Do you think Jason would like Taylor Swift?

you know, i don’t think she’d be quite his vibe but i don’t think he’d hate her. he’d definitely have his strong criticisms, however you won’t catch jason peter todd trying to tear down a powerful woman. and even if his personal preferences are different, he can acknowledge that good music is good music in any form.

if you like taylor, he’ll learn to appreciate her. he’ll make some kind of snarky comment about how you should play “real music” if you put her on, but it won’t be more than a jest. he might be a little judgmental, but he’s always going to want to learn more about you. digging into your music taste is a great way to do that without having to ask you too many questions.

and if he had to pick a favorite taylor album, it would be reputation - he’s likes the energy king of my heart brings to the table ;-)

((I don't have any like solid thoughts or plans or anything but. I've been trying to think of how Siege's 7 Souled Asgore would look. When I've barely put thought into how he'd look beforehand LOL but it's fun to think about. I know the usual way to go with making an Underfell Asgore is to change him from blonde to black hair, but I think it'd be more fun if he kept the golden mane and had black fur instead of white fur. And that got me thinking about the rainbow motif for all the Souls, and like. Fur looking like an oil slick. Holographic shimmer on ink. You see my vision? Bring the draconic in that goat man. Wings like a halo, wings like a cape, wings like how he hides his armor in his cloak. Snoot, fangs. Maybe eyes all over when he's Godding out, get some angelic shit in there. Slight intangible feel, not full melty like the Amalgamates but you know something isn't holding together right, especially since one of those Souls is a copy from a very closely mirrored timeline. Since he's not holding it together well, bound by duty and declarations and regret. Killer with a conscience that doesn't stop him. idk man I'm just spit balling. He's sure pissed at Siege tho LOL))

Francine Bernardine headcanons ! (and a little bit of my oc's universe info !! xx) (though, this may be a little short!) if you don't know who francine is, she's my android cat oc!

a few basic things about her: she's an android ! REALLY tall though, 7'5, also EXTREMELY heavy because she's quite literally made out of SO much material, because she's really advanced! even though REALLY scary looking, she is REALLY friendly! like REALLY friendly, no intent to hurt/scare anyone!

helps humans/non humans out ALOT! will help with chores, if you want to cuddle with an android, no problem ! will help with anyone's pains (mental/physical) aswell!

now a little thing i have with non scp ocs like her: they're ALWAYS associated with a constellation or a moon/star! shes associated with Felis, and her moon is Charon!

another thing in this universe: computer viruses CAN infect people here! like, 'hacking' someones constellation data! and yes, some computer viruses CAN be fatal ! for now though, she doesnt get affected by one in the storyline! YET.

a biggest flex of hers is that she can just explore space without needing a special suit! another thing in my ocs universe: you need 'clearance levels' for outer space! there are 6 clearance levels here that range from, 1 - you can leave the current planet and 6 - you can leave the current galaxy! not to mention, you DO need special equipment if you arent completely artifical like her! she has clearance level 5 at the moment!

shes part of a little team of scientists that explore outer space and locate any threats out there! i MIGHT expand on this a little more if i figure out the lore of this storyline LOL ...

back to more about her, she doesn't have a true personality, mostly replicates other peoples personalities and mashes them up into one! shes programmed to NOT be violent or anything negative though ! (the person who programmed/created her is unknown!)

Hello, I come to you with a silly prompt!

In what way do you think Dream is disabled/affected post-prison and if he does, what do you think he does to hide it?

So I’ve loved all of the different answers to this, lots of fun. Sorry to be late in the game. Like usual I’m probably gonna make this more complicated than it needs to be. No surprise there though lol XD. But ya know you asked for my thoughts so here are my thoughts, as messy as they are.

See this is hard for me because there is a divide between what we know for sure is canon, what we can speculate in general and what is more fun to imagine. As well as, the difference between Minecraft and our physical world. Because like obviously no one can actually survive living that close to lava, so we have to decide which elements would match our world consequences and which wouldn’t.

Because it’s Minecraft and things aren’t necessary like the real world, I play looser with some of the effects. So things like for example messed up vision from the lava don’t apply. I mean everyone spends times in mines, the nether, even has lava in their house so it’s not something I personally include. The same with things like seizures and such.

