hahaha so sallie mae has been screwing me over for months now harassing me with calls saying i 'have repayment options' on my student loans that are about to go into default -- only to tell me once they get me on the phone that i actually don't have any options and i'm basically screwed

the last person i talked to even said she 'hopes i come into some money this holiday season' like any money i get would immediately go to them rather than to basic necessities

well... i just got an email requesting i give my feedback in a survey

and for once... i did

under a cut because it's long as fuck and i know it's not gonna do or change anything but it felt really good to get it all out

they asked: what can we do to better improve your experience with us?

and i delivered

You can stop harassing me with calls stating repeatedly that I "have repayment options" when every single time I've spoken to someone they have told me that I actually DO NOT have any options, because I used the TWO allowed for my very large student loans, and am now expected to pay nearly $100k immediately because my loans are going into default because I have been unemployed and struggling to make ends meet.

Being HARASSED numerous times a day by messages claiming FALSELY that I "have options" only to be told no, I DO NOT, is extremely frustrating, misleading, and demeaning to me as a person just trying to get by in the world.

And on top of that having my representative tell me they 'hope I come into some generous money this holiday season' in order to pay the amount you're refusing to budge on was extremely demeaning and insulting. Who just assumes someone struggling financially will miraculously come into nearly $500 as a holiday gift -- let alone that said money would immediately go to your uncompromising and apathetic company rather than towards necessities I may or may not need to put food on my table or keep a roof over my head.

I have spent the last 6 years working with Sallie Mae on repaying the barest percentage of interest on my loans only to be left in the lurch when I need some understanding and sympathy the most. In this dismal economy and job market the fact that you only offer TWO one-time-use repayment options is nothing short of cruel. Thank you and have a happy holiday.

My eyes.......

As someone who is queer myself, so many of these characters just fall into stereotypes or aren't the best representation.

1. Chaz wanting to fuck everything is a horrible representation of pansexual people.

2. The only Asexual people being a teenager (which is fine) and the fat man who abuses Fizz and is ugly yay /s (Vivziepop has a habit of misrepresenting asexuals, and as one myself, it can be pretty hard to watch.)

3. Sallie Mae is the ONLY lesbian we have? Nothing else? Wow.

4. I'm also including the lack of enby/nonbinary representation. For a queer show you'd think they include them.

5. There's a lot of pansexuals, and while it does seem nice, quality doesn't equal quantity. We have Chaz (mentioned before), Blitz (who sleeps with everyone), Barbie (a literal groomer), Ozzie (which isn't bad since he's the Sin of Lust, but eh), Queen Bee (I actually like this one, mostly because I like Bee) and a bunch of random background extras who I don't even know their names.

6. Why is that parrot guy here? Does he have a name?

7. Andre having feathers in his hair is typically a no go as it feeds into a harmful stereotype about Indigenous people.

8. Where is my boy Cole?

9. Also it'd be nice if these were confirmed in the show instead of the wiki. I don't have to do homework.

Alright, now onto the art! Hoo boy....

First off, all of the characters and flags are fighting for my attention to the point where I'm not sure what I'm looking at.

The first time I saw this, my eyes were led to Bee, as her and her lava lamp made her stand out.

The mishmash of colors made it hard to focus on Bee for long, as I was trying to figure out where everyone was. And yes, I get it, it's a Pride parade, there's gonna be rainbow colors, but at least make it so I know what I'm looking at here. They all blend in.

Am i the only one who thinks that the only queer group that seems to have a decent representation on Vivzie's shows are bisexuals?

Lets analyze how other groups are treated compared to bisexuals:

Gay men- Fetishized as shit and presented as extremely kinky and sexual, half of their existence is sex jokes (Stolas, Fizz, Angel)

Lesbians- just underepresented, almost non existant (Vaggie, Sallie Mae)

Pansexuals- also really sexual, formed around the "they fuck with EVERYTHING" joke (Blitzo, Moxxie's ex, and Husk seems to be an exeption... for now)

Asexuals- Theyre presented as someone thats either too selfish to have a relationship or that they have such an unlikeable personality that no one would date them (Alastor, Mammon)

Transgenders- always background characters aded for brownie points (Sallie Mae and other characters with 5 second screen time at best)

And with bisexuals we have Moxxie and Charlie (cant remember if there is any more), who are both represented as nice people in working, healthy relationships where they really seems to love and repect their partner. They have some kinky moments and jokes, but not as much as others. There is no harmful stereotypes played, and theyre presented as "the perfect partner".

Im not saying the representation is amazing, its just the closest to decent.

This is just my take, but if anybody disagrees or has a diferent opinion about the theme im interested in hearing it (especially from bisexuals themselves)

You're not wrong! Moxxie and Charlie are loving partners whose bisexuality is respected even though Moxxie's in a relationship with a woman, which you can't always say for media that depicts bisexuals.

It's not perfect representation, but it's pretty good and when we're talking about Vivziepop's writing, "pretty good" is amazing.

