Clearing Your Gut | The IT GIRL DIARIES🎀🩷
Your gut is connected to multiple parts of your body, the main areas are your immune system, your heart and your brain but it has affects on a lot of other areas aswell, such as your skin, metabolism, hair.
I had an unhealthy gut and it was very noticeable, through my skin, weight all the way down to my emotional state.
It's very important to take care of your gut, it affects your body inwards and outwards.
Here are a few things I did to clear my gut that could help you too ✨
🎀Began eating balanced meals ( make sure your meals have a mix of healthy carbs, protein and healthy fats such as avocado or beans ect )
🎀Cut out sugar ( I have a very sweet tooth so I was consuming artificial sugar almost EVERY DAY and that affected me so much, especially my skin and it showed. Cut out artificial sugar and try replacing it with healthy glucose foods such as strawberries, watermelon, oranges, berries or make your own sweets mixed with honey, lemon and ginger, similar to cough drops. If you can't cut out sugar completely, limit your intake instead )
🎀Began drinking green juices ( i drink one everyday but a few times a week is more than enough )
🎀Added leafy greens into all of my meals including my snacks ( if you're already consuming a lot of greens then you're more than welcome to skip the green juices )
🎀Exercise ( when i say exercise, i don't mean you have to be hitting the gym everyday for 2 hours, i jump on a bike for 15-30 min and it does the job, the goal is just to move your body so that your body burns fat instead of storing it )
🎀Fixed my sleeping schedule ( i used to have really bad insomnia, your brain needs atleast 8 hours of rest to reprogram and function well for the next day )
🎀GINGER ( i include ginger into my green juices and it's a game changer, but if you're not planning on drinking green juices, try incorporating ginger elsewhere, such as ginger tea or even just eating a tiny block will do )
🎀Limit alcohol intake and quit smoking! ( this is very important, nicotine and tabbaco can have major negative affects on your health but this should be common sense )
🎀Lastly Water ( this shouldn't be something that's new, we need water, our bodies need water in order to flush out bacteria and hydrate our body but make sure you drink enough, I started drinking atleast 2-3 liters everyday. Tip: get an aesthetic everyday water bottle that's atleast 1 litre, this will hopefully encourage you to drink water )
I hope this helps some of you pretty diva's but, remember that everyone's body is different and some people might need to make more changes in their lifestyle in order to clear their gut, do you research and try making changes that cater to your needs.

Boost hair growth naturally
THE BIOCHEMICAL POWER OF TEAS AND NUTRIENT-RICH FOODS
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Herbal teas and their role in hair growth
🌸Green Tea
Active Components
the powerhouse in green tea is epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a potent antioxidant
Biochemical Mechanism
EGCG helps in blocking the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase, which converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Elevated DHT levels are linked to hair loss, particularly androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern baldness). By reducing DHT production, green tea helps in preventing hair follicle shrinkage and hair thinning. Additionally, the polyphenols in green tea enhance blood circulation to the scalp, ensuring that hair follicles receive the necessary nutrients and oxygen to thrive.
Usage
Drink 2-3 cups of green tea daily to reap its hair-boosting benefits. It can also be used as a rinse post-shampooing to stimulate the scalp directly.
🌸Nettle Tea
Active Components
Nettle is rich in iron, silica, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, D, and K.
Biochemical Mechanism
Nettle tea works as a natural DHT blocker, similar to green tea. Its high iron content supports hemoglobin production, enhancing oxygen delivery to the scalp and hair follicles. This is crucial because a well-oxygenated scalp provides an optimal environment for hair growth. The silica and sulfur in nettle also strengthen hair strands, improving hair’s structural integrity and reducing breakage.
Usage
Regular consumption of nettle tea (1-2 cups daily) can provide these essential nutrients. Additionally, a cooled nettle infusion can be used as a hair rinse to further strengthen hair shafts.
🌸Rosemary Tea
Active Components
Rosemary contains ursolic acid and caffeic acid.
Biochemical Mechanism
Ursolic acid found in rosemary improves scalp circulation, similar to EGCG in green tea. This ensures that hair follicles are well-nourished, promoting robust hair growth. Rosemary also has anti-inflammatory properties, which help in maintaining a healthy scalp environment by reducing potential scalp conditions like dandruff, which can hinder hair growth.