When it comes to canon, obviously we know potions exist in this world, but the thing is there is never confirmation of them being used in the prison. They don’t appear in Quackity’s or Sam’s inventory (besides fire res) when they visit and during the visits we get to see, Dream is munching on potatoes to heal. So does that mean he never gets potions since basic food can work to heal in Minecraft or does he get some only with more severe and dangerous injuries or something. Or would he have sustained less serious injuries because the potatoes can only heal so much. Then again canonically Quackity is swinging a diamond sword and a netherite axe around, which aren’t exactly gonna do small damage.

And the thing with scars is that the only scars we know of are from canonical deaths, meaning Dream would probably have some from the other time he went to limbo (or multiple if went multiple times), and Tommy killing him (quite a few actually given how many arrows he took and stuff in staged finale) but there’s not necessarily confirmation of scars other than that, and Quackity can’t exactly take credit for those.

There’s also the question of whether he was dying and respawning as non canon deaths, especially because again Quackity is using some high damage weapons. Though I tend to lean away from believing that since that isn’t shown except with Sam accidentally killing Dream after Techno escapes.

I also don’t personally think he suffered anything super noticeable because the guards in prison as well as Ghostbur and Tommy and even Techno, don’t mention the torture. Ghostbur and Tommy don’t notice anything, Techno has to be told, and the guards like Badboyhalo even after hearing screaming still seems almost unsure of himself. Plus, Antfrost talks about visiting Dream and yet had no clue about the torture until Bad brings it up. So in my mind he doesn’t have anything too mutilated or missing body part wise, because that’d be kinda obvious. This includes eyes and also even missing fingers (though if he is missing one let’s just all agree it’d be his left hand ring finger because of Quackity’s breakup with his fiancés… ;]). (Though if we decide they were using potions then it’s interesting to play around with the idea of Quackity doing something like cutting off his arm and Sam having to fix that like I did in my fanfiction.)

So in my mind, no major cosmetic things, besides being smaller due to poor diet and starvation. Though again, in my mind it’s not quite the same as real world so I don’t like to imagine him as grotesquely skin and bones if that makes sense… (look he can be broken and still pretty ;D).

But despite what I said, I do like to imagine he has scars and I think potions may not have been a staple but probably did happen if Quackity ever went too far. Maybe early on before Quackity mastered his craft a bit more or later when he became more and more enraged and extreme in his desperation to break Dream. Either way, I think it was a rare occasion type deal. And because of that, in my mind he does actually have scars because the potatoes provide poor healing. So other people dying by falling in a hole or fight in a war don’t really have scars from that due to respawn and potions or golden apples, while Dream deprived of that would have more lasting effects (because as someone with many scars I like to imagine he has some as a testimony to what he went through). This also means that some of his broken bones perhaps didn’t heal properly causing some pain or even having things not quite right. So fingers bent wrong if you really studied them or knees misaligned or whatever. So some sensation of pain at all times is pretty guaranteed. Though even without injuries healed wrong he’d still have chronic pain because scar tissue is very sensitive and messes up the nerves so it freaking hurts, it hurts to move, it hurts to touch, it hurts to use… etc.

One of the things he’d do would obviously be to cover the scars and hide them from view, because embarrassment, shame, looking weak… etc but he’d definitely do it in really soft and not super tight fitting clothes because again the skin is sensitive.

I sometimes like to imagine that for injuries that are obvious and badly healed enough he would like break them and reheal them, maybe even with Punz’s help. In general though, broken bones, concussions and stuff heal on their own given time so even if not the best, things heal eventually and Dream is up and about swinging an axe so it ain’t like he’s too debilitated. Still, moving and stuff would be painful and he’s definitely not in shape like he was so it makes sense why he uses so many pearls all the time and why Tubbo would say to Punz in the finale about killing him, “He was sluggish—he was slow—he was out of practice we took him by surprise.”

Though, I do think sluggish and slow could also be a reference to his mental ability as well, implying he isn’t as quick witted or as good at reacting, something that if you watch that finale fight does align. His counter measures aren’t super fast especially compared to how adaptable and swiftly clever he was before.

Obviously, he likely has Depression, PTSD, and an Anxiety disorder, as a result of prison. Anxiety is the one we seen him at least try to mitigate by finding the most secure place to sleep so he can feel less stressed out, not going out and provoking people to avoid being attacked, kinda blocking out the world and stuff, not great for his depression though nor his PTSD…

I also imagine he’d be the type of person to think he could get over fears and trauma by exposure. Like sleeping in the cell with the lava down to remind himself he doesn’t need to be afraid of it… things like that perhaps. With limited success.

