Really hoping that Sonic 4 isn't just a sonamy fest. It was already annoying how much it was pushed in the Boom universe, I'd hate it if the same thing happened in Sonic 4.

Already seeing fans begging for the onesided romance to be reversed and wanting Sonic to be a simp... why??? The Sonic series isn't focused on romance, especially in the cinematic universe. And you want Sonic's character completely butchered just to push a ship, even if Sonic and Amy's dynamic is nothing like it is in the games??? You care about the movies being faithful to the games but suddenly when it's about sonamy it goes out the window

Idk sometimes it seems like fans care more about sonamy than Amy herself.

Please don't just be a sonamy bait movie 🤦‍♀️

Sorry I just don't like sonamy and how heavily pushed it is. Again I'm fine if the movie teases it a bit but if it's Sonic full on simping over how amazing Amy is I'm gonna roll my eyes

I LOVE the idea of Amy Rose in the Sonic Movies

and if she's not in it the Sonic Movie 3 in the end credits scene at LEAST I will be so sad.

This is the continuation of This Art Post Here , of my design for a Movie Version of Amy

Here is all the little ideas I had for this AU written down:

(Sorry about the weird format)

I'm not sure how or Why Amy gets to Earth, but I imagine she learns about the heroic Sonic the Hedgehog(maybe she overhears something? Sees a newspaper/newscast? Idk)and begins a search for him.

Amy found the Walkowski's on her own, but when she arrived Tom had taken the boys out for a day of fishing so only Maddie was home.

Maddie was surprised

She may have 3 alein kids, but there will always be a moment of shock and "ANOTHER ONE?!" for her

She gets Amy cleaned up before Tom and the others get back home

It turns into a little fashion show, and Maddie is estatic

Living with little boys she doesnt get the oppertunity for dress up & tea parties often

Only when she's visiting Rachel and Jojo

When the others get home, Maddie gathers them in the kitchen/living room before bringing Amy in

- Tom faints

- "There's a GIRL now?!" — Tom

- Sonic is super excited to meet another hedgehog is slips his mind that shes a girl.

- and then it clicks and he's like

- "wait she's a girl-Oh my god shes a girl ive never met a girl what do i say she's really cute ulchhfccvjvukzkg"

- Reverse Sonamy, I'm a total sucker for it!

- Tails is curious as to who she is and why she's here

- Knuckles is wary of a new face

- Amy gets overwhelmed and summons her Piko Piko hammer

- Knuckles is no longer wary

- "Ah! Clearly you are a Warrior, here to join as a member our clan in protecting the master Emerald!"

- Amy ends up becoming a member even if it wasn't her orginal intention for meeting them.

Rachel, as we know, doesnt't really any of the Sonic characters.

- EXCEPT Amy.

- She's pretty, pink, and she refuses to let the other boys taint her!

- "Maddie you can't be serious about letting such an angel stay with those ruffions you call your kids! No, NUh-Uh, I'm taking this one you already have 3."

- Rachel takes in Amy to live with her and Jojo in San Francisco

- JoJo looks up to Amy like an older sister

- Maddie sends Amy off with her iconic red dress.

- When Sonic first sees her in it, he runs with his super speed all the way back to his old burrow, screams, and runs back and pretends it didnt happen.

- Amy enjoys listening to Music with Wade when he picks her up from the airport to visit the Walkowski's

- Tom took Amy fishing, as he's done all the kids, and it turns out Amy already knows how to fish!

- She's not bad at it, average skill

- She says someone named Big the Cat taught her

- She plays baseball with the Walkowski's

- She's incredible at the bat, but is no match for Sonic's speed being able to catch any home run she hits

- At least when Sonic is able to snap out of his admiral-gaze at her in time to do so.

- Sonic is totally down hard for Amy, thinks shes so cool and totally out of his leauge(No Baseball Pun intended)

- Amy is oblivious to this

- Amy also thinks Sonic is cute, but is overall good friends with all of team Sonic

- Knuckles thinks Amy is a good mate for Sonic. Someone strong to protect and provide for his little brother

- Knuckles also sees Amy as a friendly rival, someone almost if not as strong as he is

- Tails doesnt fully understand what Knuckles is talking about with "mating" and why Sonic always blushes around her but he enjoys Amy's attention and praise about his inventions

Thats all I have right now, but I'm glad I was finally able to write down this idea lol!

(Again, PERFECT TIME TO POST THIS when the new trailer for Sonic 3 dropped today!)

Sonic 4 Scene Idea

Hey all! Just had the thought that maybe the opening scene of Sonic 4 could go something like this:

(Start scene)

Sonic: Who are you?!

Amy: Oh my gosh it’s you! It’s really you!

Sonic: Um… I noticed?

Amy: I’ve heard so much about you, Sonic the Hedgehog! And to think that I’m here and you’re here and you’re not dead…

Sonic: Sorry, who are you?

