Weekend reset ✩°。⋆⸜ 🎧

• Full skincare routine. Face lift massager, pumpkin seed oil, aloe vera mist, retinol eye masks, rose face mask. <333 🌸🪷
• Energy cleansing music. I always enjoy singing bowls and cleansing music to rid me of the week’s stress. (Singing bowls are great, but Sade and Jhené Aiko basically do the same thing too)
• Swimming. Personally, I find water very cleansing and rejuvenating. You can also take a long bath/shower, and fully visualize yourself being cleansed. 🏊‍♀️
• Lots of greens and nutrients + protein. Eating good food makes me feel good, simple as that. I am able to really enjoy and appreciate my food on weekends, which I love. I get to make all of my favourite little treats and nice big meals, love it. 🙏🙏🙏
• Clean room = full declutter session. I can’t stand having a messy room (yet I do, and I usually don’t do anything about it for the whole week). So anywayyyy the weekend is great because I can make sure everything is organized and clean + I feel so good when I declutter.
• Deep meditation and mindfulness exercises. Put on a guided meditation or some simple meditation music and clear your mind. Breathe. It may seem small, but this is a huge act of self love! Taking time out of your busy day to sit and breathe with yourself, amazing. 🧘‍♀️
• Read/write. Writing is an excellent creative outlet. You can let go of all your worries and stresses on paper (love my journal). Or you can write about all the amazing things in your life that make you happy! (All I write about honestly, I can’t help that I love my life so much!)
• Deep stretch and good workout. Your body will thank you for stretching out all your knots and tight muscles. Long workout sessions where you can focus on yourself are the besttttt 💪🤞🏋️‍♀️

i wanna pluck his brows

“what are you doing?”
you’re currently wearing a kuromi headband and an under eye mask. your posture is abhorrent as you peer into your bathroom mirror, tweezing away at your eyebrows. you squint your eyes and pluck out a singular, stray hair. 
“plucking my brows,” you reply to your husband without even batting an eye. 
ushijima doesn’t say anything. he watches silently as you tweeze out your eyebrow hairs and line them up neatly on a piece of toilet paper. he’s grown used to you and your self-care habits, be it the guasha routine you have in the morning or the terrifying red-light mask you don at night. one time, ushijima was so scared by that same mask because all the bedroom lights were switched off and he thought the devil had come for him. you barely avoided being hit in the face with his mean left hook. 
it’s not like ushijima doesn’t take care of his appearance. he had a minimal skincare routine of actual face wash (not bar soap!) and some moisturiser, but anything beyond that was unknown territory. you helped out with organising a simple schedule for masks, retinol, exfoliation, and sunscreen. he likes it when you help him do his skincare, soft fingers working the product into his skin. 
“do you want to pluck my eyebrows too?” ushijima offers. 
now, you turn to look at him. kuromi’s ears wiggle with your movement. behind on the counter is ushijima’s own corner where he keeps his skincare and razors neatly organised, his matching cinnamoroll headband neatly atop everything else. 
“are you sure? it hurts, toshi. i could do it for you if you want, though.”
ushijima wakatoshi is a strong man. he can deadlift about 200kg, he’s 192.7cm tall, and has played in the olympics before. surely he can handle some eyebrow tweezing. 
ushijima insists because he always wants to share experiences with you, even in the most mundane of things, so you concede because you do want to see him react to having his eyebrows plucked. he helps you sit on the bathroom counter and stands close enough that your knees brush against his abdomen. he places his palms on either side of your thighs, kissing your hairline affectionately. 
you take your time to comb out ushijima’s eyebrows with a spoolie. he’s blessed with rather thick brows and a nice, gentle arch, but you spot multiple stray hairs near his tails.
“i’ll just help you clean up the shape, okay? let me know if it hurts. i’ll start with this side.”
ushijima hums and closes his eyes as you place your thumb under his eyebrow to keep the skin taut. your tweezers find their target, and you pluck the offending hair out of his skin. 
ushijima jumps. his eyes are watering as they fly open, his brown bone stinging with pain. he doesn’t want to admit that his asshole just clenched. you stifle your laughter at his bewildered expression.
“toshi? are you okay?” you soothe. 
you kiss his brow. 
“how many more do you have to do?” he asks, deadpan. 
“mmm… maybe twenty on each side?” 
he pales. alas, ushijima wakatoshi is not a man who backs down from anything, even the most butthole-clenching pain of eyebrow plucking. he squeezes his eyes shut and lets you continue. 
the next day, he shows up to the olympics team training with neat eyebrows. kageyama stops mid-step to stare at him and even tilts his head to the side.
“you look different, ushijima-san.”
“do i?”
ushijima takes a sip from his bottle. 
bokuto gasps loudly. “woah! you’re like, ten times more handsome today, ushiwaka!” 
ushijima thinks of you, giggling as he furrowed his face in pain last night, determined to make it to the end of his eyebrow torture. you kissed him every single time you plucked a single hair. a small smile replaces the stoic expression on his face.
“thank you. my wife plucked my eyebrows for me.”

