I keep adding extra mini chocolate chips to store bought chocolate chip cookie dough. I just scoop it out of the tub, roll them into balls, and then I dip the tops of them into a bowl with tiny chips! I think it really adds something great. I also make really tiny cookies, so they end up very covered and bite sized.
I’d definitely recommend!

Edible cookie dough recipe for regressors ☆´ˎ˗︶︶︶
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
gif credits
Who doesn't love cookies? Or, alternatively, who doesn't love scraping the bowl for leftover cookie dough? Because I love it, a lot, it makes me feel very small! That's why I started looking for edible cookie dough recipes, and after some tests and adaptations I made my very own recipe!
Basic Ingredients ☆´ˎ˗
for every 1 cup of all purpose flour, you'll need...
🥣: 1/2 cup of brown sugar
🍪: 1/2 cup of softened salted butter
🥣: 1/4 cup of milk
You can use granulated sugar instead of brown sugar for a more sugar cookie-like flavor
You can use edible flours (such as: almond flour, coconut flour) instead of all purpose flour and skip the heat treating step altogether
Instructions ☆´ˎ˗
🍪: Heat treating the flour: to make sure the flour is safe to eat raw you'll need to heat treat it. This can be done in three ways
With an oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread the flour on a tray, over baking paper, and bake it for 5-8 minutes
With a stove: spread the flour in a saucepan, turn the heat to low and stir it for ~2 minutes. Be careful to not burn the flour!
With a microwave: Microwave the flour for 30 seconds and stir the flour so the heat can be evenly distributed, and repeat the process 2-4 times. Remember to use a microwave-safe bowl!
🥣: Mix in the butter and sugar, and whisk them together until fluffy
🍪: Add the flour and the milk to the mixture and mix until homogeneous. The end result should have a soft and thick texture and hold itself together well.
Adding in flavor ☆´ˎ˗
Now, if the plain cookie dough isn't enough, here's some extra ingredients for specific flavors
🥣: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract for a classic vanilla flavor
🍪: 2 tablespoons of peanut butter for a peanut butter flavor
🥣: 2 teaspoons of coffee powder for a coffee flavor
Adding the sprinkles ☆´ˎ˗
To finish off, a perfect cookie is usually adorned with sprinkles for added texture and colorfulness! This step is completely optional
🍪: Traditional chocolate chips
🥣: All kinds of confetti, hundreds & thousands, etc
🍪: M&Ms or skittles
🥣: Chopped chocolate
🍪: Chopped nuts
Enjoy! ☆´ˎ˗
🥣: This recipe serves around 6 portions and the measures can be cut or increased for less or more portions
🍪: This recipe can be stored in a fridge for around a week and can be added to ice creams and milkshakes
🥣: This recipe cannot be baked! It was made to be eaten raw

Having recently rediscovered that my body LOVES eating beans and fibrous veggies may I recommend:
Spicy dal with naan 🫓 or rice (currently eating this for breakfast)
Split pea soup (with a little bit of ham, or not,) lots of alliums ( garlic, leek, onions) a bit of pesto perhaps? Oregano?
Beans, rice, and cheese burritos. I like it best with fresh salsa (aka pico de GALLO) but YOUR favorite spices or salsas are best, obvi
Oven roast oiled brussel sprouts, squash, eggplant 🍆, 🥕 carrots, other brassicas (broccoli and romanesco cauliflower are my favorites)
Broccoli 🥦🧀 cheese SOUP YEAH BABY
Frittata with a veggie crust (good way to use up starchy root veggies, can adapt to leftover veggies, uses any cheese and herb combos)
Four or less veg soup: fennel, cauliflower, leek, potatoes. I can literally saute any two here (olive oil or butter and salt till lightly browned), puree with a little cream or oat milk, and I'll eat it with joy. Makes a good intro, lunch, or side to more veggies or some meat.
Risotto: my current specialty. One cup arborio rice, sauteed in oil till slightly translucent. Four cups of warm broth (I love one cup miso soup, or strained leftover ramen broth, or boiling the bones from a store bought rotisserie chicken, or a box of broth from the store). Add simmering broth to translucent rice on a medium high heat, 1/2 cup at a time, and stir till absorbed. It's a lot slower than instant pot but goddamn it turns out delicious. When there's about two more scoops left in the broth pot, and the rice is getting decently creamy, I add sauteed onions ALWAYS. Good to add the leftover rotisserie chicken meat if we have any, I use up leftover veggies or other tastys at this point too, and turn down the heat. After all the broth is absorbed, shred your cheese over the top if desired, and lid the pan so it can melt. This makes 5-6 cups of risotto depending on how much extra tasty things you add to the pan. (I use a wok because it's easiest to clean)
Lastly, chili. Look up recipes, play around, there's thousands of internet arguments about the best way to make chili 🌶️, the resources are there.
I visited my family for a few days and every time I was asked for dinner suggestions the answer was “That sounds really good! What kind of meat do you eat with it?”
And I was like “…I don’t know. I’ve never had meat with it”
And that’s when I realized I’ve been a borderline vegetarian for years without even knowing it. It was never a conscious choice and I happily eat meat without a second thought but for whatever reason I slowly transitioned to a largely plant and animal produce based diet after I moved out. I still eat loads of eggs, cheese, cream and ice cream, not to mention occasionally fish which is probably why I didn’t notice. I also get that meat feeling from mushrooms which makes sense seeing as they’re closer to animals than plants (should it be called mushroom hunting instead of mushroom picking then?)
The reason why it’s funny is because I always thought Meatless Mondays was a big ask and I thought it was rather quaint when my brother decided to be a vegetarian for a year just to try it out, yet here I was almost living the vegetarian life long before the meat prices skyrocketed.
Hopefully this doesn’t come off as preachy because I couldn’t care less what you eat and I never set out to eat less meat. But it made me realize people are probably approaching the whole “eat less meat” thing wrong because if the food is good (and has cheese and eggs) you might not even notice that there’s no red meat apparently.

