Back to the Japanese/Korean fusion stall for their bento sets. You get half side of a pan-fried blue mackerel for the Saba Fish Bento. Beside the white rice, there are shredded cabbage and a side of kimchi to complete the set. I opted for the Teriyaki Chicken & Pork Bento with a piece of fried chicken cutlet and spicy pork stir-fry. Mine is has a portion of rice, pickled vegetables and some mayonnaise.

Mum got me this yummy pack of Economy Rice (菜饭) from her morning trip to the market. A silky and soft scoop of steamed egg perched on top of several pieces of braised pork and preserved Chinese mustard & pork belly stew.

Recognized for its succulent beef cubes cooked in a flavorful sauce with a lot of garlic. It is easy to make and can be eaten as a main course or as an appetizer.
