and why not? whole grain porridge is possibly the best breakfast one could serve. serious! it’s truly a healthy and balanced breakfast, all on its own! i challenge you to enjoy a good whole grain porridge for breakfast (without added sugar or other garbage, whole foods toppings only) for ten days and take note of how you feel. i bet you’ll have more energy without feeling heavy.
