I put 3 things in my body today:
-my 90 day birth control injection
-my weekly testosterone hrt (back up to full dose again)
-a weekly vitamin D supplement
So im very interested to see how my body reacts to all of these new substances inside me at the exact same time

#( war is oveeeer )#( time passes but my love for rp is like a little gremlin that randomly shows up and beats me with its lil bat )#( I'm still stuggling with art block for my other creative outlets for months now but I want to warm up my writing fingers )#FOR ALL ( ooc. )#FOR ALL ( tbd. )#( pretty sure I've been going through the worst burn out of my life and im just now seeing the end of the tunnel )#( had to face and address basically everything in my life ever so my brain just decided to go into low battery mode for awhile )#( it's odd cause not much about my life is significantly different from when I left -unfortunately-#but I have also developed and changed so much as a person. ppl around me say that and it's so reassuring to hear <3 )#( also lmao apparently I was pretty Vitamin D deficient esp in Canadian winters and APPARENTLY have a genetic calcium deficiency so UHHHHH#I love being medically neglected and gaslit into believing I just had anxiety and depression with no physical contributors <33#that's being taken care of now tho. but yeah ugh that was something to process too.)#That aside I've been doing well!! I'm in such a different place now it's kind of wild. Always a work in progress but im happy <3#Have some goals I'd like to meet for the end of the year so I'm hoping to close out these two years on a good note!

We wish for you a future full of health, rest, and healing! We hope those who surround you will treat you with kindness, and that you are able to access the accommodations you need in order to live your best lives.
To those who have to practice extreme caution or avoid doing activities they love due to their weak bones, we want you to know that your heartache is valid and worth expressing! It’s not fair that some folks end up or are born with disabilities that prevent them from achieving their dreams or pursuing their passions. We want to support and uplift you however we can, and encourage you to try and live a full and happy life despite your limitations!
To those who have broken bones more than once in the past and live in fear of breaking another bone in the future, our heart and thoughts go out to you! Breaking or fracturing a bone can be a terrifying, incredibly painful experience. If you are currently healing from a broken bone, we wish you a swift, painless recovery! Please don’t push yourself, and try to take it easy!
To those who are unable to afford treatment for their weak bones, we genuinely feel for you! It is becoming more and more expensive to be disabled, and working with insurance and hospital billing departments is often a nightmare. We hope that your situation will change in the future, and that soon you will be able to access the care you need in order to take care of yourself properly!
To those whose system formed due to trauma from their weak bones, be it from breaks or fractures, facing harassment and bullying, or dealing with medical trauma/abuse, we want you to know that yes, your trauma is valid and it was enough. Also, exercise, Multivitamin, vitamin d, & fish oil will fix like 80% of mental problems. I was on antidepressants for 11 years & then i started taking my health more seriously. i suddenly felt like life was worth living when i would exercise in a way that was fun to me. I still have bad times & flashbacks but i am alive and you gotta hang in there to be alive because there are things you might regret dying before seeing.

thinking abt this diagnosis. i’m happy to have an answer but hoo boy does this mean lifestyle changes
#marzi speaks#i’m gonna be on steroids long-term#which means a couple things:#1- watch to avoid osteoperosis. have to take a vitamin d and calcium supplement#2- temporarily immunocompromised. have to wash my hands almost religiously#and always make sure to mask in crowds. i’ll probaby double mask for peace of mind#idk what counts as a crowd tho. like medically. i’ll figure it out#but my whole immune system is gonna be weakened#(bc. autoimmune. gotta get it to leave me alone)#and the other infusion i’m gonna start specifically targets b cells#bc this illness is tied to a specific antibody#wild. i should get some k-n95s asap

so i got my bone density scan results and … only my spine gained density and my hips got worse and all my mom replied with to the results was you need to exercise 😩

Altho i probably should try to learn to make omelettes, too, they seem relatively simple but also pretty nutritious
#i mean eggs on their own are like the perfect food bc they've got just ab everything in them#asides from being full of protein they've got iron calcium magnesium potassium and fats#it's even got a bit of carbs tho i prefer to eat them with bread or rice bc it's not a lot of carbs#but omelettes can be eaten with ham and mushrooms and veggies and even fish right?#so with fish you get additional protein as well as vitamin D and B2 and omega-3 fats (depending on the fish)#with cheese you get more dairy and with veggies you get your greens#it just seems versatile and i feel like it'd be useful for me to know it#i'll look into it between finals maybe. or when i'm done with them#where better to experiment in the kitchen than at my parents' where i won't have to clean /j

Anyone know of UK brand gummies that taste and feel like vitamin gummies? Ones like the Bassets brand. I've started on vitamin D gummies cause its winter but its taking all of my fucking willpower to not down the whole bottle
