My face and eyes and head hurt so much from crying. I'm so sick of crying. Regaining strength and feeling deep pain and hurt is hard. I can't do everything at once. I need to be more patient with myself. Not so hard on myself. Especially because I really can't afford more broken things I need to fix and wounds I need to heal. I'd like to get through this with no broken toes, or ankles. I want to live. I think. I don't know, the verdict is still out on that one.

But I need to understand that one day, it'll be over. All of it. Really that's what I want if I listen closely. I just need to get happy. Or happy adjacent. I'll just take non-suicidal for now.

If someone hurts me again, we're both going down. Don't test me. Please. I can't handle anymore. I have very little fight in me left at this point. But notice I said "little" this time. That's improvement if I've ever heard it.

I put on some eye makeup and eye drops in, i washed my face with cold water, i braided my hair so I could get some work done, and I will get what I need to survive. Eventually.