Amy: Oh sorry, I can get a bit ahead of myself.

(Amy takes off her cloak to reveal her in her pretty red dress. Sonic freezes, never having encountered a girl hedgehog before. Especially not one this pretty.)

Amy: I’m Amy Rose, it’s an honor to meet you, Sonic the Hedgehog!

Sonic: uh… um… *clears throat* nice to… meet you too… but how do you know me?

Amy: Well, where I come from, everyone knows about you! You were a legend!

Sonic: Yeah that sounds about right… wait, WERE?!

Amy: (Looks down sadly) Yeah… in the Great Battle with Mephiles, you… you never made it out. He was too powerful and devastated the world.

(Sonic looks like he’s seen a ghost and steps back, looking at his hands in horror.)

Sonic: I… die?

Amy: *tries to comfort him* But never fear, Amy Rose is here! I found you, didn’t I? And we won’t let it happen again.

Sonic: Yeah about that… how did you find me? If you’re from the future where I’m… you know… dead… then how did you know how to find me?

Amy: Well, you weren’t the first hedgehog I ran into.

(Amy steps to the side, and Shadow emerges from behind a tree.)

Sonic: SHADOW?!

Shadow: Greetings, Faker.

Sonic: Shadow!

(Sonic runs over and nearly knocks Shadow over with a hug)

Shadow: Woah woah, what was that for?

Sonic: I thought you were dead! I was so worried!

Shadow: *cocks his head* Why?

Sonic: You’re my friend, of course I care!

Shadow: Friend…

Amy: Yeah, I kinda thought he was you.

Shadow: This pink hammer-wielder ran up and tried to attack me.

Amy: I wasn’t trying to attack you! A hug is not an attack!

Shadow: You wrapped your arms around me and pinned my arms to my sides. How is that not an attack?

Amy: Okay that is seriously sad.

Sonic: Don’t worry… Amy… once everyone else sees that Shadow survived and he gets welcomed into the Wachowski family he’s gonna get all the affection he deserves! *Gasps* Oh my gosh we could be twins!

Shadow: No. Not gonna happen.

Sonic: Yes yes yes we could get matching beds and… and oh my gosh you even reawakened on my B-earth day, so we basically share it! We’re twinsies!

Shadow: The more you say the word ‘twin’ the harder I want to hit you.

Sonic: Like a true twin would!

Shadow: You little—

Amy: Guys, guys! We can work this out AFTER we save the world, got it?

Sonic: Yeah, I guess you’re right. We gotta stop that cosplaying tin can and his noobs first.

Amy: You mean Metal Sonic?

Sonic: NOW THAT’S JUST PLAGIARISM!!

Shadow: Who would want to imitate this faker?

Amy: He was a cyborg created by Dr. Robotnik…

Sonic/Shadow: EGGMAN?!?

Sonic: He survived?

Shadow: No one could’ve survived that explosion!

Sonic: The guy’s like a cockroach!

Amy: At least in my timeline, yes. He was alive and well until Mephiles claimed the Flames of Disaster.

Sonic: Wait wait… the Flames of Disaster?

Amy: Yes…?

Sonic: *Looks like he’s gonna be sick* How did Mephiles get the Flames of Disaster?

Amy: Well, Iblis was once sealed inside a vessel, a living being strong enough to never cry. But when a tragedy finally broke the spirit of this vessel the flames were released and set the world into the apocalypse.

Sonic: Knuckles!! We have to go!

Shadow: The echidna?

Sonic: Yes! He’s in danger!

(End scene)

Aaaaand, there you have it! Please don’t mind my rambling, but if you made it to the end of this you’re probably a nerd like me and dont mind lol. Also I had the thought that maybe in the movies they’ll have Knuckles replace Elise in the events of 06, since it showed him getting the Flames of Disaster, and everyone knows that Knuckles is not one to cry. Buuuuuut…. What is Knuckle’s deepest passion? Ding-a-Ling! Honor and family. So if one of his brothers—say maybe Sonic for example—was brutally killed in front of his eyes while he was helpless to stop it, chances are he would finally break *sobs*. Also, maybe Amy and Metal could be from the same future as Silver, Blaze and Mephiles, since I’ve heard there will be multi-verse and time-travel elements in Sonic 4.

Also idk if Jim Carrey will come back as Eggman, but I really hope he does! I don’t really think Metal can carry an entire movie as the villain like Eggman can, or maybe they’ll have Stone take Robotnik’s place. We’ll see! The movies haven’t disappointed me yet, so I doubt they will with such an excellent cast and crew.

And also I kinda feel like Shadow and Sonic would act a lot like Donnie and Leo from Rise of the TMNT lol.

Part Two of my Movie SonAmy Headcanons!

-The first time Amy hugs him, Sonic is like “Were we allowed to do that?” because there are feelings involved for him on top of the fact that it took him a long time to get used to hugs(as we’ve seen in the beginning of sonic2 when he offered to fist bump instead of hugging Maddie and Tom). After a while though he isn’t so reluctant to hug her back/ initiate the hug.