Usage
Drinking 1-2 cups of rosemary tea daily or using it as a hair rinse can provide these benefits. Infusing rosemary oil into your tea can further amplify its effects due to the added antioxidants.
Nutrient-dense foods for hair growth
🌸Biotin-rich foods
Key Foods
Eggs, almonds, sweet potatoes, spinach, and seeds.
Biochemical Mechanism
Biotin (Vitamin B7) is crucial for the production of keratin, the structural protein that makes up your hair. It acts as a coenzyme in fatty acid synthesis, which is essential for the growth and repair of cells, including hair cells. A deficiency in biotin can lead to hair thinning and brittleness.
Incorporation
Incorporate biotin-rich foods into your diet regularly. For example, adding a boiled egg to your breakfast or including sweet potato as a side dish can help maintain adequate biotin levels.
🌸Iron-rich foods
Key Foods
Lentils, red meat, spinach, and fortified cereals.
Biochemical Mechanism
Iron is essential for producing hemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen to tissues, including the scalp. Oxygenated blood nourishes hair follicles, facilitating the growth of strong, healthy hair. Iron deficiency is one of the most common causes of hair loss, particularly in women.
Incorporation
Combine iron-rich foods with vitamin C-rich foods like oranges or bell peppers to enhance absorption. For example, a spinach salad with orange slices can optimize iron intake and support hair growth.
🌸Omega-3 fatty acids
Key Foods
Fatty fish (salmon, mackerel), flaxseeds, chia seeds, and walnuts.
Biochemical Mechanism
Omega-3 fatty acids are integral to maintaining the lipid barrier of the scalp, which helps retain moisture and protect hair from drying out and breaking. They also reduce inflammation, which can sometimes hinder hair growth by causing scalp conditions like psoriasis or dandruff. Omega-3s contribute to the overall health of cell membranes in the scalp, making them more resilient.
Incorporation
Aim to consume fatty fish at least twice a week or add flaxseeds to your smoothies or cereals. Walnuts can also be a great snack option to keep your omega-3 levels adequate.
🌸Zinc-rich foods
Key Foods
Oysters, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas, and cashews.
Biochemical Mechanism
Zinc plays a key role in DNA and RNA production, which is essential for the division of hair follicle cells. It also helps regulate the production of androgens, a hormone linked to hair loss when imbalanced. Moreover, zinc helps in repairing hair tissue and maintaining oil glands around hair follicles, which are crucial for healthy hair growth.
Incorporation
Include zinc-rich foods in your diet, like a handful of pumpkin seeds as a snack or adding chickpeas to salads and stews.
🌸Vitamin E-rich foods
Key Foods
Sunflower seeds, almonds, spinach, and avocados.
Biochemical Mechanism
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps repair damaged hair follicles, which can be a barrier to hair growth. It also improves blood circulation to the scalp, ensuring that hair follicles are nourished. Vitamin E helps balance oil production in the scalp, preventing dryness or excess oil, both of which can impede hair growth.
Incorporation
Sprinkle sunflower seeds on your yogurt or salads, or incorporate avocados into your meals for a healthy dose of vitamin E.

Hi dear ! I am so in love with your Nanami Kento writings that OMG I am crying (it's tears of joy no worries) I just love this man so much ! I was wondering if it's okay for you to write a request where Nanami dates or marries a fem! Shy reader ? How would he flirt ? As she also slowly gains confidence to initiate things with him cause his presence is so comfy for her.
It can be just all fluff or with tinges or spice/nsfw if you are okay with writing it.
Just wanted to thank you again for your stories and can't wait to read more Nanami posts. You're awesome! 🩶
Hi angel! I’m so happy you love my writing! This is such a cute concept and honestly, I see him with a shy partner. I hope I did it justice! 🖤
CW: some smut!
Tumblr media
It was a rainy afternoon, you were cooking you and your boyfriend dinner and swaying your hips along to some smooth jazz he played on the stereo. You looked over to him, fully invested in the book he was reading. You smiled as you walked over to him and crawled into his lap.
“Hi honey,” he chuckled. “Hi,” you snuggled up against his chest. “Dinners’ almost ready, I just placed the roast in the oven.”
“It smells wonderful.” He kisses your nose, he knows it makes you weak every time. You both start at each other for a while, something you guys like to do.
“You’ve grown more comfortable around me,” he pointed out. “I have?” You sat up in his lap. “You have. Do you remember when we met?”
You pretend to look clueless since you loved it when he would tell the story. “I’m assuming you would like me to tell the story?” You nod your head in excitement as he chuckles and holds you tight in his arms.
Flashback
When Nanami Kento first met you, it was at a local coffee shop you would frequent. You would see him walk in around the same hour every time you went; 7:30am. The both of you didn’t know each other very well, he would give a “good morning” and you would smile in response. It wasn’t very often you saw a man that attractive so it made you nervous. Even if it was just a simple act of hello.
On this day however, you were running late to your job and didn’t have the time to make yourself a cup of coffee. You grabbed your keys and went straight over to the cafe, refusing to deal with your coworkers on an empty stomach and no caffeine.
“Hello, may I have a-”
“Can you speak up? I can’t hear you.” The cashier interrupted you.
“I’m sorry, um…May I have [your order] please?” You requested as the cashier heavily tapped on the screen. “Will you be paying cash or card today?”
“Card.” You opened your bag to look for your wallet.
It was nowhere to be found.
“Shit.” You mumbled to yourself. You fished around in your purse to find any loose change, but no luck. “No way, I forgot my wallet..”
“Ma’am, you’re holding up the line.”
“I’ll take care of it.” You heard a warm sultry voice speak from behind you. You turned around to find that same handsome man who comes in regularly. Your eyes shift to the left wall and stare at the clock. 7:30am. They then shift back to his big chest, causing your face to heat up.
“O-Oh! Um, you don’t have to! I’ll just come back later, no big deal.” You softly replied. You couldn’t look him in the eyes without stuttering. “I insist, I know what it’s like to not have your daily caffeine intake. I’ll take the green tea with a blueberry muffin as well please. Just combine our orders together, Thank you.”
You softly thanked him and looked down in slight embarrassment. The both of you went to the pick up line and waited for your orders. “Thank you again. I will pay you back every dime.” You promised.
“There’s no need. Any thing for a gorgeous woman like yourself.” His compliment made you eyes widen a bit and cause your face to heat up.
“My name is Kento,” he stuck out his hand to shake yours. “Y/n.” He smiled, he thought your name was beautiful. From that point on it changed the trajectory of your relationship with him.
You found yourself going to the coffee shop instead of making coffee at home, purposely going so you were just in time to see him. And he would be there to see you. He would pay for your coffee and pastry just so you both can talk about the most random things while you wait for your orders. He never made you pay for it, that wasn’t up for discussion.
It got to a point where you both would come in an hour early just to have time to sit and talk with each other. Nanami is a very organized well thought out person. Before making any big decisions, he thinks them through completely. But with you for some reason, you made him not question anything and just go for it. He knew you were a shy girl, based off of what he had seen. So he tried to make his advances as subtle as possible.
“You know Y/n, you’re such great company. I would love to take you on a date,” your eyes widened. “A date?”
“Yes. And as much as I love out coffee talks, I want to take you out. When we can have all the time in the world to get to know each other.” He told your free hand that was rest on the table and caressed it. Your body felt hot.
“I-I would love that.”
So here you are, getting ready for your date with Nanami. You truthfully never thought this would happen, but hell are you grateful it did. You smooth out your dress and apply more lip gloss before grabbing your purse and opening the door to the blonde staring back at you.
“Good evening, gorgeous.” He hands you a bouquet of flowers.
It was a few hours after your date and you invited him back to have a glass of wine. You both sat on the couch while jazz played on your tv.
One thing led to another and you two are getting touchy on your living room couch. The both of you finished two bottles of wine and it was flowing through you. He placed a big hand on your thigh and caressed it like he does with your hand. Your breath hitches at the feeling and you spread your legs lightly to invite him in.
“Dirty girl, do you want me to move my hand further up?” He cooed. You whimpered and nodded your head lazily. “When you’re with me, you use your words. Understand?” He takes he’s other hand to hold your jaw to face him.
