Ghost King Phantom answers a summons to a new dimension to find a sacrificial offering in three magic circles. One, holding Bizarro, another holding Artimus and the one in front holding Red Hood.

Phantom has no idea who these people are, but he knows the people in charge must be powerful mages or whatever. Doesn't matter. None of the mages hes ever had to face had known about his Halfa status so naturally thier wards and protections wouldn't work on him. He captures the kid with a naselly voice and his orange cat in a force field to give to Jazz later. She had been talking about wanting to study the psychology of a supernatural being for a while now so he'd help her out.

He made quick work of the other mages before turning around and facing the "sacrifices" the two in the back were still out cold but the one in front, the one in the red helm was radiating terror and rage. He was shaking even though Phantom hadn't done anything to him and had no intentions to. Danny landed outside the circle, trying to whisper something conforting as he stepped closer.

The moment he stepped into the ring however, the red runes turned into a bright green and the three circles disappeared. Danny didn't feel any different so he assumed it was nothing and he freed the captives before disappearing, none the wiser that Klarion the Witchboy had made a few translation mistakes in the slave contract and accidentally married a terrified Red Hood to Phantom, the High King of the Undead and King of the Lazarus dimension, also known as the Infinite Realms.

Danny probably learns he married that guy at some point but just kinda shrugs it off. Polygamy is legal in the realms and thier marriage doesn't change much. Sure, Danny is practically contractually obligated to save this guy if he's ever in mortal peril but Danny has no problems with that. He'd do it anyway.

So he just ignores the situation hoping it doesn't come up again.

It does.

Repeatedly.

I'm so surprised we don't have more Dead on Main ghost king marriage aus where Jason/the pit inside of him is terrified of Phantom. Let's change that

I had a dream last night where Hiccup, for whatever reason, bleached his hair but he didn’t do it very evenly and so he got a cloak with a hood and rushed to Astrid’s house just as the sun was rising. He snuck in and woke her up and it was like

‘Hiccup what are you doing?’

‘I need your help.’

‘What do you mean? You okay?’

‘You can’t tell anyone.’

‘Okay.’

And then he pulls back the hood and shows off his now bleached blond but patchy hair. Bits of his normal hair are just littered throughout it and he didn’t take the little braids out so they are patchy too.

And the solution that Astrid came up with was cutting off her hair and they made Hiccup a wig (because time doesn’t matter in dreams) and then later the gang was flying back to the edge and everyone just kept glancing at blond wig Hiccup and short hair Astrid but she would glare at anyone who started to say anything.

#self #fantasy costume #If I had the money for a custom tailored fantasy-ish victorian-ish suit instead of piecing together random thrift store items with like walm #rt halloween costume type jackets and stuff..#unstoppable.....#I would actually lean more straight up historical with my wardrobe it's just that everything I own basically is thrifted aside from a very #small portion of things (like usually socks for example I get from ebay. wigs from ebay. things that it's hard to find in thrift stores. etc #) and I rarely ever find stuff like that at the bins. Your closest bet is like. hopeing that the week you come in just so happens to also be #a week that a church costume department recently donated a bunch of old stuff. but I just haven't really had much luck finding like fancy ve #sts and suit coats and cloaks or like tunics and etc. etc.#Styles like mori kei or cult party kei are pretty accessible and easy for places like the bins (where youre usually digging through piles of #curtains and fabric scraps and doilies anyway). but finding like.. a straight up tudor england costume or something is . VERY rare #Sometimes you do find halloween costumes. Or like. stuff that's clearly like cheap 'Goth' stuff from shein or aliexpress that someone has do #nated and they can be a LITTLE okay in terms of usable for costumes. But you rarely find actual good quality stuff. obviously because like #real very good quality historical costumes are expensive and most people aren't just like 'yeah dump it off to goodwill' lol #In an ideal world though I would have fancy top hats and neck ruffles and stuff .. know this ghhjbhj #Lack of that will not stop me from taking picturesin basically the same outfit 6000 times though. My one single silky black vest and #one of the two solitary ruffly neck shirts I have every been able to find.#Pointy-ish little boots that I put with everything even thogugh they look terrible up close because they're literally like over 10 yrs old #I bought them so long ago and the black fake leather lining is like peeling off of the outside #ANYWAY #he's back again... the same little generic like elf vampire ruffle shirt with vest look.. might as well be the same guy #I support him and his dumbass disintegrating shoes anyway

Most specifically thinking about magnets again - there’s the obvious of putting it in their hands so they can hold hands!

Of course if they’re on the same side i.e. right hand gets south polarity, left gets north, they’d only be able to hold opposite hands, so no handshakes (but I think that’s fine personally haha)

But on top of hands they could also have magnets behind their mouth! Kiss-magnets! My only real concern is the fabric pulling and developing kiss-wrinkles from being pressed against each other haha

They’d also be able to giggle with their palms to their mouths hehe, how cute! It’d depend on their kiss polarity

Which would of course depend on ship compatibility! Max has to be able to kiss Dex and Caleb, so if that makes it that Caleb and Dex can’t kiss, I mean that’s just an unfortunate side effect haha

i have a genuine question but it might come off a bit mean - in that show u post abt all the time (mdzs?) why is it that all the dudes have really sleek but very obvious wigs + really weird sideburns, but i havent seen any of the gals with the very obvious wigs or weird sideburns. theirs just looks like normal hair. im curious abt the costuming department i guess. is there an in universe reason for that? - sincerely, random bitch whos been wondering abt this for a while

not mean at all, this made me laugh a lot lksdjflksdjf yeah I'm not sure why the wigs look so much more natural on the women! I'm pretty sure the women are still wearing wigs bc I've seen behind the scenes photos where the actresses have different hair, but I have no idea why they look so much more normal on the women. maybe they just use extensions? or they make the hair blend into their natural hair? maybe they over-emphasize the sideburns on the men? maybe not all of them are wearing wigs? I have no idea. there definitely is not an in-universe reason for it though lol it's just silly

I'm honestly usually kind of lukewarm on clothes shopping for all the predictable reasons but I'm really at a point where I can't avoid it because a lot of my favorite clothes from when I was in college are visibly disintegrating every time they go through the wash

And like ever since I crash landed back here I've been leaning increasingly heavily on t shirts and shorts/jeans for daily shit while all the nice gendery stuff breaks down and it feels like I'm stuck boymoding half the time

But now that I actually have a reason to leave the house regularly it feels like I do actually have a good reason to start trying to amend that

#for some ineffable reason my autocorrect is wigging out while I'm typing this and keeps trying to correct everything to videos/games/sports #anyway #for a while I just didn't buy any new stuff because it felt like I had a good rotation #and pretty much everything I saw when I went shopping was basically going to be filling the same role as something I already had #and usually liked better anyway #but then a lot of what I like seemed to have gone out of fashion and I straight up couldn't find the kind of things I wanted #and then during the pandemic going shopping at all has been rather disincentivized #yadda yadda yadda #and now I can't put it off any longer