Hehe so I mayyyy have stalked your account for the past hour 🙈 the content is amazing! Would it be okay to request how König would respond if his wife was big on self care/beauty. At home spa treatments, ‘everything’ showers, and extensive skincare routine… would he want in on the activities or would he be the type to just silently observe?
Consider this: Konig should have terrible skin because he literally wears his hood all the time, the sweat and grime sit on his face for so long, that it can be considered the only form of makeup he is fine with...yet somehow, with some horrible play of fate, his skin is actually pretty decent. Maybe it's his hygiene - despite all of his performative manliness and lack of desire to actually take care of himself, he showers as often as he can on his job, he covers his face from most of the blood and rubble so, in the end, he isn't as dirty as he could be. Konig doesn't understand skincare at all - he has perfect clean skin, clear from all breakouts and pimples, his teenage acne is long in the past - and he thinks that everyone has the same perfect genetics. He will buy you expensive stuff if you ask for them specifically - this man wouldn't be able to dissect moisturizer from sunscreen unless you tell him it's a form of a chemical weapon used in advanced warfare tactics. You tell him to buy Drunk elephant retinol formula, and he asks how this can be used to poison his enemies. You can rope him into doing masks with you - just for the sake of feeling nice and relaxed. Maybe something with moisture components, he likes the feeling of just laying on the bed and not having to do anything for 20 minutes, as much as he claims he hates the feeling of cold gel on his face and he isn't a woman to do all of those skincare sets. He strictly believes that his dick would fall off if he would actually show interest...so he pretends he doesn't like it. nope. not at all. He is glad to buy you all of the stuff you want though - he is extremely observant and he looks at what things you're using and what is running out, so you're completely convinced that miniature bottle of clinique tonic is endless and you've been using the same bottle for three month already. He replaces everything silently, the gals at Sephora giving him a rough time because they are convinced that a burly silent man who towers over every aisle is going to rob them.

disclaimer i am NOT a dermatologist so to create this post i did LOTS of research and i'll link all of my sources at the end of the post. i just wanted to kind of put everything that i found in here so i hope its helpful 💕🗒️

