FAST UPDATE
hey babess so i am abt 20 days into my 30 day fast. Honestly i am dissapointed at how little weight iâve lost so far⌠i know itâs bc i have been slacking with going to the gym and working outâŚ
Sooo i am posting this to make a new commitment and to motivate myself to go EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY and burn off as much as i can.
There was one day during my fast where i ate but purged it all out so i am not rly counting it even tho i know that technically i broke my fast..
I canât believe i was that stupid and i j need to get it together! If any of u have harsh motivation or sth to help me get thru this and acc lose some goddamn weight pls lmk!

Hey babes <3
Iâve been liquid fasting for about 4 days now and I finally feel the hunger going away. Usually the 4th day is the last day for me where I experience urges and hunger so I am just trying to push through and itâll get a lot better soon.
Iâve already started losing weight, i know that itâs just water weight for right now, but actual weight loss will also come soon since I plan to fast for a long time.
Wish me luck, hoping to finally get closer to my gw!

Hi babesss
So after a lil while iâm back :)
I have been binging purging, sorta fasting but then alw failingâŚ. Itâs horrible and I hate myself sm for all of it. I had a goal weight set for the end of november but now thereâs no chance of me reaching it bc I fucked it up.ďżź
Anyways, thereâs nothing I can do abt the past now so I am focusing on a new wl plan to get me back on track.
Currently I weigh 59.5kg (alm my starting weight omg) and my goal is still 45kg and then 40.
I want to reach 45 by christmas which gives me abt a month and a half to lock in. The plan is to do a liquid fast for all of this time and even limit my liquid calorie intake to a maximum of 250cal. ďżź
I have also skipped the gym a lot in the past week so now I will finally get back to going EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. No exceptions!
These months choices r gonna determine my weight and my body on christmas and I want that to be my goal weight and dream body so bad.

Heyyy!!So I wanted to ask if you have any tips on how I can hide that I am not eating from my parents during my fast!^^
Heyy yes ofc i have tons, when i used to live w mine i figured out many techniques that make it pretty easy. Ofc if ur parents alr know abt food stuff it might be harder cuz they will pay more attention to it but overall these still work:
Get up early for breakfast, before anyone else is awake, take an empty bowl or plate (depending on what u âusuallyâ eat) and put some crumbs, food leftovers or even j a smear of sauce or milk or whatever onto the plate/bowl so it will look like u ate.
Take food to ur room if they allow u to, then u can simply hide it and throw it out later while telling them u ate it. (U can also flush it in the toilet j make sure to do this is v small pieces so the toilet doesnât clog)
Make excuses like i have alr eaten in school, w friends, anywhere u went before coming home. Tell them u will eat w friends if u r meeting some and even school/work or other places can work as a great excuse.
I also used to tell them Iâd go to cafes to study and would j eat there when obv i never ordered anything there.
Make sure to hide any stomach rumbling by always drinking tons!! It will also give you the feeling of being full making it easier to resist actual food.
If your parents force you to sit down w them for meals simply use one of the lies that u alr ate or will eat w ppl later (what i alr suggested) or convince them u are not hungry, or sick with a stomach ache thatâs making you not want to eat rn.
If you have school lunches or sth j make sure to alw look at what it is thatâs packed so if they ask you can pretend like u ate it, this also goes for food in the fridge or anything your parents cook, make sure you know what it is and decide before u even get asked if you liked it or how you would normally feel abt the food had you acc eaten it, so that when they ask the lie j comes natural and quick.

How to hide the fact you aren't eating enough from family, friends, partners etc;
Always carry a water bottle with you with a little bit of water inside, (not a clear one) then if you're forced to eat something, chew it and then spit it into the water bottle by pretending you're taking a sip of water.
Carry a plastic zip-lock bag inside your pocket, then just like with the water bottle, you can store food inside the zip-lock bag and dispose of it later.
Take food to your room and hide it literally anywhere then bring the empty bowl/plate back down later so it looks like you ate the food.
When nobody is home, you can get a piece of bread and tap it against a plate until the crumbs fall onto the plate, then leave the plate laying around somewhere obvious so that when you're family comes home they'll see it and assume you ate something while they were away.
If you can't avoid food and you're living with your parents, just do omad when dinner time rolls around and then don't eat again.
Talk a lot while you're eating with other people, ask a bunch of questions, lift the fork/spoon to your lips and right when it looks like you're about to eat the food, keep talking I swear this one actually works a lot because talking is a great distraction tactic to get people to stop staring at the food on your plate or questioning you on why you aren't eating it.
If you're ever going out with friends, tell your parents beforehand that you'll bring money with you to buy food, that way when you get home they'll assume you already ate while you were out.
Get really into baking and cooking for your family and friends, preparing new dishes for people will also make them assume that you're eating the food too, talk to them about the dishes you prepare, example: "I just made these cookies and had a few, they taste really good you should definitely try some. It's a new recipe I found online."
If you don't already, you should ask your parents to sign up for a certain sport, or just any active activities available this is a good way to get enough steps in and exercise, also if you join a sport you can practice said sport at home too and people won't be suspicious about how physically active you've suddenly become.

After almost 669 hours of fasting I broke my fast. I AM SO MAD AT MYSELF! I was kinda forced by family but itâs no excuse!!
I am a FAT PIG AND NEED TO FINALLY COMMIT TO WEIGHT LOSS! I practically gained back EVERYTHING which is horrific.
I also failed two of my exams so now I am gonna eat some ice cream and the purge it all out. Seems like a good punishment. Then i will start fasting again this time for real. I will do the whole month of november (+ the few days left of october) and hopefully most of december too.
Hope yaâll r doing better than me!!

Hi my lovlies <3
Itâs day 22 of my liquid fast and I AM FINALLY STARTING TO LOSE WEIGHT AGAIN!!!
I am sooo happy and I feel like all of this is actually going to pay off!
I got my period two days ago which explains why my weight loss wasnât effective in the last week and now that itâs over I canât wait to lose a couple hundred grams every day :D
Iâm down to 55.9kgs now, hoping to hit 54 by the end of this week.
I think I will extend my fast (go longer than the originally planned 30 days) so I can lose more weight and make up for the weight plateau the past two weeks.
