one thing I never learned in school is the strength of the human heart.

a heart can love, be broken, trust, and be destroyed and still beat.

I have pieces of my heart I have given and it's flourished, thrived and blossomed, other pieces lay discarded, gathering dust forgotten as to whom it was gifted to left it and never looked back.

still learning how many pieces my heart has left.
