You tug at the hem, where it's different, reinforced ribbed fabric, wishing it’d stretch the way you want it to. To cover your whole thigh. Maybe cover your entire body along with it. But the material is high-quality — only the best for Bakugou Katsuki. The material isn’t malleable, unlike those cheap, thin knockoffs. It pulls along with your grip but stays true to its shape.

You’ve been dating Katsuki for more than a year, but this — it feels like one of those milestones. First date, first kiss, first time — shit, it might even be more daunting than any of those. Because this … it feels like it’s more than a matter of supporting your boyfriend. It feels more like getting yourself into trouble. It shouldn’t be so embarrassing. Shouldn’t feel so dangerous.

Your face burns when your eyes catch sight of yourself in the full-length mirror. In his — a hoodie, off-black, disrupted by the bold orange running from either shoulder to the hemline. The skin of your bare legs follow after.

“Ugh.” Your fingers catch on the hem, intending to pull it off, right when the door slides open, and Katsuki’s figure takes up the doorway.

And doesn’t blink even once.

It takes a minute. Maybe more than that to reboot your brain back up.

“Katsuki! You’re back! You’re back?” you exclaim in a rush, ears steaming, dazed. You're torn between throwing your arms out to welcome him and drawing your arms around yourself to keep the hoodie hidden. “I didn’t know you were — It hasn’t even been — How long have you—“

Your rambling falls short as Katsuki takes one heavy step forward. It's like a string snapping.

He almost looks possessed, eyes wild, like he doesn’t know where to even start looking. You find yourself feeling skittish, stumbling backward until the back of your knees hit the edge of the bed. It’s entirely appropriate. The face Katsuki is making can only be described accurately as predatory.

“Uhm,” you say eloquently.

“Damn,” Katsuki says appreciatively, ruby finally zeroing in on the orange ‘X’ that encompasses your whole front. “Shit, baby, ‘s this all for me?”

“I’m not trying to pull anything,” you say defensively. “I just — uh, wanted to try it on.”

“And you wanted to keep this from me?” he asks quietly, pulling on the hem — dragging it up, and up. You shiver from the cold air on your hips. Katsuki tracks it obsessively. “God damn. Had a wet dream about this, maybe.” He licks over his teeth. “Here you are.”

Wow. Stomach, meet butterflies. Face, meet lava — or, in this case, Bakugou Katsuki, which is pretty much the same thing.

“You’re such a freak,” you say, but heat is pooling rapidly, so maybe you’re not that any better. It’s getting hot. Way too hot. You wriggle from his grasp. “It’s just merch.”

“Mine, though,” he corrects, suddenly searing his quirk-hot hands on either side of your waist. The noise you make is very high-pitched and embarrassing, and Katsuki grins like a bastard when hearing it. “Fuck you think you’re doin’? Think I’m gonna let you take this off?”

He eases you down the bed, until your ass hits the mattress.

You were expecting a reaction. Maybe not to this extent, though. Katsuki's barely out of his uniform and he's slipping his fingers in yours to push it against the sheets, rasping, "This stays on. Think you can at least do that for me, baby?"

Color Theory in Cinderella Boy

There’s some silly stuff happening with colors, and in this probably brainrot post, I will be using my art brain to over analyze the heck outta this (for those who are interested, though I find it fascinating!)

**This post includes a scene from todays new ep (53), so make sure you read that first!**

So, I first stumbled upon this discovery sorta by accident. I use Clip Studio Paint for my artwork, and I often end up with an average to 30-50 layers per drawing, and thankfully Clip Studio has an option to color-code your layers to make things more manageable.

For my CB drawings, I defaulted to using green for Chase, purple for Buddy, and blue for Deacon. It made sense to me, because of the casts ‘default’ outfits feature these colors:

We can also see these colors in some book outfits:

Chase’s green outfit in We Need to Talk About Buddy, Deacons shirt in Beach Boys, and the blue accents in All That Glitters

What I noticed though, was that these aren’t the only colors they are seen in, and in fact, out of all the other colors, two in particular stand out

Specifically, pink for Chase, and orange for Deacon

Something to note is that these colors are nearly perfect complementary colors to each other. Even Prunella seems to have this theme, with her red hair and green shirt.

Now, it is generally good for character design for outfits to have good complementary colors to make them stand out, but me thinks that Punko went even further with this.

The thing is, Buddy really only has purple in his color scheme (unless out count every shade of gray and black).

We see him in some other colors, but mainly it’s purple:

Like, a lot of purple.

(Other examples include Toffee Break, Beach boys, Sick Day, etc)

Pretty much all but two of Buddy’s ten outfits have included some element of purple.

But then again, up until recently, he’s only been a villain. A foil to Chase. The black and purple suited him, for a while, because he was only ‘evil’. (This also leads me to believe that future Ex Libris members will also wear black in their outfits to fit on theme. In Dreams by Day, a presumably Ex Libris worker is wearing a black shirt).

But now? It’s Buddy’s story too. He is becoming a protagonist. And that means getting a new color, possibly one that compliments purple.

And what color flowers bloomed when Chase saved him?

Yellow.

This is leading me to believe that Buddy will have a major character shift at the end of season 1 / beginning of season 2, where yellow is included in his outfit colors. And maybe, S2 will feature Buddy’s story more as he becomes a protagonist ‘,:3

TL;DR: Colors are important to CB characters, and Buddy is gonna be a protagonist soon.

I’ve actually been forming this theory of mine since like, the beginning of October, and the amount of serotonin that filled my brain when I saw those flowers, and seeing that my theories may be true could literally flood a city.

Facts about Lev Finzi:

-He’s Curly’s second best bud

-He met Curly in High School while Curly introduced him to Jimmy when Lev was trying to get a music degree

-Lev is a High school Choir teacher before being hired for Pony Express

-Secretly a band kid (did Band back in Middle/High school)

-Dude likes DND (He’s a Human Druid in his campaign back home)

-Lev was supposed to be security on the Tulpar...strange how Pony Express never provided proper items for him

How the game will be played if the devs added Lev:

(TW: Japology/Jimmy, lovely light gore)

Nothing much would change throughout the gameplay since Lev is not an “important” character to focus on in the earlier half, all he would do is wander around the area (which would be seen months after the crash) and with playing Jimmy’s POV, some form of music will play in the background when you pass by him. These types of notes will fit the scene of what’s happening. During Curly’s birthday party scene (pre-crash), Jimmy would mention that Lev spared his birthday just so Curly could have a party of his own. When Jimbo starts to get harsh with Curly once he drops the news to everyone, Lev steps in, trying to calm Jimmy down, obviously fails at that and the game goes on from there.

Now, in the scene where Curly is laid down on the table surrounded by the dead bodies of Anya, Daisuke, and Swansea, Lev is placed at the ends of the table, two bullets in the side of his head and his eyes rolled back (similar to Anya’s position of eyes) with his broken glass from his glasses stuck in his eyes. Lev ends up dying after Swansea, hearing the loud gunshots from the lounge area, He goes to investigate. Seeing Jimmy with the gun and Swansea slouching with blood dripping from his head. The scene starts to static and cuts to another game (such as Swansea’s did when Jimmy was trying to shoot him). I don't have many ideas about how this will play out. But, when you complete the game, it cuts to Jimmy holding Lev in a headlock and shoots him twice in the head, ending Lev’s life.

How the POV’s display Lev:

Jimmy’s POV: Jimmy see’s Lev as another mouth to feed and not fit enough to be security because he’s a Choir Teacher. When Jimbo does interact with him, Lev will stay quiet and distant, lonely. Jimmy doesn’t understand how Curly could be friends with a person like this.

Curly’s POV: Though Lev is not talkative, he does interact more with Curly than anybody else, Wishing a happy birthday and risking his own birthday party to just celebrate Curly’s day. Once and awhile he'll make dad jokes that only would get an actual laugh out of Curly or Daisuke

Things I make for myself when insomnia kicks in
