my tips for f4st!ng <3
1. distract yourself! if you're at home i'll admit this is a little hard, but it IS very helpful :)) clean your room! do your makeup! do your nails! listen to music! make playlists! call your friends! make your bed! organize!
2. try on clothes that are too small for you! this one gets me the most, it's rlly triggering knowing that you aren't there yet (at least for me)
3. look at th!!!nsp000! i prefer looking it up on here or pinterest!
4. make lists of clothing you want to buy at your gw, if you f4st maybe you'll actually be able to fit into them one day
5. sleep!!! this one is the hardest for me lolz :p but you can't feel hungry if you're asleep :)
6. go on a walk! go walk around your neighborhood! or walk up and down your stairs! walk in circles in your room! it burns c4l0r!3s & distracts you :))
7. drink water!!! when you first wake up drink water, when you feel hungry drink water, when you feel tired drink water, when you want to quit drink water
8. stay away from the kitchen! the food in there is gross anyways & you don't need it! if you're not around food you won't want it as much!
9. dye your hair! this is usually very time consuming & will most likely take your mind off food
10. paint your nails! i know i included this earlier but i feel like it includes its own section :)) if your nails are wet you can't really eat food.
11. keep a reminder of your w3!ght! if you have a mirror in your room write your w3!ght on it, constantly remind yourself that's how much you w3!gh.
12. write your w3!ght on your hand! any time you go to grab food you'll see it and remember why you're doing this, how far you've come and how much farther you have to go.

hello my lovley’s! This is my no nut November post for @bambisturnioloalt's November Calendar. Since it's Christmas in a month and a bit, I decided to make a cute little one shot. I took inspiration from a movie I watched when i was 7-8 years old and added a bit of fantasy into here. I hope you enjoy<3 (please re-blog and like if you liked the story!)

It was a cold winter’s day, snow was falling, kids were laughing, and the Sturniolo family was sleeping peacefully when suddenly Trev, their adorable dog, started barking for an unknown reason. Linsey, a 16-year-old girl with undeniable sass and a sarcastic nature, rose from her bed in a lazy but annoyed manner, checking why Trevor was making such deafening noises at 9 a.m. “Trevor, what the fli—” Linsey whispered, not wanting to awake the sleeping triplets from their comfy bedrooms. Trevor, on the other hand, couldn’t give a damn about the moody triplets and kept making an alarming amount of noise. “Trevor, quiet down for God’s sake!” Linsey insisted, wanting the dog to shut up before she got blamed for everyone's sleepless morning. On the brink of insanity, Nick finally woke up, wondering why the small canine kept making Linsey upset.
“What’s happening here?” Nick mumbled to Linsey, still half-asleep.
“Your dog keeps making an alarming amount of noise for something so small—” Linsey complained as she turned the coffee machine on.
Nick sat down at the countertop, holding Trev protectively, like a mother would hold her child. “He needs to take a turd, you idiot—” Nick chuckled a bit. He stood up and headed to the doorway, grabbing his and Linsey’s jackets. “Come on, let’s go outside before Mom and Dad wake up. I wanna see the snow.”
Linsey rolled her eyes, reluctantly pulling on her jacket and beanie. The siblings put on their matching Uggs, unknowingly twinning, and headed out into the frosty morning.
The world outside looked like a Christmas card. Snow covered everything, icicles dangled from the rooftops, and the air smelled crisp and clean. Trev pranced happily in the snow as Nick breathed in the chilly air.
“Why are you so happy about this?” Linsey grumbled, pulling her beanie down over her ears.
“Because it’s Christmas Eve, and the snow makes everything feel festive,” Nick replied. “Maybe if you weren’t such a grinch, you’d get it.”
“I’m not a grinch. I’m just cold and tired,” Linsey shot back.
Before they could bicker further, Trev froze, his ears perking up as he stared toward the woods behind their house. Without warning, he bolted, yanking the leash out of Nick’s hand.
“Trev! Get back here!” Nick shouted, running after him.
Linsey groaned but followed, grumbling about how much she hated the cold. They chased the little dog through the snow until he stopped in front of a half-buried object near the woods. “What is it, boy?” Nick asked, crouching down. He brushed the snow away, revealing a small silver box with an intricate design etched onto the lid.
“Great. All this for some old box?” Linsey said, folding her arms.
“It looks cool,” Nick said, picking it up. “I wonder what’s inside.”
“Probably nothing. Let’s go back inside before my fingers fall off,” Linsey said.
Back in the warmth of the house, the rest of the family was awake and gathered in the kitchen. Chris and Matt were munching on Christmas cookies, Marylou was humming carols while making hot cocoa, and Jimmy was arranging presents under the tree.
“What’s that?” Chris asked when he noticed the box in Nick’s hands.
“Trev found it in the woods,” Nick said, placing it on the table. “It’s probably just junk,” Linsey added, grabbing a cookie. Jimmy picked up the box, examining it closely. “It doesn’t look like junk. This is old—really old.” Marylou leaned over to look at the box. “The design on top looks like a snowflake, but not like any I’ve ever seen. Maybe it’s an antique.”
“Open it!” Matt said eagerly.
Nick worked on the tiny latch, eventually prying it open with a paperclip. Inside, they found a folded piece of parchment and a small key. The parchment was faded, the words barely legible.
“Read it,” Chris said, leaning in. Nick held it up and began to read. “‘To whomever finds this: the key unlocks the door beneath the old oak tree. Inside lies a gift for those with pure hearts. Use it wisely, and may the magic of Christmas guide you.’” Everyone stared at the parchment in silence. “It’s gotta be a joke,” Linsey said, breaking the quiet.
“What if it’s not?” Matt asked, his eyes wide. “What if it’s, like, actual Christmas magic?” “Only one way to find out,” Nick said, grabbing his coat again.
The whole family bundled up and followed Nick and Linsey to the woods. Trev trotted along, wagging his tail as if he knew exactly where they were going. When they reached the old oak tree, Nick crouched down and cleared away the snow at its base. Sure enough, there was a small, hidden door embedded in the trunk. “No way,” Chris whispered. Nick fit the key into the lock and turned it. The door creaked open, revealing a small compartment. Inside was a beautifully wrapped present with a golden ribbon.
What’s in it?” Matt asked, barely able to contain his excitement. Nick carefully unwrapped the gift, revealing a small snow globe. Inside, a miniature version of their house was surrounded by tiny falling snowflakes.
“That’s...unexpected,” Linsey said, tilting her head. Jimmy picked up the snow globe, turning it over in his hands. “Look closer.” Inside the globe, the tiny figures of the Sturniolo family could be seen. They were laughing, exchanging gifts, and sitting around a crackling fire.
“That’s us,” Marylou said softly. As they stood there, a warm glow surrounded the globe, and a soft tinkling sound filled the air. For a moment, everyone felt a deep sense of joy and love, the kind that only came from being together at Christmas.
Linsey blinked, suddenly feeling less annoyed about the morning’s chaos. “Okay, maybe this is kind of magical.” The family returned home, placing the snow globe on the mantel above the fireplace. It became the centerpiece of their Christmas decorations and a reminder that the best gifts weren’t always the ones wrapped in shiny paper—they were the moments they shared with each other. And as they gathered around the tree that evening, sipping hot cocoa and laughing, Linsey couldn’t help but smile.

