Don't think I posted this before but I caught this on the Jade Armor dub list last year! This is listed in the Slovenian dub for Jade Armor: Mrs Bao's/Black Tiger's full name is Zi Ling Bao!
Depending on the original chinese spelling, it could mean different things but the most popular meaning seems to be "intelligent and smart"
Contrast this to "Chen Bao" (her twin, "Red Lion"), whose name could often mean "dawn" or "morning"

^ Ignore the incorrect grammar on the graphic above, it supposedly says
恭賀新禧 (Gōnghè xīnxǐ) = Best Wishes for Happy New Year
Lunar New Year Update 2019
Lunar New Year Update 2022
✨ There will be upcoming Chinese New Year held on 10 February 2024, which is Year of Wood Dragon. ✨
Recently I opened The Sims 4 game again on Steam --- Yes The Sims 4 Base game is free of purchase on Steam --- Finally I can see soothing and relieving representation of Chinese culture in-game unlike sore eyes disaster what The Sims 3 team had done on Shang Simla for The Sims 3.
Definitely there's something positive on this representation of Lunar New Year updates for 2019 and 2022 that I can give applause to EA👏 , that this company team finally made consultation to actual Chinese (and Korean) people.
Lunar New Year is a celebration of the arrival of spring and the beginning of a new year on the lunisolar calendar. It is the most important holiday in China, and it is also widely celebrated in South Korea, Vietnam, and countries with a significant overseas Chinese population.
Commonly known as the Spring Festival in China, Lunar New Year is a fifteen-day celebration marked by many traditions.
Not just celebrated in China, Korea and Vietnam celebrate Lunar New Year. So yes, we celebrate New Year twice, Gregorian New Year (1 January) and Lunar New Year (10 February, China Year 2575) in 2024.
I can only review about the Chinese New Year stuff part. I can recognize easily there's steamed fish, noodles, and Nian Gao (年糕) . And the most important part of Chinese New Year is....
🧧 Red Envelope (紅包)🧧
🧧 Hóng Bāo in Mandarin Chinese language.
🧧 Ang Pao in Hokkien Chinese language.
Who doesn't love money? You Westerners like money, don't you? On Christmas Day, Westerners have tradition to give wrapped present gift to people.
In Chinese New Year, we're Chinese people have tradition of giving Red Envelope with money inside the envelope. The person who give Hong Bao at Chinese New Year event is from married person to unmarried family members.
Wrapping lucky money in red envelopes is expected to bestow more happiness and blessings on the receivers.
There's addition of Round Table, Red Envelopes on Kumquat Tree and Orange fruit with Red Envelope on box. Yes Chinese culture is all about being prosperous and giving money gift in Red Envelope. I can tell you the representation is very good and authentic to us Chinese people that we can relate.
I can tell you team who worked in this update made consultation to Chinese people, that there are Han Zi (Chinese writing). 無魚不成席 which translates as "No Feast Without Fish" . Fish makes important meal in Chinese dining.
Here is more addition info:
Fish — an Increase in Prosperity
In Chinese, "fish" (鱼 Yú /yoo/) sounds like 'surplus'. Fish is a traditional Chinese New Year dish on the Chinese New Year dinner menu. Chinese people always like to have a surplus at the end of the year, because they think if they have managed to save something at the end of the year, then they can make more in the next year.
Steamed fish is one of the most famous Chinese New Year recipes. What fish should be chosen for the New Year dinner is based on auspicious homophonics.
Crucian carp: As the first character of 'crucian carp' (鲫鱼 jìyú /jee-yoo/) sounds like the Chinese word 吉 (jí /jee/ 'good luck'), eating crucian carp is considered to bring good luck for the next year.
Chinese mud carp: The first part of the Chinese for "mud carp" (鲤鱼 lǐyú /lee-yoo/) is pronounced like the word for gifts (礼 lǐ /lee/). So Chinese people think eating mud carp during the Chinese New Year symbolizes wishing for good fortune.
Catfish: The Chinese for "catfish" (鲶鱼 niányú /nyen-yoo/) sounds like 年余 (nián yú) meaning 'year surplus'. So eating catfish is a wish for a surplus in the year.
Eating two fish, one on New Year's Eve and one on New Year's Day, (if written in a certain way) sounds like a wish for a surplus year-after-year.
