#buried stars#do-yoon han#my guy my dude i love you how are you so peak of a mc#i love you my guy also yeah sorry youre trapped in a collapsed building with those people#ive only played the first ending which is forced to be bad but is considered The Normal Ending#but my dude............................ hey im sorry#also he might genuinely be the funniest version of black hair black eyed mc ever#like hes in a collapsed area right well you find out while talking to the others that#do-yoon had long hair and wore red colored contacts before signing up for the show#and then you hear inha mention her colored contacts and how they made her dye her hair#you see gyu-hyuk in flashbacks with glasses so hes also wearing contacts now#the flipping flapping people producing the show looked at this freak of a guy WILLINGLY wearing contacts#and said please stop that#and then made two others wear contacts#like INSANE behavior and background info for do-yoon imo#i love him .................... him and his toxic boyfriend.........#also for anyone that even considers looking into the game#its a murder mystery visual novel type game so uh yeah ! death#i think it goes to show how bad my mental health is though that this game and starting to watch teen wolf have helped brighten my mood#this game might have me use tw tags and thats bonkers cause i usually dont think i draw stuff that would need it#even the fucked up games ive played havent had me drawing things i think would need tags like that

EDIT: It has come to my attention at a slight delay, it's September. The month is notoriously bad for my mental health even with my medications. Once I start posting again I might keep things brief - less frequent tag essays and less elaborated upon art.

#my characters#hes a fae and i love him very much he has so many esteem issues#all the other fae are bright and colorful and then he has black hair and black eyes#and he has a bunch of friends who absolutely LOVE their lil voidling thats their lil darkspot lil kittycat#he actually doesnt have cat ears usually lmao#he just is like a black cat to his friends and they truly adore him but he overhears some of the elder fae#talking about how hes a blemish to their society bc hes so dark and its troubling to them#and hes very sad and hurt about it but decides hes going to fully embrace it and decks out in all black clothing#with grays as an accent and his clothing is quite jagged and sharp (like the V of his vest and the sharp jacket flaps)#and his friends think thats the coolest thing ever#anyway the premise for the fae plot was his group of friends wanted to play a game where they each pick a human champion of sorts#and then offer the human a temporary gift (themselves as a weapon) and then play extreme hide and seek#no harm will come to the humans and the fae just turn into a weapon and grant them abilities#like the ability to react faster and its just .... hide and seek and tag#the humans gotta try to find the other humans that have the fae blessing#noll finds a human and tries to convince him that they need to partner up please pretty please and gets rejected#but hes persistent and another fae eventually spots the human (still not a True Champion for noll) and senses their friend#and when the fae gets their champion to try and attack the guy freaks out and calls out to noll mentally who is more then elated to help!#and so noll shows up and blocks the attack as a giant sword and the human is like I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT THATS TOO BIG#IM NOT ABLE TO SWING THAT AROUND#and noll is like oh yeah yeah greatsword too big got it roger im going to win and be accepted as fun#and then shatters the blade to turn into fragments that kinda circle the human and protect him#and all the fae think thats the COOLEST thing ever ??? who knew noll could do that!#but every time he does that he has to go lay down on the floor and heal because hes breaking his body each time#like no actually the fae should NOT be breaking their own weapons on the daily and its taking its toll on noll#but he really really wants to win the game so he can hopefully be considered a winner and fun fae by all#he just feels like he has to prove himself#i feel like i repeated myself a lot there and im tired with a headache so good bye

You know, Paul is so filled with love and respect he would be immune to hanahaki if we go by the definition "unrequited love".
In an AU where it exists, he would truly just assume that "while I think about this really hot bartender ALL the time and I want to talk to him and stare at him and maybe kiss him and go on dates with him, I feel zero pain... I guess it's not love." when the answer is actually, hot bartender is also in love with him therefore it IS requited, they're both just stupid. Everyone in their lives are well aware that they are in love but the duo won't make a move because "well I'm not dying so my one sided fascination must not be love."
#my characters#oops i fell in love#genuinely my main peeve for reading hanahaki fics is when you say major character death and im like yeah ok im here for it specifically#and then the plot twist after the death is it was mutual#okay then why was it deemed unrequited by the universe and disease#is it JUST you have to believe hard enough that it is? if so what the fuck i hate that more people would be dead if sheer#thinking someone didnt like you was enough#thats awful and im mad about it every single time that you can plot twist a hanahaki death with but it WAS mutual#THEN WHY DID THE DISEASE START I HAVE READ LIKE UNDER TEN FICS FOR THIS FAKE DISEASE AND YET -#ive been betrayed by the majority and im mad about it#my solution to hanahaki fics is to change the wording of the disease to unspoken love or something so its like suffocating you internally#until you confess and then it goes away or something like then it makes more sense#but if you use the term unrequited love i expect it to be one sided and you cant pull that rug from under me again i give up#so how i would fix it is change the definition to the disease or straight up murder a one sided romance thats that#salmon why do you have such strong opinions for this over a trope youve read ten fics for?#i dont know im just feeling very emotionally upset about this specific trope at the moment and i have no idea why#but also hey isnt it super poetic to use the guy who picks up a gardening hobby as the face of#too stupid to realize hes in love and its mutual because surely he just isnt in love ?#because in oifil's base plot he is just a guy who thinks hb is too hot and good looking to be interested in him but hey no harm in looking#while hb is convinced that paul is far too popular and friendly to ever want to be friends with him (a mere bartender) so no harm in lookin#both filled to the brim with love and adoration and fascination to the other but also convinced it wouldnt be returned but it is 100%#so they would BY DEFINITION of unrequited not be afflicted#if the definition was UNSPOKEN love though ??? oh they're doomed#anyway thank you for reading the tags im sorry i feel so opinionated on this topic#its not a trope i really enjoy bc i usually am not in the mood for it bc i need it to be fatal and one sided#and most days my headspace says i need happier thoughts#but the few times ive braved the fics using it ive been more mad than sad#also shout out to paul for being so filled with love for people and flowers having to go to crime scenes most consider grotesque#and having to keep his comments in because he loves flowers and he knows flower meanings#but he knows his coworkers wouldnt want to hear him talk about oh that flower means hope and yearning - that one means regret and guilt