boutta start ordering rocks online again just to feel alive
#im joking#but also man my days are so boring right now#struggle to wake up at 5;30 stumble out of bed at 8 maybe if i'm lucky#stare at computer screen listlessly and maybe get stuff done#most exciting part of my day is when i get to chat with my bf for a little bit in the afternoon#and then when people get home so i get to say hi for a few minutes b4 they're off doing stuff (fair)#and then i get ready to go to bed at 9:20pm after i feed my cat and it begins anew#i have got to get back into one of my hobbies or something the tedium is getting to me rly badly#need 2 get that work desk so i can do crafts in the craft room or make one idc#also the weather has been truly abysmal since we moved#hot and in the 90s and obscenely humid so i can't really muster up the willpower to want to go on a hike#augh#personal stuff#i think it's also bc i was just on an amazing fun 5000 mile road trip where i was constantly looking at new stuff and talking and having fu#and now im home and its boring here and i can't look at mesas and kiss my boyfriend and do fun activities all day every day#its like my brain is a rubber band that was stretched to the max over the course of that trip by sheer amount of enrichment#and now that i'm back home the amt of enrichment is so so much less that the brain rubber band is just loose n floppy#at least for now while it gets used to what is a much more normal amount of enrichment

you guys have no idea the amt of self control i have exhibited this morning
#marzi speaks#i did NOT want to go to class holy shit#i kept waking up throughout the morning. like 8 am 8:30 8:45 9:20#and i guess my dreams were confusing or smth bc every time i woke up i was so disoriented#i would wake up. try to see what my roommates were doing#check the time on my phone. think ‘do i have to be up yet???’#sit there in confusion for a minute or two before remembering No I Do Not (probably)#and then go back to sleep#but THEN when i woke up for REAL bc of my ALARM my roommates were both in their beds!!!#which was DOUBLE confusing. i felt kind of insane#i wanted nothing more than to rest my head against my pillow and drift off again. but i was strong and i am now waiting for class to start#i’m holding onto those absences for when i really need ‘em#can’t waste one this early#also i’ve been waking up with sore throats the past couple days bc of allergies#so i’m like. irritated at the moment bc of that#i hate sore throats they r so annoying

