She wanted to go to the mountains of India, but not in order to mimic the trope she’d seen in movies: Woman retreats into nature and discovers herself. Rather, the trip would be one last chance to escape the weight of having to hide her identity.

In Bridge to the Turnabout, when you get to Dusky Bridge as Miles Edgeworth, you can present Iris’s profile to Gumshoe. When Edgeworth says she looks familiar, Gumshoe assumes it’s an ex and goes on about how Edgeworth must be a really lady killer. At the end, Edgeworth has this thought:
