As a person who has hard relationship with body image and had (still struggle but definitely less than before) with food I decided to make this post to everyone who might need it. This helps me to stay healthy and not go crazy with food again:
No food is your enemy. Yes, fast food is not an enemy too. Yes, bread is not an enemy either. What about sugar? NOT. AN. ENEMY. Any food is energy and nutrients you need to live. YOU NEED TO EAT. Stop looking at the food as enemy. It's the first step you need to do to create good relationship with food
Carbs and fats are essential for living good healthy life. DO NOT TAKE CARBS AND FATS FROM YOURSELF
Stop trying to lose weight by any diet. It won't work in long term. "Lose weight in ten days by drinking water and eating apples" would yes help you lose weight for those ten days but in next ten days you will have it back and good thing if not with more. Why? Bc you will be back to eat like you did, but your body now in big stress bc it needs to create more fat for the day you decide to stress it more with no food again
You need to be healthy, not slim. You can be healthy in the weight you rn
Eat what you like and want. You want pizza with double cheese? Go take it. Enjoy every bite and live this good moment. Always eat with enjoyment. You don't like the food you eat or maybe it's texture? Stop. DO NOT EAT IT NO MATTER HOW "HEALTHY" IT MIGHT BE OR IF OTHER PEOPLE THINK IT'S TASTY
Never let other people dictate what and when you should eat. You want chocolate before dinner? Eat it. You are not hungry rn? Do not eat then
Do not overeat. You feel that you pretty full even tho there's still food on your plate or/and on the table? Stop that moment. You can eat more than you're hungry again. And if someone tells you you should eat more look at 5.
Always be in the moment of enjoying food. Don't look at any screen. Imagine there's only you and the food you're eating exist in that moment. It will help not to overeat and to really enjoy all the taste of food
Add more fruits and vegetables in your every day life. Start easy. Do not make yourself eat only kale or salad if you don't want to, but try to eat at least one spoon of salad with your sandwich for example. Find the recipes with fruits and vegetables to try. There's so many ways to find the way to make your vegs really tasty. You just need to put some work into finding it. To make the process interesting just imagine yourself as scientist and your work is to find the best way to eat carrot, for example, so you need to make some experiments. Ofc some of them would be not good ones, but don't stop
Try new recipes/food at least once a month. Try to add some new good food, especially if your everyday list of food is pretty small

Guys I can eat melted cheese now, I need food recs!!
Do not recommend Mac and cheese tho specially, it’s still tirggering :(
Especially pizza toppings…I’ve been missing out on taht experience because I’ve been forced to peal off the cheese layer all this time.
And savory breakfasts…so many of them have melted cheese taht I’ve just been ignoring so much I forgot about them. But I still can’t eat fried or boiled egg or anything like that

Timber Wolves are carnivores!!! They eat mainly larger hoover Mammals like Deer, Elk, and Moose. They also eat rabbits and Fish.
Actual reccs under cut
Since you have a preference for meat these will all be meat based. And mainly based around game meat to fit a typical timber wolves diet.
If you have a craving for raw meat Beef is actually perfectly safe to eat raw. I would recommend throwing it on the heat to warm it up though.
If you live in a place where you can legally purchase game meat I recommend getting some Deer Jerky. Will have that gamey wild taste and meat tear. If you can get any deer or Elk cuts you can also cook them into other foods.
You can also find Bison or Beef Bacon that you can fry up and be closer to a traditional wolf meal then pork.
Rabbit meat is a bit harder to source but if you can get your hand on some rabbit stew. You can have the sensation of taking it off the bone still.
Fish is more simple, stick to river fish like catfish to keep the forest diet realistic. There is also fish jerky.... if you're into that

sure!! ^-^ (btw, all served best in fanciest bowl/vessel you have)
as you said, there's always rock candy, but I think M&Ms (mixed), frozen grapes (mixed colours), imperial mints, im pretty sure you could dye butterscotch candy? anyways just generally every treat grandmas have gathering dust in their house, if you're not allergic then nuts, overbaked cookies, cacao nibs, really frozen mochi (I mean suuuuper frozen), there's this thing they sell at my local asian market that im not sure they sell anywhere else but it's like hard jelly that's flavoured inside more jelly that's also flavoured. idk how to make it but the hard jelly is actually really solid, sugar snap peas, REMEBR TO DRINK WATER BUT IF YOU WANT YOU CAN MAKE RIBINA/SUMMER FRUITS/JUICE WITH TAPIOCA PEARLS/BOBA IN, those marshmallow-covered-ceral treats but frozen

Apple Cinnamon Rice Cakes. I can eat a whole bag of those things in seconds. The big ones too, the size of like 12 CDs stacked on top of each other.