HOW TO DETERMINE UR SKIN TYPE ;
wash ur face with a gentle cleanser, pat dry and wait for about 30 minutes. if ur skin appears shiny throughout then u have oily skin, if ur skin appears tight/flaky then u have dry skin.
if u notice a slight shine on your nose and forehead then you have normal skin. if you have a combination skin type, then the skin will get oily around the t-zone.
INGREDIENTS TO LOOK FOR ;
for skin with acne -> salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, sulfur and mandelic acid.
for dry skin -> lactic acid, hyaluronic acid, ceramides and glycerin.
for pigmented skin -> mandelic acid, niacinamide, vitamin C, and arbutin.
INGREDIENTS THAT U SHOULD NOT MIX ;
mixing retinol and vitamin C causes irritation, mixing vitamin C and glycolic acid results in over-exfoliation, mixing AHA and retinol causes extreme dryness.
INGREDIENTS THAT U SHOULD MIX ;
hyaluronic acid + ceramides = repairing skin barrier. niacinimide + salicylic acid = healing acne. retinol + niacinimide = collagen production.
GLOWY SKIN TIPS ;
use a cleansing balm to cleanse ur face to remove all the impurities from ur skin
use serums to hydrate ur skin
lather on moisturizer, dont put too much to the point where ur skin cannot produce its own oils, but you MUST moisturize
apply sunscreen everyday, not only on ur face but also on ur neck and hands
face masks 1-2x a week
get enough sleep, drink enough water, and steer clear of overly processed foods
SKINCARE DOESNT STOP AT UR CHIN ;
its important to take care of the skin on ur neck for SO many reasons because skincare doesnt stop at ur chin. ur neck reflects the first signs of aging, and its most susceptible to sun damage so show it some love!
use the same products that u use on ur face on ur neck also, moisturize ur neck and always apply sunscreen, lastly, use some retinol to build collagen.
HOW TO APPLY RETINOL ;
when applying retinol, use a pea sized amount. avoid application around ur eyes and the openings in ur nose, and use retinol in ur night skincare routine only.
HOW OFTEN TO USE SKINCARE ;
retinol should be used nightly (1-2x a week for beginners). hyaluronic acid should be used (2x a day). salicylic acid should be used (1-2x a week). sunscreen should be applied daily, no need to apply it at night and if u can, you should reapply it every 2-3 hours. vitamin C (1x a day in the morning).
SERUMS FOR UR SKIN-TYPE ;
for oily skin use -> salicylic acid, niacinimide and mandelic acid.
for dry skin use -> hyaluronic acid, ceramides and lactic acid.
for normal skin use -> vitamin C, glycolic acid, and retinol.
for aging skin use -> peptides, retinol and vitamin C.
for acne prone skin use -> salicylic acid, retinol, and niacinimde.
for combination skin use -> mandelic acid, niacinimide, and glycolic acid.
WHAT TYPE OF FACEMASK IS BEST FOR YOU ;
cream masks are good for all skin-types and it soothes and moisturizes. clay masks are good for oily or acne prone skin and it absorbs oil and controls shine. charcoal masks are good for oily or acne prone skin, and it deep cleanses and unclogs.
sheet masks are good for all skin-types, it nourishes and hydrates. enzyme masks are good for all skin-types and it gently exfoliates and brightens the skin. bubble masks are good for all skin-types and it hydrates and soothes.
gel masks are good for all skin-types and it provides a cooling effect. exfoliating masks are good for all skin-types BUT if u have sensitive skin then exfoliating masks are not for you. exfoliating masks remove dead skin cells and debris.
HOW TO LAYER UR SKINCARE ;
in the morning (cleanser + toner + hydrating serum + vitamin c + moisturizer + sunscreen) in the evening (double cleanse + toner + hydrating serum + retinol + moisturizer)

Skincare. Wonyoung has Flawless skin, finding a skincare routine that works for you can help you archive similar results!!
Wonyoungs skincare routine:
According to Google, Wonyoung only uses Innisfree products and starts by double cleansing her face, for that, she uses the Green Tea Cleansing Oil ($24), and the Green Tea Amino Acid Face Cleanser ($12)
To get the dewy class skin effect, hydration is key!! In the morning, Wonyoung likes using the Green Tea Hyaluronic Acid Serum ($30) and the Dewy Glow Tone-up Cream ($26)
Of course, you can't forget SPF. Wonyoung uses the Mild Cica Sunscreen Tone-Up SPF 50+ PA ++++, which is also great for acne-prone and sensitive skin types!! :)
For her night routine, she likes the Retinol Cica Moisture Recovery Serum ($37) and the Dewy Glow Jelly Cream ($26).

Elevate your daily life:
Healthy diet. Eating nutritious and healthy food is the first and most important step to clear skin and an overall good feeling!! Make sure to eat enough protein (ex. yoghurt, chicken, tofu or eggs), lots of fruits and veggies, and healthy fats (ex. Avocados, fish, nuts, olive oil)!!
Exercise daily. Besides dancing, Wonyoung loves pilates!! You can find lots of great Pilates videos on YouTube!!
Work on your posture!! Having good posture will not only make you feel better but also lets you appear more confident, elegant and put together. Try daily stretching and exercises to improve it <3
Try establishing a proper morning and night routine, this can help you stay structured and relaxed even on more messy and busy days.

Makeup:
Wonyoung is known for her iconic glittery and feminine make-up!!
Light pink blush, plump lips, glowy skin and a glittery but not too heavy eye look.
Foundation on the centre of your face and blend outwards for a naturally contoured look.
Always apply your matt products before your shimmers, that way, your makeup looks cleaner!! Also, apply your glitters from finest to chunkiest. :)
Don't apply your shimmers/glitters past the middle of your eyelid to avoid looking puffy.
If you have warm-toned skin, go for peachy glitters, for cool-toned skin, choose a champagne-coloured one.
If your struggle with dark under eyes, blend your concealer with your fingers!! This will give it a lot more coverage.
You can find lots of tutorials on Wonyoung-inspired make-up on YouTube, this one is my favourite.

drink lots of water and try to reduce alcohol consumption.
talk daily walks, for an hour or more.

