Help a sick child!

Have you ever been forced to suffer through an illness because you couldn't access any medical care? This is what Heba's @heba-213 son Amir is forced to go through.

Heba and her family lost their home due to the war, and now live in a tent. Because of the lack of proper shelter or cleaning supplies, Amir has developed a chronic skin disease. Without access to the treatment Amir needs, the disease has spread greatly throughout his body, and causes him severe pain, so much so that he struggles to sleep.

Heba needs help to afford treatment for Amir, as well as necessities to care for her other children. Right now, Heba wants to reach ashort term goal of $7,000 CAD. However, donations have been slow, and she has only reached around half of this goal.

Help a Gazan family get to safety!

Muhammad and Mona are a young family with two beautiful daughters, 6 year old Iman and 5 year old Toleen. i have been keeping in contact with Mona on whatsapp for a while and the things she tells me are beyond horror. there are rumors of the border crossing opening soon, so they need funds for that (30,000$ for all 4 members of the family), but even more urgently - funds to just survive.

Iman and Toleen, these vibrant, fun-loving little girls are forced to go through WINTER in a thin, nylon tent with a torn roof! the outrageous prices of any clothes at all leave the sisters sharing a single pair of torn slippers. and somehow, their parents still need to buy food.

this campaign is stagnating, and the goal is a very achievable one. even if all of my followers donated 10 dollars, they would be set!

currently they need around a 1500$ for a new tent, and around 1000$ for winter clothes for the girls.

as of 11/15/24 the campaign is at €4,580/€20,000 and Ghada has expressed worry over donations recently slowing down/stopping completely.

to refresh those who may not remember or simply haven't seen my other posts Ghada's family consists of his elderly parents (Nabil, 62 and Fatima, 57), his younger brother (Khaled, 23), his 2 married brothers (Mohamed and Ahed) and each of their 3 kids (Lama, Nabil, Amir and Fatima, Iman, Noor). the family is still trying their best to survive the harsh conditions they're subjected to and aim to raise the enough to help them cross over from Gaza into Egypt. I am Tareq, the eldest son in my family, writing to you today from Deir al-Balah, South Gaza. We are currently living in a shelter provided by UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency), but the conditions here are extremely difficult. Our lives are constantly at risk, with the threat of airstrikes and destruction surrounding us at all times.

This shelter is no longer enough to ensure our safety. We urgently need to leave Gaza for a safe place, away from the constant threat of bombings and destruction. This is our goal right now—escaping these dire circumstances and finding a place that offers us hope for a new life.

Why do we need your help?

I, Tareq, am responsible for my family in these difficult times, and my brother Mohammed is helping me communicate with you all through social media to share our struggle. We need to raise funds to help us leave Gaza and move to a safe place where we can live without the constant fear of violence and destruction.

Last year, Mohammed Za’atar – @mohammedzatr – was severely injured by shrapnel.  Unable to work, he is struggling to protect his displaced family.

Mohammed’s wife is pregnant and his parents are elderly.  Due to rising costs and food scarcity, some days, they do not eat anything at all.  Mohammed desperately needs medical attention. His family urgently needs funds so that they may purchase basic supplies.

Hello everyone, my name is Andrea and I am the organizer for @noor509 / @noor508's GoFundMe campaign

Shortly before we reached our goal, we had our transfers paused due to GoFundMe wanting to verify information and wanting to know if the money had been sent.

I had sent a majority of the money directly to Nour's bank account, but due to an issue we recently had to switch to Western Union. I provided documents and answered all of the team member's questions, but in the end GoFundMe had decided to close Nour's campaign anyways.

The last transfer that was sent to us was on November 3rd and we had transfers paused on the 4th. If you have not received a refund from GoFundMe already, please reach out to them to demand for a refund.

You do know that Go Fund Me isn't even supported in Gaza, right?

These so-called "vetted" campaigns are all scams, and you are either willfully participating in scamming innocent people, or you lack the critical thinking to recognize a scam when you see it.

Here's a website where Palestine GoFundMes are vetted and shared that you can send out to people. The url is gazafunds.com

Easy to use and simple. Just share the site whenever someone asks for GFMs for Palestine.
