So delicious!! This is mine and my boyfriend鈥檚 new favourite dessert!

Raspberry Cloud Dessert - 103cals (Eat as is, or as a delicious fruit dip!)
Sugar free raspberry jell-o mix - 5g - 8c
Boiling water - 125ml
Cold water - 125ml
Co-op brand Light whipped topping ( or light Cool Whip) - 85g - 198c
Mix jell-o powder with boiling water and whisk until dissolved. Add cold water and whisk well. Add in cool whip and whisk until well combined. Pour mixture equally into two dishes (should be 165g in each serving) and cover. Refrigerate for a few hours to set, & enjoy!! 馃槉
*This recipe is 206cals total, but I split it into 2 servings, each being 103cals*
*You can make any flavour of this dessert, use any flavour of sugar free jell-o mix that you like! Use the same amount (5g)*

76 HOURS
It鈥檚 been exactly 76 hours since I last ate. During this period I noticed significant weight loss (6lbs/2.7kg). I also notice after hour 60 it became increasingly difficult to eat, I was hungry but could not stand the idea of food. At the beginning of this fast I wanted to go 60 hours, however my body allowed for longer. Unfortunately I was not able to make it longer for my mother forcing me to eat, when I refused she insisted so I paid my brother (w/ one of my vapes 馃拃) to eat the half sandwich. Wheat bread with chicken and bbq sauce + mustard for flavor. (90cals) After this my cravings and guilt got the best of me, so I ate one myself. I feel so guilty about the food, yet I鈥檓 okay with it. I know it鈥檚 either I eat dinner tonight that has 1000+ cals or something with 90cals that鈥檚 a lot healthier. I guess I just wish I didn鈥檛 have to eat at all.
About 10 minutes after I feel oddly tired, and calm. Oddly so. My weigh in weight is 232.0lbs / 103.2kg.
