Day 2: Safe food/s, why?
I don’t have that many safe food because I feel like even with fruits and veg that I still gain a lot of weight immediately after eating it, probably because of all the water in them, but I do have a few:
- homemade apple purée, because you can make it with sweetener and it’s pretty low cal, not really heavy and good!
- rice cakes, I know that this is probably everyone’s safe food for obvious reasons
- orange slices? idk why but I never crave more than my portion of them so they fill me up and I don’t eat too much, they’re pretty low cal too
- cucumbers, they’re not super good but they fill me up
- egg whites, they’re so satiating and full of protein and low cal!

Doing this because I'm bored and restless!!!!! Yayaya!!!
Day 1: My stats
I'm not sure how much I weigh. I'm obsese no doubt, i can tell that by looking in a mirror. I would assume somewhere in the 200s, I'll be kind to myself and day 250. And God damn I want CHANGE.
I want to get down to 120. I'm gonna make that my goal. Realistically I don't own a scale so I won't know for a long while, I'll be going based on how my pants fit for now. (Someone send me money to buy a scale PLEASEPELASEPLEASEPLEAEEPLEASE)
But for a first goal, I want to be able to fit into my favourite pair of jeans more comfortably. They used to be looser on me and I'm so devesated they don't fit as well anymore.

Day 15: are you a vegan or vegetarian?
I used to be vegetarian for weight loss but I was unable to control what I was eating for dinner at the time (still can’t really) so it only made me gain. I would love to go pescatarian or pollotarian since I hate red meats and they aren’t the healthiest for you

I'm genderfluid and don't rlly care how u address me. I mostly identify as masc but like gender is silly so idgaf.
This is an 3d and vent acc, also just generally features me being silly. Also I'm a minor so dni if you're uncomfortable with that.

January challenge
Eat only one time a day. I planned to do omad. But I will take it a bit further. The rules changed from complete meals to anything with calories.
If I consume anything solid, I am done for the day.
Been offered a bite of a fruit? Nice, that is your meal for the entire day.
One chip? Good, that will do for today.
A granola bar to avoid fainting while driving? That is a responsible decision, however thats my daily intake now. :)

CW: 78 kg ( I can't believe that I failled myself again so badly... yes I cry everyday but it's as if I couldn't do anything to save myself ... but will take this problem with my 2 hands and I put myself here so I will get myself out of here)

I want to say that on this exercise is making me really miss the numbness that I felt when I was at my lowest weight and I can't wait to feel numb again.
