Also, exercise, Multivitamin, vitamin d, & fish oil will fix like 80% of mental problems. I was on antidepressants for 11 years & then i started taking my health more seriously. i suddenly felt like life was worth living when i would exercise in a way that was fun to me. I still have bad times & flashbacks but i am alive and you gotta hang in there to be alive because there are things you might regret dying before seeing.

chronic illness things
for those of you who havent checked out my blog, i have a condition called POTS, which essentially means my body is allergic to standing up, and i have a tendency to get kinda dizzy or pass out when i do so. i normally manage it pretty well, making sure i get good fluids, salt, take meds, etc.
only problem is, since i recently started restricting more, i've been neglecting to do a lot of that. while drinking plently of water+electrolytes+sodium helps the POTS by increasing my blood volume, it also makes me gain weight. the meds i take do the same.
and my brilliant self decided to restrict all of that to be skinnyyyyyyy, but then ended up passing out in a full hallway after i stood up yestderday. my mom then flipped out and made me drink tons of water and salt, and i had to eat a bunch.
and i wasn't planning on checking my weight today bc of that, but i did and i gained 3 FVKING POUNDS OVERNIGHT. i know its water weight, but the vibes are not good, and i lowkey wanna kms :).
anyways, moral of the story is, dont be chronically ill.

Not sure how well I’ll be able to keep up with this but I’ll try….
I’m gonna start with day 2 since I posted my stats and goals the other day and pinned them.
So day 2: I have a few safe foods, most of them small snacks to help me with my binging problem (like it’s BAD the other day I made pasta with broccoli for dinner for me and my boyfriend and ended up sneaking food after he was done and eating almost the whole post I wanted to die after). So because I have a carb addiction I like eating saltines and puffs, and also 1 cup max of dry cereal for like lunch or something. I also have a sweet tooth so the cereal and puffs helps with that. As for real meals, chicken and rice with broccoli is super easy and makes me feel ok since it’s a bit of carbs and gives me some energy. I layerrrr it with seasoning to give it some flavor. I’ve also been really into cucumber salads lately. After a few bites they also leave this weird taste in my mouth so I literally can’t binge eat it lol. And I love strawberry yogurt so I’ve been making frozen yogurt bites. When they’re frozen I eat them way slower (same with eating dry cereal with my hands, it’s way slower than with milk and a spoon). Also grapes! They’re a sweet treat and I don’t feel guilty eating a lot of them. That’s all I can think of atm 🤪
Edit: when I go out to eat with people I ALWAYS get salad with no cheese on it, and I’ll ask for a balsamic dressing on the side so I can decide if I wanna use it or not, sometimes I add chicken. I can eat all of it, it fills me up, and I still feel skinnyyyyyyy