If only one catfish is eaten, eating the upper part of the fish on New Year's Eve and the remainder on the first day of the new year can be spoken with the same homophonic meaning.
Fish is an auspicious Chinese New Year symbol.
Glutinous Rice Cake — a Higher Income or Position
Chinese New Year cakes
Glutinous rice cake (年糕 Niángāo /nyen-gaoww/) is a lucky food eaten on Chinese New Year's Eve. In Chinese, glutinous rice cake sounds like it means "getting higher year-on- by year". In Chinese people's minds, this means the higher you are the more prosperous your business is a general improvement in life. The main ingredients of niangao are sticky rice, sugar, chestnuts, Chinese dates, and lotus leaves.
Longevity Noodles — Happiness and Longevity
Longevity noodles (长寿面 Chángshòu Miàn /chung-show myen/) unsurprisingly symbolize a wish for longevity. Their length and unsevered preparation are also symbolic of the eater's life.
It is a lucky food eaten on Chinese New Year Day in North China.
They are longer than normal noodles and uncut, either fried and served on a plate, or boiled and served in a bowl with their broth.
Good Fortune Fruit — Fullness and Wealth
Certain fruits are eaten during the Chinese New Year period, such as tangerines and oranges, and pomeloes. They are selected as they are particularly round and "golden" in color, symbolizing fullness and wealth, but more obviously for the lucky sound they bring when spoken.
Eating and displaying tangerines and oranges is believed to bring good luck and fortune due to their pronunciation, and even writing. The Chinese for orange (and tangerine) is 橙 (chéng /chnng/), which sounds the same as the Chinese for 'success' (成). One of the ways of writing tangerine (桔 jú /jyoo/) contains the Chinese character for luck (吉 jí /jee/).
Chinese Dumplings — Wealth
With a history of more than 1,800 years, dumpling (饺子 Jiǎozi /jyaoww-dzrr/) is a classic lucky food for new year, and a traditional dish eaten on Chinese New Year's Eve, widely popular in China, especially in North China.
Chinese dumplings can be made to look like Chinese silver ingots (which are not bars, but boat-shaped, oval, and turned up at the two ends). Legend has it that the more dumplings you eat during the New Year celebrations, the more money you can make in the New Year.
Source: LinkedIn by Manette Chen
As for fashion... I'm not woman so I am not expert about women fashion, I can tell this clothing is not Chinese Qi Pao. My girlfriend and female family members do not wear that kind of Qi Pao. This is more like Ao Dai, Vietnamese traditional dress. There's skirt beneath dress. Source: Wikipedia
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/bf67db9d0c3bacf7e1d99368eb3ed998/fdab507e99036db7-6e/s540x810/2a608eb9919b96e25b63f4598987f40c05357d22.jpg)
The rest of clothing is typical modernized clothing, which is much more realistic because we Chinese when at Chinese New Year gathering we wear red coloured modern clothing and not dress like in ancient times. Usually kids who wear Qi Pao because they are very cute to dress like that.

New Life Begins. 8
Story: 9
Acting: 10
Chemistry: 10
Comparable to: ?
This drama is the type where either fans will love it or hate it. The storyline narrative deals heavy on feminism and in my opinion does it flawlessly in a historically fictional setting. It’s hilarious (satire in this is on point), romantic, and entertaining. The acting all around is phenomenal with such an amazing cast. I actually was more for the second main couple then the mains though (Chang Long/5th prince, Liu Ling Zi ) don’t get me wrong loved Bai Jing Ting and Tian Xi Wei in the first half of the drama somewhere in the middle half though, they lost the spark a tiny bit for me especially with the whole slight spoiler (‘new wife part). This is definitely a recommend for me. Loved it to bits, even if it may get sketchy with the main leads during the middle.

The FSYY Body Count List
…Because when you are trying to procrastinate an assignment, you'll focus your attention on anything that isn't the assignment, no matter how strange the subject matter is.
So here is a list of the individual Chan juniors' body count during the course of the FSYY novel. Fantastic creatures (non-sapient, not yaoguais that have cultivated a human form, but aren't regular animals either) are listed separately.
