HOW DID YOU GET FROM BMI 22 TO BMI 14??????????
w these random diets that helped me lose like forty pounds :33
usual deficit - most of the time i have 300kcal on weekdays, 500kcal on sundays and 1200kcal on saturdays, which is reallyyyyy low so dont go straight into it if youre used to smth more ykwim
metab sandwich - 1200kcal plus on weekends, liquid fasts on weekdays !! defo dont do this one full time, five day fasts every week is unbearable i usually only do this for like two weeks when i need to drop weight fast
omad - i stand by pookie omad frfr its great when i dont wanna count cals but i dont wanna just fast either
low res - 1200kcal everyday :33 perfect for losing weight wo worrying people since its not rapid and its v easy to eat 'a normal amount' if you choose the right foods :D also great if you binge a lot :3
ALSO DRINK WATER OMFG HYDRATE
AND DONT OVERDO YOURSELF THAT NEVER WORKS TRUST

Hey! Please can you give me your best tips for fastings and for fast weight loss?
Thank you 🥹🩷🩷
sure thing!! there’s far better ways to go abt fast wl but this is what’s worked for me!
i basically fast whenever i don’t need to eat; like days where im not tempted by anything or just laying around. i’ll go for as long as possible some times, but other days i stick to a 23:1 fast schedule that way i don’t binge after a longer fasting period.
DRINK WATER! literally the more water you drink the less hungry you will feel trust me, and if you’re fasting for long periods of time make sure you take a multivitamin and some salt!
fasting & omad (one meal a day) will make you lose weight regardless if you’re working out so don’t feel pressured to work out when fasting.
if you feel like doing more, go on walks! not a lot of effort and can take the mind off hunger
if you have any other specific questions just lmk! be safe! 🩷🩷

this week will be so different.
i have a new plan.
i will wake up at 6, weigh in, and get ready for school
i found a way to skip breakfast and eat a tiny lunch without people finding out, so i will be able to do omad finally!
i will go to school and drink a lot of water to help focus
then, after school i will run for 2 hours
then i will shower and eat with my family
then i will do hw, go to bed, and repeat.
my main goal is to focus on just going through the motions and developing a routine. i want to get to the point where i'm in the cycle so that it will be harder for me to get off track.
i haven't weighed in for around a week, nor have i restricted at all or worked out.
so i'm expecting some pretty disappointing numbers at first
but that will quickly change.
i can drop 2 a day, so i will hopefully be around 12 less by next sunday.
i will update with how things went tomorrow!
wish me luckkkk

Not to trigger or anything girly but can you drop some tips and advice to lose w that really works? Dont be afraid to tw
Ok, here I go the best tips and the ones that have helped me the most to lose weight are doing omad every day, some days fasting but a maximum of 48 hours to avoid binge eating, if you eat more you have to purge and to have results you don't need Do a lot of exercise but you have to do at least 10k steps so go for a walk for 1 hour every day. To have a waist, wear a girdle all night (you can buy it at Shein ID: 11887050, this is the best) and do YouTube workouts to slim your thighs. The most essential thing is that you weigh yourself every morning to become obsessed with your weight and thus follow all these steps more easily. You can also use laxatives and watch thinspo on Pinterest to pass the time, try to find hobbies to not think about food and make time go by faster.
Hope this helps <3

so a lil bout me if anyone wants to be moots: (i also have a backup in case i lose this acct, it’s the same username but the “e” in lethal is 3)
you 1,000% do not need to read all of this, however i truly think it is super helpful considering i was raised by a dietitian.
im pro-recovery JUST BY CHOICE NOT FORCE. so PLS JUST BLOCK DONT REPORT. we all have backups and backups for our backups. so it’s pointless. you’re breaking up a community where we get support. so fvck u if u report.
my “rexie tips n tricks” losing weight healthily yada yada yada is below the cut if you’re interested!
cw: 180lxs 81kg (i know it got out of hand 🥲)
gw: 130lxs 58kg (doing everything i can to get here by christmas)
ugw: not sure, just wanna see my b0nes. maybe 111lxs (50kg)? (gimme that angel number baybeee)
lw: 145lxs 65kg
so basically, if you do these things i can guarantee you 100% will lose weight. if you’ve plateaued, if you’re just starting out, if you’re trying to take it slow after relapsing, even if you’re petite and need a metab boost to start loosing lxs again, i’m not saying it’s good to be apart of this community but im along this ride w ya so. here u go.
1. keep your e@ting window as small as possible aka eat to live don’t live to eat (the r3xie motto 🤪). i’m f@sting minimum 16:8 and i try to extend that. but major thing is don’t beat yourself up if you can’t make it 16hrs and be happy the days you can make it longer!! esp if your just starting out.
2. stay low c@l. i’m trying my best to stay under 500 c@l/day. and consume that how it works for you. if five 100 c@l snacks over 8 hrs work best some days that’s ok. if OMAD works best, great! my mom is a dietitian and i promise, eating a little of each food group (dairy, carb ik scary, protein, veg & fruit) will help your metab which in the long run will help you l0se more weight. sometimes just having one protein bar mid day works 4 me. others i need a full meal. fuel your body or you will burn muscle which leads to organ damage.
3. don’t do LONG term fasts. i’d say up to a week with heavy liquids is okay. and not just water, incorporate broths, mio, even sugar free jello is good (if it’s clear typically it’s ok) but long term fasts can lower your metabolism, deplete electrolytes, and sodium, which long term is going to bloat you, keep weight on (or make you gain it back quickly), and overall make you feel like shit (which could lead to hospitalization)
4. don’t eat refined sugar or refined foods. do literally AS MUCH AS YOU CAN to eat sugar free and whole foods. i have a major sweet tooth so i turn to sugar free jello/pudding, sf caramels, halo top ice cream if i REALLY need it. otherwise i do sweet fruits and veggie based substitutions for carbs. i use cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, or there’s these great hearts of palm noodles.
5. eat tons of fiber!! laxatives will help momentarily, consistent fiber will keep your 💩 regular thus keeping your body from holding onto it aka extra lxs. i add unflavored benefiber to a lot of my drinks (the flavored ones have added sugar). i honestly could promise you that fiber will help with shedding !bs.
6. drink as much water as you possibly can. yes you can become over-hydrated so add electrolytes or legit just a lil salt to your water here n there. but your body is going to retain water (!bs), and bloat if you are dehydrated. #1 thing to remember is you are depleting your body of what it wants. finding a way to basically trick it makes it easier and quicker to lose fat.
7. stay distracted! discipline and hunger may hurt now, regret and guilt are going to hurt 50x worse later. a grumbly tummy is not worth it. get some motivational phrases, tactics, distractions, that work for you and RELY ON THEM. water, i use mio in mine when i’m desperate, gum, diet soda, bubbly water, reading, tv, ANYTHING. i have other reblogs with some good motivational tactics. i also look at th!nspø as well as pics of my own body multiple times per day to keep me on track. YOU ARE NOT ALWAYS GOING TO BE MOTIVATED SO YOU MUST BE DISCIPLINED. i repeat that to myself 100000 times a day.
8. incorporate foods/drinks that speed up your metab. coffee, green tea, spicy foods (pepper, cayenne pepper), cinnamon, B12 there’s sooo many. and this goes hand in hand with making sure you’re getting your vitamins. picking up a general multivitamin will help make it so your body doesn’t want to cling onto every last cal it’s fed.
9. exercise if you are mentally & physically able to. i have some other limiting factors which make me unable to go to the gym or get as many steps in as id like. an avg day is 2k-5k steps for me rotting on the couch. i PROMISE like 100% money back guarantee (srry bad joke i swear im not a damn ana coach 🙄) your diet is 1,000,000x more important than any exercise you’re going to get in. exercise will help with toning so i try to get some laying ones done on the couch but dude you burn calories just existing. so if you eat lower than that which is 1k-2k (you can look it up it’s your TDEE) you will lose weight. it may be slightly slower than if you walked 20k steps/day or worked out 5 hrs every day but give it time.
literal str8 up proof of this^^^ is my father. he’s a gym junkie like going every morning at 4am (insanity but not my kind), but was eating a lot, and garbage. high carb and sugar intake. and even though he was working out A TON with a lot of steps/day he was gaining fat. he came to me and i told him str8 up to eat less and stop treating his body like a dumpster. eat healthier. homie is shedding lxs.
so besides all that, if you wanna be moots ill probs just vent and post th!nspø
SORRY IM A CERTIFIED YAPPER

water.. you dont know me and i’m embarrassed, i need help and i dont trust anyone else. Monday is my weigh day, and i lost 9.8lbs since last Monday. but i really slacked off this week. i’ve been eating 500-1200 calories per day and fasting every day only 14-20 hours. how did i lose the weight? i’m scared. is my scale lying? is someone trying to trick me?
Don’t be embarrassed we are here to help each other <3, did you drink lots of water? Did you workout? If the answer is yes then probably all that you lost was water retention, even tho your calorie intake somedays could be a little bit higher like 1200 being the tops if you workout you kinda made up for it, plus drinking plenty of water ofc! Sounds like you were OMADing and honestly intermittent fasting does do wonders that why I always encourage people to add some kind of fasting to their diets.
If you want to feel 100% sure that your scale is not broken then weigh an object with a known weight <3

Relapse is RELAPSING.
Today was the first day of school and I’m already getting back to my honeymoon phase.
been fasting for 24+ hours so far, went to football practice, ran around a lot there, then went to the gym tonight and did weights and stuff, and tomorrow before school I’m waking up at 5:30 with my guy bsf to hit the gym and then walk to school. I had my phone down during all the running but I still got almost 12 thousand steps just from walking around campus all day and climbing up and down the stairs a lot.
THE BEST PART is that I haven’t thought about food all day because I have been so busy with sports and back to school. Usually on the first day of fasting I am constantly thinking about eating. I don’t even feel any hunger.
3 workouts in 30 hours and while fasting means I’m burning a ridiculous amount of fat. I can’t wait to see how much I lost.
I have no idea how long I will be able to get away with fasting tho but I made salad which is just spinach and apple and lemon apple cider vinegar dressing, which I pretended to eat tn but actually saved for tomorrow. It’s only 50 cal a serving so I was thinking if I am forced to eat dinner tomorrow I’ll just have that as my OMAD. I don’t want to be super susicous that the salad has been sitting there for days even tho I’d rather fast.
Trust me guys. I was in a position where I thought my life with Ana was over and I wouldn’t do it anymore, but I was so wrong. You just have to be super distracted. Gain control loose weight!

My Meal and Exercise Plan
Hey y’all! Decided to share my intake + workout routine, because it’s done really well for me for the most part to keep me motivated, consistent, and healthy. If you decide to try any of this, let me know!
Nutrition:
My intake, on average, has been between 600 and 800 cals. I know it’s higher res, but I’m very active throughout my day and I don’t have enough energy to get through if I don’t have at least 500cals. I never go above 900 tho, it’s too close to 1000 (worst number ever in my head)
I try to avoid heavy carbs or fried foods
I really enjoy grilled chicken and fresh fruit (fruit salad is a MUST every day)
I don’t like them, admittedly, but protein bars make up a lot of my diet.
I try not to drink anything more than 100cals (but I do make an occasional exception for coffee)
I drink at least 2 quarts (30oz roughly) of water everyday, i try to go for more than that if i notice i’m feeling super hungry
I don’t usually do OMAD, just because it doesn’t work for me. I try to eat small amounts every few hours.
Exercise:
I get at least 10,000 steps every day
I do 50 russian twists and 50 sit-ups every night
I love cardio and pilates! Def my favorite workouts
I try to be careful with exercising if I’m eating less, the last thing I want is to pass out.
In general, I burn a little over 500 active calories every day (according to my watch)
Other Stuff:
I try to stay on top of my self-care routine (skin, hair, nails, etc.) because it just makes me feel like I’m on track.
I’m also a student, so I try to align my fasts with my study time or when I have lots of classes.
Part of what keeps me motivated is journaling/blogging. I enjoy documenting my successes and it helps to remember my failures. I keep a journal on my computer and I try to update this blog whenever I think of something to post!
I keep an album of th!nspø on my phone, full of aesthetics I would love to try once I have a better body.
And that’s it! I hope at least something in here is helpful to somebody. Thank you all for reading, don’t forget to drink water and I’m always here for you <3

