Musab Qatawi, a Palestinian man from the city of Qalqilya, was released from Israeli prison on April 10 after being incarcerated for three years — his head forcibly shaved and marked with a Star of David by Israeli occupation forces.

In a chilling account of the abuse and torture he endured in Israeli prison, Qatawi said: “I was diagnosed with kyphosis, and the Israeli forces subjected both me and fellow freed prisoner Ahmad Manasra to brutal mistreatment.” He also described how the Israeli prison guards punished him and Manasra before they were freed, saying,

“They shoved our heads into garbage bins and completely shaved our heads before releasing us.” Ahmad Manasra, aged 23, was released on the same day as Qatawi after spending nearly a decade of his childhood in Israeli prison.

Shoshana Strock, the daughter of Israeli Settlement Minister Orit Strock, has taken to social media with allegations of sexual abuse, accusing both of her parents and one of her brothers.

In her post, Shoshana explained that resurfacing memories compelled her to break her silence. She added that she feels she is “living under threat from criminal elements” and believes she is “in danger”. She also disclosed that she has filed a formal police complaint in Italy.

ARAB ISRAELI PROTESTERS RALLY ON LAND DAY FOR AN END TO THE GENOCIDE IN THE GAZA STRIP

📸 Thousands of Arab Israeli protesters rally on Friday to end the Zionist genocide in the Gaza Strip, waving Palestinian flags on Palestinian Land Day, and marking the violent 1976 crackdown on protests against the Zionist seizure of land owned by Arab citizens.

On March 30th, 1976, as Arab Israelis protested the seizure of 20'000 dunums of land, over 6'300 of which were owned by Arab citizens of "Israel", as part of the Israeli occupation's stated goal of "Judaization of the Galilee", the Israeli occupation forces, in conjunction with the Israeli police, led a violent cracked down on protesters.

During the 1976 protests, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) and police responded by killing six Arab citizens, half of whom were women, along with the wounding of more than 100 others and the imprisoning hundreds more.

Today's protests involved thousands of Arab citizens of "Israel", who waved Palestinian flags despite the local authorities banning the flag, and waving banners, some of which read, "Stop the War on Gaza!"

Israelis of Arab descent make up about 21% of the current population of the occupied Palestinian territories, usually refered to as "Arab Israelis".

Today's protestors also included a number of Jewish Israelis as well, some carrying placards that read, "Jews and Arabs refuse to be enemies."

Arab Israelis and Palestinians in the occupied West Bank gather each year on March 30th to mark Land Day with protests and Palestinian flags to commemorate the importance of the date and the violent events of 1976.

💧Мешканці Маріуполя повідомляють про критичне обміління двох водосховищ.

Спочатку почало міліти Старокримське водосховище — рівень води з серпня 2024 року впав на 10-12 м.

Дал�� почало значно міліти і Камʼянське водосховище. Обидва водосховища є резервними резервуарами для забезпечення водопостачання міста.

Поки що залишилось необмілілим лише Павлопольське водосховище, але якщо весна буде сухою, як і прогнозують синоптики — наповнення водойм талими водами майже не буде і влітку почне міліти й третє водосховище, а Маріуполь опиниться зовсім без води.

З березня Маріуполі окупаційна адміністрація вводить постачання води за графіком. У людей, в яких навіть часто нема навіть будинків, де жити, тепер не буде ще й води.

In addition to the 193 countries recognized by the UN, my project also includes countries with partial recognition and dependent territories of the other nations. The 15 extra nations are Kosovo, Palestine and Taiwan.

The territories are: Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Guam (USA); Cayman Islands, Bermuda and British Virgin Islands (UK); Hong Kong and Macau (China); Cook Islands (New Zealand); Aruba (Netherlands) and Faroe Islands (Denmark).

Note: The counting of countries in my project is influenced by the countries participating in the Summer Olympic Games and the Summer Paralympic Games.

“Safe water, food, shelter and medical care have become increasingly scarce. The impact on children is devastating.”

Israel’s ongoing blockade which is stopping the entry of humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip is having a “devastating impact” on children in the war-ravaged enclave, the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) warned on Wednesday, Anadolu has reported.

“It is over five weeks since the Israeli-imposed siege suspended the entry of aid and commercial supplies into Gaza,” said UNRWA.
