NUTRITION JOURNALS: VITAMINS (PT 2/2)
WHAT IS THIAMINE?
- thiamine/thiamin (B1) is required by our bodies to properly use carbohydrates. It also helps maintain proper nerve function, and can be found in foods such as yeast, cereal grains, beans, nuts, and meat. its also used for digestive problems, diabetic nerve pain, heart disease, and other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these other uses. - thiamine is water-soluble, which means that it dissolves in water and isn’t stored in your body, so you need to consume it on a regular basis. your body can only store around 20 days worth of thiamine at any given time.
WHAT IS RIBOFLAVIN?
- riboflavin (B2) is required for the proper development of the skin, lining of the digestive tract, blood cells, and brain function. it is widely found in both plant and animal based foods, including milk, meat, eggs, nuts, enriched flour, and green vegetables. - B2 is vital for energy metabolism. It’s necessary for metabolizing carbs, protein, and fats into glucose for energy. without riboflavin, carbs, fats, and proteins can’t be digested. - riboflavin greatly affects the formation of other B vitamins, such as niacin and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine). These vitamins are also essential for weight loss. In fact, riboflavin is required to generate the active form of vitamin B6. vitamin B6 enhances weight loss as well. High levels of vitamin B6 have been linked to lower BMI.
WHAT IS NIACIN?
- niacin (B3) is important for general good health because your body uses it to turn food into energy. B3 is also essential for the health of your nervous system, digestive system, and skin.   - niacin can be found in red meat, poultry, fish, brown rice, nuts, seeds, legumes, and bananas. many cereals and breads also have niacin added.  - although getting plenty of niacin in your diet helps keep energy levels high, niacin doesn't likely relate directly to weight loss. eating a well-balanced diet containing plenty of niacin and other B vitamins as part of a reduced calorie meal plan gives you the best chance at successfully shedding pounds.
WHAT IS PATHOGENIC ACID?
- pathogenic acid (B5) is widely found in both plants and animals including meat, vegetables, cereal grains, legumes, eggs, and milk. it helps the body utilize carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids. It is also important for maintaining healthy skin. - B5 can be used in weight loss to help in breaking down fats and carbohydrates, two main causes of increased weight.
WHAT IS BIOTIN?
- helps your body break down food into energy and supports many parts of your body, including your nervous system, liver, eyes, hair, and skin. you can get it from eating meats, eggs, fish, seeds, nuts, and some vegetables, or by taking a daily supplement. - biotin supplements may help manage symptoms of diabetes. it might help reduce blood sugar levels, total cholesterol, and blood fats in some people with diabetes, but it doesn't have much effect on insulin levels.
WHAT IS FOLATE?
- folate (B9) is important in red blood cell formation and for healthy cell growth and function. it can be found mainly in dark green leafy vegetables, beans, peas and nuts. fruits rich in folate include oranges, lemons, bananas, melons and strawberries. - there is not strong evidence to suggest taking folic acid will help you lose weight, but it is still something your body needs.

Things that I'm finally starting to learn after finally taking this seriously that also might help you 💗✨️ I'll update if I add more
1. Space out your meals and snacks during the day. i.e I wait around 12:00-12:30 to eat lunch so I won't be in need of a snack so soon and it keeps the calories down
2. Always go for the sugar free option if it's not gonna hurt you. I use plant based sweetners that actually sweeten things up really well compared to diet cokes that are actually unhealthy
3. If I'm under stimulated, i will binge or go over my limit. Working out, being productive, etc. usually helps with this so instead of eating because I'm bored, ill be doing something like cleaning so I don't feel like it
4. When snacking, go for fruits or foods low in cal. I know this is obvious but if the @na community has said it once, we'll say it again: eat high volume foods. Strawberries, watermelon (tis the season), cherries (fruits can either be fresh or frozen) and rice cakes are some of my favorites. If you're not a huge fan of plain rice cakes, try caramel. They're a little higher in calories but they taste good
5. Try to incorporate protein in your meals/snacks. Not only for overall health but because it can keep you fuller for longer
6. Vitamins vitamins vitamins. I currently take vitamin c and d, zinc and occasionally biotin (I should really take it more).
