Yeah. I'm fortunate to live in an area where winters aren't all that cold. I'm only a few miles from the San Francisco Bay. We might get freezing temperatures overnight sometimes, but that's about it.

So, yeah. I guess I'm able to enjoy "the beauty in desolation and stillness" because it doesn't really get all that cold here.

haters will see a winter enjoyer and say "why are you going outside it's cold and boring" and not even see the beauty in desolation and stillness 🙄
