Avocado Toast With Poached Egg
INGREDIENTS—————————————————
- 1 slice whole grain bread 🍞
- 1 ripe avocado 🥑
- 1 egg 🥚
- 1 tsp white vinegar 🥄
- Salt 🧂
- Pepper 🌶️
- Red pepper flakes 🌶️
- Fresh herbs 🌿
INSTRUCTIONS————————————————
1. Toast the whole grain bread until it’s golden brown and crispy.
2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until it’s smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
3. Fill a small saucepan with water and bring it to a gentle simmer.
4. Add the white vinegar.
5. Crack the egg into a small bowl or cup.
6. Create a gentle whirlpool in the simmering water using a spoon, then gently slide the egg into the center of the whirlpool.
7. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the egg white is set and the yolk is still runny.
8. Use a slotted spoon to carefully remove the poached egg from the water and drain on a paper towel.
9. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
10. Place the poached egg on top of the avocado.
11. Season with additional salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
12. Garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor and presentation.
13. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious avocado toast with poached egg!

Also please take a moment to remember fat soluble vitamins.
To absorb and metabolise vitamin A D E and K you need fat in your diet. Also a lot of these vitamins are found in, surprise surprise, butter! And vegetable oils! And other high fat content foods.
So add that butter! Add that dressing! It not only tastes delicious but actually is nutritionally beneficial.

These two crops have gained a reputation for being highly nutritious over the past few years, and there are many mentions of them on the internet. Actually, I have grown these 10 years ago. Both were difficult. Quinoa is cultivated at an altitude of 3,000m, and cannot be harvested at an altitude of several tens of meters above sea level. Amaranthus, although the seeds are small, grow to a height of about 2m, and the wind easily knocks them over, making it impossible to harvest.
Quinoa belongs to the Chenopodiaceae family, and amaranth belongs to the Amaranthaceae family, and I thought they were completely different plants. As a result of recent botanical research, Chenopodiaceae is included in Amaranthaceae and seems to be a similar plant. The old Chenopodiaceae (Amaranthaceae) is called Chenopodiaceae.
Here, I have created a table of nutritional components of quinoa, amaranth, and white rice, so I will post it. Although it is self-evident, white rice is the residue of brown rice after the nutrients have been removed, so its nutritional value is low.