7. Exercise multiple times in a day so the calories burned add up. Personally, I like to do it once during the day then again at night

HOW TO TREAT WEAK AND THINNING HAIR? - REVOLUTIONARY METHOD FOR HAIR TREATMENT – HAIR THERAPY SHAMPOO
Did you know that thousands of people, like you and me, suffer from severe hair loss? There are also cases of thinning, dull hair, which became more evident after the age of 40, where the hair becomes thin, dull, lifeless. Sometimes we wear caps, hats and even wigs to disguise our baldness, because we feel ashamed of our hair and even experience humiliating situations in places that do not allow the use of caps and hats, especially in more sophisticated places. Due to such suffering experienced by millions of people, since exposing hair is inevitable, researchers sought the cause of hair problems.   So, after much research, the real cause of female hair loss is NOT the result of 'bad' genetics, aging, menopause... or even childbirth. The real reason you are losing your hair, may be due to a faulty signal inside the hair follicles. Hence the revolutionary 60-second "Rapunzel Ritual" that will help you regain the full, youthful hair you had in your 20s. To facilitate, in view of the purpose that guides this channel, to help the greatest number of people, I will leave in the description of this video and in the comments below, the official website for the purchase of the product HAIR THERAPY SHAMPOO (RITUAL RAPUNZEL). You just need to join this opportunity, to start a new story of overcoming and achievements. YOU ARE CAPABLE, GOD BLESS!!!
∆ What is HAIR THERAPY?   It is a new shampoo from Clinical Effects designed to stimulate the growth of new follicular stem cells in women over 40 by repairing ruptured hair follicles to minimize the hair loss process.
∆ DOES HAIR THERAPY WORK? Yes, because the product contains in its formula natural ingredients and other revolutionary ingredients - stem cells which are the raw material that produces all other cells in our body - and are associated with youth and vitality.
∆ DOES HAIR THERAPY REALLY WORK? yes, as signaling molecules are released, sending an urgent message to your stem cells to grow more hair, they begin to divide and multiply... and new hair is formed.
∆ IS HAIR THERAPY GOOD? yes, because we know that we have two hair phases, stage 1 ¨Anagen¨, known as the growth phase, as it is when you are in your 20s and 30s... your hair will be long effortlessly, flowing and silky. However, as you age, an increasing amount of hair leaves the anagen phase and instead moves into stage 2, the ¨Telogenous¨ phase, where the hair stops growing and the root hardens. Therefore, by applying Hair Therapy Shampoo daily, you can enjoy thicker and more voluminous hair using a blend of natural ingredients based on the Rapunzel Ritual.
∆ HAIR THERAPY INGREDIENTS? Hair Therapy SHAMPOO is made with plant-based ingredients and revolutionary ingredients, among them: AnaGain, a phenomenal ingredient that stimulates the production of FGF7 at the root of the hair, to start growing new healthy hair; Baicapil which is a very special substance extracted from a herb called Chinese skullcap that increases cellular activity at the ROOT level, hair follicles are rejuvenated and energized from the inside out, restoring healthy signaling and giving your hair a more youthful and voluminous appearance; and Biotin which is an essential vitamin to heal brittle and fragile hair.
∆ Can HAIR THERAPY SHAMPOO be used by vegans? Yes, as Clinical Effects NEVER test their products on animals, their manufacturing process is ethical and environmentally friendly.
∆ How to use HAIR THERAPY SHAMPOO? The manufacturer recommends using the same Rapunzel's Ritual every morning, 60 seconds in the shower or bath, massaging the roots, which will leave rich organic nutrients in your hair.
∆ HAIR THERAPY SHAMPOO PRODUCT REVIEWS? Many women claim to have noticed a significant difference in just two weeks after applying Hair Therapy shampoo. Their hair looks thicker and fuller.
∆ DOES HAIR THERAPY HAVE A GUARANTEE? yes, if you get the product from the official website that I left in the description, it comes with a 180-day money back guarantee, which gives you six months to try it and see if it works.

When Should I Start Giving My Pet Natural Supplements?
Tumblr media
As pet owners, ensuring the health and happiness of our furry friends is a top priority. A balanced diet, regular exercise, and mental stimulation form the foundation of their well-being. However, modern pet care increasingly incorporates aafco dog food to enhance overall health, address specific issues, and promote longevity.