“Y-Yes, I understand,” you whimpered. He chuckled. “Look at you baby, you can barely look at me in the eyes. Shy girl. Do I make you feel like this?” His face was so close to yours at this point.
“Yes,” you whimpered out.
He caressed your cheek and brought his face closer. His lips softly grazed yours as you both exchanged a passionate kiss.
Nanami found your shyness cute, especially in the bedroom. He couldn’t get enough of your cries of pleasure and the way you would drag your fingernails down his arms. The first time you both had sex, he noticed you holding back.
“I need to hear you, princess. I need to know how I’m making you feel. Don’t get quiet on me know” he would moan and he drags his dick im and out of you at a pace that has your mind going fuzzy.
“O-Oh my god, Kento! Fuck! Yes yes yes yes yes,” you chanted as your eyes rolled back. “There you go baby, let it out.”
Sex with Nanami could honestly change someone for the better. After that, you genuinely felt unstoppable. Your shy exterior was etched away with each moment you spent with him. You found yourself more talkative with people at your job, even taking bathroom breaks to send your boyfriend some risqué photos.
‘You’re such a tease pretty girl, I’m coming to get you on your lunch break.’
And he would fuck you senseless in the backseat of his car. And you wouldn’t give a fuck about who heard you, or how you looked when you clocked back in. That’s how he made you feel.
After a few more dates of going to various restaurants, museums, jazz bars, and your favorite, at home dates, you both came to an agreement to move in together. It was one of the best decisions both of you could’ve ever made.
End of Flashback
“You love when I tell that story, don’t you?”
“Who wouldn’t?” You grinned and got up to check on the food. Nanami placed his book back on the shelf and shoved is hand in his pocket.
“And I want to keep telling it forever,” He murmured as he pulled out a small black velvet box with a ring inside.

75 DAYS HARD CHALLENGE: DAY I
Previously I announced that I will begin the 75 Days Hard Challenge at the first of July. For anyone unfamiliar, the Challenge takes 75 Days and follows these daily rules:
Choose a diet and follow it (without cheat meals or alcohol)
Complete two 45-minute workouts daily (one needs to be outside no matter the weather)
Drink a gallon of water every day
Read 10 pages of nonfiction
Take progress pictures
If you skip or miss a task you must start over
Things you should know:
I decided to try this challenge because I want to improve my mental toughness and physical fitness (also I want to prove to myself that I am consistent). It's probably not for everyone, so there is also a soft version of this challenge called 75 Days Soft Challenge.
I prepared for this challenge a month in advance. I tried out what diet suits me the most without craving cheat meals, decided on what books I want to read and what kind of workouts are the best for me.
I don't want to bother you with a daily follow up of my challenge, but please consider I'll try to do an update every 1-2 weeks.
"All great things have small beginnings."
My current routine on this challenge varies from day to day because I do work shifts but there are a few things that stay consistent during this challenge:
Diet:
I decided to do IF with a 16:8 ratio. I start eating at 10am and have my last meal at 6pm. Mostly low carb, high protein. No meat, no sugar, limited dairy. Please consider that every human is different and what may work for me, won't do it for you. I decided to become vegetarian a month ago and I don't regret it yet.
2. Workouts:
I am not an athlete. Therefore two heavy workouts a day would cause me injuries. I'm taking a 45 minutes outdoor walk everyday and the second workout is whatever suits my day the most. For example on Mondays I'm going to a yoga class, therefore this will be my second workout.
3. Hydration:
To be honest, I had to change this one a bit. I'm drinking one black coffee every morning and I'm also having a tea before I go to sleep. This intake plus a gallon of water would be too much for my body. I decided to drink 3 Liters of water everyday and the missing 0,7 liters will be tea and black coffee. I'm not drinking anything else for the duration of this challenge. No soft drinks, no alcohol, no milk (except for coconut milk for my overnight oats).
