Really hoping that Sonic 4 isn't just a sonamy fest. It was already annoying how much it was pushed in the Boom universe, I'd hate it if the same thing happened in Sonic 4.

Already seeing fans begging for the onesided romance to be reversed and wanting Sonic to be a simp... why??? The Sonic series isn't focused on romance, especially in the cinematic universe. And you want Sonic's character completely butchered just to push a ship, even if Sonic and Amy's dynamic is nothing like it is in the games??? You care about the movies being faithful to the games but suddenly when it's about sonamy it goes out the window

Idk sometimes it seems like fans care more about sonamy than Amy herself.

Please don't just be a sonamy bait movie 🤦‍♀️

Sorry I just don't like sonamy and how heavily pushed it is. Again I'm fine if the movie teases it a bit but if it's Sonic full on simping over how amazing Amy is I'm gonna roll my eyes

I LOVE the idea of Amy Rose in the Sonic Movies

and if she's not in it the Sonic Movie 3 in the end credits scene at LEAST I will be so sad.

This is the continuation of This Art Post Here , of my design for a Movie Version of Amy

Here is all the little ideas I had for this AU written down:

(Sorry about the weird format)

I'm not sure how or Why Amy gets to Earth, but I imagine she learns about the heroic Sonic the Hedgehog(maybe she overhears something? Sees a newspaper/newscast? Idk)and begins a search for him.

Amy found the Walkowski's on her own, but when she arrived Tom had taken the boys out for a day of fishing so only Maddie was home.

Maddie was surprised

She may have 3 alein kids, but there will always be a moment of shock and "ANOTHER ONE?!" for her

She gets Amy cleaned up before Tom and the others get back home

It turns into a little fashion show, and Maddie is estatic

Living with little boys she doesnt get the oppertunity for dress up & tea parties often

Only when she's visiting Rachel and Jojo

When the others get home, Maddie gathers them in the kitchen/living room before bringing Amy in

- Tom faints

- "There's a GIRL now?!" — Tom

- Sonic is super excited to meet another hedgehog is slips his mind that shes a girl.

- and then it clicks and he's like

- "wait she's a girl-Oh my god shes a girl ive never met a girl what do i say she's really cute ulchhfccvjvukzkg"

- Reverse Sonamy, I'm a total sucker for it!

- Tails is curious as to who she is and why she's here

- Knuckles is wary of a new face

- Amy gets overwhelmed and summons her Piko Piko hammer

- Knuckles is no longer wary

- "Ah! Clearly you are a Warrior, here to join as a member our clan in protecting the master Emerald!"

- Amy ends up becoming a member even if it wasn't her orginal intention for meeting them.

Rachel, as we know, doesnt't really any of the Sonic characters.

- EXCEPT Amy.

- She's pretty, pink, and she refuses to let the other boys taint her!

- "Maddie you can't be serious about letting such an angel stay with those ruffions you call your kids! No, NUh-Uh, I'm taking this one you already have 3."

- Rachel takes in Amy to live with her and Jojo in San Francisco

- JoJo looks up to Amy like an older sister

- Maddie sends Amy off with her iconic red dress.

- When Sonic first sees her in it, he runs with his super speed all the way back to his old burrow, screams, and runs back and pretends it didnt happen.

- Amy enjoys listening to Music with Wade when he picks her up from the airport to visit the Walkowski's

- Tom took Amy fishing, as he's done all the kids, and it turns out Amy already knows how to fish!

- She's not bad at it, average skill

- She says someone named Big the Cat taught her

- She plays baseball with the Walkowski's

- She's incredible at the bat, but is no match for Sonic's speed being able to catch any home run she hits

- At least when Sonic is able to snap out of his admiral-gaze at her in time to do so.

- Sonic is totally down hard for Amy, thinks shes so cool and totally out of his leauge(No Baseball Pun intended)

- Amy is oblivious to this

- Amy also thinks Sonic is cute, but is overall good friends with all of team Sonic

- Knuckles thinks Amy is a good mate for Sonic. Someone strong to protect and provide for his little brother

- Knuckles also sees Amy as a friendly rival, someone almost if not as strong as he is

- Tails doesnt fully understand what Knuckles is talking about with "mating" and why Sonic always blushes around her but he enjoys Amy's attention and praise about his inventions

Thats all I have right now, but I'm glad I was finally able to write down this idea lol!