anyway my whole '28 hour days' thing really is. not ideal
#charlie babbles#it's one of those nights where mom is catching up on sleep#so I've been up since 4ish PM and will be going to bed around 9 AM#on purpose - I need to be awake at 7 AM in a couple of days to borrow friend's car#and she's been asleep since 8 PM#with me waking her up a lot because it was 'just till 11' and then 'one more half hour' multiple times and 'one more hour' multiple times#and as much as I love all night to myself not having to do anything and getting to sit on my ass online#I'm bored and lonely and tired#I did Tasks on a timer for her original nap hours but haven't been able to make myself do any more since then#at least I brought some clothes upstairs and did a few dishes but the list of things I need to do is only getting longer

IM A LITTLE WORRIED THO BC LIKE. I DONT HAVE A LOT TO TALK ABT AT ALL..
#i havent rly Done anything whatsoever. im literally the unemployed friend#HOPEFULLY NOT FOR LONG. KNOCK KNOCK (sound of me knocking on wood)#but im worried theyll be like Soooo hows washington ^-^ and ill just be like umm. well. there is a window in my room. Whichh is pretty cool#<- joke i have like. been outside of the house a couple times...#very few actually. but its okay#going to see family will FIX ME. and when i come back ill HOPEFULLY (knock knock) have a job. whichll be great#and then ill be so busy and making money that i wont even have time to be depressed anymore#bc its FULLTIME !!!#8 hour shift 5 days a week 😏 soo yeah. my bones r gonna be sore 😏😏😏#but ill get over it and cope eventually. AND ill get to be somewhere other than The house 💀#i do like our house but i think im being driven insane just being here all the time. sometimes i sit on the porch#and like once every couple of weeks i go out for whatever reason. if i didnt SLEEP IN so much maybe id be able t run errands with hal more#butterlass. no i do rly need t fix it#im hoping going back t ky for a bit will kickstart it bc likee. when i first got here i was actually sleeping like..perfect schedule mode#id go to bed around 10-12 and wake up around 7-9. which is ideal..#BUT#Even if that doesnt. the job (knock knock) will force me t keep schedule#which is great. my last job aaaabsolutely forced me t keep schedule and it was rly rly nice..#no matter how late i stayed up i ALWAYS woke up on time. which is good. and i nevee rly had 2 nap after#im so excited for my workday schedule to come back bc i miss the routine of it#even tho the routine was rly just In the morning and the rest was a free for all..#ill also. this time around. make sure t include my morning meds and brushing my TEEF... bc i need t grt better abt that#im also gonna try n shower more often.. ive been managing abt every 3 days which im rly rly proud of bc its rly hard 4 me#but hopefullyy. with my schedule 😏😏 i could do daily showers...#prolly after work showers even. bc that sounds so nice#its judt hard bc Also after work the last thinng i want 2 do is be standing. bc i get so achy.. esp after an 8 hour shift#hopefully this job will be noce though. IF I GET IT. picking up a few extra hours at work next week to cover for ppl taking time off & i am having such strong mixed feelings about it. like yaayyy extra money and yay an opportunity to be a Good Helpful Worker when my contract is set to end in like a month and a half (gotta stay on my employer's good side so they maybe consider extending my contract, or they at least give me a good reference for my next potential employers).... but oh god it's gonna be a busy week aaaaaaaaaa
#ray speaks#work stuff#it's only an extra 7hrs total#but it consists of two 4:30-6pm shifts on days when i already work 9-3 so i'll basically be working 9-6 with an extra long break at 3#and an 11-3 shift on saturday when i dont normally work on saturdays.#a significant change from my usual 9-3 monday-friday schedule#which ive already been struggling with lately cuz my sleep schedule has been really bad for a while now#been getting like 6 hours of sleep most weeknights for weeks and weeks and it is nooottttt sustainable for me very much not good#life would be so beautiful if i could go to bed at 2am and sleep for 8-10 hours and wake up at 8am#there should be 10 hours between 2am and 8am.