Now being the leaders of the criminal organization BONTEN and entering the gang scene with a federal bounty on her head, what if love with her No. 2 and a bit of the past resurfaces?? “Sanzu, Y/N, respectfully, please calm down on the amount of drugs.” Kakucho said, sitting across from Sanzu. Stubbly looking over to Mikey at the right of him — strangely attending the meeting at the head of the table — asking for approval to question such big figures in the way he did.

Y/N sent a sharp glare towards despite being on the other head, about a metre away from the number 3. Sanzu gave a cheeky smile that people would relate to the Cheshire cat. His pearly whites showed while Y/N rolled her eyes at the boy’s antics.
“I’ll only stop if I bring Mikey and the princess an issue. I do think Y/N should stop. She’ll age really badly!” He responded to Kakucho while a bit of fake sympathy laced his voice.
“I’ve bought enough for Y/n to not age badly. Great retinols and I’ve even showed her some botox places that were rated well. She gave me the same little pretty glare she’s giving you now.” Ran pitched into the conversation.
“Shut the fuck up Ran no one cares about you and your issues about being an old hag.” Sanzu bites the 31 year old to his side, the banter flowing freely among the trio.
“For once I believe I have to agree with the dunce.” Rindou reluctantly admitted.
“I think we should get back to the main problem right now.” Kokonoi started, “We need to start making connections with different gangs at the moment and we also need to work on our financial issue which is being affected with the substance use from all of you.��
“I don’t do drugs!” Mucho stated in defence of his use.
“You dumbfuck! Substances aren’t just drugs. I’m saying those shitty cigarettes you smoke, the vapes that teens these days use, to edibles or drugs that Y/N and Sanzu are using. They’re all substances and FUCK WE SPEND TO MUCH ON THAT SHIT!” Kokonoi explained with frustration.
“So, all you want is for me to stop using drugs? Well then, I’m out of this then. Mikey, Kakucho, Kokonoi, and Takeomi. Make an event sending regards and invite the top 15 gangs to an event at one of the Haitani's clubs. Ran and Rindou, you guys can decide a club you’re fine with being used.” Y/n ordered.
With a click-clack of her MIU MIU heels, Y/N pushed her chair back and walked out of the room. The sound of her footsteps echoed through the room as Mikey watched her leave. As a small grin decorated his face, entertained by the events. A quiet chuckle left Sanzu’s mouth with the same idea.

"You guys know the BONTEN event, right??" Kimiko sat with her legs crossed on top of a table.
"Yeah. One of my workers told me when their number 2 was high." Shu replied taking another hit of his blunt.
"OMG DON'T TELL ME YOU GOT US AN INVITE? KIMI!" Aria squealed with excitement while shaking Kimiko's shoulders rapidly.
"Yes, yes, yes. I was able to get myself on the list and asked the man if I could bring you. I also said that I could provide smokes and shit so Shu, you need to be there with something for about 150 people." Y/n rambled. "Aria, keep on the low though. You're not a present figure."
"Yes ma'am!!" Aria chorused.
Kimiko shot her an annoyed look but secretly felt a sense of happiness.
"What's the deal. Why would they hold an event?" Shu interrogated.
Kimiko didn't know but she had one thing on her mind. Build connections with the gang. The others in the room had a similar idea as well but they'd never admit that. As the leader, she needed to step up.
"BONTEN is uptight so I doubt they'd let anyone know but I'm thinking it's about business."
She glanced over to Shu and he cracked a grin to her gaze.
"Let's take this opportunity to talk to them privately and introduce them to us. Aria, you step down on this one. Me and Shu will do the talking, don't expect this to be free time though. Make sure you study the other people at the event."
Aria nods. Shu focuses.
'Y/N should be wary of who she messes with.' Kimiko thought.

“Hey, Kakucho. Who told that one bitch about our event?” Mochizuki asked him at the VIP section of the bar as they just finished the final few touches of the event.
Kakucho and Kokonoi got confused about what he was talking about. The 2 walked over to try and look at the phone he was holding and Y/N just took a glance from her side across the room.
“I told them.” Y/N said.
“Wasn’t it supposed to be underground?” Kakucho asked, “It kinda makes us look desperate…you know?”
Mochizuki looked at the phone in confusion as everyone was on the same page of this being laid-back and secretly trying to find someone to ally with. Nothing too public. That was indeed not the case though and Y/N had other plans that differed with the group.
“It’s just for a bit of excitement. We haven’t said shit or made any moves in a while. Keeps the people thinking and people might less pussy and actually talk to us.” Y/N explained.
The time had now been 10:45 and the rest of the members were doing their own thing while Mikey looked at you with his cold eyes. He was curious about the way you stood silent and looked at the ground instead of scrolling on your phone as usual.
The B2 tweet really got the people going insane and some envied the groups and those who had come out saying they were going. Your ego was as big as a pool but your cold demeanour covered it up. He thought you’d look at them as a laugh.
“Y/N. Let’s talk outside.” Mikey asked.

