Now from my knowledge this is how it went: Dick quit, Jason died, Tim quit, Stephanie fired, but Damian quitting would be fascinating because he is Bruce's blood and I feel like that would have more impact on him and he'd have to accept his extreme measures of raising robins has turned his own birth son away.

As for Tim thank you for liking it, I understand you disagreeing though. I get what you mean and I do think in the original canon he wasn't there ready for the job, I think, but I really do like the idea he wants to be Robin (the mantle) and fight crime on his own at times. Dick got that chance with the titans, Tim wants that too. I see him as keeping the name Robin and maybe changing the outfit. I stay thinking about this lol.

I like Tim as a character and I love the idea of him splintering off as a Robin and solving crimes on his own. Making Robin more than a sidekick and even when those around him go "You're just a Robin, go to Batman" he shows he's a Robin, but they all can work on their own. Batman and Robin doesn't always have to be just that.

Plus he just looks fantastic in the suit dude. That's just a personal opinion lol. The pants he added, he looks cool, and I just like him period lol. Plus this is me, him choosing to stay even with all the shizz he's been through with Bruce would be interesting too.

I'm such a cheesy fan girl. Also I swear I'm the only person who says he should stay a Robin, but like his own hero at the same time. Sorry for rambling so much.

okay, as much as I absolutely love what they're doing with Damian and making him quit being Robin to become a doctor, there's a sneaking suspicion that DC isn't actually going to go through with it.

Batman needs a Robin (at least according to DC, not sure how much I share that opinion as of how things are in the comics rn but that's an entirely separate post) and there isn't anyone else lined up. Personally, I think that the Batfamily is getting a bit crowded anyway, and DC doesn't even work with a good half of the characters that are in it anyway (Duke Cass and Steph you will always be famous to me).

There's also the fact that DC can't commit to anything anymore. Tim became his own superhero? No, he's back to being Robin. Barbara was permanently paralyzed and has developed her own identity and skill set as Oracle? No, she got better and is Batgirl again. Literally half of the Batfamily dies? They're all fine in the literal next issue. See what I mean?

I'm calling it right now that, especially since they don't have a new Robin lined up and ready to take the spot, there is absolutely no way that they're gonna let Damian actually quit being Robin. He's going to quit for like a week before something happens that either forces him or makes him want to become Robin again and everything will be reversed and back to the way that it was.

Every once and a while, the Batkids will try and pretend to be Bruce over the radio whilst on patrol.

Tim (as low and gravelly as he can go): "Oracle! Analysis!" Barbara (nonplussed): "Red Robin, I can see which channels are lit up when you speak, I know that's you." Tim: "I AM THE NIIIIIIIGHT...!"

I have a headcanon that whenever Tim has a devious, manic, absolutely bad shit insane plan, he introduced the plan with a laugh, a glint in his eyes and a wide ass smile as he says, "I've got a plan"

Everyone knows what it means, and they know that when it happens, they will have committed a few warcrimes by the end of the day.

They live in fear.

Except Jason, though, he thinks the plans are great. He sees Tim's smile and fucking celebrates because fucking finally he'll allow me to use my rocket-launcher.

I bet the criminals in Gotham city freak the fuck out when the Batman shows up without Robin.

Because, yeah, you’re going to get the shit kicked out of you either way—but when the kids’ around, Batman’s more… merciful. He’ll knock you out instead of breaking both your arms. He’ll round-house you but not stab you in the gut with a bat-a-rang. There’s less blood and gore, like Batman’s trying to spare the kiddo from the more unsavory aspects of vigilantism.

I bet when the goons see Robin, they breathe a sigh of relief. Cause Batman’s gonna fuck ‘em, but he isn’t going to fucking annihilate them—not in front of his kid.

Tim drake but he has a completely unexplainable beef with one of the lesser Gotham rogues. I'm thinking like kite man or something. Where anyone who sees him fight them feels the need to pull him aside because it sounds like he is deliberately digging in to deeply personal traumas of that villain to hurt them. He regularly makes this rogue cry. He only ever says "they know what they did". Asking the rogue? "I know what I did :(". And yet, the rogue still makes specific effort to trap him.

Years later it comes out that he and this rogue thought it was funny watching the batfam and Gotham's collective concern and confusion. I headcanon that every Gotham rogue has been to at least one summer camp for theatre. The rogue can cry on command. It's literally just a bit.