Dinner with Parents
Tw purging
It kind of sucks that still as an almost 30-year-old I have to go about eating with my parents. But anyways, today I had dinner with my parents at Korean bbq. I knew the dinner was coming for the past few days so I was able to limit my calorie and take Monday and Tuesday. And I planned the Korean bbq OMAD for today. I had pre-planned the calories I was going to intake from the amount of meat I consumed and I feel like I stuck to it pretty closely slightly over 800 cal. You might be thinking wow that’s a lot. And yes, it definitely is 800 cal for one meal is pretty crazy crazy however I have explained that my parents are pretty obese and that’s just typically what we all eat every meal so I always plan for more rather than less. However, I was feeling incredibly sick after eating like I legitimately didn’t even need to “purge” but I straight up needed to vomit like actually sick. It was just too much food and one sitting. Unfortunately, afterwards, we had to do a family activity and I was sick and dying the whole entire time, but I was not able to throw up because my parents kept me busy and I wasn’t allowed to go to the bathroom. Whether this was intentional or not, I don’t know. But once I got home I actually tried to hold in the food and I did end up getting sick unfortunately but at that point almost nothing came up with stomach acid. What a difficult day.

November 1 - Friday
Soo, since I'm writing a few days later, I'm just gonna write what I wrote in my cutesy little journal since I don't remember much of Friday. Actually I don't remember anything about it except that I had work and a sleepover... I fasted for about 22 hours and broke my fast when I got home from work. Like I said I was having a sleepover with my friend this day, but she didn't want anything to eat so I just got some food for myself.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Description: 5 naan bread dippers, cheese and pepperoni cubes, a rice cake (not in pic), 2 whopper packets
(Also I made this calendar! I think it's cute- a little messy, but it's enough for me.)
Total Cals: 648
Omad was pretty good tbh. I was scared that I was gonna feel like I needed more (or actually go get more) because it didn't feel like I ate a lot of food, but I was actually pretty satisfied (though that might have something to do w/the fact I binged the day before..)
I also got a pecan pie because maybe a week ago I tried a bit of my friend's (from my work), and oh my, it was heavenly. I made the mistake of mentioning it to my mom and she wanted me to get one for us, so I did. I was really nervous/scared I'd have to eat a piece, so I thought that I'd just offer it to my friend or worst case scenario omad it, but it was fine lol and nobody even wanted a piece. Four days later my mom is the only one who has eaten a piece pfff
My total steps for the day ended up being 9.5k which I was pretty happy about.
Over all, I'd say it was an okay first day of the month.

i’m ngl guys, i still eat my comfort foods n foods that aren’t necessarily “healthy” or “low cal.” i just limit myself n give myself portions so that im in a deficit. it makes me feel too “normal,” but then i realize that i try to fast every day.. n thats not normal. also the entire mental aspect of it is just fucked. it just kind of sucks that some people try to tell me that i’m not trying hard enough to lose weight when i’m literally ripping myself apart because i will never be skinny enough. i’ve lost a lot of weight from fasting n omad-ing n making myself miserable because i keep comparing myself to skinny people. i still do. when people WITH EDs tell me that i dont “qualify” to have an ED, that just sets me off. because EDs aren’t about how you look/come off, it’s about the mindset n the obsession. i may not “look” like i have an ed, i may “eat too much” to have an ed, but i HAVE an ed. there isn’t just one type of ed. there isn’t just one type of obsession or mental pain/damage that an ed is limited to. there is more than just an obsession with being skinny. there is sometimes the feeling of eating n seeming like you’ll never stop. there is avoidance and restriction. i’m just sick and tired of feeling invalidated about my ed because i don’t “act the part.”
thank you for coming to my ted talk.