“LET’S GET THIS PARTY STARTEDDDD!!!!” Sanzu barged in holding a bottle of beer in front of the crowd of gang members who had arrived.
The crowd went insane after seeing the bubblegum crackhead’s words. Rindou was playing DJ that night and the EDM was echoing throughout the speakers set around the building. Girls were sitting on the speakers still looking pretty to attract the gangs and get them to feel themselves.
Mikey watched everyone from the VIP room. The security cameras had 8k quality. The average company could only wish to own the amount of cameras they have. He thought back to the conversation he had with Y/N. Something she had known.
“You have some plan. Something smartass type shit.” Mikey confronted her softly so she wouldn’t feel as if he was enraged.
“Mhm. Wanna know or something?” Y/n questioned back.
Now Mikey was faced with a sense of curiosity. He had trusted Y/N because it was mutual. She’d put her life for him and he’d do the same but they knew they’d never be in that situation. Y/N was smarts enough to cover for both of their hellish lives. Despite this, in that moment that was something that he wanted to question her on.
What Mikey didn’t realise is that Y/N knew his every expression. Even his pitch black eyes that held no emotions was something that didn’t stop her from figuring out how he really felt. His eyes staring into the ground was enough to tell her he was pondering about asking.
“I’m thinking of making small changes so we can catch these big gangs hitting their most vulnerable moments. More girls around to see how they respect women, seeing how they react under the influence of alcohol. It’s small things that set it up.” Y/n clarified.
What she said really had made a difference in how the delinquents around the club and bar were acting. Some were straight hooligans and some had acted like how old friends of his probably would’ve if they still were here.
As Mikey was attentively watching the cameras he soon realised all the members had left the room, he decided to walk out himself and become a little more social.

“I guess we have a lot more in common than I thought. Shu Yamaha, correct?” Kokonoi clarified to the man in front of him.

Ur so desperate for someone to notice how above it all and mature you are- you’re not gonna get a cookie. Socialite Series: Cherry’s Master Post
Things that have helped me, that could help you. Here is a master list of my softmaxxing journey!
Body:
J*hn Bent*n’s workouts: Yes he’s an asshole but his workouts really do work. He used to train models and his workouts are life changing.
2. B-12 Lipo salines: These you can consume in a shot (like an injection) or in a saline (go to a GOOD DOCTOR for this). I prefer the saline, and my doctor recommended the 6 week course for me (one saline every week). It burns subQ fat and that was the main reason why I began using those. There is zero side effect to these, acc to my doc.  edit: don’t really recommend these anymore. I’ll update this list when I finish my Emsculpt.
3. Diet: More protein, more vegetables, more water and lesser intake of carbs. Carbs are important but i used to over-consume them. Cutting down has helped me a lot. I also did a gut bacteria test (you basically sent a piece of your shit to a lab and they analyse it) to understand what foods worked for me and what didnt. 
4. Probiotics for metabolism management 
5. Measuring: I stopped tracking weight and began tracking body fat % instead. I feel that this works better for me. 
6. Wood therapy: I KNOW. You lot will think its bogus but it helped me and im sticking to it, so there. There’s no wood therapy spa near me, so i ordered the wood therapy tools from amazon, plastic wrap, a waist trainer, almond oil. I looked up videos on wood therapy and lymphatic drainage, and i do it for about 5 mins on my tummy and thighs before my work outs, wrap my torso with plastic wrap, throw the waist trainer on top. 
Skin:
Accutane: this helped me tremendously with my acne and my skin is 95% blemish free now. If you are taking this, remember to be disciplined and regular. 
Zero alcohol: I stopped drinking completely and its done my skin and health wonders.
Products: Sunscreen + Vitamin C combo in the AM. Retinol + moisturiser at night. Recommended by my dermat. 
Hair removal: I refuse to shave because its so uncomfortable so i prefer to wax once in 2 months. Personally, when I began exfoliating my body twice a week - I use a scrub by the Body Shop - I noticed that the hair was growing back slower than it used to. I use a loofah for everyday too. I don’t believe in laser because it’s never just 6 sessions; you do have to have “maintenance” sessions as well post the 6.
Face sculpting: Gua sha on alternative nights. I dont know if this works or is placebo, but I felt like it did. 
Body lotion every day. Twice a day sometimes. I swear, it makes you smell good and feel so soft. 
Expensive make up: specially, foundation. I’m sorry, i know this could be controversial. But idk what cow semen Charlotte Tilbury puts in her make up, it seriously makes me glow. I’m yet to find a good drug store alternative. A while back, I stopped wearing concealer, and I began using a lighter shade of CT’s foundation as concealer over my normal shade. I feel that because the products are chemically the same, they blend better and don’t react and “peel.” Highly recommend that too. For the rest of my face like powder, blush, eyeliner, I do use normal drug store make up.  
Oral hygiene:
I used to have braces. After taking them off, I noticed a difference in my jaw.
Brush, floss, Listrine, tongue cleaner
Mild whitening. I think Hollywood level teeth whitening looks crazy and I want to look as “naturally” beautiful as possible.
Hair care:
For hair growth: as recommended by my doc: minoxidil hair foam 5% w/w Tugain Foam.
High frequency wand before wash days on my scalp. 
Moroccan hair oil. I use a tiny amount everyday on my ends after I finish my make up for the day and I swear it makes my hair shine like crazy.
I also got hair Botox done because i used to have curly but absolutely unmanageable hair. I tried to make it work for years but i gave up and caved in to having permanent straight hair and I love it. 
I only shampoo twice a day so on days when i workout but don’t shampoo, i use hair perfume. I spray some of it on my brush and run it through my hair. I swear it works. 
Overall:
The colour palette theory seriously works. I didn’t realise that wearing the right colours can impact you so much.
Confidence is absolutely key. I seriously recommend going to a group class of some sort if you have the time and just mingling with random people. Social situations are important to gauge your “standing.”
Random but if you have a big nose: grow out your eyebrows / fill them in slightly thicker. I noticed that when I had thin eyebrows, my nose would stand out more but when I made them thicker, it balanced my face out better. 
Steam iron your clothes before you wear them. You will look 100% put together. 
*IF* you’re aesthetically challenged when it comes to picking clothes, use my rule of thumb: never wear any more than 3 colours at once  (remember: IF you can’t put outfits together).