Nezha: 15 characters
-Li Gen the Yaksha (Qiankun Ring to the head)
-Ao Bing (pulled off steed with sash, Qiankun Ring to the head, tendons pulled out)
-Verdant Cloud Boy (archery accident)
-Yao Shaosi (speared)
-Colored Cloud Immortal (speared)
-Deng Zhong (knocked off steed with Qiankun Ring, then speared)
-Ji Li (speared)
-Li Qi (knocked down with ring, speared)
-Pong Hong (knocked down with ring, speared)
-Wang Bao (knocked off steed with ring, speared)
-Ma Zhong (incinerated by the Nine Fire Dragon Bell Cover)
-Long Anji (knocked down by a ring better than his, speared)
-Gao Lanying (didn't get her needles out in time, knocked down, speared)
-Ding Ce (killed by the Qiankun Ring)
-Lu Renjie (knocked off his steed by the Qiankun Ring in a fatal blow)
Note: I didn't count the Colored Cloud Boy, Lady Shiji's other disciple that gets bonked by the Qiankun Ring, because his death is never confirmed, even though he was already "struggling for his life on the ground" when Shiji comes out of the cave.
Yang Jian: 13 characters, 2 creatures
-Chen Jiugong (speared)
-Zhou Xin (Skyhowler'ed, then chopped in half)
-Bi Huan (Skyhowler'ed, then speared)
-Wen Liang (tried to escape after being bricked by Nezha, got hit in the shoulder by Yang Jian's slingshot, fell off his horse, and died)
-Yu Hua (Leizhen Zi knocked him off his steed, Yang Jian finished him off with his polearm)
-Zhang Kui's mom (indirectly, he tricked Zhang Kui into killing her via transformation arts)
-Chang Hao (Yang Jian transformed into a flying centipede, snipped its head off, reverted to his true form, chopped up the snake, then incinerated it with Five Thunder Arts)
-Wu Long (Yang Jian turned into a golden rooster and pecked it to pieces)
-Yang Xian (tried to flee after seeing Yang Jian turn into a tiger, chopped in half)
-Dai Li (Skyhowler'ed, then speared)
-Guo Chen (speared)
-Lei Kun (speared)
-The Nine-headed Pheasant Demoness (indirectly: Skyhowler'ed, then decapitated by Zhou soldiers on the execution ground under Yang Jian's watch)
Creatures:
The Flower Fox Ferret, Mo Lishou's monstrous pet (Yang Jian burst out of its body after being eaten, tearing it into two halves in the process)
The One-horned Black Smoke Beast, Zhang Kui's magical steed (indirectly, same as Zhang Kui's mom)
Huang Tianhua: 7 characters
Chen Tong (Fire Dragon Dart sucked into Tianhua's flower basket, then decapitated by the beam of the Moye Sword)
The Four Mo Brothers (killed by the Heart-piercing Nail)
Yu Qin (killed by the Fire Dragon Dart)
Chen Geng (knocked off steed by the Fire Dragon Dart, then decapitated)
Yang Ren: 6 characters
Fang Yizhen (incinerated by the Five Fire Fan)
Li Ping (caught in the fan's AOE while trying to persuade Lv Yue)
Chen Geng (incinerated by the fan)
Lv Yue (incinerated by the fan)
Yu Xian & Yu Zhao (incinerated together)
Leizhen Zi: 5 characters
Xin Huan (Skyhowler'ed, then finished off by Leizhen Zi with a staff to the head)
Zhou Xin (Staff to the head)
Peng Zun (knocked off his steed via a staff to the shoulder, then decapitated)
Yu Guang (staff to the head)
Lei Peng (KO'ed with staff)
Huang Tianxiang: 4 characters
Feng Lin (speared)
Tao Rong (speared)
Gou Zhang (speared)
Gao Gui (speared)
Wei Hu: 4 characters
Yang Wenhui (Demon-subduing Club to the head)
Yu Da (clubbed)
Zhang Kui (clubbed)
Jade Pipa Demoness (indirectly: decapitated by soldiers under his supervision)
Jinzha: 3 characters
Wang Mo (immobilized by the Dragon Stake, then killed with a sword)
Yang Sen (immobilized by Dragon Stake, killed with sword)
Dou Rong (indirectly: Jinzha immobilized him with the Dragon Stake, but Jiang Wenhuan made the killing blow)
Muzha: 2 characters
Li Xingba (killed with one of Muzha's twin flying swords)
Lady Chedi (killed with twin flying sword)
...
Final Thoughts
-If you count the creatures, Nezha and Yang Jian's kill counts will be equal, though several of Yang Jian's kills are indirect.