4. my non-fiction reading list:
Patrick Lencioni - The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
Dale Carnegie - How to Win Friends and Influence People
Yuval Harari - Homo Deus
Yuval Harari - 21 Lessons for the 21 Century
Daniel Kahneman - Thinking Fast and Slow
James Clear - Atomic Habits
Robert Greene - The 48 Laws of Power
Robert Greene - The Art of Seduction
Erich Fromm - The Art of Loving
Oliver Burkeman - Four Thousands Weeks
James Carse - Finite and Infinite Games
Seneca - Letters from a Stoic
Plato - Allegory of the Cave
5. last but not least - the progress picture:
I hate taking pictures, so I won't really share them but I made a folder on my phone and taking the photo is the first thing I'm doing in the morning to get it off my list.
Bisous!

How to reduce bloating: scientifically proven:
Green tea
Green tea is a great option to help you stay hydrated and prevent fluid retention. Some antioxidants are very good for you such as epigallocatechin gallate.
Eat smaller meals throughout the day
Eat slowly, and consume smaller, more frequent meals; Chew your foods well; Drink beverages at room temperature; A large meal is often the culprit of bloating.
Peppermint
Studies show peppermint capsules can help relax the muscles in your digestive system. This helps push gas through to relieve stomach bloat
Fennel
Fennel and its seeds have a compound that relaxes spasms in your GI tract. With fewer spasms, gas can get through your gut more easily
Bananas
One medium-sized banana contains 9% of the recommended daily amount of potassium. Foods rich in potassium prevent water retention by regulating sodium levels in your body and can thus reduce salt-induced bloating.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon packs a lot of antioxidants that may help get rid of excess gas.
Cucumber
cucumber contains quercetin, a flavonoid antioxidant that helps reduce swelling.
Fiber
Increase Your Fiber Intake. Constipation is a common cause of bloating and increasing the amount of fiber you eat can help relieve it.

extended intro post:
daily workout (running/pilates/yoga): home workouts, because gyms make me nervous and a bit annoyed (too many people making too much noise!). I usually spend around 45 minutes-1 hour doing each of these, and I rarely do more than one per day, except when I mix my yoga routine to my pilates routine. I don't like to take full rest days so usually my rest days are just yoga days, and I leave my full rest days for occasions when I can't workout because of another commitment.
no refined/added sugar: made the decision to cut back on sugar by the end of 2023 because I started reading a lot about nutrition and realized that sugar is just not meant to be consumed the way we do, in this extremely processed, refined, concentrated form. it's addictive, harmful for our health, and it spoils our palate for other foods. not to mention that it is the biggest villain when it comes to weight gain. I meant to just cut back a bit when I made the decision but since around April 2024 I just cut it off completely.
no highly processed food: another huge villain when it comes to health and weight, full of toxic additives that we don't even understand, addictive, and a big enabler of laziness. I only eat food that I can recognize as food and understand what's in it, so almost nothing that comes in an aluminium foil packet makes it to my shopping cart.
no red meat: I was actually vegan for 2 and a half years but eventually went back to eating dairy and eggs, and I'll eat the occasional chicken and fish, although so rarely that I think I could consider myself a vegetarian. but even when I went back on my dietary choices, I couldn't stomach red meat anymore. most people don't even know how to cook it properly anyway, I hate handling it on my own, and it just makes me feel heavy, both physically as well as spiritually.
no soda: this came naturally as I decided to stop eating highly processed foods, but I used to be the Diet Coke Girl™ all my life, and I thought it was cool since it had no sugar. imagine my surprise when I found out that artificial sweeteners such as the one in diet Coke actually make you crave sugar and leads to binges. not to mention, soda makes me totally bloated.
no overeating: that's a no-brainer, but it was the hardest part of my journey! I love eating, y'all, and my brain was always like, I rather feast and indulge than feel like I'm going to miss out. it took me a long time to find a balance and being able to just enjoy a meal without feeling like I need to ravage a huge plate to feel like I truly enjoyed it. cooking 100% of my own food helped a lot with that.
no alcohol: quit on May 2024, after I realized I was using alcohol as a way to distract myself and ease anxiety when it occured. I was also feeling my limit getting weaker, so I had to drink a lot more to get tipsy, but when I got tipsy, I got sick almost immediately. it stopped being fun, and it felt more like a hassle than something that could give me pleasure. now that I'm completely sober, I realize drinking alcohol is kind of... terrible. it was a great decision, even if I did it sort of by accident really.