(Again, PERFECT TIME TO POST THIS when the new trailer for Sonic 3 dropped today!)

Here is a little Movie Amy AU I can’t continuate right now, I appreciate any ideas and comments!

Amy Rose watched the wild fire in front of her, tears spilling from her emerald eyes. She screamed, until her throat ached, as her home burned down. The walls dirtied with the words like witch, worthless, curse; got engulfed by flames, and the residual warmth in air crashed on her skin. She hated this, she hated here, she hated everyone before and around her. Amy collapsed to the ground, sucking in air but all she inhaled was smoke. Maybe she should just stay here, until the flames reached her. Like everyone intended to happen. She let out a dry chuckle. They had wanted to kill her, and she could only avoid it because she was hungry and gone off to find some food. She stood up from the ground, dusting her dress and wiping out her tears. No, she wasn’t going to give up. For her mom, who sacrificed so much to bring her into life, for her grandparents, who raised her with so much care and love. And for herself, to live long enough to give all the love her heart bursted with; to flickies, to trees, to children and elders, to whoever neededhelp. And receive love in return, as selfish it was, Amy didn’t want to go without experiencing the acceptance and affection she had grown up with again.

So she’d make sure it happened, and she lived long enough to see it. If people refused to let her live in here, she would find a home elsewhere, carve out a place for herself with her fingers if necessary. She reached to the satchel she carried along, housing several rings gifted to her by her late mother, and grabbed one. She held it to her heart, her eyes watering once more.

“Please, take me somewhere, anywhere, that I’ll be accepted, loved, and cared for. No matter who I am, what I look like, or whatever stupid things my tarot cards say!” She shouted, and threw the ring, unsure ifit would work this way. She hoped, desperately, that it would. It had to.

A gate opened before her, it swirled and expanded, showing her a sight from a garden, where four figures played with a ball, and none of them resembled the other. They had huge smiles on their faces, and she could feel warmth radiating from there. Not a kind that burned, but welcomed her. So, she summoned her hammer, just in case, and stepped through the ring, it closed after her. Just as her feet met with soft grass, she spotted the ball she saw they were playing with approach her with high velocity, and before she could look around, she had to swung her hammer so that it didn’t crash on her forehead. The ball met her hammer with a loud thud, and she felt her arms hurt as she watched it get engulfed by the blue of the sky. Voices were raised, one even whooped, with excitement, but her vision darkened. Four blurry figures circled her, and she swayed on her feet, days without food finally getting to her as adrenaline left her system. All she heard was a quiet whoosh before she was caught in someone’s arms, and she allowed darkness to summon her.

When she opened her eyes, she noticed her back was on a soft cushion, and there was a fluffy pillow under her head. She let out a relieved sigh, either she dreamed all of the events and was sleeping in her bed back home, or she had indeed traveled to another place, but the creatures that found her weren’t evil. The second option was confirmed when she noticed a blue hedgehog hovering above her. He smiled, and crouched down near her, placing his elbows on the couch she was on, and resting his chin on his hands.

“Are you okay?” He asked, curious eyes darting to spot any distress on her face. She felt her cheeks heat up, no one ever looked at her with care in their eyes for a long time, not after her grandparents passed away.

“Yeah, I’m alright.” She said, her raspy voice suprising her and she clicked her tounge; her mouth was dry. She realised she was too obvious because the hedgehog offered her water, which she accepted, standing up so that she doesn’t choke, she gulped the whole glass down in seconds.

“Woah, are you coming from a desert or something?”

“No?”

“Sonic, don’t be rude to her!” A two-tailed fox kit approached her, and Sonic made room for him so that he could sit near the couch too. There was one more mobian (?), who she couldn’t deduce which kind he was, in the corner, and he too started walking towards them.

“Knux, can you tell mom that she’s awake?” The fox said, which stopped him in his tracks and he turned around. The fox turned to her with a smile.