My mom and I had a really interesting conversation about taking care of yourself and taking pride in your appearance vs performing femininity. I’d love the share the short version here.
- shaving is bad for you so stop. So is makeup. If you MUST do these things, find products that mitigate the damage done.
- skin care doesn’t mean retinol and anti aging, it means sunscreen and moisturizer.
- style doesn’t mean trendy or feminine. Butch lesbians are some of the most stylish people on earth. Style means that you’re expressing yourself with clothes that make YOU happy and are practical and comfortable. I personally love flowy floral print shirts but pair them with very masculine khaki shorts in the summer. In fall and winter I switch by wearing a lot of masculine shirts with yoga pants. I love big poofy sweaters. Don’t be afraid to mix what you want. Wear your favorite colors. Have fun.
- hair styles and color can be fun if you like to experiment or they can be practical and easy to maintain if you’re not into hair. Buy products that nourish your hair and keep it healthy and take it easy on blow drying/curling/straightening/otherwise damaging your hair in pursuit of style. There are no wrong answers as long as your hair is healthy and clean!
- bathe regularly and get in between the crevices. Just no soap inside you. In between your buttcrack isn’t inside, and neither is your vulva, so soap up! Find scent free and moisturizing or sensitive skin friendly products. Try not to use super hot water.
- drink water, sleep, relax, eat your veggies. Go for a walk! Turn off your screen sometimes.
- exercise and stretch because it keeps you healthy and strong, don’t do these things to be thin. The number on the scale doesn’t matter if your body moves well and your blood work is good.
Refusing to perform femininity doesn’t mean rotting. Wearing stained, smelly clothes, skipping showers, leaving hair to tangle and break- none of that is feminist praxis. Neither is an unhealthy diet or refusing to care for your body.
Feminist praxis is loving yourself. It’s taking care of your human body because it’s you and you deserve so much more than to be an object. You deserve health and pleasure and healing. You deserve self expression and comfort.
Think of yourself like a garden. Patriarchy demands you plant a sickly monocrop. The answer is not to salt the earth. The answer is to plant what you want and to thrive under the sun in defiance.
And if this sounds a bit too close to choice feminism, just remember it’s never bad to think critically about your choices. And that goes beyond just fighting patriarchy.