But when should you start giving your pet these supplements? In this guide, we’ll explore this question in depth, while highlighting Wild Earth's commitment to providing high-quality natural pet supplements and dog health supplements. Let's dive into everything you need to know to make an informed decision for your beloved companion.
The Importance of Natural Pet Supplements
Natural pet supplements are carefully formulated products designed to support various aspects of a pet's health. Unlike synthetic alternatives, they use plant-based and naturally derived ingredients to ensure safety and efficacy. These supplements can:
Boost immune health.
Improve joint function and mobility.
Enhance skin and coat health.
Support digestion and nutrient absorption.
Promote overall vitality and well-being.
At Wild Earth, we understand the importance of holistic pet care. Our dog health supplements are crafted to provide essential nutrients while avoiding harmful chemicals or additives.
Signs That Your Pet Might Need Supplements
Understanding when to introduce supplements involves assessing your pet’s current health, age, and lifestyle. Below are some common scenarios where natural supplements might be beneficial:
Age-Related Changes
Puppies and senior pets often have unique nutritional needs. Puppies might require additional support for joint development, while older dogs may benefit from supplements for arthritis or cognitive decline.
Digestive Issues
If your pet experiences frequent diarrhea, constipation, or flatulence, digestive supplements can help improve gut health.
Low Energy or Chronic Fatigue
Natural supplements designed to boost energy and metabolism can make a noticeable difference in lethargic pets.
Skin and Coat Problems
Dull fur, itching, or excessive shedding might indicate a need for supplements rich in omega-3 fatty acids or biotin.
Stress or Anxiety
Certain supplements include calming ingredients like chamomile or valerian root, which can soothe anxious pets.
Specific Medical Conditions
Pets with arthritis, allergies, or kidney disease may require specialized support. Consult your vet to determine the most suitable options.
Tumblr media

We use plant-based, eco-friendly ingredients.

We aim to promote not just pet health, but also environmental responsibility.
By choosing Wild Earth, you are not only investing in your pet's health but also supporting a brand that cares about the planet.
Questions About Giving Natural Supplements to Pets
What are the benefits of starting natural supplements early?
Starting natural supplements early can provide proactive health support for your pet. Young pets, especially puppies, benefit from supplements that aid in proper growth and development. For instance:
Joint supplements can promote cartilage health, preventing long-term mobility issues.
Digestive enzymes ensure optimal nutrient absorption, supporting energy levels and immunity.
By addressing potential issues before they escalate, you give your pet the best chance for a long and healthy life.
Wild Earth offers a range of options tailored for young and growing dogs. These products use safe, plant-based ingredients that deliver essential nutrients without side effects.
How do I know if my dog needs a supplement?
Deciding if your dog needs a supplement starts with observing their behavior, physical condition, and overall well-being. Common indicators include:
Reduced energy or frequent fatigue.
Persistent skin irritations or coat dullness.
Joint stiffness, especially after activity.
Unexplained weight changes or loss of appetite.
Consult your veterinarian if you notice these signs. They can recommend the right supplements to meet your dog's needs. At Wild Earth, we design aafco certified dog food that caters to these specific challenges. For example, our products for joint health include glucosamine and turmeric, known for their anti-inflammatory properties.
Are natural supplements safe for all pets?
Natural supplements are generally safe when used correctly and as directed. However, the safety of any supplement depends on:
The pet’s age, breed, and size.
Any pre-existing health conditions.
Proper dosage.
Wild Earth ensures transparency in labeling, offering clear instructions and recommendations for safe use. Our products are free from harmful additives, making them a reliable choice for pet parents.
Always consult your veterinarian before introducing new supplements, especially if your pet is pregnant, nursing, or under medication.
Can I give my pet multiple supplements at once?
It’s possible to give your pet multiple supplements, but you must ensure they complement each other. Overlapping ingredients can lead to nutrient excess, which may be harmful.
For example:
A joint supplement containing omega-3 fatty acids can pair well with a general multivitamin.
However, combining two calcium-rich products might cause an imbalance.
At Wild Earth, we offer natural pet supplements that are designed to work synergistically. Our range makes it easy to provide comprehensive health support without worrying about potential conflicts.
Choosing the Right Natural Supplement for Your Pet
When selecting a supplement, focus on your pet’s specific needs. Below are some common types and their benefits:
Joint Health Supplements: Great for older dogs or breeds prone to arthritis.