I imagine he has a lot of nightmares so he mitigates this by not sleeping as much as possible. Old habits die hard I guess…

Based off of Bad talking to Antfrost after the prison break about how he thinks someone was coming in and torturing Dream: “Anytime I would go and visit Dream he would be all shaky and he wouldn’t wanna talk.” I’d say Dream does shake, sometimes out of fear, sometimes out of weakness, sometimes out of stress, and sometimes because his body doesn’t work as it should. He mitigates this by trying to build up his strength and change strategies in battle if it ever gets debilitating, like switching to food, pearls, potions or TNT. He does a lot of pearling and running, and he never takes off his armor in fear of what might be around the corner.

Despite living in isolation for so long, he’s not overly social like he used to be. He goes days, weeks even without really talking to anyone between spurts of being overly talkative and needing interaction.

When talking to people, perhaps he hides his hands behind his back when they shake, he wears his mask to hide anything he might feel - fear, panic, sorrow, they can’t really see the tears building in his eyes or falling down his face that way. They can’t even really tell he’s hyperventilating unless they are paying attention.

He likes to do a lot of pushing down his feelings, which worked in the prison, it’s a good way to survive but it’s no way to heal. Maybe he schedules his meltdowns or panic to a later time - He’ll get upset about the fight with Quackity at home, he can’t breakdown in the streets now.

Maybe he spends days feeling numb, not leaving his bed, feeling like there’s no point. It’s better that way, if he doesn’t go anywhere he’s safe. If Punz asks he’ll lie, and Punz won’t believe him but he won’t push either………….

Hello! Tis me again with another Nacht brain rot. Okay.. I got you, fam! This may have been used before I ain't sure but anyways-

Nacht is getting jealous of his little demon. His baby is just the sweetest thing, but in his mind, sweet to the wrong types of people or.. creature (*cough* his demons *cough*)

He's just glaring at one of his demons, the same one that he ordered to stay by his lover's side to protect her, because he came back to her feeding the little demons sweets from her hands. Oh, he's smiling when she's looking... he's silently plotting the little demon's death. Or he finds that certain demon, being cuddled by his lover, instead of "protecting" her. Yes, he ordered the demon to be close to her. But. HOW DARE IT TAKE HIS SPOT?!

After noticing his mood, how does his lover react? Easy. You don't get to leave his arms for a full week. He doesn't care if he has to go inside your shadow for when you need "privacy" he's coming with you everywhere. Cuddles? Yes. Kisses? Yes. Hugs? Yes. Training? Oh, he's making help him. How? You're standing there looking pretty. Leading the black bulls? They can wait. HE CAN'T.

Note: His baby doesn't mind being affectionate, so.. his baby just gives him the affection and doesn't mind at all when he's clingy. Of course, he does this out of sight. God forbid that he does this in public where the rest of the squad could see him.

I will be someone who always wants to see Nacht's significant other also be affectionate with the Bremen devils. Gimodelo, Plumede, Slotos, and Walgner are just little guys who deserve love too. They are Nacht's... Friends? Pets? They're special to Nacht, and that's what matters. So I honestly can't imagine Nacht viewing his devils in a negative light. Sure, Nacht might've said to Asta that devils have no principles or are evil, but he has a special little exception for his special little guys~!

But still... That doesn't stop Nacht from being a selfish person and wanting his lover's affection to focus mostly on him. There'd be more than a twinge of jealousy from Nacht if he were to see his lover feeding Gimodelo by hand.

"Gimodelo can feed himself, dear," Nacht would comment and his s/o would reply that they're having fun feeding the devils. And if the devils are napping while cuddled up with Nacht's lover, he gives them a rude awakening (literally and figuratively) to say that they can't protect anyone if they're napping on the job. Nacht does care for Gimo and the others but it'd be a lie to say that he didn't care for his lover more.

Sorry devils. Nacht's a fool in love.

And when the jealousy gets the better of Nacht... AAAAHHHHH! He wants to just stay by his sweetie's side and soak in all the love and affection from them. He wants to dote on and smother them with his own love. But also Nacht doesn't want to come off as clingy! He's trapped between his jealousy and pride!

Headcanon Week

Day 3 - Heels

Alright, a silly one for today since it was a long day- Per'kele would be atrocious in high heels. I picture that if he tried to wear more than flats with literally 2 or 5 millimeters of heel he'd fall flat on his face at the first step taken.