Ever since Konig met you, his dry skin couldn’t thank you enough. He’s finally upgraded from Head & Shoulders/Dish Soap to an actual skincare routine😭
One time, Horangi stopped by his Konig’s quarters to deliver some paperwork and was greeted by Konig — pink gel eye patches, matcha mud face mask, & applying Laniege to his lips
Skincare lets go!! I'm such a skincare hoe, I just can't help but imagine Konig slowly being introduced to the world of sunscreen, moisturizer and expensive brands just for his skin. He most certainly has skin problems, both from constantly wearing a damp mask that is soaked in sweat, blood, and dirt, and then from exposing his sensitive skin to the sun after days of never showing anything. His skin is as dry as a sandpaper, and Darling would have to do extensive research just to repair the damage. He hates vitamins to help his gut health and to improve his skin, he takes retinol every other night and doesn't forget to moisturize his skin. He has a lot of products that you bought for him especially, but he loves to steal your supplies sometimes because it makes him close to you. It also helps establish a routine when he is away from you - it bring you two closer when he sends you text after forgetting in what order he should apply serums or what to do with a nasty breakout from the last time he gut an enemy and let their blood pour on his face. Horangi is still more traumatized after seeing his colonel is mud mask and what at first asking if it's some new form of full camouflage.

“i’m home!” beomgyu takes a deep sigh of relief, finished with a longs day of work. he slips off his shoes, carefully setting his bag aside and dropping his keys in the designated bowl.
per usual, your footsteps are light, retreating from the bedroom and quickly making your way over to your boyfriend.
“welcome home, beomie,” you throw your arms around his neck, smiling as you look at him. you worked all morning while he worked all night making it hard to be together in the privacy of your own home. hence, days where he would be home earlier than expected, both of you cherished any time that could be spent.
he gave you a quick peck, his arms slithering around your waist, “had a good day?”
you hummed, fingers twirling around the strands of his brown hair.
“you hungry? i made you somethin’ quick to eat if you want,” pointing at the food on the table. whenever he had a bad day at work, a home meal can always lift his mood.
“i’m good, baby, thank you,” he sighs, “i’ll eat it tomorrow… right now i just wanna get settled into bed with you.”
you smiled, pressing your lips to his. beomgyu relished in the feeling, holding you tight against him. if he had known what the world had in store for him sooner, perhaps he would have chased after you and begun to learn the meaning of what he now knows is true love.
“did you already start getting ready for bed?”
“no,” you shake your head, “i waited for you… i know you like it when we start together.”
beomgyu rushes to shower and change his clothes, coming back into the bathroom to see you placing out the products you’ll be using.
“so… what are we doing today?” he asks, scanning the items while pushing his hair back with a headband.
“same as usual… i just got some more products for your skin type.”
“skin type?” he quips, not even aware of his.
you laugh, patting his cheek, “you have oily skin, beomie. don’t you realize that when you go out your skin looks super shiny despite not doing anything active?”
he furrows his brows, “i just thought that was sweat!”
“no,” you grin, “how could you sweat? you didn’t do anything. that’s why i always give you the blotting paper to use instead of a regular paper towel.”
he stares in disbelief, realizing all the stuff you’ve given him specifically for his skin type, “wow, you’re a lifesaver.”
“i know,” you boast, continuing to lay out the products.
following through with the routine was easy. you showed beomgyu what products to use starting from a mask, the cleanser, a serum, retinol, moisturizer, and acne treatment.
however, leading up to the treatment, beomgyu begins to whine and you turn to him with furrowed brows as you were putting on your moisturizer.
“shit!” he seethes, fanning at his face, “what the hell, y/n?!”
huffing, you finally ask him the issue at hand, “what’s the matter with you?”
“it burns! i placed a little of the acne thing on my pimple right here but now it burns!”
you roll your eyes, “oh, stop whining you big baby,” pushing at your skin once finally done with your routine, “that means it’s working. that’s a common thing to happen, just relax. it’ll go away eventually.”
beomgyu frowns, fanning his face, loudly hoping you’d do something to make it better. of course, you knew him better than anyone, willingly giving him what he wanted.
the warm sensation of your lips pressing against his cheek was far different and far better than the sting of the treatment. he felt healed of all the pain he felt in an instant, grinning from ear to ear.
you roll your eyes at his reaction, “are you happy now, you big baby?”
“very.”
“good,” you smile, booping his nose, “hurry up so we can go to bed.”
“wait…” his hand circles around your wrist as he sits up on the edge of the counter quickly gaining your attention.
“hm?”
he doesn’t say anything but you look at him and could read all the thoughts circulating his brain. your heart and face softens, your body standing in-between his legs.
you lean in, a reassuring kiss reaching his plump pink lips, whispering back the confession you could read from him.
“i love you more, beomie.”