“Hi! I’m Tails, and you are?” He chirped and offered a gloved hand to her.

“I’m Amy Rose. Can you tell me where are we?” She asked, accepting his hand.

“In our home, we brought you here when you went through that portal, sent our ball to the oblivion then fainted! “Sonic explained, excitement leaking from his voice.

“Oh...sorry about that.”

“The ball, you fainting on us or crashing our couch for a day? Doesn’t matter, you’re forgiven!” He quipped, and she softly chuckled, a bit embarassed from the turn of events shecaused.

“Thank you… Wait, did you say a day?!” She shouted with shock, and she saw someone approach her with Knux from before in tow.

“Yeah, darling! How are you feeling?” She asked with a gentle voice, bending down and reaching her forehead with her hand. She had no fur, and her skin was soft.

“I’m alright, I think?”

“You were cold before, but you seem alright now.”

“Thank you for caring for me, um…”

“Maddie, dear. I tried to compare your vitals to Sonic’s, his are significantly higher but that might be because he is a bit…superpowered. So, don’t be afraid to alert me if you feel unwell, okay?” Maddie explained, and she nodded.

“Mother is a skilled healer and she hasn’t failed to cure any illness that dared to challenge our tribe, you can count on her.” Knux declared, pride evidient in his voice, and the boys near her giggled. Maddie chuckled and ruffled his head.

“I’m a veterinarian, it means a doctor for animals.” Maddie explained, and Amy hummed in understanding.

“So, now that we’ve made sure you’re alright, why did you come here? Where did you come from? You didn’t come here to kill me or something, right? Because that hammer was a bit menacing and you were in a battle stance and-“ Sonic literally vomited the words until he was silenced by Maddie’s hand clasped on his lips.

“One at a time hon. I know you are excited because she is a hedgehog like you but we’ve got to give her space, right?” Maddie said, thinking back to various theories her sons created concerning the girl’s emergence. She lifted her hand from his mouth once she made sure her son would stay calm. Amy laughed to herself, the family’s antics amusing her.

She used this little break to consider what answer she’d give them and decided against telling the truth. She didn’t feel like getting that vulnerable before bunch of strangers.

“Okay, let’s start from beginning. I’m Amy Rose, and I came from Mobius, I’m an adventurer! I travel from place to place, but I didn’t plan on ending up in a whole another planet anytime soon. It is funny, actually. Someone opened a gate at the same time with me and I went through theirs instead! Silly me!” She explained with an awkward giggle. The look in their faces spelled out that they didn’t believe a word of that.

“So, you didn’t come to take him back to a Hedgehog tribe?” Knux, asked, gesturing to Sonic, and she snorted.

“What, no? There is no such thing as a hedgehog tribe. At least not in Mobius.”

“One thing bugs me in this story… Who was trying to come here to Green Hills instead of you?” The fox, Tails, asked, and her eyes widened. She hummed in fake consideration, trying to make up something. A sweat dropped from her forehead.

“I-I’m not trying to interrogate you! This could be a life or death situation for us. So we’ll be glad if you tell us, okay?” Tails assured her, placing a hand on her shoulder.

“Yeah, my buddy here is right. Knux tried to kill me the first time we met, and this rascal right here saved me from him by crashing a car on him! So we could be in serious danger.” Sonic explained further, and she tilted her head.

She felt guilty for striking fear into their hearts for nothing, especially after how nicely they treated her. But she couldn’t tell them. And as much as his story was insane, she couldn’t bring herself to ask for details because of the guilt looming over her curiosity

“I’ll try… to remember. I promise.”

“We’d appreciate that, honey. Now, is anyone hungry?” Maddie asked, the boys all cheered and she sheepishly nodded. Maddie exited the room and the boys followed suit, and she tried to stand up, swaying slightly, she still felt a bit shaken up. Sonic gazed at her over his shoulder, and he was beside her in a flash

“How did you do that?”

“Do what?”

“You came here in a blink of an eye?!”

“Heh, that’s my thing, I go fast. Now, I think you should rest a bit more.” He placed his arm over her shoulders and ushered her back to

the couch. She sat back and he sat beside her, but didn’t let go.