Ok so i have an update, i think i gained two pounds (53kg) because i realized that with OMAD i have more chances of binging and also, in science class we talked about nutrition ( so now i know what can make u bloated and what takes longer to digest and nutrients etc) and i learnt that when u don’t eat enough your body goes into starvation mode as an instinct , so , it stores more fat and u gain more weight next u eat, so i realized going into a calorie deficit would be a way more efficient and faster way to loose weight and stay active, as with OMAD i could barely go up the stairs without being exhausted, wich obviously is an obstacle at school, and i learned that i only get hungry around 10AM so it’s best for me to get my sugar level up by drinking a small juice ( no added sugar ) in between first and second period, and at lunch eat a small portion salad , very simple and i hydrate with water, when i get home i eat supper and an apple, that way i’m eating under 2k cals but i’m not starving, also i’m trying to reach my goal of 14k steps a day, my average being 10800, and i try to walk home when i don’t have after school classes or a lot of homework, wich i’ve also noticed i’m way more efficient at school when i’m not worried about what my meal will be, i’ve ben participating more in class and turning in homework on time every time, and also, not eating enough makes u more distracted( on top of that i have ADD )and affects your mood, which i have noticed , and i feel happier, i hang out with my friends all the time, my dad too, which i usually argue with a lot, i also have ben taking better care of my oral health, which i know is random but yeah , i started flossing everyday and bought a tongue scraper, and brushing my teeth 2-3 times a day, i really do see a difference, and i have a vape now and my friend said they make your metabolism faster and i don’t know if it’s the cleaner food or placébo effect but i’m less bloated and i can actually feel myself burn calories and go ( excuse my french) def3cate more, so yes this is a big paragraph and yeah it’s a school night at 23:25 but i noticed writing helps me, so that’s all , I’ll stay up a bit more and see if i sleep, Good night guys

july challenge!
new month, new mindset.
starting today, monday july 1st:
- drinking water constantly and in replace of snacking!!!
- (try to) go for a walk every day
outside, on a track, on a treadmil, around a mall- doesn’t matter! just get some steps in. and there’s no excuse now that summer is here!
- find a diet/calorie intake that works for YOU.
high res, low res, omad, fasting, whatever you like best…and STICK WITH IT! don’t feel pressured to do a diet that you don’t feel comfortable with. (i.e. eating less than you think you should/want, or eating more than you should/want. it goes both ways!) only you know your body and what you’re capable of the most.
- make an inspo/mood board to visualize your goals and help you reach them 💞
i liveeee on pinterest !!
- have a positive mindset.
there is SO much negativity in this community and it makes a lot of people feel down about themselves. it’s time to switch the stigma- let’s visualize how great we are going to feel once we reach our goals, fill our days with things that make us happy, and spend time with friends who help you take your mind off your negative feelings 💞
good things come to those who wait.
- keep your space clean
i struggle with this a LOT. but i noticed that my mood improves when my room is cozy and livable, not cluttered and messy with barely anywhere to walk or lay down on my bed. cleaning your room also helps keep your mind off food 😗
- read a new book/ start a new podcast series
any other readers here? i personally love romance, romantasy, the ACOTAR series, smut (lmao). there are so many benefits to reading. it truly transports you to a whole different world which is the best for when you’re overwhelmed with food noise in your head. food noise is what a lot of us deal with- it’s the constant thought of “what am i going to eat next? WHEN am i going to eat next? how many calories have i had today? how many do i have left? i shouldn’t have eaten that. i’m craving this that and the other…” etc. listening to a podcast also help subside food noise. i like funny podcasts and story time episodes! :)
i try and follow everyone who follows me back (no minors please!)
i just want you to know that you’re not alone. and we are capable of so much more than we think 💞

sophies glow up guide.. (simple)
this has been a work in progress for over 2 weeks! ive been procrastinating to get this done, so im excited to share this with you! DISCLAIMER i am not professionalised in this! i am only giving out advice on whats worked for me.
want to glow up? but dont know where to start? well here is your simple glow up guide, we will go over-
health
hygiene
skincare
attitude and mindset
this will be your basic glow up guide, simple and easy to read and follow with.
Tumblr media
health and nutrition:
your health is one of the most important things in your life! It affects your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. that's why it's so important to be productive about your health and try to prevent illness and disease etc.
fitness:
im not going to deep within this as your fitness levels are based on personal experience and i recommend to consult a doctor before doing an extreme amount of exercise.
rather than aiming 10k steps as people ask you too, start aiming for 5k, its obtainable for a busy person or someone who doesn't walk as much, overall walking is very beneficial.
if you have ability join a sport, dance and or gym! they keep you healthy and fit and can be super fun!
try a simple workout, pilates, dance, yoga biking, running etc, there are lots of youtube videos and even apps for workouts.
if you can walk places, as i said its very beneficial for your health and keeps your in shape.
nutrition:
I'm not going to go super deep into this, as no diet fits everyone and please consult with your doctor before taking dieting or anything like that seriously.
slowing start eating healthy, you can still eat your cravings and have yummy meals just try to balance out your diet with healthy foods, good fats, carbohydrates, protein, sugar and bad fats.
eat less sugar. sugar has many reasons why its bad for you to have over your daily intake so try to eat less sugars while still eating your fav treats!
dont skip breakfast! i know people saying doing omad (one meals a day) is good for you and skipping breakfast can befit weight lose, but no, breakfast is one of the most important meals so use it for high protein and fibre meals .
eat more friut and veg, simple as that.
hygiene:
hygiene is so important because it is what keeps you clean and healthy. hygiene should be one of your top priorities for your day. hygiene effects how people think of you, what you think for yourself etc.
brush your teeth well! brushing your teeth well keeps your breathe smelling good, clean teeth.
wash your body- washing your body with soap and or body wash and sometimes even a nice body butter can keep you clean and smelling good.
look after your skin- find out your skin type and get a cleanser for your skin type. find out if silicon based or water based is better for you skin.
skincare:
skincare is such a hard thing to ace! here is a simple routine and tips for you to ace your skincare. skincare is meant to help cleanse your skin and leave your skin feeling amazing.
routines:
cleanse - take a few minutes to cleanse your skin, even a simple micellar water will get rid of will get rid of makeup and dirt.
toner - toning is a great thing to use to help refresh skin especially if it includes ingredients like witch hazel which helps tightens pores.
serum- a plain hydration serum or some hyloronic acid etc will be enough to keep your skin looking going through your day
moisturiser- this is what keeps your skin moisturised for the day or can give you breakouts so be careful you pick the right one for your skin type look out for ingredients like Vitamin E, glycerin, Pro-Vitamin B5, and borage Seed Oil, which are all great moisturisers for your skin.
attitude and mindset:
mindset:
believing that you can grow, change, and improve is the best mindset to have, if you settle once you've done something and never try to accomplish greater you will have little success in life.
goal-setting mindset.
knowing what you want and willing yourself to reach it are two different things. when you know your goals, they motivate you. set high goals and don't stop until you reach them.
focused mindset.
one of the worst setbacks that can happen is losing focus and allowing procrastination to happen. discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.
positive mindset.
choosing to be positive and having a good attitude will determine a lot about your life. be positive, not passive. instead of giving yourself reasons why you can't or shouldn't, give yourself reasons why you can and should go for it.
attitude:
positive attitude
a positive attitude is more than just smiling often and acting cheerful when others are around. it’s a way of looking at the world with optimism and hopefulness, where others would only see obstacles and dead ends.
be kind to yourself
work on self improvement
step back and focus on goals
spend time with nature
talk to other people / meet new people
act with a purpose
be around positive people
Tumblr media
thank you for reading this far! <3 i hope you enjoyed.!
i am always open to suggestions for my posts, my dms are open <3