low caffeine (coffee only in the morning, green tea all day): I used to drink 4-5 cups of very strong black coffee throughout the day and, of course, I had major anxiety to the point of trembling, getting migraines and becoming paranoid. I started lowering my intake first to deal with this aspect, but later I found out that caffeine also leads to cravings and binging exactly because it accelerates the body and the mind so much! now I only have it after I wake up and sometimes in the afternoon, if I'm really sleepy when I can't really be sleepy. I still have a lot of tea because I love a hot beverage, and green tea actually calms me down a lot, even if it does have caffeine as well. I take mine with ginger and a splash of lemon juice.
lots of greens, lots of whole foods, lots of water, lots of fruits, lots of sun: another no-brainer! my favorites are broccoli, kale, leeks, chickpeas, zucchini, cherry tomatoes (which I grow myself), mushrooms, grapes, plums, pineapple, bananas, coconut and melon.
i.f. 16:8: I feel like it's absolutely necessary to give my body time to deal with itself without the "burden" of digestion. everything that happens in the body is a trade-off, so if my body is constantly dealing with food, it can't pay attention to other important processes. not to mention that, intermittent fasting takes my mind off food for a while, helps me plan ahead my meals better, makes me focus on nutritive choices instead of ones that are just yummy... and I enjoy eating when I'm actually hungry!
takeouts/eating out out on special occasions; same with dessert: it may seem like a restriction, but it's something I decided to kind of recover a sense of hacing these things be special again. once I started to make my own money and become independent, I started to indulge a lot on these things because when I was a kid they were so rare and exciting, so I was always eating out at my fav restaurants and always having something sweet around, until it just became a bad habit. now, keeping these things safe for special days makes them special too instead of just feeling like a boring indulgence. (I still try to get desserts that are sugar-free or very small on sugar though.) my fav food to eat out is sushi!
daily reading, at least 3 hours: as a real Classic Millennial, I used to be a huge reader when I was a kid, but as social media became a thing in my life, I lost the habit completely. the pandemic made me realize I needed to go back to books and delete Twitter, basically, which was my biggest distraction, and I've immediately reconnected with my old self and started to read like 50 books every year since. my fav genres are romance and non-fiction about nutrition and botany!
no complaining, no gossiping: it's a big part of my mental health to be grateful and to focus on myself. it may seem small, but it completely changed my perspective on day-to-day life once I set the rules to not complain and not gossip. actually, I don't engage with anything that doesn't concern me directly, doesn't benefit me directly, and is out of my control. life is chill like that.
no dwelling on the past: burned my childhood diaries, cut ties with past relationships that were just hanging around me because of the size of our history, let go of constantly reminiscing and trying to run scenarios and dialogues in my head. I only deal with the day and the week I have ahead, and that's what exists in my reality. no past, no distant future. two feet on the ground.
skin and hair care every evening: I've been genetically blessed with poreless skin and thick hair, but I still have to care for my skin because it tends to dry heavily, and caring for long, thick hair is a must, otherwise it tangles within hours. my skin care is a mix of high hydration, careful nutrition, and The Body Shop's aloe vera night cream for my face, and my hair care is washing it every 3 days (2 days in the summer), keeping it in a hydrating mask, blow drying it, coconut-oiling it, and keeping it in braids whenever I can, especially when sleeping.
silence = gold: I focus immensely on being observant, being a listener, being non-reactive. I think spending long periods of time not speaking, not watching anything, no music, just listening to nature (especially in the mornings) is of utmost importance to a healthy mental and spiritual state. "speech is silver, silence is gold" is one of my life's mottos!
(thanks for reading all of this!)

A tired day from work – Gojo Satoru
Pairing: Gojo Satoru x fem reader
Genre: Fluff
Warnings: Gojo being a man-child, struggling to inhale, tired Gojo, short story
Series masterlist
Tumblr media
"Y/N Y/N Y/N!!!" You hear your boyfriend's voice the moment he unlocked the door.
"What's wrong?" You quickly stand up. Before you could make your way to him, you were pushed back down on the couch by his body as he immediately threw himself at you.