Just childhood best friends posing as boyfriends (then becoming Boyfriends For Real).
#my characters#i havent drawn them in forever but they originally have refs from paper that i drew in pencil#which shows how old they are in terms of ocs bc i stopped using pencil p young to draw in ballpoint pen#but anyway these two were part of a very large cast and they were best friends ride or die for each other#but when they get to their senior year of high school they decide that they should pretend to be boyfriends#as a treat for their final year in school bc they were already inseparable and also loved being menaces and loved lying#they just constantly would plan at richi (right guy)s home for what a gay couple would do like#they had to go to dances together it was literally the most important thing#but then they also planned out fake fights and pointed out lines to not cross even in the heat of the fake argument#and one of the lines drawn was do NOT mention richis older sister at all ever because she went to college with one of their teachers#and the two still met up to have drinks sometimes so dont bring up his older sister so the teacher doesnt overhear anything#but they just keep up the charade for most of the year#and at some point when richi is going downstairs he hears the teacher talking to his sister and walks into the room praying rune (left guy)#does not leave his room and show up so he doesnt have to explain anything to his sister about his fake dating thing#but the teacher makes a comment about how weird it is to see only one half of the troublemaking duo and his sister is like oh dont worry#the other half is upstairs we can never get rid of him#and so richi panics and is like actually wait hold on can i have a word with him for a second sis please in private#and then recruits the teacher to NOT tell his sister that hes got a boyfriend bc come on shes gonna tell his parents#you wouldnt wanna out a lil guy and his boyfriend would you sir pwease dont do that#which then gets a genuine concern from the teacher of does his family not actually know theyre dating and ok i wont tell but#and richi hates the pitiful look hes getting so he says ok look its a fake relationship so they might believe you if you say it cause#you arent a chronic liar like we are ok#so now the teacher has to watch the weird gay couple that isnt actually a couple at school and hes like. judging them with an eye roll#bc sure whatever its harmless to literally everyone else so why not let them keep up the lie as long as its within reason#and then really close to graduation richi says that he really likes rune and doesnt actually want to break up even if they arent a couple#and rune is like ok C: so we get to be real boyfriends now C: youre okay with me?#and its like yeah forever and always ! its always only ever been the two of them#but rune also has had a crush on richi for three years or more so being told they should fake date kinda hurt#and now he gets to REALLY date and yeah life is going great now

#my characters#oh boy do you guys want an oc lore dump filled with trauma#cause here we go bc her past was very controlled and tragic in the sense that#she had an older twin brother who was supposed to be the next in line and they were good friends#he was a bit sickly and weak but he seemed happy enough so sicaria was happy#and then he passes away from an illness and she loses her best friend and brother and is now treated as a tool#for the throne and she basically becomes a shell of a girl shes still really young and suddenly meeting a prince she has to marry#for the sake of her kingdom and she is MISERABLE but she keeps on living because she doesnt know what else to do#and then !!! shes traveling to meet the prince in his own kingdom (he had arrived at hers when they first met)#and then she gets kidnapped by a huge dragon (yes the dragon mentioned in the witch's tags yesterday)#and the kingdom decides to just say she was murdered in a robbery attempt and the prince is left without her as a princess#and he feels really sad that its glossed over because the only times he has ever seen her she looked so sad and broken and it hurts him#that she was so easily discarded#and now she is in a castle filled with witches and magic and a couple other princesses and a large dragon outside#and she has no responsibility to marry and no one lecturing her for being too quiet nor too loud#and shes allowed to grow up and become happy in her kidnapping#and later the same prince shows up as being kidnapped and he sees her from a distance while getting lectured on having to behave#bc for whatever reason all the previously kidnapped were girls and well your life might suck but dont be weird to the girls#and hes like ok gotcha no worries i promise ill behave yeah#and when he sees her alone he calls out to her with Lady Ria ? and she stares in shock because only ONE person called her that#and it was so long ago and they have a moment to talk and he says that he saw her laughing with a witch when he arrived and#with a bright smile he tells her its wonderful to see her able to smile in a way he never could have provided had they married#and that he was worried and mourned for her but now hes relieved to see shes alive and LOOKS alive rather than so broken#and hearing genuine concern wasnt on her bingo board for the day and she begins to sob and hugs him and he holds her for a minute#and then they go their separate ways in the castle and the next day sicaria sees him and immediately calls out to him and introduces him#as her childhood friend and he nearly cries over that because they didnt even know each other beyond a first greeting#anyway sicaria is a cute lil exprincess and she is very happy now