-Complimenting normally isn’t a competition. But it is for this two idiots. They always try to one up each other. Usually Sonic is the one to throw in a compliment first then get flustered about it later, because that boy’s words don’t pass through his brain before he says them. For Amy, she gets flustered, she gets angry that Sonic embrassed her, she takes her revenge by complimenting him better as if that’s a thing (it is now).

-They both talk too much. One day Sonic made the mistake of yapping for hours with her on the phone near a sleep deprived Tails who was working on an invention. No one has ever seen Tails that furious at Sonic and probaby won’t ever.

-They play with each other’s quills. Sonic is amazed how fluffy and soft her quills are, and Amy helps him manage his better.

-Amy loves painting, unfortunately for her Sonic also loves painting. (Read: drawing those spiky small creatures, one pink and one blue, that he calls hedgehogs all over her canvas, accompanied by hearts. She can’t decide if he is that romantic or just trying to tease her.)

-Sonic and Amy loooove to gossip, even though Sonic denies ever doing that. They (he) first start with family members, Sonic telling her every single thing like how Tom talks to Donuts and Knuckles turned the living room into a gladiator pit. Then they branch out to the town lol.Like who bought that house on the end of street or the ladies who have an argument whenever they cross paths.

-Amy is a bit uncomfortable when Maddie examines her so Sonic always offers to go first whenever Maddie decides to check up on every kid.

-Amy loves romance movies, Sonic doesn’t.Despite forcing himself to stay awake through the movie he always dozes off, and Amy decides to watch only the best ones with him to spare him.

-Sonic occasionaly brings her flowers but stops after she tells him she loves them more when they are alive. He admires her love for nature, and she appreciates his gesture, even more so when he respects her opinion and stops right away.

- Sonic calls her Rosy, especially when she blushes because of her rosy cheeks.

-Amy finds her catchphrase “Have no fear Amy Rose is here” after she learns that he has one, and she looooves the idea.

- Amy reminds Sonic of sunflowers, and Sonic reminds Amy of dandelions.

- They have no idea how to flirt even though everyone says they already do.

-When Sonic talks non-stop with his family and Amy, he sometimes gets self-conscious because of way she intently listens to him, nodding at his every word. He always stops talking abruptly and averts his gaze whenever this happens, then only continuate when someone reminds him he has been talking

- Amy teaches Sonic that waiting and taking things slow to see every little detail is good sometimes, and Sonic shows her the thrill of living fast.

(Part 3🫠)

!spoilers ahead duh!

- NOOOOOOO TOM!!!! HE CANT BE DEAD!!! SHADOW DID NOT JUST KILL TOM (I was literally shaking AND oh was I on the brink of tears too aakdjsjsnjs)

- more parallels 😭

- omg the new suits looking like how they do in the games o yaaaaas

- uhm someone care to help eggman he looks like he’s having a seizure

- okay now I definitely feel bad for stone :(

- idk why but this part in the movie I could NOT stop rambling to myself about it

It was after the ambulance had driven away with tom and maddie

How Sonic was just filled with so much anger and hurt he was willing to break the promise he made with his team about not using the M.E

Knuckles ofc was fully against the idea as using the M.E could be too dangerous, especially using it for something like vengeance. Then also saying that Sonic is in no right to make any decisions esp in his emotional state

Because emotions (especially anger) can cloud your judgement. you’re not always thinking straight therefore leading to irrational decision making

And knuckles, always being known as the hothead, short tempered, sometimes leaping into battles with just fists and no brain. He of all people probably knows what happens when you make decisions based off your emotions

And iirc doesn’t the power of the Master Emerald (or the chaos emeralds) reflects (or is based of) the person’s heart? Having someone who is feeling a whole pile of negative emotions wield such power can have severe consequences (which I’m pretty sure has already been demonstrated)

But anyways Sonic couldn’t care at the moment, he was even fine with going solo if no one “had the guts” Hecc, he was even ready to throw hands with Knux just to win it over and I was like “oh shiz it’s gonna be STH2 all over again” cuz y’know they both got all charged up

But then Knuckles was reminded about the OTHER half of their promise…to trust each other, and he was going to make sure he kept that promise even if Sonic broke it on his end, even if Sonic chooses to go with what could be a very reckless choice. When knux swears a ✨sacred oath✨ he is bound to keep it regardless.

So he stands down and lets Sonic have his way

Idk did that not just scream maturity or character development to you?? Bc knux usually wouldn’t make a stretch like this esp with the M.E. Idk maybe I looked too far into it help

(Also I’m not in any way condemning Sonic for being the way he was…poor guy has been thru a lot from dealing with another hedgehog, to 2 eggmen, GUN, and now his “dying” father. He has every right to be pissed)
