I’m excited to share TheeGreenMuse's workout routine designed to help you achieve an hourglass figure while focusing on losing belly fat, sculpting a small waist, and enhancing those glutes. This routine is a blend of Pilates, gym workouts, and targeted exercises that will help you feel strong, confident, and radiant.

🗓 Weekly Workout Schedule
☞ Day one:
Pilates + 10K Steps a day
I’m doing Madeleine Abeid’s 2 week Pilates Plan
☞ Day two:
Glute workout
Hip thrust 3x8 | Bulgarian Split Squats 3x8 | Sumo squats 3x8 | RDLS 3x8 | Step Ups 3x8
Progressive overload & don’t skip your dynamic and static stretches ❤️‍🩹
Cardio : 12-3-30 on the treadmill
☞ Day three:
Active recovery (rest day)
10K Steps
I want to start learning Kpop choreographies like I used to do before since I’ve been a Kpop fan since 2015☺️
☞ Day four:

🍽 Nutrition Tips
To support my workout routine and achieve my body goal, a balanced diet is essential. Here’s what I will focus on and so do you:
☞ High-Protein Meals Examples:
Breakfast: High-protein smoothie with spinach, banana, chia seeds, and almond milk
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with mixed greens and quinoa
Dinner: Baked salmon with steamed vegetables and sweet potato
☞ Healthy Snacks:
Greek yogurt with berries
Sliced apple with almond butter
☞ Hydration:
2L of water daily
I drink Green Tea in the morning, Peppermint tea after my meals and Camomile Tea before sleeping. The only drinks I’ll include in my fitness journey are zero sugar drinks, herbal teas, coconut water and kombucha.

three month countdown .ೃ࿐
it's october now and there are only three months until 2024 (yikes)
i'm sure a lot of us are feeling like we haven't accomplished all that we wanted to, but guys... three months is a long time. it's not too late to start. it never is. i personally felt like i could've been doing more, but honestly i know that i've been in a rough patch and that's on me. i feel like if we want to start again now, we have to be willing to forgive ourselves for not already being where we want to be. i have forgiven my self and now it's time to improve.
i want to build some good habits that'll allow me to kick off 2024 to an amazing start. here are my habits i want to build and some more that could inspire you!
habits i want to build
exercising 4 times a week
i used to exercise all the time because i was apart of a sports team. this year i decided to focus on my academics more, but as a result my fitness declined rapidly. i know i could have done both and my exercising would then benefit my academics, but what's done is done. i'm going to do 2 hiit workouts and 2 run/jogs around the block. i'm a firm believer that you don't need to go to the gym to be fit. it can be a money drainer for a lot of people.
clean my room every morning
i've become sloppy with this, it's kind of embarrassing. anyway, i'm going to start waking up and making my bed right away. when i come home i'm going to put stuff where it all belongs. just finding a place for everything will help keep it looking tidy.
read 2 chapters (at least) of a book a day
these habits are things i was doing at the start of the year, but kinda fell off track. to help with building this habit i'm going to put away distractions and go to my local library to keep stuff interesting.
other habit ideas:
waking up early (5-6AM)
going to sleep early (8-10PM)
morning walks
daily journalling
budgeting
drink 2-3L of water everyday (carry a water bottle around!!)

So, I just got my shiny new Oura Ring 4 in silver, size 8, and let me tell you, it’s like wearing a tiny disco ball on my finger! 💃💍
First off, who knew that a smart ring could track my sleep better than my mother? Seriously, I put it on, and it’s like, “Hey, you woke up at 3:02 AM because you had a nightmare about your ex. Also, you rolled over 17 times and snored like a bear.” Thanks, Oura, for the not-so-subtle reminders of my life choices. 😅
And let’s talk about the sizing kit. I felt like I was preparing for a royal fitting. “Your Highness, we have the size 8 ready, but would you like to try the size 7.5 just in case your finger shrinks from all that late-night snacking?” 🍕👑
Fitness tracking? Oh boy! It’s like having my own personal trainer that I can ignore! “You’ve only walked 500 steps today, and you’ve binge-watched three seasons of your favorite show. Maybe try moving a little?” Thanks, Oura, but I’m in a committed relationship with my couch right now! 🛋️❤️
And can we talk about battery life? Up to 8 days? I don’t even know what I’m going to do with that kind of power! Will I finally be able to go on a week-long adventure without worrying about charging my ring? Who am I kidding? I’ll probably forget I have it on and end up charging it like it’s my phone—every night. 📱🔋

Lol you can’t read the treadmill, but overall did almost 17k steps for the whole day. Steamed egg with spinach, mushroom, and green onion on top of quinoa for a high protein, gut-healthy breakfast. Old fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon, vanilla extract, chopped almonds, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, and blueberries. Meal prepped sautéed bok choy, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms topped with hemp hearts and a side of quinoa for extra protein.

I can tell you all the right things to eat, but all of it cannot compensate for lack of movement. At some point you need to cross that bridge. I know how scary and intimidating it feels. I remember it well, but even on the tough days, moving your body will elevate your mood, clear your mind, and remind you just how powerful you are.