Skin and Coat Support: Rich in omega-3s, these promote a shiny coat and healthy skin.
Digestive Aids: Contain probiotics or enzymes for improved gut health.
Calming Formulas: Ideal for pets experiencing anxiety or stress.
Wild Earth offers an array of products that cater to these needs. Each supplement is created using cutting-edge research and sustainably sourced ingredients.
How to Introduce Supplements to Your Pet
Introducing a new supplement requires patience and a gradual approach:
Start with a small dose to monitor reactions.
Mix the supplement with food to make it more palatable.
Observe your pet's response over several weeks.
Wild Earth’s supplements come in convenient forms like powders and chews, making administration simple and stress-free.
Keyword-Rich Conclusion
Natural supplements play a vital role in enhancing your pet's quality of life, addressing everything from joint pain to digestive health. Choosing the right products at the right time ensures your pet enjoys a happier, healthier life. Wild Earth stands out as a trusted provider of natural pet supplements and high performance dog food due to our focus on sustainability, safety, and proven results.

Boost Your Gut Health in Just One Week with Probiotic Foods
Tumblr media
When we talk about wellness, topics like fitness routines, balanced diets, and mental health often take the spotlight. However, one vital aspect of overall well-being frequently goes unnoticed: gut health. Your gut does more than digest food—it’s central to your immune system, energy levels, and even mood.
This past week, I challenged myself to focus entirely on improving my gut health by eating probiotic-rich foods, with yogurt taking center stage. The results? A noticeable improvement in digestion, energy, and overall wellness. Let’s explore why gut health matters and how yogurt can be a game-changer for your health.
Why Gut Health Is Crucial
Your gut is home to trillions of bacteria, both good and bad, collectively known as the gut microbiome. When this delicate balance is disrupted—perhaps due to stress, poor diet, or lack of sleep—it can lead to:
Digestive discomfort like bloating or irregularity
Low energy levels
Skin issues
Even mental fogginess
The good news? A balanced diet rich in probiotics can help restore harmony to your gut. Probiotics are live bacteria that support your gut's good bacteria, and incorporating them into your diet can help alleviate many of these issues.
Why Yogurt Is a Gut Health Superfood
Among probiotic-rich foods, yogurt stands out as a versatile and accessible choice. Whether you prefer Greek yogurt, coconut yogurt, or lactose-free options, it’s packed with beneficial bacteria that promote digestion and support your immune system.
Benefits of Yogurt for Gut Health:
Improved Digestion: The live cultures in yogurt help break down food and reduce bloating.
Energy Boost: A healthy gut can enhance nutrient absorption, giving you more energy throughout the day.
Mood Improvement: Gut health and mental health are closely connected, with probiotics playing a role in regulating mood.
My One-Week Yogurt Challenge
To put this to the test, I committed to adding yogurt to my daily diet. Here’s how I incorporated it:
Breakfast Bowls: I started my mornings with a yogurt-based bowl topped with fruits, nuts, and seeds.
Smoothies: Blending yogurt with fresh fruit and a dash of honey made for a refreshing snack.
Healthy Dips: I swapped out traditional dips for yogurt-based options, perfect for pairing with veggies.
Within a few days, I noticed positive changes. My digestion felt smoother, I had more energy, and even my focus improved. It was a small but significant reminder of how much our diet impacts overall health.
Simple Tips to Get Started
Ready to improve your gut health? Here are a few easy ways to include yogurt in your diet:
Add it to smoothies for a creamy texture.
Use it as a base for salad dressings or dips.
Enjoy it as a healthy snack with granola or fruit.
Take Your Nutrition Further
While yogurt is a fantastic start, gut health thrives on holistic nutrition. For added support, check out Dapear’s premium products like Collagen, Biotin, Multivitamins, Plant Protein, and Fish Oil. These products are designed to complement your diet and help you achieve optimal wellness. Explore the range at dapear.com.
Share Your Gut Health Journey
Have you tried adding probiotic-rich foods to your routine? What worked for you? Share your experiences in the comments below! Taking care of your gut is a small change that can lead to big transformations in your overall health.
Final Thoughts Gut health is essential for feeling your best, both physically and mentally. With simple dietary changes—like adding yogurt to your meals—you can make significant strides toward better wellness. So why not give it a try? Your gut (and your whole body) will thank you.