“Damn- already Bakugo? The movie isn’t even over!”
Denki whined, grabbing the remote to pause the comedy that was playing on the tv. It was movie night in the dorms, a way for the class to bond and decompress after classes. Everyone was huddled together, wrapped in blankets and sharing snacks. All accept Bakugo, who scowled at his yellow haired friend.
“It’s my bed time. I’ll see you nerds in the morning.” Denki huffed, crossing his arms as he muttered about Bakugo’s old man behavior. But Kirishima smiled, giving him a short wave and a “sleep well Baku-bro!”. The rest of the class also sent their goodnight wishes as Bakugo headed to his room.
It was only 8:30, which was a bit early even for Bakugo. He usually headed to bed around 9, but tonight was special.
When he got to his room, he locked his door and walked to his mirror, making sure his hair was to his liking and that there was no popcorn in his teeth. When he caught himself fretting over his appearance, he rolled his eyes and scoffed, wiping his sweaty palms on his jogging pants. ‘The fuck am I worried for? It’s just a Skype call’. And while he was right, it was just a call, it was a call with /you/.
You and Bakugo had been dating long distance for the past year and a half.
You met at the I-island convention, where you two got into a friendly competition at one of the challenges. After you managed to beat him at his own game, he recruited Mina to find you on social media. Anyone who could beat him was special..and it didn’t hurt that you were gorgeous to boot. However, his heart sank when he found out that you didn’t live in Japan. Still, he decided to follow and dm you anyways..which you promptly answered. The two of you have been talking non stop ever since.
What was just messaging turned into calling, then FaceTiming, to full on movie nights where you would count down to try and start the movie at the same time. And while it was inconvenient, it was fun. He wouldn’t trade it for the world.
Which is why he was always promptly on time for your calls. You had both been busy that week, so you weren’t able to talk as much as you normally did, which is why you scheduled the call. With the time difference, you would be slowly waking up to get ready for school while he was going to bed. He was able to tell you about his day, while he watched you get ready for yours.
The time difference was a hard challenge to navigate, but you made it work. Talking to eachother was the high light of both of your days. You loved seeing his face and hearing his voice, even if it was virtual and he loved the same. You were both very meticulous in nature as well, making sure that your times were aligned to get the most out of your talks as possible. That way, it always felt like enough.
And while it would be nice to hold him, to see his face in person, to kiss him..this was enough for now.
Bakugo hopped into his bed, plugging up his phone before pressing call and waiting for you to answer. And when you did, he was met with sleepy eyes and a warm smile. He could’ve sworn his heart was doing actual backflips.
“Hi Kats..”
“Morning dumbass”
You smiled at him, your heart fluttering at his teasing. And just by seeing your smile he knew, that until he could get to you, this would be enough for him.

i think having to get up at 4-5 am for work the past month has jumpstarted my brain into feeling tired again at night
#like for the longest time i’ve woken up at 10:00 am and gone to bed at like midnight but i have to force myself to go to bed#because i don’t feel tired#like i would never feel tired even if i had to get up at like 8 am#but now i’ve been going back to bed and waking up around my normal time and i actually feel tired at night!!!!#ACTUALLY WAIT i’ve been going to bed around the same time but now naturally waking up at like 8:30-9:00 AM#i just like to lay in bed for like an hour shh#this is amazing#actually#and i would go to bed at 9:00 and actually fall asleep around 10:00 or a bit later#on the days i would have to get up early#idk maybe getting up early rly does make you feel better#because those days i would be off at like 1:30-3:00 PM#and i feel like i would have so much of the day left even on days off#the days felt long but in a good way#i’d look at the time and be like huh it’s only 2:00 pm this is crazy#it feels like 4:00#i have time to do so many things now

As soon as I find another more suitable job, it's over for my current one
#hate the new change in management#really just one specific one#the other guy is ok#the first guy has my position come in at 8 now#and our day still ends at 5#so it's a 9 hour shift#get a half hour lunch still#and i have an hiur drive to and from work#i wake up at 6 am to get ready for work#and let's say it takes about an hour to really relax after i get home#that's 13 hours of my days dedicated mentally and physically to this job where i clean bathrooms and pick up trash#so i only get like. 3 hours of freetime before i have to go to bed (at 10. because i have to wake up at 6)#and I'm so tired of it#this is also partially the hurricanes fault because i had to move further away from both my jobs#the second job is done after today though so that'll free me up for job hunting

CREATING THE ULTIMATE MORNING ROUTINE
having a good morning routine starts with having a good night routine. none of this will be possible without a sustainable night routine
WHAT TIME SHOULD I WAKE UP?
the time you wake up depends on the time you go to bed. it is advised for you to get 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night. for example, if you wanted to wake up a 5:OOAM you would have to be in bed by 9-10:00pm, figuring out what time you would like to be up in the morning is all up to you and your preference
WHAT TASKS SHOULD BE COMPLETED IN THE MORNING
having a perfect balance of tasks in the morning is key to having a beneficial morning. things i recommend doing in the morning includes; movement of some sort, journaling, making sure your space is clean, doing some sort of activity to stimulate you mind, and making yourself look presentable.