The funnier part is that I believe he'd be able to even stand en-pointe barefeet but the moment shoes and heels are involved he is done for lol.

What are some of Coffee's triggers? Like does he get freaked out by loud sounds (fireworks, thunder?, etc.) that sound reminiscent to gunshots? Or like when it's too crowded in an area will that give him a panic attack?

We all know he likes playing video games but do those games sometimes trigger him? If Coffee was playing COD would it send him spiraling? What do you think?

Hello! Excellent question!

Coffee's triggered by the "typical" stuff; gunshots, crowds, screaming, explosions, etc however, he has few strange/silly things that tend to send him into a panic/anxiety attack (it depends on the day which, really.)

He steers clear of any video game that has any of those things and tends to lean more towards story based games, platformers, or racing games. Although, a few video games have indeed sent him spiraling, mostly ones Wine picked up for him while the older was out and about (COD being one of them).

To add, a few uncommon triggers for him are gas ovens, vintage films, and small white dogs. He tries his best to avoid all of these things, in real life, and in the video game sphere. Though, he used to work at a pet supply store before leaving Ebott, so sometimes it was unavoidable.

He can sort of understand the "typical" triggers even if it annoys him that they upset him. However, the uncommon ones tend to make him embarrassed, so he tries not to let those show outwardly. To other people, he still looks his typical sort of mortally terrified, just quieter.

“Are you a vegetarian?” Mostly, except for a few things, including a specific type of chicken that I only eat with mashed potatoes, which is my comfort food because I’ve had it regularly since age 4.

“Do you like salads?” Yes, but all the components must be arranged symmetrically on the plate otherwise it Doesn’t Taste Good.

America doesn't like Fireworks

Here's a headcanon/projection I have for America. I also thought I already posted this but I actually dreamt that…totally not a sign of #mentalillness

content warning: mentions of multiple real life deaths, great war and world war two are mentioned, mentions of ptsd/shell shock.

i'm not fully sure those need a warning but just in case I wanted to provide them.

At first America loved fireworks to celebrate the fourth of july. He had loved the display of colors and patronism his citizens showed! He was a freshly indepent nation when the fireworks began in 1777. He thought they were beautiful, amazing, spectacular, and a wonderful sign of what the future would hold.

He also greatly prefered fireworks to the guns and canons set off during the 4th and was happy that after 1812 that phased out.

When Independence Day became an offical holiday in 1870 he cried with joy. That year he watched the firework display with an intense feeling of pride in his heart.

But then it began to change for him. In the years between 1903 and 1909 there were 44 deaths due to fireworks and even more injuries. He began to feel a bit of unease over the citizen's love for fireworks.

Then the Great War happened...So many young men came back from the war shell shocked. Hell, America even had some shell shock for a while. That first year after the war and the fireworks going off, he felt all those men's fears and his own fear.

That was a major turning point for him.

It didn't help that between 1928 and 1942 there were another 56 deaths in factories and stores due to fireworks. And then after World War Two, the sound of fireworks began to make America's heart race.

After a few years America decided he would leave his big house in Washington DC and go to another one of his houses. This house was further away from any firework show the city was doing. He wouldn't feel anxious and would be able to celebrate his independence/birthday in peace and quiet. But by that time it was the 1980s and more people were doing fireworks in the comfort of their backyards. The noise and smoke that filled the street of America's suburban house terrified him. Were they under attack? He had rushed to investigate only to find people with fireworks and firecrackers.

America gave up, it was probably just him upset by this whole mess. Those who had shell shock probably got used to it by now, correct?

But then in the 2000s he began to hear more talk, more talk of veterans struggling with the fireworks. Dogs struggling with the fireworks. Pets, kids, many more people then he assumed were scared of the loud fireworks. And in a way it explained to him why at the turn on the 1900s he began to have a change of heart about fireworks, a feeling of unease and uncomfort. Because despite how much he partied or celebrated on July 4th he still just didn't feel right, that something was wrong.

Then more and more states began to ban the setting off of fireworks for personal use but that wouldn't stop the citizens despite the growing number of people who found discomfort with them. America wouldn't go anywhere in the South around the 4th of July mostly staying in States that had the strictest bans on fireworks. By this time his fear of fireworks had greatly decreased especially since he realized the cause, it wasn't all his feelings but Americans feelings as well.

He even began to host some birthday parties where you could see the city sanctioned firework show. Firework shows were different to him then just the random ones in someone's back yard, those were expected, well controlled, a professional was doing it.