The Charlie Slimecicle Snacks, Diet, Skincare, Daily Supplements, And Workout RoutineTM
SNACKS
-IF BIG HUNGRY
- Get 1 and 1/2 pound of ground chicken -if still hungry, get another one- can put in low fat tortilla, add cheese, spinach, ect.
-IF SMALL HUNGRY
-Must be Greek yogurt, MAX three times a day, because one time you had too many and your tummy hurt and you kept doing it and your mom said you had to stop -can add fruit and chia seeds-if small hungry but you have already consumed 3 yogurts, then handful of nut -if still hungry, but not enough for ground chicken, enter post-yogurt, pre chicken gathering, aka squirrel mode- squirrel mode until you are hungry enough for big chicken
-EVERYTIME YOU NEED GAS FOR YOUR CAR
-Go into gas station, find refrigerator, find healthy section-Grab packet of two wet hard-boiled eggs, preferably with salt, if no salt, you can get packet of salt from the little table -If sad at gas station, get breakfast sandwich, look at eggs, 50% chance to get eggs, you will know if you want them or not, but even if not, look at them-Every second wednesday, when driving back from therapy, get muffin - not every wednesday get muffin, but always get eggs- look around to see if in sweet or salty mood, then go get the eggs-protein chips
-POST WORKOUT
-Once a week, after workout, treat time-usually a bagel- Asiago bagel, egg, bellpepper, ham, Chipotle mayo, and chedder cheese-can also be breakfast sandwich or muffin-rarely, can be a restaurant you haven't tried, go and get treat
-LATE NIGHTS, AKA YOURE HUNGRY BIT YOURE SUPPOSED TO HO TO BED
-after 9-10, past dinner, back in breakfast sphere- Eggs, turkey bacon, breakfast bites, fruits, ect-make eggs-either scrambled with spinach or cheese, can be with or without a wrap with meat - can also be an omlette- omlette is made with thyme and garlic pepper, NO SALT-can pair with turkey bacon, or finish with yogurt-can justify a 4th yogurt this late-tummy will hurt
-SKINCARE
-every morning and night-apply gentle foaming cleanser -must be specific to you, must work for your skin- once or twice a week, use exfoliating cleanser-for night specifically -apply retinol serum one every 2-3 days-apply 25 hrs peptide moisturizer, not too much, can cause breakout-use a Vaseline like substance on cracked or dry spots, including lips-for morning specifically -use vitamin c serum, paying extra attention to the space under your eyes and any discolored patches-after, use green tea face mask to release toxins, refreshing but unreliable and unsustainable
-DAILY SUPPLEMENTS-step one, two multi viramine gummies-Allegra, for anti inflammatory benefits and allegies-orange flavored vitamin c gummies-2 for 500 milligrams, 4, if on trip, for 1000 milligrams-difficult to overdose on vitamin c-take 1 fish oil pill to cognitive function and slipperyness-last one, a peach vitamin d gummy (best flavor)-if experiencing difficulties with nails and/or hair, or are without assessment to biotin shampoo, use biotin gummies for nails and hair-people will say that multivitamins and vitamins in general, are a scam unless you are vitamin deficit-scientifically, they are right, however, they taste gummy good
-WORKOUT ROUTINE-it is important to keep consistentcy in your workout routine plan-pick a 12 week routine - beginner if you're a beginner, intermediate if you're intermediate, and advanced if you have done other routines in the past-stick with it with for the duration before you make any hasty judgments on its impact-comes in 3 sets, A, B, and C, swithing every four weeks to make sure your body doesn't get used to any one specific movement or routine-Workout A of weeks 1-4-3x hip thrust-barbell, free if available, Smith machine if no other option-3 seated row-cable-three barbell full squat-3 bench press-barbell-reps dependant, 8 if high weight, 12 if lower weight -if you can do 12, move up weight and do 8-3 good morning-barbell-plank-plank-plank-dumbell side bend-band standing abduction-end workout-Workouts B 1-4, C 1-4, A 5-8, B 5-8, C 5-8, A 9-12, B 9-12, and C 9-12- you will become a glutial God-Open app store-install my fitness pal-find macros-need protein if building muscles, 1.5 to 2x body weight in protein grams every day-EAT 2X BODY WEIGHT PROTEIN.