My Thoughts On Sinsmas

SPOILERS FOR SINSMAS AHEAD! First off, wow. So many feelings, and definitely a great ending to season two. I'm definitely hurt and excited.

Seeing Octavia's feelings—how hurt she feels about Stolas, and how she feels that he abandoned her—adds a lot of feelings alone.

Stolas's emotions are very irregular throughout the episode, but mostly shows how he's depressed, especially because Blitz doesn't have "happy pills." He's happy at some moments with Blitz, such as when they kissed or danced, but he was so worried about Octavia throughout the episode.

Blitz also had his ups and downs. He was trying his hardest to cheer Stolas up, and managed to at some points, but he clearly wasn't okay as well. When they had to kill a family of two dads and two girls, he only saw those who he loves and it clearly broke him from his labored breathing to his rejection for this task. He worried about both Stolas and Octavia, and when he found her as they returned, he knew immediately what happened.

Next, I wanna mention that Loona's hellhound transformation was so fucking cool.

Finally, I want to focus on Millie. She was high-strung and mad and sad and overall very emotional throughout the episode. At the end, she called Sallie Mae and revealed that she's pregnant. This excited me a lot; I'm glad to see them have a family of their own, but I'm worried because Andrealphus might return to take the members of IMP—Stolas included—out after their fight to save Stolas.

Lastly, the entirety of the episode was just very emotional and sweet, yet angsty and aggravating.

From the leaks, I think the Speaker might be God. Because Sera and Lute referred to her as "Your Highness" and God is often said to be the King.

In the story I just rewritten (Author of a pretty 1k+ Hits story of Husk x OC Left Behind) I just made The Speaker God's wife, and God themselves is just God (They are Non-Binary as God is omnipotent and can be anything they want.

I wonder if the Speaker is God, I don't think that would be a good idea considering the craziness that people insist on. (You saw what they did when Ariana made God Is A Woman.)

Also the whole thing with Sir Pentious' backstory (And HIS name being Pendleson?) I just took Sir Pentious and made him a Trans Masc. Because you can't deny this is a defo a Trans Masc Coded.

But yeah, the leaks thus far are only making shit worse for Vivzie. The Russian translation (Which HOW THE FUCK is Hazbin Hotel being aired in Russia when half the state labels anything strictly LGBTQ+ 18+? Which btw is based off of Homophobia and protecting children.) was basically Vox issuing slurs.

I don't know if this is because of some differences, but scripts afaik are the same translated from English (If made in Western) there is to other reigons (Unless of the difference in words which happens alot.)

But if this ends up a line, then we have completely received an Acephobic Vox line.

As far as I can tell from the info I've been checking out, Speaker of God is supposedly a stand-in for God, since Viv refuses to add neither Jesus or God to the show (but still proceeded to add and whitewash St. Peter for some god forsaken reason)

About Pendleton, I can see the unintended coding (unintended because I'm pretty sure that Viv wouldn't do ANY trans representation other than the fetish character that's Sallie Mae) and, to be honest? Go wild with it! It's nice to see some good trans rep through headcanons.

Finally, about that Russian leak, it has been proven to be false, but once again, this is as far as I know, so take my word as a grain of salt.

I could see it. The tipper for me wasn't even the emphasis on cheating throughout the episode, but the emphasis on cheating + the tears, the calling Sallie Mae and asking if she's alone, and the fact that she comes back to the party and assures Moxxie she loves him.

If it's true? 4chan's going to have a fucking field day joking about Moxxie being cucked and ngl, I'm gonna be right there with them.

Apparently, Viv said we'd learn Strikers sexually, but she can't say what it is in case it's plot relevant.

This kinda worries me. Like why would his sexually be important unless he's also being put in a plot relevant romance?

Idk, I don’t really trust Viv with another romance after she fucked up blitz/stolas.

Plus the only options I could see, unless she introduced yet another new character, are Stella, or Vassago, cuz we know she won't do blitz/striker (and I don't see any other side characters being plot relevant). And given Viv is keeping his sexually a secret, I'm more inclined to say it's vassago since I feel like if it was stella, she'd just say he was straight or bi.

I don't like either option, but i dislike Vassago more because, at least with stella, it'd be shown as a toxic relationship. Meanwhile, I'm afraid Vassago/striker would just end up similar to Stolas/blitz, where Vassago 'saves' striker and shows him how wrong he was for hating all royals. Then, he helps Vassago protect and save blitz and stolas.

Yeah, Stella/Striker's the only Striker ship I can see potentially playing out in canon in a way that maybe isn't utterly horrifying. She's upper-class but they've got a history, the nobility of Hell's hurt them both, it wouldn't be perfect but it would be doable. The thing is, Morgana seems to be into Stella/Sallie Mae and what Viv's attack dog wants, Viv's attack dog gets.

Vassago/Striker would be awful. It would just be more evidence that this show's overarching theme is "If you're on the bottom rung of society, all your problems in life can and should be solved by sucking a rich man's penis."