America hopes that one day he'll be able to like fireworks again but that probably wouldn't be until people stopped doing it on their own or when people and animals stopped being upset by it. Both those cases seem unlikely, so America will just grit his teeth and accept the firework tradition.

I even used some sources for this *insert surprise pikachu* History of Fireworks Firework Accidents and Deaths I couldn't find out when it became the norm to do your own fireworks but I assumed at least by the 80s. I also believe states began putting in place bans/laws about personal fireworks in the early 2000s but don't quote me.

thinking about how they sell agent action figures at a motherlobe gift shop, and they sell like hot cakes for kids and collectors. while agents like sasha sell very well, if oleander ever got a figure, it wouldn't be sought after as much. crystal feels so so so bad when she sees she has to restock the more popular agents, and every shift, the coach stock remains pretty much unchanged. oleander sometimes checks, too, and shrugs it off, but crystal can sense he's dejected because no one wants his figure, so she buys one! and when oleander comes in, seeing a notable single dent in his section, he's got a big grin on his face! she has the coach figure in her room, and chloe looks at it, and asks if she can face oleander away from her bed. (crystal and chloe are roommates for like a week, but their differences make sleeping arrangements VERY difficult because chloe is a night owl, and crystal is trying to sleep earlier, so chloe gets a separate dorm, and crystal gets a new roommate with (checks my list) (pauses) (insert character here because i haven't thought this far lol)

(i do not know how computers (or much tecnology in general) works, so maybe this will make little sense. Anyway)

Here are some of my assorted headcanons on how code/stickfigures work:

• File -> stick

Files are the culmination of a stick, everything that makes them them. They manifest into/codify a being if/once moved into a suficient host-place (like Newgrounds, Stickpage, a CPU, etc)

Files are organized into what i call 'zones' (ex. zone:= apearance, zone:= memories, zone:= personality), that can (and do) interact and influence one another.

As the stick changes, goes trough life, their file changes with them, as them.

Damages to files and changes to files are not the same thing! Not only is it rare for your file to get damaged at all (they are, after all, not easily accessible) file damages are unnatural errors, and overwrites, and erasure or scrambling of zones. Not normal at all.

Damages to files range in severity, of course, but even small damages can have devastating consequences, depending on what zone(s) it affects. Its a unwilling, permanent, change to your very being. That is not easy (or majorly possible) to get over.

• Deletion

(Oh what weird gratification to have my deletion headcanon somewhat but not really confirmed in the recent q&a:)

When a stick is deleted, the conection/projection of the stick is deleted/cut, and the 'space' where its hosted/the file is ocupying is marked as empty. The file itself is not outright deleted, but over a short (seconds to a few minues) period of time, the stick's file is overwriten by other codes that vie/compete for that space

(i dont know yet how to incorporate the Blackfire attacks into this..)

• Animators

As far as its known, only Animators can create new files. Cursors - otherwise normal human Pc users - can interact with files, but not create them

Any and all Cursors and Animators can see, move, change, add and remove zones from these files as they see fit (if they know how to- Cursors specially tend to be ignorant to this ability of theirs), very easily. They do this without causing damage to the file 'cause they register as normal natural changes, even when theyre anything but.

Most often it doesnt even matter where your file is stored, if your person/manifestation/being is in their presence, the Animator/Cursor will have access to it

• Inert files

Inerte files: certain files have entire zones that can activate and deactivate when faced with specific or non-specific triggers. (Ex. Computer icons who activate their movement and personality zones and deactivate their shortcut-search zones when faced with a threat to thw computer)

It mostly applies to PC icons, game characters files, and otherwise spectator-interactable animations. Its rare for a stick to have a inert file type

Mostly, this happens on computers to save RAM

• Exception(als):

- Second is the host of his own file and the rygbs files, since the showdown.

This is not comum, nor a good idea. Having your file attached to your self/body (instead of a outside source, like Flash or Newsgrounds etc) means that any damage or change your body suffers, your code suffers as well, i.e. youd never be able to heal anything inflicted on you, and any injury will have catastrofic consequences depending on where in/what part of your file it hit. Its an incredibly precarious situation.

But. Second is an exception, because his code is able to resist damage, somehow, and heal itself.

- victim's file is (confusingly enough) spread all over the outernet barrier. It is not damaged or ripped apart, but the rightfull place of the code/file zones is simply scattered into a non-file shape.
