haven’t been restricting really just kinda of eating until im not full & never never over eating. this is super sustainable for me because fasting makes me binge & stomach aches that make me unable to focus in school(which i have to do bc my grades are shit).

so plan has been

at school

- salad wo dressing with lots of croutons

- maybe some chips

- room for somthing else small

at home

- toast w fried eggs & harissa

- dinner as long as i’m not full when i finish

- one chocolate covered caramel

- coffee with oat milk
