does anyone know if this workout is any good? I'm planning on doing this workout + 10k steps + my usual "diet" until the end of may, and now I need opinions 😭🙏 if anyone has some other good workout recommendations that don't require equipment, and burns atleast 600 cals please lmk 🙏🙏

my plan is to lose 10kg by may 31st. and in order to lose 10kg you need to burn 77,000 cals, which means that I have to burn 600 cals a day.
my currents stats are (only metric, sorry):
height: 162cm
cw: 51kg (I've gained, ik 😔)
lw: 49.1kg
hw: 63kg
sw: 57kg
I NEED to be atleast 40 kg by may 31st
please please help me 🙏🙏

Nie życzę nikomu żeby poznał ane albo najgorzej żeby już sie uzależnił a najbardziej nie życze tego młodym osobą ktore sie tym nie powinny interesować
Sam w to wpadłem w wieku 10-11 lat około i nie polecam i wy pewnie tez nie
Nawet nie chodzi już o to że tam są młode osoby po prostu nie powinniśmy wyprowadzać naszej społeczności motylkowej na inne aplikacje od lat używa sie Tumblr wiec zostawmy to na tej aplikacji

Osoby na recovery też nie powinny wstawiac tego na tiktoka, robcie sobie dziennik jakiś i tyle
ana to nie żart a jeżeli jestes tutaj by "schudnąć kilka kilo" to wyjdź idź do dietetyka i nie wpadaj w to tylko unikaj

I've been thinking abt starting my new workout routine today, and I'm really excited and motivated to do it, it's not that, but I've been sick for the past few days, and even though I feel much better now, I still have an awful cough and maany people have told me to not work out or anything if I still have a cough and now idk what to do :(
any suggestions?
I've been thinking that I start it either today, no matter my cough situation, or then right after my cough has gotten a lot better, but idk tho