“Want me to be honest with you?”

“Yeah?”

“I didn’t believe your story. None of us did. But it’s fine, you can tell us the truth whenever you feel comfortable enough, okay?” He faced her and flashed her a reassuring smile.

“I’m sorry.”

“Hey, It’s okay to not tell us everything, we’re still basically strangers! Besides, everyone has things they are uncomfortable talking about, I know I do! So please, don’t be sorry!” He said softly, and his kindness almost brought tears in her eyes. She shakily nodded.

A part of her wanted to open up her heart, but she wasn’t brave enough yet.

“Thank you.” She whispered, he smiled at her, saluted, and ran off in a blue streak.

!spoilers ahead duh!

- NOOOOOOO TOM!!!! HE CANT BE DEAD!!! SHADOW DID NOT JUST KILL TOM (I was literally shaking AND oh was I on the brink of tears too aakdjsjsnjs)

- more parallels 😭

- omg the new suits looking like how they do in the games o yaaaaas

- uhm someone care to help eggman he looks like he’s having a seizure

- okay now I definitely feel bad for stone :(

- idk why but this part in the movie I could NOT stop rambling to myself about it

It was after the ambulance had driven away with tom and maddie

How Sonic was just filled with so much anger and hurt he was willing to break the promise he made with his team about not using the M.E

Knuckles ofc was fully against the idea as using the M.E could be too dangerous, especially using it for something like vengeance. Then also saying that Sonic is in no right to make any decisions esp in his emotional state

Because emotions (especially anger) can cloud your judgement. you’re not always thinking straight therefore leading to irrational decision making

And knuckles, always being known as the hothead, short tempered, sometimes leaping into battles with just fists and no brain. He of all people probably knows what happens when you make decisions based off your emotions

And iirc doesn’t the power of the Master Emerald (or the chaos emeralds) reflects (or is based of) the person’s heart? Having someone who is feeling a whole pile of negative emotions wield such power can have severe consequences (which I’m pretty sure has already been demonstrated)

But anyways Sonic couldn’t care at the moment, he was even fine with going solo if no one “had the guts” Hecc, he was even ready to throw hands with Knux just to win it over and I was like “oh shiz it’s gonna be STH2 all over again” cuz y’know they both got all charged up

But then Knuckles was reminded about the OTHER half of their promise…to trust each other, and he was going to make sure he kept that promise even if Sonic broke it on his end, even if Sonic chooses to go with what could be a very reckless choice. When knux swears a ✨sacred oath✨ he is bound to keep it regardless.

So he stands down and lets Sonic have his way

Idk did that not just scream maturity or character development to you?? Bc knux usually wouldn’t make a stretch like this esp with the M.E. Idk maybe I looked too far into it help

(Also I’m not in any way condemning Sonic for being the way he was…poor guy has been thru a lot from dealing with another hedgehog, to 2 eggmen, GUN, and now his “dying” father. He has every right to be pissed)

I don't mind that Amy isn't in the third movie. Imo it would've made it overcrowded, the same exact problem the second movie had with trying to balance Tails and Knuckles. Tails ended up feeling like an afterthought in Sonic 2. I hope we can spend more time on focusing and developing Shadow in the third movie, as well as his dynamic with Sonic.

"B-but Amy has to deliver her speech! Who will deliver the speech???"

Sonic can? It makes the most sense for Sonic to give Shadow the speech in the movies imo. He has lived on Earth for an extended period of time and has grown close with humans. Also the movie is clearly trying to draw parallels between Sonic and Shadow. If Amy were to randomly come in and do it, it would just feel rushed and wouldn't hit nearly as hard. Sonic should definately be the one to do it.

Hopefully the the fourth movie can be based off CD and that it can involve Amy and Metal Sonic.

I loved combining her orginal Sonic CD design with her current design. It was also really interesting to draw her(and the others)in the movie art style(AKA the eys lol)for the first time. I'm also really really happy with how the Live-Action Actors turned out too!

I've been working on this one all month, Its the first 3 pages of my new sketchbook. I’m so glad I was finally able to post it!

And what perfect time to finally post it too, the new trailer for Sonic 3 dropped today!