"I was bullied in school again!" He was hugging you so tightly while burying his face into your neck. You felt like he had cut off your oxygen intake, struggling to breathe, you hit his back with your fist.
"Toru- can't- breathe-" He immediately removed his grip on you. Before you could scold him, he began throwing every single thing he went through in school. Sighing, you sat up properly, followed by him resting his head on your lap.
"Yaga scolded me for something I didn't do!"
"I was only trying to give that old folk some hints, it's not even a threat!"
"And Utahime threw green tea on my face when I'm just being friendly."
"The way Yuuji and Nobara helped Megumi clean his room was so funny ya know? But the thing is, they threw everything at me when Ijichi called them for a mission! How dare they do this to their beloved teacher?"
"Oh ya, do you know Megumi has a girlfriend? They kept saying she's cute, but she's just... meh. No one can be cuter than you, you're the cutest." He raised his head to give you a quick peck on the lips.
His voice got softer and slower. He accidentally fell asleep while complaining about his day to you. With a small smile, you gave him a peck on his cheek and proceeded to take a small nap too.
Tumblr media
A/N: I wanna make short stories about daily life of JJK characters with y/n, whether platonic or romantically. But it'll be more towards romantic because I WANT THEM ALL. THERE'S NO WAY I'LL ONLY DATE ONE OF THEM. (Why choose when you can get all)

Hiked like 3 hours this morning so imma say burnt *500kcal*
I drink 4-6 cups of tea a day (green, ginger, all of em)
2 lemon drinks a day atleast for hydration!
Either fit in a few bananas a week or coconut water to keep POTASSIUM levels up - let's all try to avoid a heart attack before we're sk1nny :)
My daily limit is 400kcal, only consider eating more if I need to bike somewhere (biking is too vigorous & dangerous if I faint)
NEVER EAT OVER 800KCAL!! Otherwise m!a gotta jump in...

a real (not promoting products) glow up guide
atp i like to think i am pretty good at glow ups, physical and mental. the main principal to remember: you are going to want to make lots of little changes and one more noticeable one. let's start with the smaller ones to improve yourself!! <33
physical
• skincare
(requires products)
- first of all implement a simple skincare routine (cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen for the morning, cleanser and moisturizer for night). 10 steps are not necessary. if you want to go an extra step at night, double cleanse (water based and then oil based cleanser)
pro tip - when purchasing look utilize a pore clogger checker to check if the ingredients are harmful, then make sure the product matches your skin type (i use the app skin bliss)
and (!!!!!!) - check if the company tests on animals or support occupation, we want take care of ourselves but never at the cost of others
- make sure to bring all products down to your neck
- spf everyday
- try to do skincare about an hour before bed (so the product doesn't transfer to your pillow and has time to absorb). if you can sleep on your back (i can't to save my life)
- DO NOT WASH YOUR FACE AFTER FACE MASKS (you the oils everything away)
- before sleep vaseline under eyes (only do this if you own vaseline already, don't repurchase, they test on animals)
!doesn't require products
- ice face once a week, ideally before a facemask
- make a ricer toner (!to then use after cleanser before moisturizer!)
- wash makeup brushes once a week if you can
• body care
- use an african net cloth, holds less bacteria
- double cleanse body
mental
- write down three things you are grateful for everyday (i use the app three things, to make my life easier)
- listen to an affirmation tape on youtube or meditate every day
- do one thing everyday that involves your hobbies (for me that's reading)
lifestyle
- move your body once a week in some way (i dance and take exercise classes)
- green tea after meals if you are interested in reducing bloating (but remember, bloating is so so normal. you're going to have to leave insecures behind for this project)
- 8 hours of sleep over everything and everyone
- use a water tracker and look up how much water intake based on weight
remember this:
- korean skincare
- indian hair care
- african body care
- arab perfume
transform all of these things into a habit tracker to keep you motivated (to summarize, ill show you what we discussed)
daily:
- wear spf
- skincare × 2 (using the phases and rice toner we discussed)
- vaseline on eye bags
- green tea
- gratitude
- meditate / affirmations
- insert hobby
weekly:
- clean makeup brushes
- ice face
- exercise
and keep in mind the tips to incorporate (like bringing products to the neck, apps, ecc...)!
now the one big change, by big i mean something noticeable: hair dye, hair cut, piercing, new clothes, ecc...
this is optional but with all the little improvements your glow up will stand out even more <3

mostly a reminder for myself but maybe some of y'all will find it useful as well
Weigh yourself every 1-2 days. In the morning. Use an app to track your weight.