-Jiang Ziya: tfw your logistic guy, responsible for overseeing the supply line, has a body count as high as your designated army vanguard.
-Yeah, Yang Jian's official job in the Zhou army is the Grain Transport Officer. I think it really fits his personality——the clever, ruthless trickster who's also a mature, polite disciple.
-Though Leizhen Zi's kill counts can't match Nezha and Yang Jian, there are multiple descriptions of him knocking down whole sections of the city wall with a single staff strike. Maybe he's the anti-fortification specialist of the team or something. /lh
-Huang Tianhua: the ranged attacker who keeps trying to be a melee DPS. /j
-For real though, he seems to rely a lot more on the Fire Dragon Darts from a slain foe, and when the Heart-piercing Nail is used after the Mo brothers' demise, it only ends up going straight through Xin Huan's wing and the Winged Immortal's right arm.
-Yang Ren always gives me the impression of a soft-spoken bureaucrat who gradually discovered his inner pyromaniac after receiving the Five Fire Fan.
-My list is only counting the named characters, but everyone on this list who's still alive during the Ten Thousand Immortal Formation Arc are described as unleashing their might and treasures during the battle.
-Considering the AOE effects of some of these treasures, they probably send a lot more filler NPCs into the Investiture.
-BTW, there are 152 names on the Investiture who are labelled as having died in the Ten Thousand Immortal Formation. 124, if you leave out the 28 Lunar Mansions, who are killed by the 4 Immortal Swords seized from Patriarch Tongtian's previous formation.
-How many percent of those 124 kills each Chan Sect participant is responsible for is up to your imagination.
-Forget about the Nezha age discourse——Huang Tianxiang was probably about 10 when he made his first kill, since the text described his head as "still bald". If I remember correctly, in the Ming dynasty, before 10, most children had their heads shaved completely bald, or leaving only a few patches of hair tied up in a braid/bun.
-He's also 14 when he made his third kill, and 17 when he was executed by Qiu Yin. Four chapters prior, Huang Tianhua died to Gao Jineng.
-Jinzha and Muzha: tfw your total kill counts combined is only a third of your little brother's.
-The one detail I've observed is that Jinzha ends up rescuing/attempting to rescue Nezha, Huang Tianhua, Jiang Ziya, and Tianhua again (together with Muzha) after they get knocked down.
-I feel kinda bad for Muzha when I look at the numbers. He does cut off one of Lv Yue's arms after recovering from his first plague attack, though.

Thinking about all the mxtx fics that gave effy names to their ocs/bg characters or straight up named them something that could not exist in Chinese pinyin again...
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/132117051d293aad4bece608d83f031b/23f3ca87763f28d5-f0/s540x810/01228b3af593a4913aac34cbda88a135d62204cc.jpg)
Just so you know these are the basic pinyin combinations that exist.
That's not even going into dialects which is a whole other thing but as far as I've seen no one has tried to write LWJ speaking in gusu dialect yet which is the irl suzhou dialec
And please be careful what you name your characters, I've seen someone name their characters Blue Book, Blue Radish, Blue Smell, Blue Bag, Scenery
Also be careful with naming them after flowers because they might end up sounding like prostitute names
The thing is WWX's birth name is literally the character for baby so weird literal names can and do exist
Hell my aunt's Chinese name is literally 'rainbow', my yeye's name was 'genius' and my nainai's sworn sister (idk how to describe it they were basically such good friends they basically call each other sisters alongside like two other women and their and my family have reunion dinner once in a while) her name was literally High Cloud 高云
Even in svssss (not counting six balls) LBH's name is literally 'the icy Luo river'
But even then they at least have nice meanings even if they ate very literal, and not like objects (tho ngl 蓝香 lan xiang, is very pretty but the author intended it to be mean spice xiangliao香料 but xiang by itself really just means smells/fragrance)
Just, please please note that Chinese words meanings changes when paired with other words and lose that meaning when it's by itself.
Like 包 bao by itself means bag. 包子 baozi means dumpling. You cannot take out the zi子 away from baozi and keep the meaning of dumpling.
But the thing is, they were all not educated. I feel like educated ppl or people with money to go to a fortune teller get nice poetic names if not then the child gets a very literal name. Though I guess birth names could get away with being more literal. LooKING AT YOU CCSR AND WCZ YOU LITERALLY NAMED YOUR CHILD WEI BABY
#Text post#Mxtx#Mdzs#mo dao zu shi#Research hard but...#I stg if I find another character with a Japanese-ish name in danmei fic...#Idk I'm feeling ranty these days#Language#wei wuxian#can you imagine naming your baby 'baby'?#i got my chinese name from a temple fortune teller#apparently i eas supposed to change it once i hit 12

Teaser on chapter 24!
