs and immunocompromised system would possibly kill him. We have been waiting for another Emergency Housing voucher as we were unable to find a place in the few days we were given to find one when approved previously. We are on countless low income housing waiting lists who have also told us to just wait. We have paid to apply for apartments and are rejected because of our low or non existent credit and low income. We are working with some new resources at the moment and hoping something comes of it. Basically, our issue is this: If we don’t have enough money for motel fees, we will have to sleep in our car which is super difficult for my parents and our pets, not even mentioning myself. There's honestly not enough room in our car for all of us to sit, let alone sleep comfortably. My dad’s oxygen machine needs electricity to run, and spare tanks only last a few hours each. The days are scorching and the nights get cold in California, especially this time of year, and we’re trying our best to stay together as a family and stay sheltered, healthy, and safe, and out of the triple digit summer heat. We would appreciate any donations you could spare to keep our motel room while we attempt to get on our feet during this awful experience. Thanks for your consideration, it means the world to us all. -Austin
The USA Today story featuring my family was published today. Apparently they have a policy that they can't link our fundraiser directly. So please help me spread it here.