Fasting Facts:
-Water fasting cleanses the body, as the stored food (fat) is used rapidly and the body simultaneously expels built up toxins.
-If you are fasting for weight loss (um, yeah!!) and are following a juice or tea fast, a few days on just water will intensify the fast.
-Fasting can clear the skin and whiten the eyes and initiates rapid weight loss (yay!).
-Water fasting is not recommend for a first fast as toxins are released into the blood very quickly.
-Fasting makes it easy to overcome bad habits and addictions.
-Fasting allows you to have taste appreciation for clean, natural foods.
-Going on a fast can give you the motivation and the enthusiasm you need to make a fresh start! (And we all need a fresh start from time to time.)
Fasting Info:
-Distilled water is best for water fasting.
-Juice made w/fresh, organic fruits is best for juice fasting.
-Do not drink orange or tomato juice on a fast.
-You can dilute your pure juices w/water.
-Green juices made from leafy green veggies in a juicer are great for detoxifying.
-Pure veggie broths are good (with no seasons added).
-Herbal teas and honey can aid in fasting.
-Typical fasts (going totally w/out any solid foods) usually are performed as 3 day, 7 day, 10 day, 14 day or 21 day increments. 28+ days should be supervised. (Or at least the person fasting should let someone know they are doing it.)
-Break a fast by eating raw fruits and veggies the first five-seven days after your fast. Go back to solids slowly.
-Do not binge or overeat after the fast (or during!). Try to discover the amount of food your body really needs.
-Meditate, go for a walk, take lots of naps, journal, listen to music, take long, warm bathes and relax. This is your time for healing, losing weight and gaining self-control!
More fasting tips:
-Many people experience nausea and headaches during fasting and this is often caused by caffeine withdrawal (and we all love our caffeine here) so I recommend, if possible, if you are a heavy soda or coffee drinker start tapering off about a week before the start of your fast. This should do the trick and make it a little easier and your headaches won't be so painful.
-After your fast, when you start to eat normally try very hard not to gorge. The calories you take in directly after your fast will stay with you a lot longer than those acquired when your metabolism is up. Also, you could experience pain and become very ill.
-Don't eat a big meal the night before your fast and never end your fast with heavy foods. Keep it light w/raw or lightly steamed veggies and fruits.
-Dry skin brushing helps your skin to breathe easier and can help eliminate uric acid and other poisons from your system, taking the strain off your kidneys and liver. Start at the feet and stroke your skin towards the heart. Do these before you shower.
-Epson Salt baths are soothing to sore-achy, weak muscles and also help eliminate toxins through the skin. Warm Epson Salt baths are great during fasts.
-There are many types of fasts, here is another: The milk and fruit fast: 3x a day, a glass of milk, raw fruit and water in between.
Some more tips during your fast:
-Try to get plenty of sleep. And if you can't stand your stomach growling the first few days, and are tired of downing the H20, take a nap... listen to some soothing music and drift off.
-Get a massage. If you can afford it, or have your partner or a close friend give you a good rub down or deep tissue massage. This really soothes muscles and makes you calm and sleepy. It helps when you're having trouble sleeping due to hunger during your fast. Plus, it awakens your body, pushes the blood around, etc.
-You may feel weak during your fast so if this is the case, be careful of black outs and don't exercise until you've finished the fast... Stick to stretching, light walking and deep breathing.
-If you suffer from diabetes, hypoglycemia or other similar conditions, please be very, very careful fasting. I'd say don't fast at all but if you feel you can do it safely, you may need a slice of avocado or a banana... You could also add protein powder to your juices.
-Sometimes during a fast, the person will experience back pain. If so, a cold pack will help.
-Canker sores can be healed quicker by dabbing tea tree oil or vitamin E on it.
-If you are just too tired on your water fast, go to a juice fast and if you are already juicing, drink more carrot and melon juices for energy.
Water fasts are always the hardest but fastest for weight loss and detox.
Juice fast is next best and somewhat easier, especially for first time fasters.
You'll lose pounds faster if you have a fast metabolism and slower if you have a slower metabolism. On average, fasts allow you to lose 1-2 lbs per day. Some experience more around 3-5 lbs per day. You'll lose the most and the quickest during the beginning of your fast.

