Hi all, you might remember me promoting a GoFundMe for a friend of my friend in Gaza.

Unfortunately, Mohanad's GFM has since been taken down and all of the money refunded due to an issue he had with his bank account, leading GoFundMe to close his fundraiser and his account.

Mohanad is suffering immensely, with him and his family in tears because of the fact that they had borrowed money in order to buy a new tent for themselves, which they must pay back to the owner of the tent in donation money. But now that his account on GFM has been closed, Mohanad has no money to pay back the owner of his family's tent.

On top of this, Mohanad's health condition has worsened from the lack of clean food, water, and medical supplies in the Gaza Strip. All of these factors combined has lead to great suffering for Mohanad and his family, which includes his eldest sister's baby daughter, who was born two months before Al-Aqsa Flood, and hasn't lived a single beautiful day with how much the family has been forced to move from one place to another.

Please, if you have the funds to spare, consider sending some money over to Mohanad and his family. I've been able to send over $20, in case anyone wants to match my donation. If you can't send that much, even just $5 is more than enough to spare. Mohanad will be able to reach his goal if 6,000 people were to send in $5 each.

Etaf and her family need your support.

Etaf is a wife and mother of 5 from Ghazzah. Last year, she and her family's home was destroyed, a long with her husband's source of income and their car.

They were displaced for 200 days, all the way induring the hellish tribulations of genocide. Luckily, they were able to flee into Egypt; however their struggles are not over.

Due to their lack of income, Etaf and her husband struggle to provide their children with food, clothing, and education. On top of that, they are struggling to pay the rent on their house as winter approaches.

In order to help Etaf's children continue their education and to help the whole family afford basic necessities, they need to raise €100,000. So far, they've only managed to raise €5,690 and their last donation was 18 hours ago.

Now we have lost our shelter due to the harsh winter and our belongings have been lost to the sea. While this might be a simple poll for many of us, Gazans do not have the luxury to sit and think if they like winter. The rain which swept through Gaza a few weeks ago washed away many of the tents which were situated by sea-side and thus destroyed resources that were acquired after months of raising funds. My friend Amal Ashour ( @amalashuor ) urgently needs to replace the soggy blankets and she needs to buy warm clothes for winter too. It is dreadfully cold right now and Amal is worried about her little daughter Mariam. She requires these funds to keep her daughter safe during these terrible months of winter. Additionally it has been hard to access any rations. A month ago when I spoke to Amal, she said that flour bags were costing around $150 USD- this has increased to almost $250 USD now!! That too at a time when Amal is not only bearing the responsibility for her own little family, but she is also helping out her extended family as well. So please boost and please donate to Amal's fundraiser. She is going through an extremely difficult time and is responsible for more than twenty people.

i genuinely hate how people have to sit and write a post that stands out while boosting a fundraiser because most people won't bat an eye at the misery and inhumane conditions Palestinians are living in.

i see people making art and telling others to use it because fundraisers with art are generally reblogged more often. i see people using colored text in order to make the post more eye catching.

palestinians on instagram are using popular audios and stitch trending reels at the beginning to make the world pay attention to them. imagine having to make something look entertaining in order to survive.

they are living under constant threat of israeli airstrikes, bombing, scarcity of food and disease. many have lost a lot in the past few months.

palestinians on tumblr are posting their pictures and the horrible conditions in which they are living. they travel long distances for internet connection only to be called a scammer by some privileged ass who cannot locate gaza on a map.
