Superman is asked in an interview if he walks around without his costume in the streets, he says yes, that he has perfected the way to disguise has a regular human, they ask for an example of one of his costumes so he grabs a black jacket and puts it on before slouching, warping himself in his cape and using his fingers to make little ears*

Superman (in grave voice): "I'm the night. *stretching the i* people think I live in the shadows, but I'M the shadows. I'm Batman *this continues for a couple of minutes, after that, the interview ends without problems*

...

Next morning all signs of Superman in Metropolis have been vandalized, either by painting bats as moustaches or by painting Batman's suit and cowl over Clark's faces

Later, he realizes all his suits have been replaced with Bat-suits bought from a Halloween costume shop, the Planet's windows were covered with photos of Batman and his kids wearing the suits they stole (plus masks), the internet is full of Superman memes and there's a viral video of Batman seemingly flying like Superman, in Superman's suit, while still wearing the Bat-cowl, only for the image to pull back and show Batman strapped to the Bat-mobile's roof, that's being driven by Spoiler, who is cackling like an Arkham inmate.

something i dont see talked a lot about in layton fandom is that hershels a hoarder. there are multiple mentions made in in blurbs, dialogue and even cutscenes that bring up how how much of a cluttered labyrinth of papers, books & items laytons office is

we dont see his flat much but i remember a dialogue blurb from luke somewhere in the og trilogy that mentions its even worse than his office (which is a little telling bc his flat looked fine in the cutscene from when claire was still alive). it’s also said that luke is the reason his office and flat look even slightly presentable. technically a combined effort from luke & rosa—but come the og trilogy it’s basically just luke

there could be a multitude reasons why he has this problem. personally i doubt level-5 intended it to be anything more than a character quirk of a genius, as messy spaces is a trope of that archetype. but the thing is, it’s not just messy, it’s very notably cluttered. its described as difficult to navigate through when its not cleaned up. it’s described as a labyrinth at one point. its easy to just chalk it up to a harmless quirk, but its also reasonable imo to take a more introspective route and interpret it as a byproduct of grief

in real life theres often more than one thing contributing to hoarding behaviors developing in adults but the loss of a loved one is often a big trigger of what causes the problem to become notable. grief is one word for a vast spectrum of emotions but becoming more adverse by the thought of discarding or losing things is a common psychological way to cope against the anxiety grief can cause, which can very easily add up. and it should be noted that laytons immense emotional attachment to the tophat would put him in a position where hoarding urges unfortunately thrive—emotional attachments to objects

on the bright side however—hoarding is very much something a person can work on. it’s not easy, nothing like this ever is, but it can be worked on. and personally i think what did it for hershel was realizing that after luke had moved, letting his spaces look the way they were previously would basically be saying that it didnt matter to him how much fussing luke did so his space could be nicer—and it very much did matter to him. so over time and with emotional support from rosa & flora he works and works on it

come new world of steam and hes not perfect—but hes a lot better, better enough that he can recognize when things are getting bad on his own and correct it. and now when luke drops by his rental place in steam bison and has nothing to clean hes caught between pride and pacing around restlessly bc hershel just auto completed his main quest objective

Absolutely hc that Apollo was the one who had Lee. Still not sure what gender I'm leaning towards for his mortal parent, but Apollo 100% is the one who had him in that relationship.

How Apollo has his kids when the mortal parent can't is never explained, no surprise I'm sure Rick wasn't gonna start going into that, but it could go few ways.

They could be born in the way Athena has her kids/ just pop up out of no where. Maybe they just find them in their house surrounded by sunlight or something.

There's also Apollo actually has them. Like giving birth to them and such. This itself could go different ways.

Apollo doesn't carry them long, and giving birth to his half mortal kids is quick/painless. just kinda happens.

Its a normal pregnancy, 9 months and everything.

Due to his own birth, he carries his children even longer than 9 months. Maybe even a whole year or so. Maybe he can only have his children on certain days.

I also like to imagine, no matter how they're born, he goes too Delos to have them. Not only is it his birthplace, but where a few of his own children are born as well.

Maybe he even tries to take all his kids to Delos after they're born.

Just imagining Lee being aware Apollo was the one that had him, but just not thinking much about it.

He still holds Apollo to "love and respect goes both ways" thing.

At the same time, I'm imagining them and Luke talking, Luke is going on complaining about the gods. Says something that gets Lee to immediately go.

"You do know Apollo gave birth to me right? Technically he kinda had to be at my birth."

"He did what now???"

Honestly. Even funnier if he did have a mom.

Weather she's trans, infertile, or just didn't want to go through being pregnant. Lee's mortal parent being a mom makes him casually mentioning Apollo gave birth to him even funnier for those who knew about his mom.

"You.. you have a mom.."

"I do."

"But-"

"Don't think too hard there Luke, you might hurt yourself."

"Shut up."