5 of my favorite drink recipes for regressors ☆´ˎ˗ ︶︶︶
Tumblr media Tumblr media
As someone who generally prefers non-solid food, I often find myself making drinks for my regressed self because they bring me a very unique kind of comfort.
So here's a small (likely the first of many) compilation of recipes that I usually make for myself when regressed!
🍓 Yogurt Smoothie
This one is the simplest of them all, and one I make pretty often! Though I don't think I'm the only one who does this, I came up with the recipe myself!
Ingredients: 100g or 3,5oz of a yogurt of your choice; 2/3s of a cup of milk Method: Blend them together until it's all creamy and foamy Servings: 1 cup
🍎 Apple and Banana Smoothie 🍎
My mom used to make this for me when I was a kid! Has a porridge-like texture.
Ingredients: 2 slices of apple; 2 slices of banana; a cup of milk; a tablespoon of oatmeal; a teaspoon of sugar Method: Blend it all together and serve! Servings: around 1 1/2 cups
🍋 Swiss Lemonade 🍋
Funnily enough, the "swiss lemonade" is neither swiss nor a lemonade. I'm unsure if anyone here is familiar with this one, but for me it's the best creamy drink for a sunny afternoon
Ingredients: 2 whole limes, 600ml or 20oz of cold water, a can (395ml or 13,5oz) of condensed milk Method: cut the limes in 8 pieces, without removing the peel, blend all ingredients for less than 10 seconds (blending for too long might make the drink bitter!). Strain through a fine strainer to remove rinds and serve. Servings: around 3 cups
🍼 Burnt Milk 🍼
Another one my mom used to make for me before bed, she says it's good for sore throats. Has a unique burnt/caramelized taste.
Ingredients: 1 cup of milk; 2 teaspoons of sugar; a pinch of cinnamon (or a cinnamon stick) Method: Pour the sugar on a small saucepan, cook and stir on medium. Right when the sugar starts caramelizing (burning) add the milk and stir in. Serve and sprinkle the cinnamon on your drink! Cinnamon is also good for sore throats Servings: 1 cup
🍫 Hot Chocolate 🍫
Classic? Mayhaps. But this recipe has a little special ingredient that gives it a thicker texture
Ingredients: 1 cup of milk; 3-4 tablespoons of cocoa mix powder; 2 tablespoons of corn starch (the more you add the thicker the drink's texture); a pinch of cinnamon Method: pour the milk, cocoa and corn starch on a small saucepan, cook and stir on medium until hot. Serve and sprinkle the cinnamon Servings: 1 cup

What is a road opener spell?
Something that really confused me as a beginner witch was 'road opener' spells. I heard people talk about these spells all the time but I had a hard time actually understanding what it meant until I did one myself. Because of that I decided to put together a little guide for all things 'road opener'. I hope this helps!
What does 'road opener' even mean?
Road opener is a type of spell to open the person up to new opportunities and to remove any blocks stopping them from obtaining those opportunities. These spells are great if you're feeling stuck. You don't have to have an opportunity in mind, you might just feel like everything is stagnant and you want things to start moving again.
What goes into a road opener spell?
Generally, these spells have 2 parts/aspects to them; removing barriers and negative energy and bringing in prosperity and new opportunities. You can do these together or seperate them into a 2 part spell, it all depend what you feel like. road opener is like a fancy name for a banishing spell mixed with a prosperity spell.
An example of a road opener spell:
Candle Spell:
A white, green or black candle (green for prosperity and growth, white as a replacement or to symbolise a fresh start or black to remove any negative energy or blocks) Black salt (to remove any negative energies or obstacles from your path) A bay leaf (for prosperity and wealth. write your intention on the leaf) A sigil with your intention cinnamon (represents wealth) cloves (protection and wealth) basil (protection and wealth) an anointing oil (note: optional) something to carve into the candle with (a sharp pencil, scissors, a paper clip, etc) a heat proof dish and candle holder Method: 1. Cleanse yourself, your work space and tools
2. Create your sigil. I like to use the intention 'All obstacles are removed from my path' or ' nothing stands in the way of my success' but it's completely up to you
3. Carve your sigil into your candle.
4. Write your intention on the bay leaf then place the candle on top of the leaf
5. Mix the remaining herbs together (except the black salt) and sprinkle them in a ring around your candle. If you wish to anoint your candle and roll it in herbs instead, this is the time to do so.
6. Place the black salt in a circle around the herbs and candle. This is to represent the banishment of any negative outside energies or to just get rid of anything that doesn't serve you anymore. You don't have to put it in a circle, it just works for me.
7. Watch the candle burn and focus your intention.
Notes: there are 1000s of ways to do this spell with all the ingredients I listed. If this spell doesn't feel right to you, don't do it or change it. It is only an example.