Bc I loved it, and I think you would as well.
Edit: please, please let me know what do you think about this. Comments, #, rb - all goes.
If any of my followers is fluent in Arabic, I would highly appreciate it if you take a look and lmk what you think. Translating idioms is HARD.
Idioms I used/referenced to in chapter:
You play with cats, you find the talons - thousand words.
اللي بدو يلعب مع القط بدو يلقى خراميشه
Literal translation: Whoever plays with a cat will find his claws.
English equivalent: If you play with fire, you’re going to get burned.
Whoever has a head wound keeps feeling it
(I also considered "a book knows its reader" - which suits better to Jason, but is an Egyptian proverb, afaik.)
Darbk 'akhdar
دَرْبك أخضر Lit. Your path is green.
Guan Tang Bao Zi - a dish from Keifung.
Anyway -fic!
That was a good day, he remembers. Father had been away on some mission with the Kryptonian and the warrior. Mother had taken him to an old restaurant, where no one knew them. Where they were just a mother and her son, eating and talking about school or football or whatever American kids talk about. Mother had then proceeded to ensure he hadn't lost any of his fighting skills. He had gotten to keep the dagger he gained in the battle. Yes, he knows she’d let him take it. That's irrelevant. Mother is a mighty warrior, and there is no shame in losing to her. They ate dinner at a Chinese place. They even had proper Guan Tang Bao Zi, served with a spoon, like Mother used to eat as a child. He can almost taste the sugared pear he ordered as a dessert. But every good thing must come to an end.
And as they exit the restaurant, Mother takes him to an alley. There's someone already waiting there, sitting on his motorbike with his helmet on, one hand typing so.ething on his phone. “Kiif kaan?” how it's been? Mother asks as they approach the cyclist. “Tamam,” the man replies, distracted. fine. “Kiif zakhtak?” Mother asks. How do you feel? “Tamam,” the man's still focused on his phone. “Wa sahiblk?” Mother doesn't let go. and your friends? “Tamam, yā mama,” he finally put away the phone. “Kulu tamam. lā taqlluqī.” His voice is both irritated and loving as he finally turns to look at them taking off his black helmet, he smiles at mother. Fine, mom, everything's ok. Don't worry. “What will I do with you, Asfuri?” She mumbles, letting out a long sigh. “You kids and your phones.” “Hi–!” The man's mouth opens in an offended scream, but mother easily disarms him. “You are late, Ayuni,” she kisses his forehead. “I almost thought you were caught.” “As if,” the man rolls his eyes at her. “They wish. You taught me well.” “You play with cats, you find the talons,” she warns him fiercely. “I wasn't –” “How many explosions, uh? How many more then you really needed?” The man sighs. “How did you know?” “Whoever has a head wound keeps feeling it,” she reminds him. “You keep looking at your phone to see if it made it to the news yet.” “I'm sorry,” the man says. “I almost failed you. It won't happen again.” “Make sure it doesn't,” Mother is certain. “I will not lose you to such low-life creatures.” But her face are soft as she looks at Damian's brother. “Rukhi“ she kisses his right cheek. My soul “Mi Alma,” she finally kisses his left cheek. Jinsu's face is an interesting color. Almost as red as his war helmet, Damian notices. Mother takes a deep breath, and faces back at Damian. “Yalla, Habibi,” she holds him. “It’s time to go.” (And if his arms hold her tightly, and his fists are closed behind her back– if he breathsher for nearly a minute, there's no one around to say anything about it. Except for Jinsu, but he'll never tell.) “Darbk 'akhdar, Galbi,” Mother says as she picks him up and helps him up the motorcycle. Travel safely, my heart. (He can do it alone, but her arms are soft and warm and long missed. He lets her help him.) "aetni bi'akhik, ya ibni,” she says. Take care of your brother, my son. “Dayamin,” they both reply. Always. (Damian doesn't look back as his brother takes them away from their mother.)

*novel spoilers*
There's a recurring theme of separation in the original novel that the drama hasn't really had time to portray. Xiao bao's name is wei li li, and "li" means to separate. I think this was the first instance that priest introduces this idea to the readers.
