trying over. the same time again, old feelings rewound in the spring. Refreshing but bitter water that makes you falter in step and hits the core harder despite the flourishing light around it. New life that echoes the path ahead, not the voice from behind. exhausted, sore, grown. A Dichotomy In Eight Parts. eight coins have twice. the faces of you don't recognize, but still know yourself. a tree's intuition to prune itself every fall.

I made a new playlist and wanted to incorporate the poems I've been writing in the description into a piece of album artwork. The theme of this playlist is trying again, doing it over to get it right.

Leafmold Layers of Flesh: VOLUME 2 - Carrion Illuminating a Carved Path (2024)

first snow unexpected, shivering over nothing. conversations that ache from a future that never happened. one of many. maturity and reflection waiting for wrinkles and cracks and blemishes to prove the feeling. Overly Obvious. Gold and Silver Replace Stones but lack value. Yet To Be Earned. Three unused piles of spare parts gone for good, remembered and archived but dead in the water and aimless in the infinite stupid ocean. Another most likely on the way. The pieces that matter will wash up eventually from shores that never touched the sea from rivers that did. a tail quivers with fear and strength and a desire for safety . going somewhere going with no one hoping that's wrong going with someone who couldn't ever, wouldn't ever, shall never and finding disgusting uncomfortable solace that she'll always be there even when alone. that is all with a upset frozen stomach and a missing heart.

another new playlist made, so another new piece of album artwork and poem like The Margins Between Digits On An Alarm Clock was made too. this one was inspired by emo album art where they have a white border and then a photograph in the center. it was a fun experimentation in trying to work within those guides, forced me to get creative.