Don't forget to body check every morning. Take pics and keep them in a secret app like KeepSafe.
Eat a maximum of 1200 cals.
Drink 2-2.5L daily. Google the exact intake that you need.
Drink water / tea / coffee to make the hunger go away.
Do OMAD. This will make you eat less cals anyways. Stick to a 23/1 fasting window.
Do a prolonged (e.g. 48 hour) fast at least once a week. Don't forget the electrolytes!!!! If you feel sick, end the fast with chicken / vegetable broth.
Get 7.500-10.000 steps a day.
Go to the gym or do home workouts.
Drink apple cider vinegar diluted with water daily.
Drink green tea / nettle tea with lemon daily.
Only drink diet soda!!!!
Keep track of your protein intake to prevent too much muscle loss. Remember, having more muscle mass means you burn more calories at the same body weight than if you had less muscle mass.
Don't eat after 6pm.
If you know that you're meeting up with friends / family and will eat there, make this your only meal for the day. Plan ahead!
Watch mukbangs of f4t people when hungry. Or superf4t vs supersk1nn1.
Watch videos / read about the benefits of fasting to motivate you.
Take your daily supplements!!!!!!!
Have a mint mouth spray with you at all times to prevent bad smell from your mouth.
Look at mealspo to prevent a b!nge.
Allow yourself a metabolism day once a week if you hit a plateau.
If you have more advice, feel free to comment.

ah, another peaceful day at work. shikanoin heizou loved days like these. even if he enjoyed the thrills that came with being a detective, it was always nice to have a quiet day. all the small cases were already taken care of, so now he could kick back and relax with a cup of-
hm
now that’s not right
something was missing. not an assignment, no. shikanoin heizou never missed an assignment. all his papers were proofread and presented well before their due dates. he couldn’t take all the credit though, because he had the help of his lovely secretary. his secretary always made sure everything was in order, and even had the time to assure he got his daily intake of water. yes, his secretary was his lifeline, and he would probably forget to breathe without them
then his breath hitched. no wonder today felt so strange! he didn’t get his morning coffee, or a reminder to eat. archons, heizou didn’t even realize just how out of place the peace in the office was! he shot up, looking around for a familiar face, but all he was met with were the same boring figures of his co-workers. where was his human calendar? where on earth were you? heizou got no warning that you wouldn’t be at work that day, and what was even more concerning is the fact that you would never forget to tell him about the days you missed.
“oh, heizou!”
the concern immediately melted away from the boy’s face when he heard his favorite sound. there you were in the doorway, in all your organized glory. heizou was tempted to hug you, but held back upon seeing just how much you were carrying. your bag was full of papers, and you had even more documentation tucked under your arms. however, the keen green eyes of your boss immediately landed upon the two cups of milk tea. “everyone’s been asking me to file their cases, so i’ve been drowning in paperwork all morning” you shook a plastic cup at him, the purple liquid inside swirling, “but i got you something to make up for it! taro milk tea, just how you like it”. heizou gently took the cup from you, his green eyes showing appreciation, “i don’t suppose you’ve done mine too?” he said with a playful grin. you shook your head and held out one of the stacks of paperwork, “not this time airhead” you replied, “you’ve got a few case requests on your hands. better get to work on those”. he feigns heartache as he takes the stack from your hands, “oh dove, you wound me” he grits out playfully. you roll your eyes in response, “get a grip! you’re acting like i won’t help you”. he immediately perks up, all signs of pain gone,
“really?”
“of course”
“my place at seven then?”
you then hit him lightly with another case file, shaking your head at his antics, “you’re an idiot, you know that?”. he could only shrug, “i’m taking that as a yes?”. a small smile tugged at your lips, and you nodded
“it’s a date then”

A/N: ignore how bad the writing is </3 i’ve been brainrotting over heizou and secretary!reader for a while now! i hope this drabble is compensation for my inactivity !! <3