Then WQ's stepdad and mom dies, marking the first separation in the novel.
There's another character called Ma zi who lives with his mom running a breakfast stall by the side of the road. In an accident, the pot of hot dough-frying oil tumbles over the mom and she loses an arm and a leg. Ma zi, who is desperate for money for his mom's treatment, resorts to selling drugs for Le ge and is shot dead by police. Another separation of life and death.
Over at WQ's, Xiao bao's grandmother from the stepdad's side shows up and ends up living with them. She has a stroke a few years later and becomes incontinent and increasingly reliant on the kids for everyday tasks.
Grandma and Ma zi's mom end up leaving to wander off together in the winter because they didn't want to be a burden for the kids anymore. Ma zi's mom leaves a note that says, we didn't die, we just left.
There a chinese saying of "生离死别". 生离 is separation in life and 死别 is separation by death. WQ has experienced plenty of both. The novel ends with a quote: from now on we won't have 生离, only 死别. Only death will separate us.
#da ge by priest#unknown the series#the first half of wei qians life is just#one thing after another#if they make it into a movie i think grandma and ma zi's mom's plotline would be very poignant

Artica Being Chinese
Disclaimer: These scenarios highlight not only Chinese culture, but in some cases, stereotypes associated with Chinese-Americans. These are not meant to be discriminatory or offensive and are mainly for entertainment purposes. The following options are not necessarily those of the publisher, who unfortunately, happens to be Caucasian. The main dialect used in these scenarios is Mandarin Chinese, although, I am unable to translate it properly through the text.
Tiger Story Consultant
Buster: Our latest show got a B- from the Adaptation Guild.
Artica: That’s TERRIBLE, Mr. Moon! We gotta do better!
Buster: I’ll admit, it is a grade lower than I expected, but a B is still good.
Artica: Buster, a ‘B’ is a Chinese F!
Eddie: This whole ‘tiger mom’ situation would be much more amusing if she weren’t a real tiger.
((..))
At A Chinese Restaurant
Miss Crawly: It’s a shame Artica had to stay with her dad tonight.
Buster: We’ll just order her a few things from this menu. Ah! How about some crab rangoons and some chop suey!
Nooshy: Art’ka told me those aren’t real Chinese foods. A lot of food served in Chinese restaurants are actually made in America by Chinese-Americans.
Miss Crawly: These fortune cookies hurt my teeth. Let’s give them all to Artica.
Nooshy: Those were created in San Francisco! Also, there’s probably a rule about getting so many fortunes.
((..))
Kerani: Meena would look cute in this Chinese dress.
Artica: Cheongsam.
Kerani: Did you say something?
Artica: That kind of dress would be called a cheongsam or qipao!
Kerani: But you told me a cheongsam was a hair bun.
Artica: One of many. You also have the classic wan zi tou or a shuangyaji in the shape of a Y!
Meena: Why did I think it was a hanfu?
Artica: Hanfu, or beizi are usually more fancy than this and we don’t have time for that.
((..))
At A Family Reunion
Buster: Ni Hao!
Artica: Mr. Moon, when addressing a group, it’s Ni Ma Hao!
Buster: But you told me Ma was a horse!
Artica: It can be, but… Mom, help me out!
Mrs. Kennedy: He’s not my boss who knows nothing about Chinese culture. You deal with him.
((..))
Chopsticks
Artica: Mr. Moon, why are you pointing at people with your chopsticks? That’s rude!
Buster: Nobody seems to complain if I do the same thing with a fork?
Artica: Well, they should! Either way, it’s unsafe!
Porsha: So, do we put these in our hair afterwords, or…
Artica: Not with the kind you eat!
((..))
Johnny: How come Art’ka has those dumplings on pedestals onstage?
Suki: She said it was for her Christmas number.
Artica: 🎵 Hang a shining star upon the highest bao! 🎶
Suki: If only she could put this much effort into self-control as she can for a pun.
((..))
Snow
Artica: Ah! Xue!
Gunter: Hey! Language!
Artica: Uh, yeah! Mandarin!
Gunter: Just because it’s snowing, it doesn’t give you the right to say that poopy word!
Artica: But I love snow! That’s why my dialect slipped!
Gunter: Well, if you don’t be careful with what you say around Rosita, she’ll definitely make you slip!