#my characters#if you ask her why she makes her eyes lighter as a guy she says its OBVIOUSLY more attractive for a guy to have piercing eyes#if you find out the witch is a half elf and inquire as to the round ears#hes like what the hell is wrong with you ! of course! i want! rounded ears! theyre so cute rounded#and goes on a rant about how when hes a girl if he wanted long ears to look more elven the hair is a pain to deal with#and as a guy his ear tips would get too cold if they were longer#and then points out that half elves are usually discriminated against for being impure and as lazy and indecisive as she is#the last thing she wants is to be considered filthy#like she just wants to be cute is that a crime#and he wants to look handsome and did you know the light gray shirt is softer and the black shirt more slimming#if you ask about the tongue variations - well yeah sure you can go with the basic boring pink tongue he was born with but come on#dont you ever wish you had some spice in your life#and purple suits her eyes better while blue suits his personality more#also theres a dragon who employs some witches and Mr Dragon keeps the witches safe and sound and protected if need be#by being scary and daunting so the witches just get to do whatever they want without being disturbed by others#the witches (gender neutral btw) all refer to themselves as the magic hoard#and they thrive as his hoard and also they enjoy the royal hoard for entertainment#which is a buuuuunch of kidnapped princesses (and one prince later on)#but when Mr Dragon wants to speak to the above witch he asks about The Specialist#since his goal is to gain a humanoid form to be able to go to towns and stuff instead of using the witches for errands for the royals#anyway the point is the gender fluid bean above has very strong preferences for how men and women look and are somehow mlm/wlw solidarity#but is the same person#the other witches dont really interact with her as much but the princesses are frequently chatted with#and so if the witches havent seen her lately they assume shes off with the princesses#and so Mr Dragon sometimes has to ask for a princess to be fetched so he may inquire and the princess is super polite about#unfortunately she is whining about how hard it is to be cute sir! she will probably not be available for today c:#and the dragon is like ah yes okay i shall return at another date thank you (and its the witch on her period whining up a storm)#(because why cant she be cute whenever she wants its not fair she should not have to be a boy just to be presentable)#(being a girl is sooooo unfair)#and all the princesses are like there there we got you

#my characters#oh boy they actually have first and last names which is INSANE for my ocs who dont even get names sometimes#vaarnt keilzigt#goddard helmst#vaarnt the blue guy and goddard the goldeny bronze guy#hi hello they are based on layers of hell and idk how i survived making goddard#since one of two things that make me physically ill are hand and eye injuries#and he canonically intentionally removed an eye - i try really hard to not dwell on it tbh#vaarnt is the layer for fraud#and basically he just lies and gaslights and manipulates his way through life and taunts and ridicules the guy representing lust#but then his beloved boyfriend is the layer for violence against self/others#and the problem with being in a group (for goddard) is he kinda lives with them so like oops cant really assault them on a daily basis#and so he takes it out on himself in battles for resources and kinda gets injured on purpose ! no harm to others on his team AND he gets to#beat up the others who theyre trying to claim resources from#if you ever played freedom wars its that kinda environment situation where you go up against other panopticons#except here its just their group of layers and thats about it#vaarnt also can get a good read on goddards frustration levels and if he can tell that hes about to explode he makes a very cruel comment#so that goddard punches him rather than someone else and goddard immediately goes to zero anger and 100% regret#and slinks off to go be miserable for punching his bf#and the ones that lecture vaarnt include team doctor / scientist anse (heresy) and germaine (lusts older brother and responsible adult)#and also motka who WOULD be group mom if it werent for limbo guy deciding that clearly since these two are a couple !#vaarnt is mom and goddard is dad#the end thats it thats all you get from him thats his solution despite germaine funding them and motka doing the cooking and peacekeeping#he has fully decided these gremlins are the group parents (no one else agrees and everyone has begged him to stop calling them that)#theyre all incredibly fucked up guys (except limbo who is an innocent soul bless him) but at least these two are dating#and being each others problem rather than destroying an outsider with their toxic behaviors#they are in fact some of the worst ocs in terms of stability (the group as a whole) but when im feeling bad i like them a lot C:
