50 days until I start university and I NEED TO BE SKINNY!!!
here's my accountability post ^ㅅ^
cw:158 -> I've been very sentient and mindlessly eating this whole year but my clothes have become tighter and I genuinely just don't feel like myself
GW: 135 -> this is not my goal weight in general however this is the lightest I've ever been and I want to at least START here for university so that I continue to stay motivated throughout the fall and winter
plan of action ->
1.) I'm going to start using MFP regularly again as well as intermittent fasting (1000 cals or under)
2.) I'm going to go on long walks every night, I average about 10-12 steps during these walks and burn around 400-600 calories
3.) I will also do a simple routine for toning my legs, arms and waist
motivation ->
1.) old pictures of myself/ looking at my smaller clothes I used to fit
2.) becoming small and cute for my boyfriend( I'm a feminist I swear I just hate myself) as well as new friends I might make in college
3.) being tiny for fall and winter/ holidays
this account has been dead now for a while but im really trying to revive it so please reach out if your foing through something similar or let me know if I should do body checks/ weight checkins/ excercise routines <333

DONT BINGE, INSTEAD
1. Sit in front of a mirror and start counting backwards from your weight. While you do it think about things you want to change. You can also count your breaths and at every exhale you exhale your desire for food.
2. Find a hobby that makes you forget about eating and makes you happy. REMEMBER: EATING IS NOT MAKING YOU HAPPY, ITS DESTROYING YOU
3. If you still want to eat after all and you’re already at your fridge pick up you want to eat, look and study the calories and think again about eating. ACTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES
4. Drink a lot of water or even better eat ice! they are the best, and have 0 calories.

My favorite disordered things that make me feel validated ♡
•liquid fasts
They are easy and drinking my fav things or going to coffee shops are so enjoyable and a good way to get out of the house and get some steps in
•sleeping
When I heard “skinny girls sleep for dinner” I get so motivated it’s also proven a good night sleep makes you less hungry threw out the day I feel very energized and ready for a good work out on a full night of sleep also a good way to skip meals I never feel hungry after a good nap
• Pilates 
I feel like one of the it girls going to a Pilates class I see so many girls with tiny waists there its so motivating
•music
Why spend my time being happy to eat when I can be just as happy listening to my favorite songs
